Did have breakfast too dear Location very bad access on red route ,, too many curbs handicapped people

Was in room 506,, 5th floor, handicapped man and woman,man in wheelchair, very dangerous being on 5th floor all handicapped should be on ground floor obviously,, no help up to rooms , no fridge, leaking sink and toilet continuously running also. Food in restaurant non existent,most customers went out in disgust,, it's a backpack hotel not like the old I bis hotels, never again

Close to the Sutton train station, lovely rooms that were clean and well stocked. Amazing, friendly staff.

The first night the tv was out. Staff had it fixed by the next day plus gave us drink vouchers BUT the toilet in the room would run for literally 2 or more minutes with each flush.

Breakfast was expensive though a good selection on offer. Coffee isn't great. Booked as advertised as having EV charging but then to be told at check in that there aren't any. Was showed by a lovely member of staff to the carpark who then advised there are chargers but theyre very slow. Parking is limited but we did manage to park and charge the car at 2kw. Better than nothing! Also the placement of TV and the mirror is irritating. No mirror at the dressing table isn't ideal.

Quite modern, mostly clean and comfortable to stay in for three nights. Staff were efficient and on-hand to assist.

The flooring is wooden in the rooms which is great, but the rug under the bed is not a good idea. I assume you have this there for style, but it looks like the only thing in the room that is really dirty. You’ve got to remember that rugs collect dirt, stains, soak up fluids, etc. and all of that stays in the rug until you wash it (probably never). I would just get rid of it and it would make my rating 9/10

Staff at check-in did not know what they were doing. Took us over half an hour to find our bookings (4 rooms in total).

L'hotel è molto pulito e le stanze sono essenziali ma ampie. Buoni i servizi offerti e la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni di Sutton raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti permette di arrivare al centro di Londra comodamente.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Mit der Bahn ist man in 30 Minuten in London und der Bahnhof ist direkt um die Ecke.

Die Hygiene ist ausbaufähig. Der Boden im Zimmer war stetig dreckig, bei Ankunft so wie über den Aufenthalt. Die Dusche wies Schimmel und Ablagerungen auf, welche nur durch mangelndes putzen entstehen. Seit Anreise lag ein dickes schwarzes Haar in der Dusche. Dieses lag auch noch nach vier Nächten in der Dusche.

It was difficult to get to with the directions on a sat nav as it takes you into the left lane but directs you past the turning needed and you end up at the front of the building so you have to find a way around to the back going through back roads to bring you back onto the slip road you need to enter the car park but then you have to pay £15 to park!? .

Die Gänge in den Stockwerken waren sehr dreckig, mit vielen Flecken auf dem Boden und gleichzeitig waren überall Krümel, zumindest auf dem Stock, auf dem ich war, dem fünften Stock, aber auch dem dritten Stock, wo ich zuerst eingecheckt war. Das erste Zimmer konnte ich nicht nehmen, da das Badezimmer zwischen den Fliesen Schimmel hatte. Das Zimmer war generell etwas stehende feuchte Luft und hatte einen entfeuchter hinter dem Vorhang stehen. Es liegt vermutlich daran, dass die Fenster nicht offenbar sind. Nach einer kurzen Beschwerde habe ich anstandslos ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Dieses hat ein offenbares Fenster. Allerdings war im Badezimmer ebenfalls leichter Schimmel zu erkennen, das hab ich allerdings erst am nächsten Morgen gesehen. Ich war immer entfernen von diesem Hotel, es scheint mir allerdings, dass es relativ wenig Investment in die Instandhaltung getätigt wird. Schade!

Rooms clean and good size. Bed comfortable, blackout curtains worked well. Very quiet. Bathroom clean and good size ,as was the shower. Towels supplied. Rooms cleaned in the mornings. Overall a good place to stay.

I had no pre-paid so I was not allowed into my room on the 2nd night despite me working 16 hours. My credit card did not work. I could have sorted this the first night I checked in but was not told about this issue

The housekeeping standards were not good. Very dusty room that was not cleaned even after we complained. Little things like tea and coffee not being topped up daily and stains on the carpet just added to our disappointment

Modern room and very practical

The long corridors are not practical if you have a lot of luggage. Breakfast quality can be improved but the basic is there and options too.

It is a very quiet location, perfect for relaxation. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food is excellent

I think we have a new favourite hotel. If you don't mind the 45 minute train ride from central London then you're in for a treat. It is a nice modern and stylish hotel just a short walk from the train station. I don't think it's been open that long as all the fixtures and fittings still look new and the bathrooms are really nice. Best of all was the Aircon which was just what was needed on a weekend where outdoor temperatures hit 32 degrees. There's abar and a cafe downstairs and the breakfast is really good. There is a nice selection but it would be even better if they did fried eggs. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I've already booked a couple of more stays here

The bathroom although clean just n3eded that final once over as there were a few lond hairs in the shower but it didnt really detract.

Very close to Sutton Train Station. Right next to pedestrian shopping area. Sutton, itself, is very nice - lovely cafes and shops.

