Parking and having to walk from parking lot to the other side of the building to the entrance is not safe or convenient while carrying your bags

Parking was full at night

Which stayed there before so we knew it was OK. It happened to be pretty empty at the time we stayed this time so we enjoyed the pool.

It needs a lot of TLC upgrades and maintenance. Hilton needs to spend some money on fixing that place up.

I liked the grand style of architecture. It’s a beautiful building. And that staff were lovely.

This beautiful building has not gotten enough attention. Railings were dusty. Cushions around the pool were stained. The place deserves better. The art in the lobby could be better too.

Le bruit constant des machines sur la plateforme en face de notre chambre. Bruit similaire à un moteur allumé 24h/24!!! Frigo qui ne fonctionne pas correctement car le bouton de réglage est hors service.

Obiekt dość nowoczesny. Pokoje czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Pokój bardzo dobrze wyciszony od dźwięków z zewnątrz. Bardzo dużym atutem był parking wliczony w cenę pokoju. Parking pod stałą ochroną.

Dużo bezdomnych w okolicach hotelu. Nie dotyczy to samego obiektu który jest naprawdę dobrze utrzymany i pilnowany z zewnątrz.

Very clean and good bed. The lobby is very nice too.

The bed got hot in the middle of the night and the AC didn’t seem to cool the whole room, even at a low temperature.

I did not like the view of the air conditioning and mechanical equipment on the roof or just outside our window

I paid for a room for 4 nights, and the reservation was cancelled. WTF

The staff is extremely friendly, and very helpful. We asked if we could get in the room a little early, and the front desk woman warned us that the only room available was right next to the elevator and vending machines and would be very noisy. I was so thankful she was honest about that, and we were happy to wait!

The only downside to this hotel is the area. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is rough, and there are a lot of homeless people. However, they are clearly trying to solve this problem, because they have fences around the parking lot and security talking to every car that enters.

I made my reservation at about 830PM the same night I checked in. I had other accommodations but I checked out because the facility was un-clean and the location was undesirable. I wanted something nice, clean, safe that also a offered full service hotel. The Double Tree checked all the boxes and I happily paid the $253 fee. The check in was fast and easy. The bar was open and I was able to order a drink quickly and head to my room. I enjoyed my beer and unwound by watching Apple TV on my own account. I slept great. Worth the money.

Tried to order room service in the morning but my call was not answered. It was ok. I went downstairs and grabbed a starbucks. All good

To many to chose from but the thing that stood out was customer service. From the moment i stepped in, late at light, I was greeted with a smile and with a sense of belonging and importance. Again, amazing job with the staff. Will be staying at this chain in the future.

Chambre extrêmement propre. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien. La cascade dans le lobby est grandiose et les ascenseurs vitrés ont beaucoup plu a notre fils. Le cookie à l’arrivée est très bon. Une excellente étape entre Sequoia et Yosemite

The hotel is nice, everything is clean.

I got food poisoning from the crab cakes. I had tried to cancel the reservation because my Uncle was having chemo and the manager, Kristie, wouldn't let us cancel. So I spent a day in Fresno for no reason and there was a biker convention and they were outside playing music and revving their engines most of the night. Hopefully the next leg of the trip is better.
