The location was very good for visiting friends in Winkleigh and the room was gorgeous. I also enjoyed the breakfast with all the lovely cooked options

Breakfast is not included inthe room stay but there is a good breakfast available. Room was nice ans spaciacious, this was my second time staying here as I was attending Nirvana spa

Dinner menu was a bit limited, but still nice

The room was large clean and quite elegant. It was on the ground floor and opened into a small individual patio and then the open garden. The food was good reasonably priced and not too fancy, both evening meal and breakfast.

No fridge as I do drink lots of tea so no where for milk or to keep a drink cool.

Mitten „am Land“, nahe zum Flughafen, ruhig trotz Hochzeit, gutes Essen, sehr nettes und flottes Personal - sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Rezeption. Großes Zimmer, ideal für uns, da wir am letzten Tag unseres Urlaubs umpacken müssen. Super Lage, wenn man Legolanf, Windsor, Eton oder Ascot besuchen möchte.

Der nicht abschaltbare Ventilator im Bad, die Tür muss in der Nacht zu bleiben.

Room furnishings were of good standard and bed was comfortable. Quiet location. Advised management of shortcomings when checking out and they offered free breakfast (which I was unable to accept due to other arrangements) Dinner in indoor restaurant was okay but below expectations

Bathroom could have beeen cleaner as mould in shower enclosure, also black grease on bathroom door hinges so never cleaned. Television would not work as no signal except on odd occasions so issues with connections. Bedside light has on/off switch missing so inoperable. Lightbulb missing. This all indicated a lack of servicing of what could be really nice rooms Apparently you have to pay an extra £30 to dine in the garden in one of the pods ( more like tents) they have set up !

The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the soaps and shower gels smelled wonderfully luxurious. There was plenty of free parking, and the air conditioning was excellent — especially appreciated on such a hot day. We opted for breakfast in the morning, which offered a great selection of cereals, juices and pastries, while the kitchen prepared our hot dishes fresh to order. We had dinner in the restaurant and hired a cabana, and everything was effortless from start to finish. The team were incredibly attentive and even lent us special glasses so we could watch the eclipse.

We couldn’t think of anything that needed improvement.

WE only ate breakfast during our stay, which was good. The only issue was the bread used for the avocado and egg had a very hard crust, which was difficult to cut

Wonderful night staff, we arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was attentive and very helpful, even took our ice packs to the hotel freezer as the room had no mini fridge.

Great place to stay, room was light and airy easy to ventilate the room which is rare..most places you can’t open a window, soo pleased it had air con as it was hot as hell in Berkshire Lol - lovely and modern staff were friendly … also pleasant area is sit and have food and drinks too. Beautiful and peaceful location, bit not too remote. Attentive staff. There were a couple of staff that were a bit grumpy and straight faces, hence an overall 9/10 score. Otherwise faultless.

Prima hotel, fijne en ruime kamer met goede bedden (wat langer dan meestal). Wij waren er met mooi weer dus konden buiten eten, waar ze een fijne buitenruimte voor hebben. Vriendelijke medewerkers ook.

Wij kozen voor geen ontbijt inclusief, maar wilde. Nog wel een koffie halen. Eén dubbele espresso kost meer dan 6 euro per persoon. Daar schrokken we wel even van.

Really lovely hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The grounds of the hotel are fantastic. Kids had loads of places to run around and play. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was lovely. Location is perfect.

Only issue we had was that the towel radiator in the bathroom was on extremely hot, all our 2 day stay even when it was at least 24 degrees outside. Not a massive issue we understand but kids could touch it and when reported did check but nothing got resolved during our stay.

Iron & board and tea & coffee making facilities with bottles of water and biscuits provided in room. Delicious buffet breakfast. Reception always attended and efficient. Enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay.

Room was spotless with a fantastic set up for a family of 5. Food was good. Beautiful setting.

Breakfast adequate but not great. Came down 20 minutes before closing and got buffet was quite depleted. Asked if I could have more hash browns cooked but apparently chef said no as too close to breakfast closing. We paid same as others so should have same choice even if it was late.

