Great location for cheer commute . Easy to get to from the train station and handy for town!

Great base for exploring London, train station about 5 min walk away. Nice sized rooms and love the access to the pool and spa area.

Bed was comfortable, room was reasonably clean, majority of staff were friendly. Breakfast was as expected.

One member of evening restaurant staff didn't crack a smile. We had one evening meal which was average, fish and chips... chips were fine, fish was overcooked, the batter disintegrated into crumbs. We paid for an executive room.......air con was temperamental, bathroom did not give impression of being executive, an over bath shower in a stained bath, drinks tray, coffee machine and fridge were not clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient for getting around Sutton and visiting nearby areas in London.

I did not order breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. The hotel was nice and quiet during my stay. It was a good experience for me, and I enjoyed my time there.

Très bon petit déjeuner ! L'accueil était excellent et les services (sauna, salle de sport et piscine) aussi.

Nous sommes restés 6 jours et nous avons demandé plusieurs fois le nettoyage de la chambre. Les draps ont été changés mais nous aurions aimé un petit passage de l'aspirateur.

- Sauberkeit, generell alles in die Jahre gekommen und verschmutzt, Zimmer und Treppenhaus, Toiletten... - Haben das Schwimmbad nicht genutzt, Öffnungszeiten waren etwas schwierig. Beim Rundgang empfanden wir die Umkleiden und den Saunanereich aber als sehr unsauber und veraltet , Haare, Dreck...

Great central location. We loved the pool, unfortunately you are not allowed access after you check out, which is quite early and we had an evening flight.Easy walk through to the High Street and close by station.

The staff are friendly, bed/ pillows comfortable. A/c a god send in the hot weather, spacious enough with a comfortable chair and adequate sized desk area in the room. Clean too.

Having stayed before I thought it would be a really good choice of hotel to work on some things at the desk and chair in cool air conditioning. All seemed great the night I checked in and I began on some work thinking that I would continue for a few more hours next morning. However, I was awoken by the noise of construction work at 7.30am what I think is going to be a new college. Along with other noises like other residents allowing doors to their rooms ( rather than holding them before the slam, noisy kids running up and down corridors and hotel lorries below with deliveries )…my plans were disrupted as I could not focus and had not thought headphones would be needed. So it would have been very helpful if the staff had pre warned me about the nearby construction work as I would have then chosen I different location.

Lage gut , aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen . Modernisierung der Zimmer müsst schon vor 2 Jahren gemacht worden sein!! Auch Badezimmer ich war 3 mal da und nix verändert!!! Personal sehr nett!! Frühstück zu vernünftigen Preisen !!! Trennung zwischen Touristen und Geschäftsleuten beim Frühstück!!!

The room had old style furniture and was minimalist, the bathroom was old and in need of revamp bath and shower curtain. A basic room with top rates which seems to suggest people will fill the hotel and accept the rooms. Among the things the room needed was a new carpet and furniture. The room and corridors had that used smell. Best tip don’t stay here if you expect a quality room.

Stayed for one night as part of a 2 day Chessington World deal. The staff could not of been nicer. Room was perfect. Clean, great shower and comfortable bed. Car parking a little expensive at £15 but guess that's "London Prices". Evening meal and Breakfast were excellent. Will definitely stay again if ever down London way again

Hotel has seen better days, especially rooms are in desperate need of renivation. Not really in standard we expected from Holiday Inn

Good rooms, family enjoyed the pool, noise from outside traffic was stopped with good windows.

Shower pressure was low, and variety breakfast was too oily for my own personal preference Uber service machine was unreliable as had to order taxi 3 times before one came.

I liked the location. It is very close to thw Hogh Street, which has a variety of different shops.

It wasn't clean properly. They also missed clean it twice among 5 nights. What's happened is that I came from oustide and I found the room service just changed the towels and bed sheet, without cleaning the floor and the bathroom.And when I have informed the reception around 9 to 10 pm, they said we can't do anything for you.

The hotel is described as 'modern' on the IHG website. Our room and corridors were far from this, both being outdated, in poor condition, and not clean.

Air conditioning was broken in one of our family rooms and was unable to be fixed during our stay.No alternative room was available, no fans supplied.Weather was very hot so sadly sleepless nights for some of our party. The hotel did compensate by refunding half of the accommodation costs for the room as a gesture of goodwill. Used hotel pool, which was also used by the general public. It was a rather small for the amount of people in there and changing rooms were not clean.

La piscina fue genial, llegar por las tardes y poder estar un rato en la piscina. La ubicación también perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren y con paquing para poder dejar el coche. Bue desayuno, habitación espaciosa, limpia y personal amable. Sin duda repetiría, nos llevamos muy buenos recuerdos.
