The room was dirty and when asked about a vacuum they never brought it or sent anyone to clean it

Was not there for that Restaurant night before flight in hotel was fine

Wake up call never came.. Fortunately we set our cell phone alarms (and by the way) this is the second visit where we’ve not received the wake-up call. … I think we’ve stayed there three or four times.

Easy parking. Great location.

The restaurant food was horrible. The waitress need to be careful of her Language. She is going to be a mother. Very disappointing the pool was not available. I book room so I could go swimming.

Homeless people in public bathrooms by the restaurant, every time I use the facilities there's someone camping in the bathrooms. Not a good look or comfortable feeling.

The front desk staff definitely customer service oriented. Great shuttle driver, too.

All of the staff were very welcoming and happy. Older property that’s well cleaned and maintained. They offer fantastic value and excellent airport shuttle service. Was very pleased with our one night stay.

Breakfast is offered free when booking through them directly, and charged à la carte to guests who use booking.com. When we arrived, we asked to see a menu and the woman wouldn’t show us a menu unless we sat down. We told her we didn’t want to sit because we are trying to decide, but she insisted she wouldn’t show us a menu unless we commit to a table. We checked it out and coffee was $4.50 and other prices were comparable to a diner- but it’s not diner food. So we left and walked 5 min to Starbucks and got better coffee and breakfast for less.

The room was comfortable and well appointed - desk, mini-fridge, tv etc. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location, right by the airport, was very convienent to flying out early the next day. Also the price cannot be beat.

The builiding is a bit weird - nothing bad but it looks like a hotel was not its original purpose. The rooms have had some wear - nothing bad (again) just a bit noticable. The parking is fine but you have to park in a sunny lot which makes for a hot car in the summer.

I thought a hotel with a pool/spa, restaurant, and bar plus more would be a excellent choice to spend my birthday 🎂 but I was wrong. The only thing that I did like was the staff was very friendly.

Omg, I'm telling you. The rooms had roaches 🪳. The wall plugs where trash couldn't plug out phones by the bed. Our door 🚪 to our room malfunctioned and we had to switch rooms. There were prostitutes hanging around the grounds and last I asked for a disability room. That bathroom was tiny as hell.

Great value for early flight from Airport. You can walk across the street to the airport! Rooms are big too.

A little run down but it’s ok for the location and price make up for that.

This was an inexpensive place to stay the night before flying out of Fresno.

Despite the no smoking signs and posted fees, you could smell marijuana smoke all through the hallways. The bathrooms are rather outdated.

Kari at the desk was awesome, as was the big burly security guard who drove me to the airport at 5am (the other security guard lurking in the shadows at that hour was frightening - you should stop him from doing that), room very clean, fridge, nicrowave, TV, nice fluffy pillows, warm & clean- the room cleaning ladies were very sweet and accommodating for things I needed replenished

The first receptionist (long dark hair) was rude, terse & very unhelpful which was discerning. Didn't get 2 of 3 of my security deposits back which is frustrating

This place should be shut down immediately. The entire place was infested with bugs, and the room looked like a crime scene. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or even vacuumed in at least 30 years. There weren’t even proper pillows on the bed—only tiny decorative cushions. The fire alarm in the inn kept beeping nonstop the entire time. The air conditioner didn’t work at all. Every time the guests in the room next door walked around, our floor literally shook. The entire property reeked of marijuana, and there were homeless people living inside cars in the parking lot. This place isn’t worth even $5 a night. We honestly don’t understand how this hotel is still allowed to operate. Is there really no authority inspecting places like this? Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away at all costs.

Stairway hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. Didn't get clean towels for the second day. Asked the desk for clean towels but they didn't have any. Stated online that shuttle service is available 24hr a day but it was not available between 8am and 10am. The room was clean at least.

Only one thing to complain about was the toilets are a little bit low and like to see a little bit of an upgrade on the outside exterior And get rid of homeless loitering

It looked dated. Hallway smelled, gym is limited and the carpet in the gym looks dirty. The bathroom had a crack toilet and paint was peeling from the ceiling.

Everything was a bit dated and sad and in need of refurbishment. The pool was chained up and apparently damaged. The room backed onto a noisy car park and the dumpster truck woke us up right outside at 5am. Someone in a nearby room was playing loud music until quite late

Well it seemed okay walking in to check in the staff got me checked in early thankfully.

There was a lot of noise the walls are thin, there was junkies there screaming in rooms and it smelled like crap and weed you could smell throughout the hallway and going outside. You could hear so much crying and screaming sounded violent. I didn’t feel safe here. It was hard to sleep I kept tossing and turning my anxiety was just shooting through the roof I just wish I was at a different hotel during my stay. This is a place I’d never book at again even if it is good price it’s not worth my sanity.

The view from my room was nice and I appreciated the shuttle services.

The front desk staffer was also the shuttle driver, causing delays at check in. The carpets seemed poorly installed throughout the building. The room was definitely outdated and some areas seemed low quality/under cared for, including the breakfast which is an additional charge. The security guard was non-responsive during morning checkout and I was hurried and not given a checkout receipt.

It needs TLC. Time to upgrade the hotel

It’s old, carpet is nasty god knows what’s in it. I had to wear my slides to walk around the room. Old fashion phone was still in the bathroom

I went to check in and asked about the pool. They said it was down. I said I live in Fresno whole idea was to swim and relax. I asked for a refund the male clerk said he would request from the manager. Canceled it had no reason to stay if whole idea was to cool down and swim. Have not heard from the Manager
