Reviewed Sep 5, 2026We stayed in Ibis Baar one night while we went for an evening running race close to Zug. The hotel is right in front of Baar train and bus station. Perfect location for us. The room was very nice and clean. Super easy to check-in and check-out

Nicht geeignet für Geschäftsreisen. Rechnung wurde per E-Mail versprochen. Dies hat nicht geklappt, trotz mehrmaligem nachfragen (schriftlich, telefonisch). Ich wurde immer wieder vertröstet. Ohne Rechnung ist es schwierig Spesen einzufordern. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Recepiton hat die falschen Höhenangabe der Tiefgarage genannt. Mit 205 cm war diese dann knapp für einen Servicebus. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.

Rum til tre personer var ikke ret lille og konstant fugtigt. Aircondition virkede fint, måske lidt for fint til at køre om natten. Så valget var mellem varmt eller koldt, idet vindje kun kunne åbnes delvist/vippes.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt- tolle Lage, super Zimmer, sehr sauber, freundlich und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Trotz der Lage am Bahnhof, war es super ruhig und man hat nichts gehört. Das Zimmer hatte sogar Jalousien - ein großer Pluspunkt.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Prima maar wat kleine kamer midden in het centrum. Tegenover het station van Baar. Maar geen last van trein geluiden. Als je nog een dranje wilt kan dat in de lobby, of aan de overkant bij BBQ Lounge Bar.
Kamer wat klein, parkeren kost 13 frank, voelt wat onzinnig in een vrijwel lege garage. Ook badkamer is wat krap. Ontbijt buffet is duur, ga beter naar de overkant (von Rotz) voor een echt lekker ontbijt.
