Aparthotel Adagio London Sutton Point

My partner and I was surprised by the amount of space the studio apartment had. Exceptionally spacious, we liked the provided facilities, staff were welcoming and friendly, location is a nice area with all amenities to hand.

The bed took a while to get used to. I found the mattress to be a bit on the hard side, but that would literally be my only gripe.

Room size and kitchen...

Lack of a smart TV and the general areas need a lot more deep cleaning. The carpet in the lift is extremely worn and filthy. Cleaning frequency is one in eight days is far from ideal.

only slight let down was the shower was quite dirty especially the shower hose, and one of the bar stools had something splatted up the back - the rest of the apartment was clean and well equipped

Great location and a really lovely apartment. It's always nice to stay somewhere with cooking facilities.

The walls were thin and I could constantly hear the people in the apartment next door. Also the fire alarm went off a couple of times during my stay for some reason and we had to vacate the building.

A fost drăguță zona în care e clădirea.

Nu au niciun fel de toiletries, absolut nimic. Pe fundul unui flacon un pic de săpun de mâini. Cazați pt 7 zile, au avut 2 capsule de cafea. Timp de 7 zile nimeni nu a luat macar gunoiul. Geamurile nu se deschid deloc fiind imposibil sa aerisesc camera. Paturile au saltelele groaznice, vechi, adancite ai foarte neconfortabile. Camerele twin deși la același pret cu cele duble, simțitor mai mici. Curățenia pe care am gasit-o în camera lasă muuuuuult de dorit.

Only thing I would say was not waters etc in fridge on arrival. Also TV would have expected sky or something. Also no shampoo etc. Or bath robes.

Only had one comfortable chair. We stayed six days but the room wasn’t cleaned during that time which I would have liked.

Have stayed here a number of times now and it's always quite good for the price (although their nightly rates fluctuate quite a bit so sometimes it's a great deal and other times it's just okay). Check in and check out are super fast and smooth.

The shower gel had not been refilled in the shower and it was completely empty. The floors and sofa didn't seem to have been cleaned very thoroughly either. WIFI wasn't working at first, but reception told me I could sign in as a guest and that did the trick.

The property was clean and was very nice however when we arrived there was black marks on the decking and got our deposit taken £100 even tho it was there before

The £100 deposit was taken even tho we didn't do anything in the property just a couple of marks on the carpet wich would come up with carpet cleaner and they still refused and ignored to return the deposit after numerous messages

We had a big studio which was nice and it was really close to the station and the High Street so super convenient for us. Having our own fridge and cooking facilities and washing machine made things really easy.

-Weak hotel internet plus the weak connectivity of our provider internet - no telephone in the room to contact the hotel reception - the price of breakfast is a little bit high

The hotel is very close to the station and high street, everything you need just steps away. Spacious and clean rooms. We stayed there for 25 days, everything you needed for a long stay was there for us. Very nice and accommodating personnel at the reception.

Good location.Very close to Sutton train station and bus stops for access to Underground (Modern station)and a bus with limited stops to Heathrow.Trains from Sutton station go to Victoria in Central London. Polite staff provided straightforward check in with a friendly chat. Stayed in studio flat with suitable space which had fridge, microwave and oven top. 😊😊😊Fourth time I have stayed here and will most certainly stay again when next I am in London.Nearby Sutton high street has a Marks and Spencer,Sainsbury ,Lidl and ASDA supermarkets and a variety of fast food places including fish and chips stores.

The room was very well equipped and modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet and area was very good. The concierge was friendly, as were the domestic staff. Convenient location.

The car parking spaces were extremely tight, some unusable for our camper van. They were low in number too, considering the amount of apartments this hotel has. You pay £15 for a one night stay and then have to risk not being able to park at the hotel if you go out. It added some stress to our stay and is the single factor that may prevent us from coming again. We stay here to visit family nearby and so will always need to come and go from the hotel whilst staying there.

I love this location and this was my second stay. The staff is quite young but very friendly. I asked for the same room, and they were able to accomodate (though they honestly tell you upfront that there are no guarantees) so I was very happy. The room is spaceous and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Tall EU and US tourists should keep in mind that a UK size bed is generally smaller and most noteably shorter than a US or EU bed. I'm 6'3 which is quite tall and I do fit in there but it's a tight fit. Works though because I travel alone and can sleep diagonally. Keep in mind that the windows don't open, so no fresh air, but the room does have air conditioning / climate control. Sutton (London) Station is just around the corner, it takes literally two minutes to walk there. Also around the corner is High Street with loads of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

The bed, unfortunately it was like sleeping on a rock. Extremely uncomfortable. Both left with painful bad backs which was a shame as everything else was perfect.

I was unable to identify any positive aspects of the property, as it was not suitable for my needs.

The dark hallways, poor lighting, and very limited window opening created a claustrophobic environment that caused immediate distress due to my medical condition, and I had to leave without staying.

Good location, within walking distance of family nearby but the train station is round the corner and buses etc if needed.

It was incredibly warm, heating doesn’t turn down, no opening windows or air vents and the pillows are absolutely diabolical!

Breakfast was lovely, although each day I did have to explain I was a genius at Booking.com because they kept saying that breakfast wasn't included when it was. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was excellent - clean and spacious. On Christmas morning, we woke up to a little goody bag on our door!

I understand why, but the view from our room was just of the rooms opposite but that's okay.

Room was lovely very modern, ours was a studio, with everything needed for a self catering stay. Good car parking facilities, loved the fact our dog was welcome (for a small fee). Great breakfast. Would recommend.

Our beds were like slabs of concrete. Too firm for us.

This place is my go to place to stay when I'm in London. From the reception staff to the large room size it ticks all the boxes. Bed comfortable, large bathroom, and excellent facilities such as the washing machine/dryer. Transport and shopping are only a short walk away.

The only issue I had this time was staff at reception. There was one who had no customer skill.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and will keep coming back. Great location, good facilities, large comfortable bed with large bathroom. I arrived early and met by wonderful reception staff "Clarence". Very professional, explained everything well and booked us in next to no time. I like idea of being able to cook your food when you get tired of takeaways.

Onbetrouwbaar ivm zogenaamde dubbele boeking, onbetrouwbaar omdat er keer op keer onwaarheden worden verteld, onbetrouwbaar omdat een manager zijn afspraken niet nakomt. Onbeleefd omdat personeel niet de moeite nam om iets door te geven, onbeleefd om je kamer te blokkeren, onbeleefd om te weigeren om een rekening te geven etc. etc.
