The staff was friendly and the location was great

The hotel was filthy! The room although it looked clean was not. Hair all over the bed, wall was splashed in something and seemed just to let dry there. The bathroom toilet seat was broken and standing water left in the tub. The perfume or scent they use to cover smells was very overwhelming. I had to get up a little earlier for my flight and they wouldn’t re book my shuttle so I had to pay for a cab myself. The noise from the halls was right in your room with people running all over the place.

The only thing positive was the location, near to the airport,.

but the rest was very bad. The receptionist was very busy in the phone, that took 5 minutes to start check in. When I was giving my information took the phone again and 5 minutes more waiting. In the room: the phone had not connection; the TV didn’t work; no remote control. It was a bad experience

The room was spacious and clean. It came with a microwave and a small refrigerator. I appreciate that there was an iron. There's a restaurant and subway next to the hotel, so at least you can get a bite to eat. It's less than 10 minutes from the airport.

I was surprised that there was no ramp at the front of the hotel, so I had to lift my heavy luggage up the steps. The door also is a handle door, so it doesn't open automatically. Again, I had to struggle to get inside the building. Front desk staff and shuttle drivers didn't seem friendly. There was no shower gel in the bathroom but only a tiny bar of soap with tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. No hair dryer. The toilet seat was leaned to the side when I got to my room. A room next to mine had kids screaming at the top of their lungs for close to 2hrs. I couldn't fall asleep until around 11 pm. The elevator seems sketchy. The shuttle was late for drop off to the airport. They scheduled me for 10am but it didn't come until 10:20am.

Es war richtig dreckig und viele Einrichtungsgegenstände waren alt und abgenutzt. Der Preis war einfach viel zu hoch für dieses abgerockte Hotel. Schimmel an den Fenstern von der Klimaanlage

Nothing, is in bad condition, my room door was stuck for more than or hour and I had to wait outside, they don’t have clean room and the bed was terrible

The personal don’t have a good sense of costumer service, there communication is complicated, definitely a big mistake booking with them

We got room in basement. It was very cold and wet there. Stuff not very friendly. No tea in the hotel.

No hot water in the shower no breakfast available staff indifferent to the no hot water in the shower. Front of hotel was dirty and not welcoming

So please note we had to book as BTS was in town and everything was booked. We ended up paying $250 for a $101 hotel. BUT it was clean and quiet and very close to the airport with free shuttle there and back. We only stayed one night and less than 12 hours.

It was not clean and staff was not very caring nor did they want to assist you with anything other than check in or out. Sheets were stained, bed did not look like it was made properly, hair in the bed that was not mine, walls were dirty, tub was dirty, complimentary toiletries had been previously used. Room smelt like urine and mold.

No breakfast. Location was great. Very close to airport. Room was very clean.

There wasn’t a ramp to bring my suitcase on to enter the hotel. The window in the room opened to a cement wall.

I had no idea hotels with basement rooms existed. I booked quickly and didn't read the reviews. I wish I did. Personnel at the counter was rude and not helpful. when you go down in the basement, elevator is really old and scary. It opens up on a really bright corridor of rooms, looking more like a bunker. The room had an useless window in a vent. Room was small. Floor was sticky gross. Bed was not comfortable and only 2 pillows. Walls are paper thin. Like, the guy next door moves and his bed cracks and we hear it (imagine the rest), plus, the space between the bed and the wall is like 30cm... Bathroom was somewhat clean, but not enough (hairs, even a big booger in the shower). Usually I'm not that picky, but it still pretty expensive for a basement room imo. We booked 2 nights and decided to leave for the second one. It was too depressing.

Lots of action, people coming and going all hours of the night.

The hotel is clean, the room was pretty big and the bed is comfy. It doesn’t smell musty or dirty, the floors are hardwood/vinyl so they were clean. Rooms had a microwave, fridge and tv. Bathroom has a shower and tub. For what you pay, I was happy with the location and the comfort.

Some of the staff don’t care to help or have a “it’s not my job” attitude. I understand a long weekend is busy and I’m not asking for perfection but customer service is a thing. You don’t have to solve every problem but acting like you care can go a long way, I get it’s a budget hotel but customer service matters everywhere.

Room is old and rundown. The beds looked as if whoever slept there last simply pulled the covers up. See pic. I slept in my clothes. The room had the smell of body odour. Fortunately the window opens. Bathroom shower had a broken support so hand wand only. See pics. On Booking . Com this had a 3 star rating so I assumed similar to the other airport hotels. Not even close. Pics in the ad don't tell the story. Best suited to a backpacker. Two story building. Main floor is a subway and a shawarma shop. Second floor has the rooms.

​BED BUGS. Full-blown, rampant infestation. Live bed bugs, discarded casings, and dark, smeared fecal spots peppered along the seams. ​The rest of the room was equally revolting. NU Hotel YYZ needs to be shut down by public health inspector immediately. Save your health, your skin, and your sanity—stay ANYWHERE else.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Very close to terminal 3. Price was also ok.

There was no breakfast, and if there was i was not told about it. The subway at this location was not open in the morning as posted on there door. A little upsetting. Pillows definitely need to be upgraded in that hotel.