Windows in room were non-opening. Ño ventilation in bathroom, which meant that when we came back - the room and our clothes all felt damp. The accessible bathroom was horrible - water from shower went everywhere and we had only one bath mat to mop up. This meant that the floor was slippy (I'm just recovering from hip replacement so felt very vulnerable). Absence of adequate mopping up equipment and extraction fan in bathroom meant that our room felt damp on return from our days out.

きれいで朝食もおいしくて、無料でいつでもお水や炭酸が飲めるのはありがたかったです。

ロンドン市内にはバスと地下鉄で1時間くらいかかりますが慣れたら大丈夫です。 ビクトリアステーションからは電車で30分くらいですがちょっと料金が高くなります。

The room on the 4th floor was dump as there is no opening window,no AC,open washing place with water splashing all ove,,sink very low like designed for someone in a wheel chair....

Good bed, facility to make tea or coffee, spacious bathroom, possibility to hang your clothes, lamp next to the bed as well as possibility to charge your mobile, wifi was working well. Good breakfast apart from the coffee tea. The machine was not working properly.

Airco could be switched on, but it switched off by itself. Smell in the room was not so nice. Coffee/tea was not good at the breakfast. Also the set-up of the breakfast could be better. People were constantly in each other’s way. Tables should be cleaned more often.

Excellent staff and service. Very clean. Great location. Lovely high street. Nice room, beds and bathroom. Staff were very hospitable and helpful. One of our light globes had dimmed and they sent someone straight up to fix it. The chef was great even though we were quite late ordering.

A fridge would have been really good. And a phone so we could contact reception rather than having to text. Carpets need to be steam cleaned and have brighter lights in the hallways.

Asked for iron so I could get my shirt ready for work next, they couldn’t find one. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom, just conditioner.

Adequate but a few details could be improved. The tap in the bathroom was stiff and was either off or gushing; there were no breakfast teabags in the room - only lemon and ginger; the smoke alarm light flicking on kept me awake through the night; the restaurant wasn't well staffed and choices were limited; TV remote was really grubby. Apart from that, clean and convenient.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning was just what we needed.

Parking! Paid £15 for parking, as a blue badge holder told to park in disabled yellow bay. To which I did. To arrive home to a parking fine! For obstructive parking!!??. £100 fine. Not good. Have contacted the hotel via message. Nothing from them appealed the fine. They say still stands. Not very good!!. £115 to park for one night! .

The hotel and staff were lovely, be nice if a bit more going on in the hotel, music in bar..was very quiet when we were there, not much atmosphere.

Paying £15 pound a night to park!. Also as a blue badge holder, being told to park in yellow disabled bay and my registration was taken. To still get a parking fine of £100 pounds!!. I have appealed, and they say it still stands?????. . Not very good. Would advise not to park in Hotel try one of the private car parks close by.

Die Parkplatz Situation. Online stand das Parkplätze vorrätig sind aber vor Ort mussten wir 15 Pfund pro Tag extra zahlen und die Tiefgarage hatte keinen direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Wir mussten durch die komplette Tiefgarage und außen herum zum Hoteleingang laufen.

Für ein ein Hozel der Systemgastronomie war das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Zimmergröße ist ebenfalls OK

Die Zimmer sind allzu kärglich ausgestattet, keine Ablageflächen/Schränke, kein bequemes Sitzmöbel, nur ein Stuhl im Doppelzimmer

Location close to rail service ideal and lots of restaurants and pubs nearby too . Ideal for Epsom Racecourse I attended to gf Epsom Derby

Only issue was no fried or poached eggs available for breakfast but that was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise excellent and it was very clean hotel - absolutely spotless

The location for Epsom races is good - 20 minute taxi away. Convienient to get to meals at various food places around the hotel. Rapid check in process.

Room smelt musty and stale. Shower had no shelf for toiliteries - in fact the hotel provided shampoo was by the sink! The TV on the wall was wonky and not moveable. No hand towel provided (only 2 shower towels). Seemed to be missing the attention to detail you expect.

Wir waren erst in einem Zwei Bett Zimmer. Es stank massiv nach Rauch. Konnten dann aber wechseln. Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen.

Parking is to expensive where Premier inn just down the road is cheaper and plenty of spaces yours £15 per day Premier £8 , plus found out tmy next stay is £10 cheaper so from now will be staying there

Location was great, does what it says on the tin, lots of space in the room and the bathroom. Loved the late check out, booked last minuted.

I liked the bedroom and shower. And location is good. The lady Alisha in reception was excellent.

I was shocked to see a man share our lift with a large dog. According to booking.com it is not supposed to be pet friendly. Apparently a dog can stay for 10£ per night. Also the condition of the carpet from the lift all the way to our bedroom was filthy. Stains reminded me of dog poo left after wiping. Our breakfast on first morning was cold. Everything egg bacon sausage. And complaining to a lady staff member in restaurant was a waste of time.
