Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Auch die Müsli-Möglichkeiten waren angenehm zu nutzen. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Haus, die Bushaltestelle nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und die Landschaft. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr schmackhaft und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Check-In und Check-Out waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wir haben es vollbracht.

I appreciate having a park nearby for my dog. There is a train 10 minutes from the accommodation that can take you anywhere.

I booked this hotel based on its appearance (a beautiful, typically Swiss guesthouse), but nowhere does it mention having an additional building full of stairs and no elevator. There were other unpleasantly surprised guests who had to lug their suitcases up and down those stairs. It’s nice that the hotel aims to be modern, allowing you to check in yourself via a tablet; however, what isn't so nice is that if something goes wrong, there is no one around to help, and the other staff members act as if they don't see you.

Rooms are cleans and we'll maintained. Breakfast was good.

No personal at reception from 9 pm to 7am. Try to check in before 9 pm. Otherwise choose some hotel. We waited almost 2 hours even we did self check.in. Lady is bar open doors for my family. And told us to take keys in morning.

La chambre était très propre et bien agencée. Le design intérieur de l'hôtel dans son ensemble est agréable. Excellente literie, que nous avons bien appréciée. Bon petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel dispose également d'un restaurant, où nous avons mangé un soir, et qui est très bien. L'arrêt de bus est tout près de l'hôtel et en 10-15 minutes on est au centre-ville. Le check-in se fait de manière autonome, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous nous étions enregistrés en ligne et nous avons donc passé peu de temps pour le check-in à l'hôtel. Par contre, il faut faire attention lors de l'activation des cartes d'entrée dans la chambre. Sur les deux cartes, seulement l'une a finalement fonctionné.

Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Extraklasse. Weiter so.

Check-In ohne menschlichen Kontakt ist einfach nicht mein Ding. Plötzlich ging der Zimmerbadge nicht mehr... da wünscht man sich einen persönlichen Kontakt. Das Zimmer 106 ist nur für schlanke und kleine Personen (wie ich) geeignet. Die Toilette ist zu hoch installiert. Gerade auf der Toilette sitzen ist ebenfalls Fehlanzeige, die Beinfreiheit wurde leider nicht eingeplant... Fernsehverbindung fragwürdig. Zum Glück war ich nicht mehr als 8 h /Tag im Zimmer.

De payer aussi cher pour un lit parapluie c'est du vol! Et quand j'ai voulu l'annuler dès que j'ai appris le montant c'était trop tard. Et à l'accueil on m'a dit que ce n'était pas leur problème...

Die Lage ist gut, Bus fährt regelmäßig, Haltestelle in der nähe.

Wie hatten für den hohen Preis kein Balkon, sondern zur Straße hinaus und die wahr sehr laut. Einchecken nicht geklappt. Wir konnten nicht ins Zimmer. Mussten 3 x anrufen. (Wahr das 1x bei uns, keine erfahrung. )

Het eten was goed , het personeel was aardig en het ontbijt was lekker.

Onze kleindochter verbleef in de eenpersoonskamer. Deze viel tegen t.o.v. de foto’s en omschrijving. 16m2 is betwijfelend, het toilet en de douche zijn open in de kamer (je rolt uit bed en je zit op het toilet). Er is geen afzuiging en de douchecabine loopt niet door tot het plafond, waardoor het na een douche een sauna in de kamer is. De kamer zelf wordt sowieso snel benauwd, gelukkig is er een airco. Het jammere van deze is dat hij een brommend geluid maakt, waardoor in slaap komen lastiger is. De kamer is gehorig, je kan geluiden van de gang en van de kamer naast je goed horen. De tweepersoonskamers bevielen beter.

Ein praktisches Hotel für ein paar Tage gut geeignet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert eher wie ein Ventilator, erfüllt aber den Zweck Frühstück in Ordnung, leider aber keine Abwechslung Toll ist, dass man mit den Öffis in Zone 10 kostenfrei fahren kann

Lautstärke von der Terrasse Auf den Balkonen gibt es nur 2 Stühle, keinen Tisch.

