Had dinner and the female person working was top notch h…..then there was a gentleman and to put it nicely was lost, couldn’t multitask let alone do 1 job at a time

As said the lady was top notch h h the gentleman missed stuff I request and think I paid for.

Breakfast wasn’t ready at 7 and very small selection

no breakfast as per International standards. For eggs we have to pay $8 CAD , preparation horrible for money

No front desk service, no bell desk help for senior citizen, no standrd breakfast.

Location and the staff is really good.

I liked almost everything but when we entered the room there was a bit smoke smell in the bathroom. Like bathrooms should have fresheners that freshens the air. 🙂

The breakfast wa great but I paid for the egg breakfast . The standard breakfast was good too but I needed hot meal. The resturaunt was a huge advantage I ate my supper there. Excellent food price fairly. Service terrific

The parking was a challenge cause I was in a truck and trailer

Windows never open! Stinky smell all over hotel and curry as well🤢 I got at gas station cleaning products and clean my room before I sleep in! NEVER VACUUMED!!!!!!!!! Gross 🤮

No AC in the lobby, the breakfast was not at all like the other hotels, We travel a lot if we compare the food here and in the days INN it’s not comparable, they have waffle machine and boiled eggs, pancakes, a basket full of fruits, etc…

The hotel was quiet and the room was very clean and modern.

The place is old and outdated. Its not that the Bathroom wasn't clean but you can't scrub out molds on the bathroom floors and walls. Ultimately you get what you pay for. The place is so so

Elevator is too slow and decided to stay only 1 night instead of 3 nights coz their breakfast is ok but I think they are lack staff since food are. Not properly filled

Check in was smooth, staff was nice. They have an elevator. The bed was comfortable. The parking was free.

The room was super small. The bath tub had alot of black hairs so I had to rinse the tub out before I could shower. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. I got back to my room rather late and was tired, so after my shower I just crawled into bed and went to sleep. The next morning thats when I noticed that there were long black hairs on the bedding, leading me to believe the sheets were not changed. House keeping happened to be on my floor and I brought it to their attention, they were kind and changed the sheets and made up the bed for me. During my 2nd night there, I got back to my room about 12am, there must have been a couple staying in the room with the wall next to my bed because until about 3am I could hear their headboard banging against the wall every 30 minutes or so. Perhaps the hotel can fasten the headboards to the wall so guests can have some discretion during their hotel rendezvous

The breakfast was very disappointing. We paid to get the full breakfast and the waitress thought we should go and get our own coffee and toast from the buffet.

Reasonbly priced and the bed was comfortably medium firm.

I got room 101. Not a quiet area. I think it’s right next to hotel storage rooms and I heard people talking and closing doors right outside my room until pretty late then very early in the morning they were back at it. There was no way to close the curtain. It’s a main floor room where anyone can come look through your window

Property and the location was all good.

I didn’t like about the staffs behaviour. They were not at all friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was very meagre. No proteins at all except you pay an extra $8. A deposit of $150 is collected upon check -in. My own deposit has not yet been refunded 9 days after the stay.

Extended stay for one more night. Complimentary Breakfast was ok - could have more selection. There was no water or napkins & plates were too small. Prefer to have ceiling lights over main bedroom-lamps didn't provide enough light for reading

Lack of transparency, no indication of deposit money . Staff said it would s on the email whilst there was nothing mentioned about deposit . They were very rude didn’t free us . Gave us ground floor room with small bathroom. Break fast was bare minimum.

Checking in - there was initially an issue due to the booking confirmation code not showing up but the staff dealt with it exceedingly well and with patience. Kudos to Ms Khanna for navigating that with professionalism and understanding. They found a room even though I was a little early and explained all the amenities. The room - yes in some ways it is a little dated but it was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was modern and functional, with the usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower and lotion and hand wash at the sink. The iron was powerful which is great as I had functions to attend so I took care of a couple of very creased outfits. The free internet was good for streaming and could manage Zoom calls that I had for work. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were just right. Plug sockets were available at the bedside as well as at the desk and a couple more in the walls. The microwave and fridge worked great, and I appreciated the small sitting area for a couple of guests that came to say hi while I was in town. The only issue was the TV and remote that I couldn’t get to work responsively, but I had my devices with me so it wasn’t a great issue. I was on the 6th floor so I didn’t have too much noise coming in, and so I had good sleep while I was here. Overall — a pleasant place to spend a couple days!
