Reviewed Sep 5, 2026We had a room overlooking the courtyard, and it was very quiet. Breakfast buffet was okay but ave. Staff in general was friendly but reserved. Many bus tour groups at the same time. Therefore breakfast after 8am is advised.
Only downside we encountered was the of the room. It was not sufficient.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The breakfast had enough options for a short stay, the food was decent quality and fresh. The breakfast area had sufficient seating for the number of guests. Location is right next to a station so travel into Lucerne is very quick and easy. The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was clean and functional. Overall, the hotel was very clean. A 30 minute walk to the Pilatus cable car station.
The room had a broken, or possibly dismantled bedside table stuffed under the bed.

Ήταν μικρό το δωμάτιο για οικογενειακό (τρία άτομα) σε σχέση με το Ibis (που είναι και αυτό στην ίδια περιοχή) και δεν υπήρχε επικοινωνία του πάρκινγκ με το κτήριο αν και ήταν πολύ κοντά

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026O pequeno-almoço era bastante bom. Gostei dos transportes gratuitos e frequentes para o centro da cidade. Gostei da possibilidade de estacionar o carro, entrando e saindo sempre que desejado, apesar de não ser gratuito.
O mobiliário estava um pouco desgastado e os tecidos dos estofos pouco limpos. Acho que o tipo de quarto não estava bem explicado, o facto de ser cama única, mas com colchão de tamanho duplo, parecia cama dupla.

Prezzo esagerato per un tre stelle, tenendo conto che non è in centro (raggiungibile coi mezzi o 5 minuti in auto); colazione scarna per il costo.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Das Personal ist super freundlich, vorallem ein junger Mitarbeiter aus Deutschland war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Lage ist mega gut. Mit den kostenlosen Fahrkarten kann man bequem und sehr einfach ins Zentrum fahren, nur zwei Stationen entfernt. Das Parkhaus liegt direkt dem Hotel gegenüber.

Podobno obiekt posiada parking podziemny, ale jest mały i trudno o miejsce. Konieczne parkowanie na parkingu wielopoziomowym naprzeciwko obiektu.

The rooms were very small and the rooms were not cleaned properly as the floor was dirty with crisps on the floor from the previous guest. Breakfast was ok but not the best.

Overall the hotel is good, but not doing anything for customer delight. Giving a small chocolate on any guests birthday is a delight but the hotel misses this in-spite of an International brand. Room AC was not effective and the shower handle was leaking. 422 Room.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026De airco op onze kamer kon niet uitgezet worden. De regelunit was kapot. Het was steenkoud op de kamer waarbij de koude luchtstroom op onze gezichten waaide. Dit uiteraard gemeld bij de receptie. Ze kwamen kijken maar konden het niet oplossen. Ook een andere kamer behoorde niet tot de opties. Uiteindelijk maar zoveel mogelijk onder de lakens gelegen met een petje op. De volgende ochtend bij het uitchecken werd er niet eens gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was bevallen. Zelf dus maar aangegeven dat we niet tevreden waren. De receptie medewerker vroeg daarna om ons emailadres achter te laten zodat de bedrijfsleider contact op kon nemen. Na 2 dagen niets gehoord, dus zelf maar via Booking.com een mail verstuurd. Ook daar duurde het lang voordat er een reactie kwam. Toen wel met de nodige excuses en een aanbieding om korting te krijgen op ons volgende verblijf. Aangegeven dat dit niet echt een tegemoetkoming is aangezien we dit hotel als tussenstop gebruikten voor onze eindbestemming. Ons voorstel was om een deel terug te betalen van de boeking. Op ons voorstel is nooit meer een reactie gekomen. Kortom, wij komen hier nooit meer.

We arrived around 8pm after 10 hours of driving. The reception tried to sell us a parking location that was 10 minutes away from the hotel (walk) without mentioning underground parking. When I objected, she said it's for people who book more than 3 nights! Finally I got it but it was strange. Her English was also terrible
