Sehr gutes Hotel. Frühstück grosse Auswahl. Freundliches Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Hotel bietet sehr viel an Unterhaltung. Shuttle immer zum Strand ind zu Villasimius. Der Strand und das Meer waren traumhaft. Kristallklares Wasser und gepflegter Strand vom Hotel top!

Sonnenschirme erste und zweite Reihe müsste man zusätzlich zahlen, wenn man da liegen möchte. Finden wir für so ein Hotel nicht notwendig und ein bisschen Geldmacherei. Beim Check in hat man uns gesagt, dass Zimmer sei in einer Stunde bereit zum einchecken. Als wir nach mehr als einer Stunde zurückkamen mussten wir noch weitere 45min warten bis es bereit war.

Lo staff è stato superlativo come sempre. In particolare i bagnini Saverio, Giacomo e Anis sono molto professionali e proprio dei bravi ragazzi. Ottimo anche Filippo che ha organizzato ottimi intrattenimenti.

An exceptional hotel and a truly wonderful experience. Almar Timi Ama is a beautiful and outstanding property, with an atmosphere of quality, tranquility, and attention to detail. The staff are exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive, providing a consistently high level of service throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, extremely varied, and offered a remarkably wide selection of high-quality food, with something to suit every taste. We also thoroughly enjoyed both of the hotel’s restaurants — the restaurant by the pool and the restaurant located on the beach. Both were excellent. The entire property including the private beach is impeccably clean and very well maintained, with great attention to detail. A truly exceptional place that combines beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, outstanding service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended! We would be delighted to return.

The staff are super friendly and extremely professional. Daniele the porter helped me to check in. He also brought me a farewell gift on behalf of the resort the night before I checked out. I’ve never received a gift from any resort on check out. This was unexpected and a wonderful touch on behalf of the resort. The entertainment in the evenings is world class. The singers and dancers are outstanding. The breakfast buffet is a feast of delights. I’ve never seen so many different stations with so many different foods for breakfast. The rooms are luxurious. The slippers are above average, soft and comfortable. The free slip slops was something I’ve never seen before. The pool is huge and wonderfully cool.

Loalità eccezionale che visito da diversi anni. Molto piacevole la spiaggia e la piscina interna. La sera è proposta una soddisfacente offerta di spettacoli di intrattenimento.

Nell'arco degli anni la qualità del buffet (solitamente incluso in mezza pensione) è decresciuta notevolmente: minore scelta, minore qualità del cibo. Penso che la gestione debba fare qualche riflessione in merito. La cena fa la differenza nel rapporto qualità prezzo.

Alles top! Super bequeme Betten und Polster, weiche Handtücher. 100% sauber, sehr freundliches, diskretes Personal, große Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, auch ein eigenenes glutenfreies Buffet und ganz frische Zutaten und extrem saubere Zubereitung. Bin normalerweise sehr kritisch, aber in diesem Hotel hatte ich nichts zu kritisieren.

Tutto.. buffet infinito, vario e buonissimo. Camera spaziosa ,moderna, pulita. Personale gentilissimo sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Spettacoli serali da veri professionisti. Navetta per il mare a circolo continuo c’era da aspettare veramente pochi minuti . Piscina bellissima! Mare stupendo!

Het hotel was mooi, netjes en zeer hygiënisch. Vooral het prachtige strand, de heldere zee en de gezellige liveoptredens rond 22.00 uur hebben wij erg gewaardeerd.

Na ongeveer vijf dagen vonden wij het dinerbuffet wat eentonig en soms wat flauw van smaak. In ons vorige hotel in Porto Cervo kregen wij iedere avond een wisselend viergangenmenu, waardoor het diner hier voor ons enigszins tegenviel.

Bel hôtel sur une plage magnifique avec un petit déjeuner remarquable (spéciale mention pour les cocktails de fruits frais) et des dîners tout aussi impressionnants par la diversité et la qualité des produits !! Le personnel et l’équipe d’animation sont extrêmement gentils et attentionnés. Les spectacles sont fabuleux avec une équipe de vrais artistes.

Nous avions une chambre “superior vista baia”, chambre mignonne mais petite et surtout une salle de bain très petite. La vue n’était pas exceptionnelle malgré le supplément. De plus nous avions un voisin de chambre qui ronflait fort (je ne sais pas si les chambres sont bien isolées du coup), et la seule solution que nous a proposé l’hôtel est de nous changer de chambre tout en nous précisant qu’elle était près de l’accueil et risquait donc d’être bruyante… Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus d’attention sur ce sujet. Trop peu de sports nautiques proposés par l’hôtel.

