Coppid Beech

Loved the fact the staff would go above and beyond to help

I can't think of anything

The food was good for breakfast as room service.

The TV in the room did NOT have any internet connection, so none of the apps worked and there was no 'Smart' access to anything like YouTube. That is terrible as a Customer Experience.

Decent bed

Nothing

The sauna and steam room were good.

The room TV was NOT connected to the Internet, so did NOT have access to YouTube or any other apps. That was very bad, indeed, for the price.

Staff, bar area, food

I could hear the night club in my room, I had a small child so that was something,

The accessible ground floor room was very well equiped with a wet room, built in shower chair, lowered basin.

No so much didn't like but could have done better - bar was not well stocked with the wine we wanted, the accessible balcony room needs a ramp to get onto the balcony, and the exit to the patio needs a better graduated ramp for wheelchair users.

Beautiful hotel, lovey bar

All ok except for the orange juice which was either watered down or was orange squash

As above

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and the temperature was perfect. I had a wonderful sleep. The bar staff were friendly. I will absolutely stay here again and again.

Friendly staff. Nice pool area and delicious breakfast.

The fish tank!!! Clean, comfortable, spacious room, free parking and a spa

The parking is a little awkward as there are no paths directly to the front of the hotel from the back carpark. I travelled alone with 3 children and had to walk in the road with the kids, all our suitcases and a stroller. A path would be great

Exterior architecture

Carpets and bathrooms needed proper soap and shampoo not just the 1 miniature bottle provided

Just as expected, lovely spa, nice room, great restaurant.

We stayed in a suite this time It was nice, I think I booked a suite by mistake it was obviously very spacious, clean and comfy

The Bathroom in the suite needs updating as very dated

room size and comfort

room service ending time

The location is great. The rooms are comfortable and the air con is super efficient.

On this occasion the swimming pool was not open due to a problem and also on the 2nd morning of our stay there was no hot water in the room.

Clean bright welcoming friendly and accommodating team

Nothing

Beautiful hotel. Nice space in rooms. Beautiful reception area

Pool wasn’t working which is partly the reason I booked this place

Muy limpio y bonito

Desayuno poca variedad

The room the pool the sauna the restaurant all amazing 👏

Very welcoming

All the facilities

Lovely clean hotel great comfortable beds and great staff 10/10

The swimming pool is closed

good spacious rooms easy to get to one place to another

Another great stay at Coppid Beech

Staff were welcoming and service was great throughout

Nothing

Very friendly reception staff, spacious room

Loud function below my room

My son loved the aquarium, we enjoyed the overall atmosphere and feel of the place.

The bathroom plug needed to be held up manually to drain. We could hear other people and excess noise from downstairs events quite a lot too.

Location was great. The fish tanks were Kool and amused the kids. The downstairs lobby area was smart and modern. The breakfast was decent and with the addition of an auto pancake maker, the kids were very happy with that.

Our room was gross. Room 330 needs a refurb. Other rooms have already had this. But not our room. The bathroom was mouldy, old and bath tiles were falling off. The decor is very outdated. The balcony drainage is blocked I believe or just hasn’t been cleaned properly cos there was crap all over the balcony.

The appearance of the hotel, front lobby entrance.

Very poor breakfast, not clean cupboard in dinning room.

Room and communal areas were immaculately clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Nothing really, it was pretty good all In.

We've stayed a few times and always enjoy the location, the swimming poo,, the clean and comfortable rooms. Thank You.

We loved EVERYTHING! Nothing to dislike.

Lovely comfy and spacious room.

Can feel noisy as the sound from the corridors comes through loud and clear as well as the neighbours TV coming through the wall by our head. Was not continuously noisy though and once people had gone to bed it was quieter.

Our room was huge, clean and well presented for our family of 5

The pool and spa facilities are not as advertised online, pool was very small and facilities very unclean and unhygienic

Facilities good. Food was pricey . Rooms were big and clean.

There was a wedding on. We were not informed and the music was that Loud we could hear every word the dj was saying so could not sleep till gone midnight. Not ideal putting a young family right above the function room Staff also don’t feel very welcoming- didn’t provide any info re food, swimming etc so had to ask.

I mentioned it was my sons birthday and when we arrived to the room there was balloons and a birthday card for him. Such a lovely touch. Staff are so helpful and polite, the room was exceptional.

Accueil personnel Petit déjeuner Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable Chambre et hôtel propre Hôtel calme Localisation

Very nice breakfast,enjoyed

Some people 5/6 in the corridor noisey and loud near my room late at night woke me up.I had a long day travelling so was not happy being disturbed.Informed reception next morning.

Having a room on the ground floor , good breakfast with plenty of choice , there was a small lady who seemed to have a problem with hip or knee who worked so hard replenishing all the food !

