El hotel no incluye el desayuno, pero la habitacion y el baño son muy buenos, limpíos , y comodos. La cocina con todos los utensilios basicos que se necesitan, la ubicacion es central, como a 15 minutos en bus del centro. Resalto la buena atencion que nos proporciono una de las empleadas de la limpieza que nos colaboro mucho para poder ingresar, ya que no nos funciono la aplicacion. Buena relacion precio-calidad

Lamentablemente la aplicacion que el hotel utiliza ,para poder ingresar a la habitacion ( no hay recepcion) es una version mas antigua que la utilizada en los androids nuevos, por lo tanto se nos dificulto mucho el ingreso, cuando llegamos cansados y con deseos de ingresar a la habitacion a descansar; afortunadamente una empleada de la limpieza que andaba por ahi, al ver nuestra dificultad nos ayudo muchisimo, hasta que logramos ingresar a la habitacion con nuestras maletas.

全体的に良い宿泊施設でした。 ルツェルンからバスで15分でいけてバス停はホテルの目の前です。 15分に1本バスが来るのも助かりました。 宿泊するのにアプリを事前にダウンロードしてBluetooth繋げてホテルのキーを開けるんですが出来なくてWhatsAppで連絡したらすぐ返信がきて設定の仕方を教えてくれました。 (日本人へ。iPhoneだと設定→アプリ→Anstatthotelの →Bluetoothをオン。その後にiPhone自体のBluetoothをつけてホテルのキー部分にタッチしてください) 部屋は掃除が行き届いており、冷蔵庫も広くて小さな冷凍庫もついてます。 シャワーの水圧も完璧！ ハンドソープはありますが、ボディソープとシャンプーとコンディショナーは持参してください！ もちろんヨーロッパなので歯ブラシと歯磨き粉も！ Wi-Fiも問題なし。 とても良いホテルだったのでまた利用したいです。

Der Name wäre mit Garnichthotel eher passend. Ohne Smart Phone und Hotel App geht dort garnichts. Bezeichnend ist, dass die Service Nummer von Booking an der Eingangstür steht, da vom „Hotel“ niemand zu erreichen ist. Einchecken , auch fürs parken kompliziert. Waschbecken im Bad mini. Ähnlich eher Gäste WC. Ein Maler wird dringend gebraucht. Farbe fällt schon von der Decke.

Não conseguimos entrar na porta principal com a aplicação. Tivemos sorte pois aproveitamos para entrar enquanto outros hóspedes estavam a sair. Na porta do quarto a aplicação funcionou bem. O quarto tinha um cheiro muito intenso a caril que detetámos ser proveniente do exaustor. A zona de convívio tinha um cheiro muito intenso e persistente a tabaco. Só identificamos alguém do staff no segundo dia, na manhã, durante a limpeza.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and in a good location with bus stop outside, bus every 15min to Lucerne. There was a balcony with stunning views which made our stay. The patio doors to the balcony have an electric blind which we didn't realise at first. The only issues we had were 1) Our tv wouldn't work, we contacted the host but being a self check in hotel there is no reception or staff on site. 2) The other thing is - bear in mind is that this hotel doesn't support the Lucerne visiter cards with free transport in zone 10. We were the only people we saw pay on the bus which isn't cheap at almost 10 euros each way.

Bien ubicado y limpio. Aunque no hay recepción el atendimento telefónico es muy rápido y fácil.

La lavadora funciona con monedas (de Francos suizos) únicamente, lo que limita mucho su uso. Aunque habíamos reservado la habitación para 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niñas), nuestra habitación tenía 3 camas y 3 toallas. Su argumento es que como según su política la niña pequeña no pagaba (3 años), pues que tampoco tenía cama. En ningún momento eso se me notificó durante la reserva. Felizmente han podido solucionar con un cambio de habitación, pero si no hubiera una habitación más amplia disponible no sé cómo lo hubiéramos hecho. Muy muy amable la persona que me atendió por teléfono.

Hotelik naprawde przyjemny. Na miejscu od strony glównego wejścia mozna wyrobic sobie karte do otwierania drzwi zeby nie korzystac caly czas z telefonu. Polecam sobie sciagnac aplikacje do placenia za parking jest to bardzo wygodne. Na miejscu jest Wifi, a na samym dole jest silownia, ktora mozna sobie wykupic w aplikacji. Na pierwszym pietrze sa automaty, w ktorych mozna kupic kapsulki do kawy. Na przeciwko hotelu jest przystanek wiec mozna wygodnie dostac sie do Lucerny. Na plaze idzie sie moze 6 minut. Bylismy z psem, a na miejscu czekal dla niego kocyk i miska. Naprawde slodkie. Miejsce bardzo dobrze zorganizowane i opisane z odnalezieniem sie nie powinno być problemu.