Es ist einfach eine super Lage, tolles Frühstück, schönes sauberes Gelände mit großem Pool und freundlichem Personal, dass guten Service gibt...insbesondere auch das Spa sowie der klasse, gepflegte Strand.

Schreiende Kinder beim Frühstück. Schreiende Kinder am Pool, die irgendwie die Erlaubnis haben zu machen was sie wollen (ich glaube auch nicht, dass all diese Kinder von Hotelgästen sind). Ach ja, und natürlich auch schreiende Kinder beim Abendessen.

We just came back home from our summer vacation in Timi Ama and I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their remarkable dedication to make our stay unforgettable. I will not mention all the fantastic aspects of the resort for which we are returning there for many years, I’ve highlighted them in my previous reviews. Now just a few words about new experiences and recent changes. This year we tried another suite (Coralia), it’s absolutely fantastic, especially the huge balcony, highly recommended. We were happy to see the evening shows are back in the amphitheater and we were impressed by the great variety of performances. It’s wonderful that the shop is also back, it comes very handy. The green areas look better compared to last years, complimenti for their maintenance. Furthermore, we liked a lot the everyday aqua gym sessions and also the biologist presentation. The life music at La Veranda and after the shows at the pool bar made our evenings at even more enjoyable. Our special thanks go to Francesco, Umberto, Andrea and Bogdan at I Ginepri, to Giulia, Angelica and Felipe at La Veranda, and most of all to Zou and Giulio - the magicians who make every wish come true. See you next year!

Il buffet della cena rispetto agli anni precedenti scadente come varietà e qualità

We visited the hotel at the turn of June and July. This was our second holiday at this hotel after three years, so a comparison is naturally offered. The hotel has undergone a renovation. The hallways and rooms have brightened up. Our room was significantly larger than last time. However, I feel that they skimped a bit on materials and furnishings. It didn't really bother us, though perhaps the shower enclosure could be better, and the room lacked a piece of furniture for luggage storage, which should be standard in a hotel of this level.The food was excellent, just as I remembered from our last visit. Perhaps the desserts could be better, but that is not so important to us. The quality of service in the dining room is a bit inconsistent, but the department managers tried to fix all the mistakes.The beach is still just as great. We probably missed the security guard who worked there during our first visit. He was a true professional who had eyes everywhere, and visitors didn't have to worry about losing their left-behind belongings. Instead, young managers with tablets in hand were walking around.I considered giving only 4 stars for a moment, but that would be unfair because I have given 5 stars to weaker hotels too. It is still true that this is the best holiday spot I know, and in all probability, I will visit the hotel again. Highly recommended to everyone.

This was our second time in Sardinia and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel was a bit smaller than where we had stayed previously (Chia Laguna), however this actually made it feel more intimate. The hotel and surroundings were spotlessly clean (and I’m hard to please in this regard!) with all amenities. Staff helpful and friendly. Food was good, lots of choice in the buffet. Beautiful beach and no issues getting sun beds here or at the pool. Highlight was the evening entertainment which was professional and great fun. Our teens enjoyed a party one night also. You can get a taxi into the town and back for €15. There are a few little clothes shops to look at plus cafes and a pharmacy. We didn’t venture there in the evening as we were half board but I imagine you could get some food in the town. If you like an active holiday this probably isn’t for you, but it’s perfect for a relaxing break in the sun which is exactly what we needed! It’s difficult to say what would have improved it but an indoor games room would be good for when you want to escape the sun and do something different. Would also highly recommend Elmas transport for transfers to and from the airport.

We've been here ten years ago when it was still a Pullman hotel. This time, we came again because we love the beach and the clear water there. The rooms have been refurbished in a very nice way, the facilities are good. They offer a lot of entertainment, sport and fun activities, also for kids of all ages, and we certainly recommend this hotel as a great beach holiday resort. To mention some areas for improvement: The food is not as good as it was ten years ago. Breakfast ist fine, but dinner could have more options - this is true for the buffet and the beach restaurant and even the pizzeria. Buffet dinner is quite expensive for what you get (75 Euro, or 50 Euro when you book half-board for your stay), and the main courses (meat and fish from the grill) are not hot, not even warm. Finding free sunbeds at the pool is a challenge, especially on windy days with higher waves on the beach. Changing rooms next to the pool would be nice to have. Service in general is a bit slow.

