La gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. La qualité des services. La très grande propreté. La décoration chic, chaleureuse et non ostentatoire. Le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel. Le restaurant Old Mill fantastique… En un mot: parfait !

Même en étant très pointilleux je ne trouve rien à redire !

Je retourne à l'Elounda Mare depuis plusieurs années. c'est le plus bel hôtel que je connaisse. Sa situation géographique, dans le golfe de Mirabello et en face de la presqu'île d'Elounda, est une splendeur. Les jardins longent la mer, les parcourir est un bonheur de chaque instant. la plage privée est à l'abri des vagues. L'hôtel lui même est un modèle de charme et de raffinement, doté d'un service attentif et irréprochable. Plusieurs restaurants accessibles par un bateau gratuit...Le rêve !

Hotel molto valido, con il confort di un vero 5 stelle (ma il lusso non è mai ostentato), servizi di alta qualità, calette e spiaggia (riservata ai clienti) molto belle e personale estremamente attento alle esigenze dei clienti. La struttura era al completo ma non vi era alcuna sensazione di affollamento. Una menzione particolare al kids club. Raccomando la struttura

The location is perfect, the perfect spot for a relaxed vacation with a lot of elegance and style. The sraff was friendly and helpful, especially Nagia from the reseption who came every day to check if we are ok and gave us helpful advice. This was our second time at this perfect hotel and we will come again

Le lieu , l’emplacement et les extérieurs (piscines, plages …)

Chambres nécessitent un rafraîchissement et équipements obsolètes. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles et d’un relais châteaux avec peu de choix et produit de qualité moyenne. Prix de la restauration très chère.

Everything was incredible! The service and staff was top notch - even the other guests were great: relaxed, friendly and civilized! The views were astonishing, the room had everything one could wish for.

εξαιρετική τοποθεσία παρα πολυ καλο πρωινό Πολυ καλο housekeeping. Εξαιρετικό room service με μεγαλες μερίδες και πολυ καλη σχεση ποιότητας τιμής προσωπικό ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό με ιδαιάιτερη μνεία στην Ελενη στην reception που ξερεο πολυ καλα να διαχειρίζεται του πελάτες repeaters και να του ςκανεινα αισθανονται σαν το σπιτι τους

θα ηθελα στο κερασμα καλωσορισματος να μην υπαρχει σαμπανια σολωμος και καναπεδακια , αλλα κρητικο κέρασμα τσικουδιά και ντακος με μυζηθρα κατι κρητικό, στα δωματια εχουν κρασί και κριτσίνια, θα ήθελα αντι γι ακοινοτυπα κριτσινι ακαι αλι κατι κρητικό. τα απλά δωματια, χρηζουν ανακαίνησης, εκτος απο το μπάνιο. στο μπανιο η μπανιερα ειναι παρα πολυ ψηλη για να κανει καποιος αλμα και να μπει μεσα. θελουν αλλαγη οι κουρτινες και τα κουβερλι. επισης λειπουν κεραμαστρες πισω απο πορτα ώστε να μπορεις να κρεμασεις ρουχα η μπουρνουζια. το φωτιστικο δαπεδου στο δωματιο και αυτο χρηζει αλλαγης. σε ενα 4 στερο ξενοδοχειο ολα αυτα θα ηταν λεπτομέρειες , σε ενα relais chateaux ειναι must!!

superior bungalow with private pool was beautiful. Huge patio and big pool with amazing views staff very nice

food was terrible ( not breakfast). first full day there was a construction crew right below us drilling and grinding all day long. It was ridiculous. Complained to front desk and after at first playing like they had no idea, I played them a video. While they didn’t assure us it would stop, the next day, they said they would look into it. Luckily the next to days were fine with minimal noise(occasional hammering). It’s a shame because had it not been for that, I would give it a 10 for facilities. Poor management decision to allow construction right below a room with private pool.

This was my second stay at Elounda Mare. I was there for the first time last September and loved it so much that I returned at the first opportunity I got. It is a place of beauty, calm, tranquillity, and charm, with gorgeous views of Mirabello Bay and the Lassithi Mountains in the distance. Arguably, this hotel has the best location in Elounda: it is right on the shoreline and perfectly positioned to take in the view. Since there are no rooms with only a side sea view, or views of the back of the hotel, everyone gets to enjoy it. The garden is meticulously maintained, the grass is always green, and everything is very thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of space. You never get the feeling of being squeezed into cookie-cutter boxes or being too close to your neighbours. The rooms in the main building are decorated in a traditional style rather than modern minimalism, which gives them real character and charm. The staff are amazing and exceptionally attentive to your needs and wishes. You immediately feel welcomed, as if you were family or an old friend visiting. Everything is very clean, the food in the restaurants is excellent — check the menus online — and the lobby is spacious, with a great bar and fantastic barmen. The above might come across as an advertisement, but I assure you it is not. If you give it a try, you too might be enchanted by the magic of this place and its warm hospitality. You will soon understand why so many guests keep returning year after year.

L’emplacement est incroyable, l’extérieur est magnifique et la vue est couper le souffle ! Le personnel est souriant et serviable. Rien à dire la dessus.