My 3rd stay at the hotel. Easy to check in and out, add services through the app. Clean, comfortable, quiet, a very good location, easy to park. A well equipped gym on the ground floor. If there are any problems, the staff answers promptly.

Horw is a pretty town where you can walk along the lake and nice view from balcony (sports field across from hotel) The bus station is in front of the hotel; Seefeld. Close to travel to Mount Pilatus.

The bathroom light goes on automatically - that means a bright light in your eyes in the middle of the night 😟 There was no bed side lights. Check in was not that simple, but with help we came right. Note: You CAN NOT CHECK IN BEFORE 4PM! Remember to buy breakfast goodies on your way there (no supermarket close by)

Ich würde das nicht als Ferienwohnung einstufen. Dazu ist es nicht bequem genug. Kochen kann man kaum, auch wenn Ausstattung da ist, es ist zu eng und Dampf darf nicht entstehen. Das Waschbecken im Bad winzig, kaum Abstellflächen vorhanden. Schwierig war die Generierung der Schlüsselkarte, Gottseidank konnten und Anwesende helfen. Unangenehm das Bad mit Glastüre, die am oberen und unteren Rand jeweils mehrere Zentimeter offenmwar. Mithören erwünscht?

I liked that there was a kitchenette, with plates/itensils. I also appreciated the coffee pods that were available.

It would have been nice if there were some minor kitchen supplies like a salt and pepper shaker. The bathroom was not clean. There was some mold and we saw 2 roaches in the middle of the night. The beds were not very comfortable.

Die Unterkunft war prima, es hatte alles was nötig ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Der Standort ist super, die Nähe zum See und der Stadt ist sehr praktisch und schön.

Tenías una app y ahí controlabas todo, pagabas las cosas, tenías las llaves, etc. Era espacioso y contaba con menaje suficiente en la cocina. Íbamos con perro y tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una manta y un bebedero para él. Estaba bien situado para visitar los alrededores.

Las camas eran incomodisimas, no conseguimos descansar bien ni un día, además, la luz del baño tenía sensor y si te levantabas en mitad de la noche o pasabas cerca se encendía.

Gute Lage.

Konnte erst um 16.00 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen. Licht im Badezimmer wird durch Bewegung angemacht. Danach muss man mindestens 5 Minuten warten bis das Licht wieder ausgeht. In der Nacht nicht gut. Keine Nachttischlampen. Kein Föhn, kein Duschmittel.

Bed was not that very comfortable. Room H2124 does not have a balcony. It will be better if we are informed about this while we book the accommodation.

A little bit too far from Lucerne, but bus worked well, and train station also far away. No local shop. 10-15 mins walk away.

Entry access was confusing and required assistance from multiple other guests as physical card had to be generated. A number other guests had same issue

The shower is large by European standards.

Dirty walls, smelly linen (especially the pillows), and dishes with old food residue still on them. The bathroom door has gaps at the top and bottom, so toilet odour drifts straight into the kitchenette and sleeping area — you eat and sleep in it. The apartment also gets extremely hot, with no air conditioning and no real way to cool it down. Worst of all, my friend’s bed collapsed when he sat on it: the slats fell out, he fell through, and he hurt his leg badly enough to be left with a large haematoma. Looking at the earlier Booking.com reviews, the same complaints come up again and again, each met with a reply that reads like a templated or AI-generated apology and no apparent change. Would not stay again.

Es gibt auf den Zimmern eine kleine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine mit einer Grundversorgung von Kaffee und Tee. Als wir durch einen Ausfall der App, keinen Zugriff auf die elektronische Türöffnung hatten, hat uns eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin eine Zugangskarte ausgestellt. Die App hatte aber dann auch wieder funktioniert. Dies ist aber nicht der App anzulasten, sondern eher der externen Internetverbindung meines Anbieters durch Roaming. Für den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft steht kostenfreies W-Lan zur Verfügung.