Amazing spot and top class facilities and food

The best thing about this resort and probably the only reason for its current high rating is the superb location - right besides the flamingo lake and Timi Ama beach which is one of the top rated in the region. The hotel also has a nice large pool and the water was pleasant. There's a shuttle that goes between the pool and the beach and takes a minute drive or 5 minutes walking if you don't mind the heat. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The two queen beds were large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. It had a nice large terrace as well as a separate sofa and spacious bathroom. There was enough storage space for all our luggage which is not that common at hotels. The

This is a nice hotel, but definitely not a great one. It's at best a good high-end 4-star hotel but not a top-rated 5-star resort mainly due to poor service, poorly trained staff, and somewhat rundown common areas. Since the hotel became Almar (previously it was Pullman) it's obvious they started renovating certain areas such as the rooms but the base is old, neglected, and definitely needs better maintenance and investment. It's one of the first things we noticed when we walked in. Breakfast was OK but far from good - again we expected more. We tried the dinner buffet only once - we didn't like it and as we had a rental car we preferred the short drive to some of the nice local high-rated restaurants (most require upfront reservation during the high season). The biggest let down was the poor service. Many of the staff are not properly trained and barely speak English. I was stunned that even people at the reception struggled with the language. Here are a few examples - almost every morning people from the housekeeping intruded in our room despite knowing we were inside and telling them to come later. Another example - we had an early boat trip booked and asked the staff to provide us with boxed breakfast not to waste time in the morning. They struggled with the request and sent us back and forth between the restaurant and the reception (almost as if this was a unique and strange request they've never encountered before). Finally, they told us they could not provide us with a breakfast in a box, but would gladly serve lunch boxes if we paid extra. The lady told us if we wish we could go and grab whatever we want from the breakfast buffet in the morning but refused to provide us with boxes. Huh?!? Anyways, there were many such petty experiences that we had to deal with during our stay. Again, this is a good hotel but simply did not match our expectations and the experience we've had at other top rated 5-star resorts.

La chambre , grande, moderne et lumineuse. La literie très confortable. La piscine magnifiquement dessinée et agréable à nager. La terrasse du petit-déjeuner. La plage superbe . Spa très bien mais la piscine intérieure un peu vieillissante . Qualité du Restaurant Ginepri. Très bonnes pizzas. Le personnel très aimable. La sortie avec le biologiste Michelangelo que je recommande.

Le restaurant Véranda qui était un peu décevant au niveau des saveurs des plats et de la variété le soir . Le personnel sur la plage qui venait faire la conversation aux clients sous les parasols alors que nous cherchons juste le calme et la tranquillité. Le personnel qui a force de vouloir bien faire quelque fois nous nous sentons constamment observés. Le manque de possibilité d’étendre le linge mouillé sur le Balcon.

Unser Aufenthalt war Anfang Juni 2026. Die Anlage als Ganzes war sehr schön, riesiger Pool, schöner Strand, alles in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Das Personal war professionell freundlich. Da es Vorsaison war, waren noch nicht alle Freizeitangebote verfügbar, aber es schien sehr vielfältige Möglichkeiten zu geben. Das Buffett war hervorragend, vielfältig und riesig.

Gemäss Booking.com hatten wir ein Superior Zimmer. Es war am Ende wohl eines der kleinsten Zimmer im ganzen Hotel, wofür wir nach unserem Ermessen einen viel zu hohen Preis bezahlten mussten. Es gab keinerlei Schränke, einzig je eine Schublade im Nachttischchen. Ein bisschen Garderobe mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln und einem einzigen Regalfach. In der Dusche konnte man sich kaum drehen, so eng war sie. An der Rezeption hiess es dann auf Nachfragen, Superior bedeute bei Ihnen halt einfach Standard...... No comment!

Lovely hotel in a great position. Very clean, rooms checked twice a day, and chocolates or sweets left every evening which was a lovely touch. Complimentery water every day and a nespresso coffee machine plus assorted teas in the room. Staff brilliant, always friendly and cheerful which can't always be easy. Lovely large pool area and beach within walking distance. Although there is a little shuttle if you don't want to walk. Breakfast buffet is enormous with everything you can imagine, great service from all the waiters. All in all a wonderful week in a great hotel.