Gute Anbindung mit Bus zur Stadtmitte

Le système sans personnel de Check-in/ Check-out. Nous avons eu la chance à notre arrivée d'avoir quand même une personne présente qui a pu gentiment nous aider pour réaliser le check-in (d'autant que la version proposée sur la tablette fournie pour le faire n'est qu'en allemand).Mais lors d'un problème subi de désativation des clés de chambre, le personnel dédié au restaurant parlant uniquement allemand n'a pas pu nous aider et nous avons dû à 23h contacter la hot-line (en anglais) pour pouvoir re-initialiset les clés et rentrer dans notre chambre. Il est également dommage que les tarifs du restaurant soient si chers, nous obligeant à chercher des restaurants aucnx alentours plus compatibles avec notre budget. Nous aurions apprécié après une journée de visites, à dîner tranquillement à l'hôtel.

We booked the family room. There was barely room to stand up straight as it was on the attic. The airco was a machine in the room, that managed to bring the temperature down to 27 degrees and was incredibly loud. For this kind of money I expected something much better. Very disappointed.

The hotel is a great location and has a lovely ambience in the evening with the outside restaurant. Excellent safe parking.

We've been coming here for 4 years. The first time was £185 for a balcony room, lovely attentive staff and great service. It was superb. This time, it was £275 for standard room no balcony. Big increase. The air con was so loud you couldn't sleep but was needed at it was 35'c when we arrived. It was also almost ineffective. The restaurant was very busy but only 2 staff waiting on. It took about 20 mins, twice, to get a drink. Self check-in worked ok but my point is.. This hotel used to be very warm, welcoming and personal and you felt like your custom was valued. I'm afraid its lost all that appeal and is costing an awful lot more. Disappointing.

L'emplacement, le professionnalisme et la qualité des infrastructures

The self check in was easy to use. The parking is convenient and has direct elevator access from the parking area to the rooms, but a room key is access it, so you must check in around the front first. The room was nice and spacious and had a nice view. The self service late night snack bar was convenient and welcome for my late arrival. The breakfast the next morning was adequate and well presented.

The signage in the front was a bit unclear and it was initially confusing to walk through a restaurant to get to the check in desk? But it worked out. The air conditioner was very nice to have, but it appears to be in need of a bit of maintenance as it was unusually loud/noisy all night. But that is still better than being warm. It would be nice if there was an electric vehicle charging on site.

Die Bilder auf Booking.com vom Einzelzimmer stimmen nicht überein mit der Realität und vermitteln ein falsches Bild. Der Stuhl im Zimmer hatte flecken und Haare, und auch an anderen Stellen im Zimmer war es nicht sauber. Die Klimaanlage war staubig. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Goed gelegen aan de weg, fijn voor een tussenstop naar Italie. Er zat een restaurant bij.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch das hoteleigene Restaurant war sehr gut.

Leider ist das WLAN schon mehrere Tage vor unserer Anreise ausgefallen und wurde auch nicht behoben. Was jedoch noch enttäuschender war, ist das Frühstück. Es gab keine Ei-Varianten (Rührei, Spiegelei, etc.). Das Frühstücksei musste man sich selber kochen. Ebenso fehlten Joghurt und Quark, obwohl es passende Cerealien gegeben hätte. Tja, ist nicht geliefert worden war dann die Aussage der Mitarbeiterin. Das war dann leider nicht, was man von einem schweizer Hotel in der Preislage erwarten würde.

Top Lage zu Luzern. Sehr gute Busverbindung, fast vor der Türe. Sehr sauber. Renovierte Zimmer. Super Frühstück.

Het ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid, maar wel voldoende. Het hotel was vlak tegen de bushalte en op 15 minuten was je in het centrum van Luzern. Kamers waren proper. Vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Luidruchtige airco. Veel lawaai op de gang. Geen WiFi wegens technisch probleem. Geen ijskast op de kamer.

The hotel is just 1–2 minutes from bus #20 stop, which goes to Lucerne Train Station—an important convenience since taxis are expensive in Switzerland. The breakfast attendant was excellent: hardworking, attentive, and always on top of her duties.

It would be beneficial to offer at least one new breakfast item, particularly for guests staying multiple nights.

La Clim fait un bruit horrible et même éteint, il y a eu un sifflement d’un appareil électrique toute la nuit qui m a complètement empêché de dormir, de plus le lit était à mon goût bcp trop mou avec un sommier bon à changer + un wifi qui n’a pas fonctionné ce qui nous a obligé à prendre une option 4g chez notre opérateur français. Au final avec le bruit j’ai fais une insomnie et je n’ai pu dormir que 3h
