Clean,bed was reasonably comfortable, would like to see at least one soft pillow.

No elevator to second floor. Space between toilet and wall was really small, almost less than airplane toilets. A definite design and construction error.

Went to leave at 6:45am but doors to office don't open till 7am sharp, the young lady said they will be open at 7. Was very diaspointed tha the hot tube was also closed no mention of that when booked

Good breakfast, sausage was slightly under cooked, it should be slightly browned. Muffins were nice and fresh, although the stand was falling apart.

Desk chair had not been wiped down, it had greasy hand prints on it. Curtains were ripped. Bed covering was stained.

The hotel was conveniently located for my visit to Vernon

It was a little pricey compared to other new hotels available but it was clean and comfortable.

We arrived and the room smells weird, only to find out theres still left over food probably from the guests before us. So that means rooms are not being cleaned properly. We stayed for few days and even with the everyday cleaning, I noticed that they were only removing the garbage, fix the sheets a little but you will still see the mess. And the wet towels, they just fold it up again to reuse it. In other hotels they will change it if it’s on the floor and I doubt that they do that here because I touch the towels they were kinda wet and just folded. Really gross.

Everything in the room was good. Service was good including the staff providing a hairdryer to replace the existing broken one. Thank you!

Breakfast was fair. I'd recommend having other meat option such as turkey or chicken or veggie vs only pork.

Clean towels, ice bucket, clean walls. The room we were supposed to get still had guests in it. Put us by the pool which other guests left the children unattended. Very loud.

They were not rude, but had a undertone of not wanting my family here. We cleaned our own room everyday we booked here because housekeeping never stopped to ask if we need clean towels or garbage removed over our 4 day stay here.

Basic room and comfortable as expected.

The room was dusty and the overall cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The towels were yellowish and one was heavily stained. The bedsheets were also stained and one had been put on inside out which made it seem like someone was trying to hide the stains rather than replace the sheet. I spoke with the manager about these issues. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally they told me “This is not a 5-star hotel” and asked what I expected. I explained that regardless of the hotel’s star rating I expected a clean room with clean unstained towels and bedsheets. I was then told that only the towels could be changed that evening and that the rest would be taken care of the following day. The next morning I confirmed this with another receptionist who assured me the issue would be resolved. However, when we returned that evening, nothing had been changed. The staff had simply made the beds using the same stained sheets. There were several other maintenance and cleanliness issues as well. The hair dryer was broken and unsafe to use. Someone’s contact lens was stuck to the wall which clearly had not been noticed during cleaning. The floor was sticky and dirty and there was a noticeable layer of dust around the microwave.

I can understand that its short staffed, but we found out that the sheets are not changed..bedsheets and pillowcases are stained, and the worst part is we found a used condom in between the sheets and hair strands.So it is understood, that the bed was only straightened but never changed.Even the shower bathtub is still full of hair strands and the hair conditioner is empty.

The receptionist didn't even look at me when she greeted me, the rooms look like roadside motel rooms, mattresses and sheets stained (I have photos), very dirty room, dirty mattress with something that looked like bedbugs, filthy sofa (photo), bathroom without hot water, kitchen in the room completely dirty (photo), refrigerator full of ice and dirty, breakfast with cheap items, employees handle the food with their bare hands and replenish it, I would never go back there again, when I complained about all this the morning employee "Naginder" - General Manager, simply charged the full rate.

The toilet flusher is not functional, seems like there is a technique in which way to twist. Breakfast not bad.

Parking lot felt very unsecured. Homeless camp nearby. Poor lighting in areas. Parking lot was a free for all. Guy with an expensive boat seemed quite entitled by parking his truck/boat combo in a no parking zone. Management left outside door open to public after hours, access to washer and dryer possibly, with homeless hanging around.

Good location, close enough to do a day trip to Kelowna and Kamloops. Room was clean and spacious. I liked the sink placed outside the toilet and bath. Free complimentary breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Looks like the sheets are not cleaned. My 10yr old went to bed and her sheet smelt horrible. If she could notice something like that it was bad. No creamers or sugar in the room.

Location of room although quiet was not ideal. Our room was across from Wendy drive-thru and next to office and quite dark. We would have preferred a room further away from road at back of facility instead of front.

Fantastic stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in, always happy to help with a smile. The accommodations were excellent the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Your breakfast was complete trash people spend alot of money and the complimentary breakfast and everything is gross hashbrowns taste like garbage sausage is low quality trash everyone eating it looks like they are going to be sick ...... step up your game

It was easy to find and convenient for continuing our travels

There was loud partying going on outside our door from 11:30 pm to 3:00 am. Front desk didn’t curb it even though I called at 1:30 am. The bath tub should be safer. It needs a bath mat or grips to prevent slipping plus safety bars to hold on to. The facet needed repair to change from shower to tub position.

The bed was a bit small, and the continental breakfast was ok. Things could have been cooked better.

2 shampoos and no conditioner in bath/shower room. No body wash or soap either in the bathroom/shower room... (Only by the sink - which is not in the same room as the bathtub/shower) was a small bar soap. For a Days Inn & especially for the pricey cost of this hotel these extremely basic things were missing. To our dismay, there seems to be an ant issue, dozens in our room - couldn't leave anything on the floor - not even our shoes. I usually pick Day's Inn because they are an exceptional value with great amenities & lots of the basics. I was very disappointed in this place. Don't even get the basics for over $200 a night + pest issue. Side note could not even use the indoor pool because it was cold. I definitely would not recommend this spot to anyone. I came to Vernon to see my elderly mother as my father recently passed away . This stay here was not that pleasurable one. I was hoping the room would be a little respite from things, but this made my visit to Vernon harder than it needed to be. 😔

The air conditioning was so loud that it could be heard from the next unit. Kept me awake a lot of the night.

The hotel is well located, close to the supermarket, mall and stores like Wallmart, The Best Buy, Canadian Tire, etc. The breakfast was well served, with yogurt, muffins and breads, some fruits, sausages and eggs. The beds were very comfy. We spent 2 nights, in a quiet room.

The pool was nice & a good temperature. The coffee was strong & great, the breakfast juice was very good.

Breakfast was completely cold & inedible, no yogurt in the fridge, poor choice overall. Cleanliness was questionable at best as far as the room & towels etc. Not even sure the bed had a clean top as it had weird stains etc. 3 of us in the room & only 2 towels provided, different shades of white. No privacy card to hang on the outside of the door.

The place was dirty. Furiniture extremely dated. Broken appliances. Floors never swept nor tables wiped. Bath area too small and ring around bathtub.