Honestly from Check in to Check out the experience was exceptional. The lady at Check in (didn't get a name) worked on the 15th and 16th July incredible - really warm welcome, I think could see i was tired so helped me to my room. Breakfast and everyone as you go around the hotel so friendly also good quality food and hard product (beds amenities)

The location is perfect. Setting is lovely. Rooms are so comfortable, and with the heatwave, the air-conditioning was a fabrastic extra

The Ascot Suite was a lovely place to stay to relax. It was lovely and cool and very comfortable with great facilities within the room. A lovely bathroom and great space and a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend and would come again.

Erg vriendelijk personeel en het was rustig in het hotel en op het terras. De kamers waren schoon en ruim! Mooi ingericht ook. We kwamen helemaal tot rust. Het avondeten was top met een prima kaart en het ontbijt luxe; je kon zelfs een full english breakfast of eggs benedict bestellen, naast een continental breakfast.

We were visiting Ascot and this hotel was in an excellent location only 10 mins down the road. Perfect stay, extreme clean, very cosy, lovely staff all round, comfy bed , great shower, free water in the room and the grounds of the hotel to use are beautiful. Cannot fault the room or the stay we had and would definitely return.

I wouldn't say we didn't like it, but I think the continental breakfast at 8.50pp could be slightly improved. It did the job and what we had was nice - especially the toast, but its quite pricey for what's on offer. If like us you wanted something small - it would be a great option to have just toast and tea/ coffee for half the price ? But, as said we had an amazing stay and it wouldn't stop us returning plus the staff are so lovely.

Comfortable and spacious room. Air conditioning was great. We stayed in a family room and they provided colouring for the children which was a lovely gesture.

The shower-over-bath attachment was faulty so most of the water leaked out of the tap rather than through the shower hose. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was nice but not amazing. Unfortunately the prices on the kids menu were out-of-date and I got a nasty surprise when I checked the bill and we were charged as much as £1.50 extra per item. The staff didn’t uniform us. We were also charged for service and not informed. Unfortunately these unexpected charges left us with a bitter taste. Also, don’t order the focaccia and olives “sharing plate”. For £14 we expected something special. The staff must be laughing all the way to the bank.

Amazing service and a wonderful experience. I arrived in London at 9 a.m., and the staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They kindly helped me with an early check-in, which I really appreciated. I was also injured and had difficulty carrying my luggage, so they went out of their way to carry all my bags to the room. They even put some toys in the room for my child, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. The service was excellent, and they were always very quick to respond to messages. I truly appreciate all their help and kindness. Highly recommended!

het beste hotel van onze hele trip. Per ongeluk waren we in de buurt, maar via Booking, kwam ik hier terecht . Personeel verdient een 10, wat een zorgzame gemeende vriendelijke mensen. Goede kaart, ontbijt en op donderdag Pizza-avond. De kamers zijn boven verwachting, schoon, bedden en zeer smaakvol ingericht naar Ascot - style. Voor iedereen die van sfeer rust en kwaliteit houdt een aanrader.

Excellent service from all the reception, bar and cleaning staff but especially Rosie, supplying drinks to the garden in very hot weather. A real bonus having Air conditioning in the coach house bedroom.

Lovely hotel in a semi rural location just outside of Bracknell. Great staff who were all really friendly and helpful. Fab outside dining / beer garden and tasty food served from their restaurant with an interesting menu that alongside the usual pub classics has some different Asian inspired dishes such as nasi goreng. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a very comfy bed and great shower.

My only slight issue was that from around 6am I could hear a constant machinery type humming noise from somewhere near my room.

Gemütliches Landhotel in Berkshire. Typisch englisch „cosy“ mit höchstem Standard. Sogar mit Klimaanlage, was bei 33-36 Grad jetzt im Juni einfach großartig war. Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück sehr gut und im Restaurant viel Auswahl.

Lovely little hotel in pretty grounds. The rooms are comfortable and the staff excellent . The restaurant serves very good food which you can eat inside or in the garden area. They have a buzzer system to call for service if sitting outside.
