There was no air conditioning and the room was too hot to sleep comfortably

Klimaanlage wäre an sehr waren Tagen nicht schlecht .....

Sehr sauber. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut unkompliziert. Ruhig und angenehm. Zweckmässige Ausstattung. Leckeres Frühstück. Parkplatz. WLAN. Gute Lage.

Booking will, dass ich hier etwas reinschreibe, obwohl mir nichts Gescheites dazu einfällt. Also, man hätte die Kurbel der Jalousie auf der rechten Seite anbringen können, weil sie auf der linken Seite schwieriger zu bedienen ist.

Location was very good. Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful.

The older gentleman who handled my move in should simply not be dealing with guests. His communication, body language, tone - all completely inappropriate for a hotel or any service business. This gentleman in particular was incredibly offensive, for no reason at all, and ruined the experience. At the end of the day, it just takes one person who does not know how to do deal with people to ruin the efforts of all his colleagues. If not for this man, would have been an 8/10.

It was close to the station and clean.

I didn’t like that I had to do a digital check-in.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Having checked out, they held our baggage due to us attending an eBike experience and then allowed us to use the shower room to get ready for our flight back to the UK.

We could have been informed about the the roller blind on arrival to allow us to understand how to black the room out and also for privacy.

The bed was not that comfortable.

There were spiders in my room, I called reception and it was late, they have alternative number and if you need help the hotel charge you 300 euros. The cleaning conditions were not good, towels were stained.

Posizione ottima a 10 minuti a piedi da stazione dei treni. Stanza grande e accogliente , doccia spaziosa e funzionale.

Short stay but nice family run hotel. Simple room and simple breakfast for a night stay. Nearby a small mall with Coop supermarket etc. About a 10mins walk to the Baar train station. Several good F & B places around within walking distance.

The main problem is the extremely narrow (80 cm) beds with rock-hard mattresses and uncomfortable jelly-like pillows. A “Double Room” is just two single beds awkwardly joined together in a small room. Sleeping is impossible. No AC / kettle / minibar. The so-called “Inner Courtyard View” room actually faces the street through a half-courtyard separated by a fence. As light sleepers, we could still hear the traffic noise, only slightly muffled by the fence.

Wir haben uns wieder sehr gefreut, im Dialoghotel Eckstein zu Gast zu sein. Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bot eine gute und leckere Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar – Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder – vielleicht im Dezember, wenn wir den Weihnachtsmarkt in Luzern besuchen. Viele liebe Grüße Michael und Katharina

I recently stayed at the hotel for a week. It was a business stay and found the location to be just amazing, amazing view, good sized rooms and quite near to the baar station. Staff very friendly and very good hospitality! Cafeteria opened 24/7 that was very helpful to make your own beverages or heat your food. Would like to stay again if I come to Zug.

Je suis venue dans cet hotel car je travaillais sur Baar. Cet hotel est trés correct: le personnel est accueillant la chambre était très propre et a le nécessaire pour un séjour. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans le restaurant est est bien fourni.

I didnt like how there is no lock on the door and being placed next to exit. Unfortunately i had barely any sleep from the neighbors walking all night

Swiss prices make my hair stand on end, even though it was my employer who paid :) But this is not of course this hotel's problem, which, I repeat, is very good.

room was tiny, received a single room which felt absolutely tiny, smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in and the price for the room was super high, very poor value for money.

The room is really clean.

There wasn't even a tiny coffee machine or fridge in the room, as announced by the hotel. The breakfast was really poor ( I understand the reason given the small number of guests, but a few fresh things would help a lot) and the double bed was actually two single beds put together.

Clean, simple, efficient. Good guidance for late arrival, easy safe access to the hotel late at night. Easy to find in Baar.

Breakfast is a little limited on hot options. Bathroom was clean but it was a small "wet room" type of design and I am not a big fan of shower curtains...

The standard of the hotel is what I was expecting for a business trip. It is worth the value. Rooms are sufficiently large and clean. Facilities are clean and nicely decorated without being excessive. I was not looking for more.

Breakfast is standard. There are some nice things like the housemade jam but overall not on the upper range. The staff is not too present and would gain to smile a bit more so that you can feel welcome. Location is good as long as you have a car or ready to use public transport but it offers a good alternative to the hotel in the center of Zug for a reasonable price.

Good location with bus station in front. For one night pretty O.K. Cossy, clean small room... Silence around the hotel

Super basic breakfast for the money. Pretty hot room, no aircondition. Overpriced, share value for money not exisiting.

The oppressive heat. From the website, it was not obvious, that the hotel doesn't have an air-conditioning system in place. In the evening (in rooms "A") it was 28.8°C, during the night with a very noisy fan running constantly, it was 28.3°C (I made a picture). Also, the room A name, I.e.,"family room", should be extended to the "budget family room", which would be more accurate.

Simple hotel, straightforward processes.

Check out outside reception hours was hard as there was no obvious process for an early morning checkout. Slightly disconcerting to leave a room key just on the reception desk.

Everything in the hotel was perfect, Specially Mr. Willy Graf he welcomed us in a very nice way , Also he was very helpful and he supported us in our trip. I recommend everyone to visit and stay in the hotel 🙏

During the summertime, please provide some bigger/better fans in the rooms. Please add some more hot food options in the breakfast menu.

The location was great and room was clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My daughter forgot her bear doudou at the hotel, the staff helped to locate it and sent it back. It made our day.

nothing horrible staff I couldn’t sleep for two nights straights due to the extractor fan in room. Never again, I will stay there.

It became rather hot at night, there was small table fan provided (thanks for that) but that fan made quite some sound and cannot cool it enough. we were only worrying, what will happen when the temperature goes more than 30.
