Staff super kind. Location near the centre and university, quiet.

The room has been cleaned every day, but some furniture was quite old and seems to be dirty.

Bloke walking in room at 20.30am when I got a 12pm checkout. Bathroom plug didn't work.

Booked a double bed room but was given a room with two single beds put together and couldn’t sleep

The location was great, a lot close by. The beds were very comfortable

Waited about half an hour to check in, employee let people skip the queue of people waiting to check in which caused us to wait longer. Breakfast was fine, I’ve had better full English.

Convenient location, friendly staff and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The bathroom was a bit grubby and some of the furnishings had seen better days. No additional lock on the door and the TV was set at a weirdly low volume that was impossible to change.

Ótima localização, muito próximo da estação de trem, do Gay Village e de vários pubs tradicionais. O quarto é muito confortável, com colchão excelente, chuveiro bem quentinho e um secador de cabelo superpotente. A recepção funciona 24 horas e o atendimento foi excelente. Fizemos alguns pedidos pelo WhatsApp e fomos atendidos prontamente. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Mesmo eu não sendo fluente em inglês, se esforçaram para facilitar a comunicação e chegaram até a usar algumas palavras em português para me deixar mais à vontade. Foi um cuidado muito gentil e que tornou nossa experiência ainda melhor. Tivemos uma ótima estadia e com certeza recomendamos!

Sentimos falta apenas de uma Smart TV no quarto. Para hóspedes estrangeiros, ter a possibilidade de acessar aplicativos de streaming faz bastante diferença, principalmente nos momentos de descanso, quando queremos assistir a algum conteúdo em nossa língua nativa.

Located near Manchester Oxford Road train station and 10-15 minute walk to Piccadilly gardens. Staff was attentive.

The room door could not lock without the room key when leaving the room. The door was already opened when I arrived. Breakfast room is very small and breakfast is of poor quality (dry scrambled eggs, overcooked sausages...), and not diverse enough. Staff knocked on the door 30 minutes before the check out time, embarrassing strategy to push you out of the hotel.

An ironed for clothes would be good

Overall, the hotel is great. This was already my third stay, and I have always been satisfied. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is generous, the rooms are reasonably clean and well maintained, and the hotel location is perfect.

For stays longer than one week, the breakfast can start to feel a bit repetitive, but that is to be expected :-)

Struttura moderna con posizione ottimale, è vicina al GAY Village e a pochi passi dalla libreria centrale e dalla Galleria di Manchester. Abbiamo girato a piedi il centro. La stanza è adeguata negli spazi, è silenziosa e il letto è comodo. La camera veniva rassettata tutti i giorni, con annesso cambio degli asciugamani. C'è la colazione, che viene servita dalle 6:30, noi non l'avevamo inclusa nel pacchetto. Soddisfatti.

There is a nightclub across the road from the hotel. We were road side opposite it and despite excellent glazing the boom boom could be clearly heard until the early hours of the morning. Outcome ….. poor sleep!!!

Really lovely staff, very helpful, I was a wheelchair user and needed some extra support, they gave me a ground floor room and a chair for the shower

The room was very loud due to a pub next door and sleep was difficult, saying that, when we did sleep the beds were lovely The shower wasn't completely accessible and I had to step up and down, we managed, but for a non ambient chair user it would have been really hard

The bed is very comfortable, clean room, very nice people. Great location.

Helpful and friendly reception staff, clean room with comfortable bed and a shower which had decent water pressure. Pastries in the breakfast buffet were tasty, coffee was also good. I also appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby, because the water from it tasted better than from the tap in my room.

On nous a mis dans une chambre pour handicapés, donc énorme est extrêmement confortable, rien à dire !!

Everything was as expect. Only down side and consistent was a very musty smell from the room.

The smell in the room was very stale, and it lingered despite having my window open for the duration of my stay.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was ideal for Manchester city centre and an easy distance from the tran links.

The only thing that wasn't great was there was a very lively pub just down the road which we could hear when we had the window open. THIS wasn't an isSue with the hotel itself. More the noIse levels of the pub down the road and I'm guessing this wouldn't be so much of an issue in the cooler months.

Hotel jest w okazyjnej cenie, w której oferuje wszystko to, co niezbędne. Nie ma tutaj fajerwerków, czy czegoś niezwykłego, ale na kilkudniowy pobyt w zupełności spełni podstawowe potrzeby i oczekiwania.

Mam niedosyt z powodu dwóch rzeczy - stabilności działania WiFi, które często się rozłączało lub przeskakiwało z urządzenia na urządzenie, i to pomimo założenia konta w serwisie grupy hotelowej, tak, jak hotel o to prosił. Okazuje się chyba, że mimo konieczności udostępnienia zgód marketingowych, przepustowość łącza nie wystarcza dla wszystkich gości :( Drugą uwagą jest oferta śniadaniowa. Wiem, że w UK jest problem z dobrym jedzeniem, natomiast śniadania w hotelu powinny być i lepsze jakościowo, i oferować więcej opcji, jak również mogłyby się zmieniać co parę dni. Jedzenie na śniadanie codziennie ziemniaków z parówką i fasolką niestety przejadło mi się bardzo szybko...

The condition of the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff (both at reception and at breakfast time) greatly exceeded my expectation. I had a superior room which was large and very clean. Controllable aircon enabled me to sleep comfortably during the recent hot spell.

Free internet could have been stronger, but just about allowed me to stream video. Certainly fine for email and basic web surfing. Nearest parking was a couple of hundred metres away (NCP), which was expensive at £20 per 24 hours. It is well lit however, modern and safe.

Lost property should be kept for at least 24 hours. We left something in the room and were told it had been thrown away, only a few hours after we had checked out.

I stayed for two days, and the staff helped me to organize my bed and toilet for first night, but they forgot to give me a new floor mat for toilet. Otherwise, there was someone knocking my door and tried to open it on second day morning(maybe is the cleaner？）

I didn't like the fact that booking.com have charged me twice for this stay and tried to say it was the hotels problem when it clearly wasn't. I am still waiting for a refund over a week later 🤦🏼‍♀️

The location of the property was in the hearth of Manchester and close to everywhere. The property itself and the room that we stayed were very clean and organized. Staff was friendly and kind. Especially the gentlemen from Afganistan who was in the reception when we arrived the property was very kind and gave us exceptional customer service. Thank you.
