Localização, limpeza, infraestrutura, e praticidade de acesso a Lucerna, apenas 4 minutos da estação você já está no centro de Lucerna.

Poderia ter ar-condicionado disponível. Apesar de saber que nao é um item comum nas acomodações e casas. Mas por se tratar de um hotel e ter atendimento global, seria muito bom dispor deste conforto para os hospedes

地點尚算近火車站，不過四周沒有超市。

早餐選擇少;房間不舒適，沒有冷氣。接待的服務員稍欠禮貌，要旅客自己上儲物房,自己開鎖進入房間內，幸好本人帶了密碼鎖,可以鎖好行李，扣連在儲物架上，安全度不足。

It’s a very calm place.

They have individual and double rooms. If you go alone, the individual one is more than enough. If your are two, it’s a little tight.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij in- en uitcheck. Ruime, schone en nette kamer. Geen airco maar wel een ventilator tijdens ons verblijf met warm weer. De badkamer was ruim en schoon. Vanuit het hotel gratis openbaar vervoer ticket voor de stad Luzern, helemaal prima.

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was erg warm, maar op de kamer stond een ventilator waardoor we daar geen last van hadden. Ook voor onze jongste was er een extra bed. Bij het ontbijt was er voldoende keuze.

Volgens tourist information in Luzern zou het hotel ons een kaart hebben moeten geven waarmee we korting konden krijgen op diverse attracties. We kwamen daar pas na het uitchecken achter.

Decent breakfast spread with hot and cold items. Location is close to some restaurants as well as bus and train stops. Friendly staff.

No charging outlets by bed side night stands.

non abbiamo fatto colazione nella struttura. Parcheggio ottimo con ascensore che arriva fino al piano.

E' come ci aspettavamo.

It was very clean, the staff are friendly and facilities are good in terms of price. Room was spacious and they even gave us additional bed with no extra cost.

All was good, the only thing missing was air conditioner.

L’emplacement manque de charme, autant l’arrivée en zone industrielle, que la deco générale des années 1980, avec un accueil brutal. L’homme du lendemain matin était beaucoup plus sympathique.

Le bâtiment, l’accès, les chambres, tout est glauque, sur le chemin d’une zone industrielle vers un champ de foire.

沒有員工協助寄存行李，旅客需自行將行李放入一個房間內，並需要自行扣上自備的安全錬。房間廁所的設備略舊，沒有冷氣，較悶熱，雙人房的空間較狹小，整體而言不太舒適。性價比不高，不會再入住此品牌的酒店。

Jammer dat er geen airco is in het gebouw. Dit stond niet vermeld bij de boeking. Het gebouw was bloedheet en zeer oncomfortabel.

To start with the positives, the parking and check-in process were excellent and went very smoothly. The reception staff were helpful, friendly, and provided us with all the necessary information.

Until now, Ibis hotels have often been one of my first choices when looking for accommodation, mainly because of the consistently positive experiences I have had with the brand in other cities. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Ibis Kriens has changed this perception significantly, to the point where I would be very reluctant to choose an Ibis hotel again in the future. Unfortunately, the room itself fell far below my expectations, especially considering the price. As shown in the attached photos, the electrical setup was something I would hardly expect even in a basic university dormitory. We effectively had to choose between using the refrigerator or the power extension. Even the extension cable itself could only be plugged in when stretched to its absolute limit. The bathroom was another disappointment. There was a strong smell of cleaning products mixed with another unpleasant and difficult-to-identify odour. More concerningly, one of the towels had stains on it which I would rather not describe in detail. After a long journey, we had also hoped to have a pizza in the bar/dining area. However, the main question seemed to be whether there were actually any pizzas left in the freezer. This was particularly disappointing, as at this price level I would not expect the food offering to consist of what appeared to be frozen, ready-made pizza. In the end, fortunately, there was no opportunity to order one. Overall, I am genuinely disappointed by this experience. What makes it particularly frustrating is that my previous stays at Ibis hotels in other cities had created a very positive impression of the brand. Unfortunately, this single stay has significantly damaged that image for me.

1 personeelslid. Duurde even voordat je geholpen wordt. Ze moest de bar doen en het inchecken balie. Een nadeel er is geen airco, en in augustus is het bloed heet in de kamers. Er staan vennetjes in de kamer, die maken erg veel lawaai.

Very nice hotel at a very good location (4 min from the bus station and 5 min from the train station - direct bus or train to the centre). Spacious rooms, good breakfast, very friendly staff at the reception. I would stay there again if back in Lucerne.

More light in the room is recommended.

No AC in the room. So in Summer it feels more hotter inside.

Više hostel nego hotel. Soba je bila izuzetno mala, a prozor svega 3 metra iznad smetlarnika. Doručak kao u pučkoj kuhinji. Posremanje posuđa nakon doručka obveza je gostiju.