Would of liked more towels we only had one between us but we managed for one night

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was superb!

Nothing.

Lekker ontbijt. Goede, ruime kamer. Niets op het verblijf aan te merken.

Friendly staff. Rooms comfortable & clean. Fair gym, sauna & pool.

Breakfast was a car crash! Food quality was mediocre. When things ran out, such as bowls, spoons, bread, fruit, pastries, and even plates. The staff were slow & unhurried in responding. Far from the worst experience we’ve ever had but very far from the best. Quite disappointing & was left with the impression whoever manages, or is in charge of this aspect of the hotel, is very much off their game.

Location and price

Check in process was disgraceful. Allocated room 418. Card entry to the room failed but house clearer checked the document and allowed us entry. No towels in the room. Returned to the check-in desk to be confronted with where’re in the wrong room. We refused to move rooms as we’d already unpacked and were meeting friends shortly. The desk were rude and didn’t take any responsibility for the error. No apologies were forthcoming. House service on the other hand were excellent and should be commended for their customer service

Luxury design, our children loved the fish tank spanning several levels in the main atrium. The hotel called me after booking to say that the family room I booked wasn’t available but offered me two interconnecting rooms instead, which worked fine for what we needed. The rooms were very spacious with a large tv and balcony, one had a bath which was needed for our family. The location was perfect for what we needed which was visiting family in Bracknell.

Nothing to mention really - lack of in room information was slightly annoying as we had to look everything up on our phones.

Been coming over several times and always good

Just a lovely hotel thoroughly enjoyed my stay , the lady on the front desk I think her name was Shelley sorry if that’s wrong is a gem, so helpful and so friendly nothing too much trouble and made you feel right at home

There wasn’t anything

Lovely hotel, staff friendly we can't wait to stay again

Spotlessly clean. Lovely friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Good venue. This will become my go to stay for future ascot events.

There was nothing I did not like

The property was clean

The cleaning and receptionist staff were very rude. Seems like they’ve never had any customers service training. Abrupt and staring a lot. We hs a wheelchair guest and did not get any help. The receptionist on the late shift was a racist clearly.

Location

Excellent hotel - Amazing room and definitely come again

Everything was excellent except the fact kids couldn't swim at 8pm

Very small border room

The size of the room

There were cob webs in the room , hair clips under chair meaning the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and the toilet had so much dust and dirt in the gap by the toilet seat and there was so much hair in the shower

overall i nice looking hotel

part of the reason we booked the hotel was that there was a pub/ bar located on the premises which we liked as this would have more atmosphere than a standard hotel bar and there was a night club at the hotel so would save having to go outside of the hotel for entertainment , only to find that the bar was closed and the night club would be closed most of the summer . thi swas not made clear on the booking page and the only wat to find this out was to search throught he website of the hotel. if we would have known we would not have booked this hotel we would have booked a cheaper hotel int he city centre

Okay

Very clean and tidy with some great facilities to offer. The room itself was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Cannot fault it.

Location, great facilities, friendly staff

Everything

Nothing

Friendliness of the receptionist. We accidentally locked the car key inside in the luggage booth and spent 3 hours at the reception. The receptionist knew but never bothered to ask if we needed any help or at last offer a cup of tea!

The hotel was in a good location- we visited a local park (5 minute drive). Car park was huge with additional parking too. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was very spacious and there was a great choice of complimentary tea and coffee. The bathroom was amazing with a spa bath which the kids loved. The TV was huge.

I had originally booked this room as it said one large double bed, 2 singles and a sofa bed- this was shown on the photos and said 4 beds, however the 2 singles were non existent, instead we had a large double, a double sofa and a single sofa, as we were only doing the one night we managed the arrangements on those. The lamps didn't work at all and we found half a bottle of water that had been opened and left on the floor behind one of the sofa beds.

Value for money, close to where we were visiting. Staff fab, restaurant fab.

Nothing

Nice room with a separate area for the kids. Air conditioning was great on the hottest day of the year.

A bit cramped for a family with luggage. Not enough wardrobe space so we weren't able to unpack.

Spacious rooms and nice breakfast

Creaking sound all night long in the bedroom so got zero sleep 😭 horrible experience as defeated the point of staying at a hotel to rest and get good night sleep

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect

Liked the hotel as a whole, liked how spotlessly clean it was, liked how polite the staff were liked everything! My wife and I were here in June for a wedding at Stoke Farm Barn and liked the place so much we came back for weekend away! One hour twenty minutes from home, but we could have been a million miles away! 10/10

Noisey delivery outside, noise from swimming pool below our room, but we were moved to second floor with no problem ! So no real complaint there! Would have preferred walk in shower, but (shrugged shoulders) we will be back I'm sure!