Le confort des lits est à revoir pour un hôtel de ce standing là c’est vraiment dommage. Les restaurants de l’hôtel en particulier l’italien est très cher et pas terrible. Le petit déjeuner est un peu trop bas de gamme et pas assez travaillé.

Elounda Mare is een fijn kleinschalig hotel, op een prachtige plek! Het personeel doet er alles aan om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. De restaurants zijn top, vooral Old Mill, Yacht Club en de Italiaan van het zuster-hotel. Leuk is dat je met een bootje gratis naar dit zusterhotel kan. Er zit daar ook een goed wellness centre en je kunt er tennissen en padellen (ook les boeken). Verder biedt het hotel ook diverse watersportactiviteiten. Het hotel doet zelf klein en gezellig aan, maar met de faciliteiten van het hotel en de nabijgelegen hotels biedt het alles wat je wil.

Het enige is dat het hotel misschien niet hip is. Ik noem het karakteristiek maar sommige mensen zullen het misschien oubollig vinden. Wij vonden de plek fantastisch en komen graag weer terug.

Good location and staff at restaurants were great and food was exceptional

People in villa 50 next to us arrived Monday evening and made so much noise at 1am Tuesday morning and I contacted reception by the tablet and got no response. I called later that morning and the man on reception was rude and dismissive. The people continued to be loud each night at midnight outside and it was selfish and unacceptable. The fact that management didn’t contact us to discuss the matter or follow up was really poor service. We also got invited to cocktails at 7pm on Friday evening when we were booked for dinner at 7pm at the Italian restaurant so had to be on the boat at 6.50pm to head to dinner. So the fact nobody realised we could not attend was didn’t check was poor again. The villa was dirty under sofas and in corners and clearly not well cleaned before we arrived.

Die Lage, die Anlage und Angebote sind sehr schön, ruhig und laden zum Entspannen ein. Das Personal und der Service waren hervorragend. Ganz besonders positiv bleiben die junge Rezeptionistin, die uns empfangen und während des ganzen Aufenthalts mit Restauranttipps versorgt hat, und Andreas, der Car Manager, in Erinnerung. Ebenfalls überhaupt nicht selbstverständlich: Zum Geburtstag meiner Freundin wurde uns als Überraschung eine Torte auf Zimmer gebracht.

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Fantastische Lage, wunderschöne Anlage, exzellenter Service, super Frühstücksbuffet, grosses Zimmer mit super Terrasse, ein Traum zum Entspannen! Ja, das Hotel ist "alt modisch", aber der Zustand ist perfekt und es erlaubt einen in eine andere Welt zu tauchen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I loved the hotel, the rooms, the halls, the garden everything!

The beach was a bit small. When ordering a soft drink on the beach I noticed that the barman would put a lot of ice in the cup to not finish the can of the drink and save the rest for the following customer. This would not be expected in a five star hotel

Magnifique hôtel très agréable et bien situé. Nous avions une suite de deux chmabres avec piscine privée et vue sur la mer. Magnifique ! Les préstations sont à la hauteur de l'établissement. Le personnel est adorable. Bref nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et comptons bien y retourner.

La litterie mériterait d'être améliorée. Pour un hôtel de ce standing les lits ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on pourrait attendre. Le manque de sèche cheveux est aussi une bizarrerie pour un hôtel comme celui là.

Elounda Mare offers all the elements for an unforgettable stay : the beautiful setting, the gardens, the confort of the rooms and above all the exceptional staff, which makes you feel you're part of a family. Some might argue that the decoration of the rooms is somewhat outdated, but that’s exactly what makes the charm of this place and the reason why people tend to come back, year after year, and that’s exactly what we’ll do. All in all a wonderful experience.

La qualité de l'accueil, le sourire et la disponibilité du personnel, l'emplacement de l'hôtel au dessus de la mer, la petite terrasse privée et la piscine juste à côté, le petit déjeuner et la boîte petit déjeuner le matin de notre départ, et j'en oublie ...❤️

-Le non- fonctionnement du pèse personne dans la salle de bain et de la machine à café. Mais il ne s'agit là que de petits incidents de confort tout à fait minimes, qui d'ailleurs ont été résolus très rapidement grâce à la rapidité du personnel. -Le sentiment de devoir donner des pourboires pour le moindre service alors que le prix du séjour est déjà élevé. -Le prix élevé des repas et des boissons, dû au statut "gastronomique" des restaurants. Mais 19€ pour un simple verre de vin, c'est exagéré.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un véritable havre de paix. Le cadre est absolument magnifique : une nature préservée, des vues à couper le souffle, et un calme rare qui invite à la déconnexion totale. Chaque moment de la journée est un enchantement, du petit déjeuner raffiné servi avec soin à la livraison discrète et délicieuse des repas dans notre bungalow avec piscine privée. Les dîners sont tout simplement sublimes, à la hauteur des plus belles tables. Mention spéciale à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son attention de chaque instant. Merci pour cette parenthèse de sérénité et de douceur, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Hôtel magnifique, la vue des chambres est à couper le souffle. Séjour idyllique, l'hôtel est très bien situé, à côté de Agios Nikolaos. Une voiture est nécessaire si vous voulez rayonner dans le coin.