Entsprechend meiner Recherchen zu einer Unterkunft, war ich auf ein Angebot mit Bildern zur Seeseite aufmerksam geworden. War jedoch auch nicht angegeben, leider haben wir ein Zimmer zur Seite hin bekommen, die ausgerechnet zu mehreren Gewerbefirmen hinführt. An beiden Tagen hatte wurde dort ab 7:45 Uhr lautstark die Fahrzeuge für den Arbeitstag gepackt. Die Mitarbeiterin der Malerfirma hatte anscheinend ihren Wohlgefallen darin entdeckt, den Deckel der Müllcontainer als Schlaginstrument zu benutzen. Der Dusch und Toilettenraum ist zwar mit einer Glastür versehen, aber nach oben zur Decke hin offen, wäre schöner einen getrennten Raum dafür zuhaben. Der Bewegungsmelder der Sanitäranlage ist schon recht fragwürdig.

Il monolocale è carino anche se un po' stretto per 3 adulti. Possibilità di parcheggiare fuori dall'edificio o nel parcheggio sotterraneo. Balcone con tavolo e sedie per ogni appartamento. Il centro di Lucerna è raggiungibile in 15/20 minuti con autobus che ferma davanti al residence (è possibile fare il biglietto a bordo, pagando con carta di credito all'autista)

Il bagno ha una porta interamente di vetro smerigliato che non copre l'intero spazio tra pavimento e soffitto, con ovvie conseguenze! I tre lettini erano uniti. Chi dormiva nel lettino centrale aveva quindi difficoltà a scendere! Abbiamo cercato di creare un piccolissimo spazio spostando due lettini. Difficoltà ad aprire sia il portone che la porta dell'appartamento con l'App. Abbiamo trovato la soluzione aiutandoci tra noi clienti. Difficoltà a capire come funzionava il pagamento del parcheggio attraverso l'App (per la quale Anstatthotel non ci aveva dato nessun nome di riferimento) Inoltre Anstatthotel ci aveva detto che costava 7 franchi fissi al giorno senza spiegarci che è invece possibile interrompere il pagamento ogni volta che si esce per qualche ora dal parcheggio.

The support staff who probably on minimum wage were very helpful.

There was no toaster, the pillows like beanbags, there was one easy chair that was very uncomfortable. The shower needs maintenance, the shower head had to be replaced and the door seal was broken so bathroom flooded. You couldn't really cook a meal there as equipment was basic and there was no preparation room. Having an app to get in was problematic, often a queue at the door trying to make it work.

Good value for money for Switzerland. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and location was convenient, but travel costs into central Lucerne were expensive!

We had a studio apartment for four people. The kitchenette was adequate but there was little space for food prep. The biggest problem was the bathroom which only had a partial stable-type door which didn't shit or lock, had gaps top and bottom, and was made of frosted glass. Not ideal when sharing a room!!

La limpieza del apartamento

Estando la habitación preparada una hora antes nos hicieran esperar en las instalaciones, el detalle de habernos dejado pasar hubiera mejorado nuestra estancia.

Muy mal no atienden a nadie y no solucionan ningún problema para entrar al apartamento problemas

Les he explicado que somos una familia con 4 niños y que sea una habitación suite o dos una al ido de la otra me pusieron en una planta y mi familia en otra no lo recomiendo a nadie tuve que dormir todos en una habitación para ha sido muy mal hotel

Fast alles war gut. Besonders gut das Service Team, welches man per Telefon und Email erreichen kann. Aber der Rest war auch gut.

* Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein - es fehlen ein paar Dinge, z. B. Nudelsieb, scharfes Messer, grosse Tasse. * Bei heissem Wetter wäre es gut, wenn das Gebäude täglich sinnvoll gelüftet wird: also tagsüber Fenster und Türen geschlossen, über Nacht dagegen die Fenster öffnen. Umso wichtiger, da das Gebäude keine Klimaanlage hat.

It has many facilities - you have a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and place to cook. You get a balcony and very comfortable laundry room. It's close to mount rigi and mount pilatus, more close then luzern bahn. There's a beach you can walk to 12 minutes. You can use the gym for 4 chf a day which is very cheap. The wifi is good.

There's no full body mirror and you can't get extra towels. It's not really a hotel - it's an apartment like airbnb, with a lot of amenities, and very clean. They make you use an app to do everything which is kind of annoying. Sometimes it doesn't work well and I would rather just have a key to my room. I don't like to download new apps just for a hotel of 4 days.

The location was perfect, with the train station just a short walk away, making travel incredibly easy. The neighbourhood is peaceful, scenic, and ideal for exploring Lucerne. Thanks