Good breakfast

Very friendly professional service all over

Pool was ok but changing rooms smelt awful

Wasn't able to sleep until gone 2am because there was a wedding at the hotel and the music was horrendous young children from the wedding guests running up and down the corridor. We asked for more milk and was give 2 small pots and was tols thats all they had.....

The restaurant food was great for dinner, although the breakfast options were a little limited considering the hotel size. The swimming pool was easily accessible from the rooms. Thought the fish in tanks on each floor were great. Plenty of parking.

Easy check in Clean and modern rooms Comfy beds Plenty of parking

Everything was amazing

I can't say I didn't like something as it was amazing 🤩

The spacious room, walk in shower and air conditioning.

We upgraded to a deluxe balcony room so we could enjoy sitting outside with our morning coffee or evening drinks. There is no furniture on the balcony so we had no use for it!!

Breakfast was great, staff were great, had an upgrade to a balcony room at no extra cost and the kids loved the multi floor aquarium...

Had to push my luggage myself on the trolley. Would have been great to get some help.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were really friendly and the location was great for us.

The only thing we felt it needed would be some kind of children's play area outside as its a family hotel it would have been nice for an outdoor area for them .

Breakfast excellent. Room clean and comfortable bed. Facilities perfect for us. Restaurant meal delicious but was expensive. Happy to treat ourselves.

As balcony room couple of plastic chairs would have been nice. Also a small fridge, especially as we were in the midst of another heatwave, but regardless would have been an excellent addition whatever the season.

Convenient location. Very good quality . Value for money . Good parking

Very busy at breakfast - wait for some items

Good breakfast, clean room with excellent shower

Nothing

The hotel is great. Very clean great rooms and beds and helpful staff

Bit disappointed in that we asked for a quiet room. Inside the hotel yes, not so outside due to a busy road and 24/7 petrol station.

Rooms could do with a fridge.

Location was amazing, staff was helpful, room was more than we expected. Nothing could fault this place. The ambience was lovely.

We cant fault this place. It was so beautiful

Rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We thought it was fantastic value for money

We were upgraded to a superior room

The communication with breakfasts was terrible!! The first night we requested takeaway breakfast, also confirmed at check in. In morning the breakfast staff knew nothing about this and we only had croissants available to us The second morning the breakfast staff didnt seem to know anything about allergies. Explained allergies were milk, eggs, nuts and peanuts. The gentlemen said we have gluten free bread!! Did provide mushrooms, tomatoes and bacon but it wasnt very reassuring. It would have been nice to have spoken to the chef to discuss risk of cross contamination.

Leisure facilities were amazing, room was lovely, staff were great, hotel was much more than we anticipated. Location and parking was great.

We cant fault this hotel

Easy check in, great location for our trip to legoland. We are a family of 5 and we could all stay in a king suite and very few hotels accommodate this. Staff extremely helpful. Pool was a bonus for a quick dip after a warm day.

Hotel Facilities

We loved the room and the fact that a family of 6 was able to stay altogether in a beautiful suite!

Instant coffee at the breakfast 😳 it’s not 1990 and nobody drinks or likes instant! Such a disappointment after a lovely nights stay to find this served at breakfast. Filter coffee is not that difficult to make and elevates so much! Please change this.

Room was very clean, fresh towels every day. Restaurant food great and staff very friendly. Bar area and seating very comfortable and looks like with the fire in the winter very cosy. Recommend

A longer staff :)

Amazing staff-professional and super friendly. Brilliant room for a family of four with so much space and comfort. Food was great, both dinner and breakfast. All public areas spotless. Ocean Safari is a fantastic idea, our little one loved finding the fish and answering the questions on the aquarium over three floors; what a brilliant idea. Would highly recommend.

Nothing

I liked the spacious room and the staff were lovely! The hotel is beautiful, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, thank you for making it accommodating.

Lovely ambience, great decor. Staff were so friendly

Nothing, it was all good

Lovely hotel, great location, helpful and friendly staff

Room service menu could do with more choice, if you stay here regularly it can become monotonous

Location ok, that’s it

Run down needs updating, breakfast basic, pool area disgusting,

Was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.. the room was just lovely

The breakfast was very nice, the beds were super comfortable and the spa bath was a lovely treat for us and the children

Clean and comfortable with a good range of services.

nice new hotel great location, great facilities

All good

A wonderful small cabin with gorgeous views. Lovely and clean with a comfortable bed to go with it. Would happily recommend it.

The space of the room. Absolutely huge. The restaurant staff, especially Abi and Marius were excellent!

The property in itself was fantastic!

Breakfast a bit chaotic as busy - run out constantly of lots of things -suggest self serve for tea & coffee to give staff more time to refill things instead of serving drinks. Poached eggs cooked to order were perfect and quickly delivered Bed very comfy Busy with families in school hols and no music / nightclub

As above but overall great time Will use again when in this area
