The staff were all super friendly & very helpful. The room & it's facilities were fantastic. We only stayed for 1 night but I wish it had been more. If we ever come back to Manchester we would definitely want to stay at The Leven

Loud all night. Absolutely terrible that there's no noise reduction methods in the room. Worst night at a hotel I have ever had.

This property has been refurbed to a high spec while retaining interesting architectural features. The room was very confortable and fun. Everything was spotless. The bathroom products were lovely. There were interesting artworks and books everywhere . The whole vibe is personable and zany . This is not a run of the mill city centre venue- its in a class of its own.

We stayed for two nights, and The Leven was perfectly located! About 7 minute walk to the train station and well connected for buses and trams, and walking around the city. The hotel was lovely- our room has a kitchenette which was really useful, and a bath in the bedroom! All staff were very friendly, and delicious cocktails served in the bar! Would definitely stay again!

Hooks for coats and towels would be useful in the rooms / bathroom.

Beautiful and spacious room with so many amenities to make it feel like more than just somewhere to sleep. The staff were excellent and so helpful. Nice quick walk from Piccadilly Station.

This is a very minor thing but there were so many switches on the walls with no real indication of which light or appliance they were for. Some labels would have helped. Room was situated right next to nearby nightlife so, while it wasn’t an issue for us, there was a fair bit of noise on the Saturday night until late.

The room was very light with big windows but although my stay was during the peak of a heatwave the temperature was very comfortable due to the air conditioning. There were kitchen facilities in the room which would be handy but I did not use them for my short stay. The bed was really comfy and the shower was great. I really appreciated the time the receptionist took to explain the best bus routes for me to get to the Christie and how friendly she was every time she saw me.

Location is extremely convenient. The staff were all lovely and accommodating. The windows did a fantastic job at keeping the noise levels low. We booked a room to escape the heat so the air con was greatly appreciated!

We made a last-minute booking here and we’re very pleased we did. The hotel is exceptionally stylish and beautifully appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches that make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special. It has clearly been recently renovated, and no detail seems to have been overlooked when it comes to the quality of the fixtures and fittings, comfort and overall welcoming atmosphere. Our room had a full-size kitchen, an extremely comfortable bed, great furniture, and the real bonus of a luxurious two-person bath in the bedroom — which we took full advantage of!

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. For the price we paid, we were extremely happy and felt we got fantastic value for money. We did try to book the hotel again a few weeks later when we were passing back through, but unfortunately the prices were much, much higher than what we had paid initially, which put us off staying again. However, for the price we paid on our original stay, we had absolutely no complaints and would happily recommend the hotel.

The Freeview channels only half worked, felt like the TV software was pushing to purchase their content. The bed is very comfy, but the pillows was awful. They deflated to nothing and zero neck support. Coffee machine broken.

We loved the room amenities; great to have a fridge, kettle and washer. Beds and pillows comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, only 10 mins walk to Manchester Piccadilly and easy to walk to every corner. The staffs are also very friendly.

Leven Manchester es un hotel situado en un edificio es industrial completamente renovado pero manteniendo su esencia. la decoración es preciosa, la luz acogedora, los muebles muy cómodos y las habitaciones muy amplias.Todas las habitaciones tienen una pequeña cocina, con lavadora, lavavajillas, etc. haciendo que sea un mini-apartamento, muy conveniente si vas para varios días. Grandes ventanales, muy bien aislada del ruido, importante porque la zona es muy animada por la noche. El minibar está lleno de bebidas y también snacks para comer, todo de pago salvo el agua, la leche, te y café. Muy cerca de la estación de Picadilly, perfecto si vienes desde el aeropuerto o de Liverpool. Viajaba con mis hijos y nos pusieron las 2 habitaciones juntas. Finalmente, en el hall se puede desayunar de manera sencilla con croissant o bollería, preparan capuccino, chai tea latte o chocolate delicioso. Muy recomendable.

Realmente no puedo decir nada que no me gustase. Todo fue realmente bien, amabilidad, limpieza, buena localización. En mi opinión inmejorable.

I love Leven! I've stayed there a few times now and always recommend it. Feels like a home away from home with the prestige of a boutique hotel. Beautifully designed, somewhere you want to spend time, quiet places to work and cosy places to socialise. Always my go-to when staying in Manchester

Very cool boutique hotel in just the best location of Manchester City Centre. Walking distance to everything, and fun around every corner. The room was awesome. I got a penthouse which was a two-story affair with kitchen and living room and even balcony. Totally cool place.

No breakfast. Tiny little bar. Which is all good, but it did make it lacking a little when I just wanted to sit there and work over brekkie, of chill over a beer watching the world go by. But believe me Canal Street 2 minutes away. Problems solved...

Staying at Leven Manchester was a wonderful experience. As someone who travels frequently, it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the rooms felt more like stylish apartments, complete with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating throughout my visit, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. From now on, whenever I'm in Manchester, I'll only stay at Leven. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience, I can't wait to return!

The only thing that I feel needs to be improved would be the quality of the Wifi. It was very slow, however, this was the only thing that needs to be improved, everything else was wonderful and very acomodating

This is a brilliantly situated hotel. On the corner of Canal St everything Manchester has to offer is easily accessible. The building is beautifully converted and the rooms are gorgeous.

Loved everything about this property from the beautiful exterior to the welcoming reception/bar area and the gorgeous rooms.

I am struggling to think of anything I did not like. There is no restaurant within the hotel but that never bothers me as I rarely eat at in the hotel, preferring to go out. So many fabulous bars/restaurants close by.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und unserer Bitte nach ruhigeren Zimmern wurde nachgekommen.

Ich fand auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt das Hotel im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach zu teuer. Mir fehlt die Möglichkeit auf ein Frühstück am Morgen, obwohl die Räumlichkeiten vorhanden sind.

It’s a short walk to Manchester Picadilly station and a short walking distance to practically everywhere in the centre. I had a corner room either very high ceilings and large windows, a very comfortable sitting room with a well equipped kitchen.

Self catering appartments, spacious, well equipped, clean, modern, stylishly understated, quiet effective easy to use air conditioning, absolutely excellent location, close to the railway station. Not cheap bit well worth the monely.

The location was super convenient.

When we arrived, the computer was down and they could not create keys for our access to the room. They had to let us in the building and room manually for the first evening.

Schöner, ungewöhnlicher Style der Zimmer mit Kitchenette, und allem was man in einer Küche braucht. Tolles Bad, extrem sauber.

Unser Bett war leider sehr durchgelegen. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt besser.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It's a boutique hotel, quite small, it feels stylish, cosy, and very well designed. The service was outstanding, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) were excellent quality. The shower was fantastic, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was a great bonus. The hotel was also perfectly located. Best of all, it was completely quiet—I didn't hear any noise at all and had one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend staying here.

Sadly we were charged for items from the minibar that we did not consume. I emailed them to raise this issue and did not receive a response. Such as shame as the accommodation is stunning and the staff fantastic.

Rooms are great, AC!, a washer/dryer, everything new. Very close to Piccadilly station and walkable to all we wanted to see.

The hotel street gets noisy at night. Bar noise until 4:00 am. They give you earplugs as a warning. In room coffee could be better.