Very nice hotel with renovated rooms and plenty of space between the hotel, the pond, and one of the best beaches in Villasimius. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of cakes, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, smoothies, and just about anything you can imagine. Dinner: The starters offer the same modest selection every evening, with the same dishes repeated on three different buffets (guests are not stupid). The main course offers a good choice of fish, but the selection of meat is very limited, with no red meat. The hot dishes are often only lukewarm or even cold, which is a daily disappointment. The cheese selection is also quite limited. Desserts, however, are excellent, with a large variety to choose from. Overall, it is a very good experience if you book bed and breakfast. The atmosphere around the pool is wonderful. Despite the disappointing restaurant experience, we will most probably return.

Francamente nulla. A trovare il pelo nell'uovo, migliorerei la "reattività" delle chiavi elettroniche che a volte si imballavano. Ma parliamo di minuzie.

Really liked that staff is full of nice young people. Always with a natural smile, not pushy but communicative and helpful.

Wir wurden automatisch in eine Junior Suite upgegraded. Das Personal in dem Hotel war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Buffet bei Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend - vielleicht könnte man noch mehr vegetarische Gerichte anbieten.

Es gibt aus unserer Sicht keinerlei Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen hätten. In der Hauptsaison, könnten die Zimmer mit Meerblick eventuell laut sein, da Bar, Restaurant und Theater in direkter Nähe sind

Meine Frau und ich haben dort unsere Flitterwochen verbracht. Dementsprechend habe ich per Mail den Wunsch nach Rosen und einer Flasche Sekt zum Empfang geäußert. Dieser Wunsch wurde ohne jegliche probleme erfüllt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden alle Koffer aus dem Auto geladen und im späteren Verlauf zum Zimmer gebracht. Hier wurde uns vom selben Mitarbeiter alles rund ums Zimmer erklärt. Und das alles ohne jegliche Anspielungen auf Trinkgeld zu machen. Auch an der Rezeption wurden wir freundlichst empfangen. Die Größe und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer waren der absolute Hammer. Diese wurden übrigens 2× am Tag gereinigt, aufgeräumt und mit neuen Handtüchern bestückt. Das Essen war für Hotelverhältnisse mehr als überragend. Es gab eine riesen Auswahl. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und sind trotz des Preises von 70pp auch mal zum Abendessen geblieben. Auch hier kann man sich über den Preis absolut nicht beschweren. Diese riesen Auswahl an Buffet bekommt man für 70 Euro pp nirgendwo. Die Lage und besonders der Weg zum Strand sind eine Augenweide. An Flamingos und an der schönen Natur vorbei. Der kleine Golfwagen ( Shuttle ) fährt durchgehend von 9 bis 23 Uhr. Max Wartezeit beträgt 15 min. Wir haben nie länger wie 5 min gewartet. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber das Personal. Jeder Mitarbeiter begrüßte uns egal zu welcher Tageszeit mit einem sehr freundlichen Lächeln und machte uns den Aufenthalt zu einer perfekten Hochzeitsreise. Wir bedanken uns vom ganzen herzen für dieses wunderschöne Erlebnis und freuen uns schon unheimlich auf das nächste mal. Lieben Gruß Pietro & Lilian Muto

We had a wonderful stay at Almar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the beach was beautiful. Getting to the beach was easy, whether walking or using the shuttle service. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide selection of choices. If I visit Sardinia again, Almar will be my first choice.

We are still at the hotel and arrived on 31st May, this is our second stay at the hotel. We were blown away by lots of aspects within this hotel last year and have to add that this hotel has kept its high standards as we move through our 10 day holiday here. The staff are fantastic, everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful, however their best quality is the relaxed environment they have created, nothing is too much trouble and there’s always a friendly welcoming smile. The food remains great, good quality choice and as much as you need. The location and beach are all worth the visit. We can’t fault this hotel and will write more when we return home.

Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel par excellence! Sehr saubere Anlage, ein freundliches, hilfsbereites Team und viele Freizeitprogramme. Ich habe mich gut erholt!

Ideal wäre es noch, wenn man eine Art „quiet zone“ am Strand machen könnte - all diejenigen, die gerne plaudern oder jene mit Kindern, würden sich zusammentun. Und all jene, die gerne Ruhe und Schlaf möchten, wären dann in der „quiet zone“ abgegrenzt.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, both grounds, pool and beach!! Staff was efficient and courteous.
