As usual I always enjoy my stay at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza Cairo. The staff are very nice and friendly. The service they provide is exceptional and it makes me feel at home ! I want to highlight on the exceptional service I received from Yasser from Conceirge, Yara Omar from reservations, Nadia from Housekeeping, Islam and Passant at the pool and Lebanese restaurant ! I didn’t forget also Mariam, Dalia and Ali from Conceirge, Antar from Housekeeping and Mohsen from the lobby or around Conceirge team ! Amazing team, very helpful, polite, nice and very much service oriented !! This amazing team made my stay fabulous !! Thank you to each and every one of you ! I am absolutely coming back again to my home in Cairo ❤️

The house keeping service was the best I have ever encountered- leaving bookmarks near your paperbacks, and tidying up your leads with special pouches- the else would do that? Fab!

Das Zimmer war top und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend mit Liebe zum Detail. Ohne nachfragen zu müssen haben wir verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten bekommen, die zeigen, dass das Personal die Arbeit auch wirklich gerne macht. Wir kommen wieder!

Bei den Restaurants teilweise wenig bis gar keine vegane Auswahl.

The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! Syed went above and beyond to make sure we tried a variety of authentic Egyptian dishes, which made the experience even more special. The Nile view from our room was absolutely breathtaking as well.

Великолепный отель, очень чистый и уютный номер, уборка на высоте - просто идеальная чистота после каждой уборки. Хорошее постельное бельё, удобные подушки, белоснежные полотенца. При заселении в качестве комплимента на день рождения в номере нас ждали фрукты, пирожные и тортик. В последний день из-за задержки рейса нам разрешили поздний чек-аут без доплаты. Поэтому отдельная благодарность персоналу - вы лучшие, спасибо! И ещё один плюс: оплата наличными в usd, т.к. оплата по карте Union pay не проходит.

الفندق جميل جداً ، ملاحظاتي فقط على الحلاق فيه موظفين غير محترفين كان قدامي شخص يحلق ويذكر للحلاق ان معه ثعلبه ولما جيت احلق قلت له عقم الأدوات الصدمة ماعندهم جهاز تعقيم !! استمتعت في كل مرافق الفندق وكانت جيده جداً ماعدا الحلاق .

ازعاج الصيانه واعادة الترميم للغرف كانت مزعجة التاخير في استلام الغرفة قالي نص ساعة وتكون جاهزة تاخر ساعتين التاخير عند استلام الشنط لحظة المغادرة

السعر جدا مرتفع مقارنه بالفنادق الأخرى بدون اضافة او شي ملفت يستحق السعر هذا

غيرو غرفتنا عندما آذتنا ريحة الصبغ وواحدة من الغرفة عملولنا ابقريد فيها / طلبنا بعض الاغراض واحضروها لنا بسرعة / نظافة الغرفة وهدوء الغرف الروم سيرفس ممتازين كذلك الريسبشن

عند حمام السباحة طلبنا القهوة سيئة جداً طلبت لاتيه سيء كذلك فلات وايت سيء والخدمة بالمطعم اللي عند المسبح سيئة جدا جدا الموظفين في المطعم هذا غير جيدين/ لكن الموظفين عند المسبح جيدين وهم اللي اكلمهم دائما واطلب منهم يكلمولي موظفين المطعم // لاتوجد مكواة في الغرفة وطلبنا سرير اضافي لم يحضروه

Spacious room, clean, great SPA, old but well maintained property, some staff members were very nice and helpful.

All restaurants onsite had a dress code even for children which is ridiculous for tourists coming on vacation. Pool is on east side of the property so the main building shadow falls over the pool from 1 pm onwards, big disappointment. Valet, bellman and some others ranged from inattentive to slightly rude. We brought our pet (small dog) since the property advertises as pet friendly, but in reality pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises except your room so be ready to lock your pet in your room for the entire stay!!!! Their website shows nice views from the rooms and balconies, our room didn’t have a balcony and had a lousy backside view…make sure to book the Nile view room.
