Room was modern and clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was ample and well done

AC had the room too cold and could not get the temp above 22• ourselves. They manually did this from reception but it kept resetting

That u couldn't get a room with 3 single beds I'm a mum with 2 daughters so wanted a room with 3 beds so we could have our own bed

Was dust and under bed was rapers and tik tak boxes. It was not a big deal but the dust cane was clean for a long time. On TV /picture/behind TV /toilet up mirror and fan in toilet.

Returning customer. A good choice for an overnight stay when visiting for an event.

In an excellent location for my conference, with a spacious car park on the ground level 3 min walk from the hotel, the room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a functioning air con. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

It was a but noisy at night, though I guess it was not the hotel fault - just some noisy customers. The menu in the restaurant missed some old favourites of mine - again, one cannot expect everything in every hotel.

Location was great, comfortable bed, clean, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful, lovely big room and a great view of Oxford Road. Very handy for car parking and where I needed to go. This is my favourite hotel in Manchester! Delicious breakfast as well.

I was so impressed with the value of the Maldron Hotel. It was clean, convenient, and everything just worked. The breakfast buffet was also very nice.

The breakfast was nice and the bathroom was very clean .

The mattress and duvet with the pillows in the room that we slept in our first night was full of stains of urine or blood like mess .We discovered it when the cleaner came to tidy up the room and I requested for another room which they eventually provided for us after an hour plus.My disappointment was that the cleaner saw the stains and she wanted to cover it up like that for us to sleep and when the manager came to see the whole mess,she was making excuses instead of apologising.

The staff service and attitude is beyond exceptional. They even accommodate my shipment for collection for weeks!

The Hotel was in the right place for what we need. And the way you could book a taxi if needed was really helpful and a price . Breakfast was very good lots of choice and good quality 👌.

Room was lovely we had a double and single bed in our room perfect as we were there with our daughter.

Table would have been great with three chairs or at least a foldable one, as one of us ended up sitting on the floor if we ate something. Also, the AC is centralised so if you wanted AC on at night thats not possible, given you cant open the window, without AC it gets too hot at night.

There was one nice and helpful member of staff, Sadiya, but everyone else was horrible, completely insouciant towards guests and, in one case, a young man on reception, actually cruel and rude.

The hotel is right next to a railway line on which heavy freight trains roar by every few minutes. It is incredibly loud, and sometimes the whole place shakes from the rumbling trains. I was first put right next to this train line, as a result of which I didn't sleep a wink at night. When, just after arrival, I asked if I could change rooms I was told, by the guy on reception, that there would be a surcharge, which I consider extortion. When I asked again the next day I was told, yes of course, no problem, and no surcharge was mentioned. Also, the windows don't open, though even if they did you wouldn't want to open them cos it would make the noise even worse. No fridge in room, though the room was big enough for several walk-in fridges. Not even a stand to put your suitcase on. In ither words, really really basic. The breakfast was also really basic, with not much choice.

The room was a classic hotel room which felt cosy, everything was clean and the layout was good, also enjoyed the late night view from the window and appreciated the room was right opposite the elevators for easy access to the ground floor.

Pricing was a bit much for one night, but somewhat understandable given the short notice I booked the room under and location.

Lovely clean room with lots of space and a comfy bed. Excellent location at the heart of Manchester psych fest. Quick friendly check in and easy check out. Great having the Europark next door for convenient parking.

No fridge in room Gym was tiny and had to return key on every visit resulting in fewer visits Couldn’t have take away ordered to reception, had to wait for ur myself in the lobby due to some made up health policy they had Electric outlets were uk only. Hotel wouldn’t supply us with an adapter and told us to go buy one. We went out at 10pm to get that.

The room is spacious and has a nice big shower too. This was a booking for 3 ladies so we really appreciated the big space. We also honestly had the best breakfast too! Well seasoned and just yummy!!! After 2 festival night outs in a row it was greatly appreciated.

Nothing other than the idea of being charged £3 extra for what they refer to as ‘walk-in’ breakfast the concept just doesn’t make sense given you’ve stayed at the hotel and if anything the food will go to waste if not consumed? so it’s not like our sitting adds additional work for the staff and chef. So I did push on this for our second breakfast and we were charged the correct amount. Thanks for that!

My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job each day, thoroughly cleaning the room and consistently restocking the items I had used.

xOne of the staff members at reception was generally curt and made me feel like an inconvenience on the two occasions I dealt with him. It really isn’t difficult to be polite at a minimum, and unfortunately there was very little sense of hospitality in those interactions. It was also extremely difficult to get any service from the bar/café staff. On two occasions I sat in the bar area and tried to catch the attention of the waiters, expecting someone to come over, but eventually had to give up and approach them myself. Again, there was very little sense of hospitality or attentiveness. This was particularly disappointing because the café/bar area itself was comfortable and pleasant. However, after those experiences I chose not to use it again and instead went to the many cafés just around the corner. I also found it uncomfortable to be stopped and asked for my room number and name when returning to the hotel, even while visibly holding the hotel room key. I understand the need for security, but the way this was handled felt unnecessarily intrusive and anxiety-inducing. Overall, the hotel itself was comfortable, but the lack of warmth and attentiveness from some staff significantly affected my experience.

Kæmpe larmende børnegruppe i restauranten, hvilket gav en dårlig oplevelse under spisning af aftensmad på hotellet.

Ruime kamer, en rustig, zowel binnen het hotel als daarbuiten. Heel netjes overal. Een genereus ontbijt-aanbod. Perfect gelegen, nog op wandelafstand van het station Piccadilly en toch om de hoek van enkele levendige buurten (Oxford Street, Gay District). Je bent ook op tien minuutjes van Peter's Square, het centrum waar alle bus- en tramverbindingen langs komen en ook de toeristische dienst zich bevindt.

We verbleven hier vier dagen en waren wat gefrustreerd omdat onze badhanddoeken élke dag helemaal ververst werden. Niet zo ecologisch en wat ons betreft ook helemaal niet nodig (wat stof en zweet is toch alles wat je van je af moet spoelen...)

En general todo muy bien, la habitación es amplia y cuenta con lo necesario para la estadía. Puedes pagar el desayuno y es muy bueno.

Considering the noise from the bar As it was Gay Pride Day, our room on the 13th floor was quiet.

The price. Because it was Gay pride day i felt the price reflected it. If I booked for next week it is £110 cheaper!!!!

Estancia muy confortable. Un hotel magnífico con personal amable y un desayuno estupendo. La habitación era amplia y estuvimos 3 adultos sin problema de espacio. El baño amplio y limpio. Camas cómodas y habitación en planta alta insonorizada. Buena equipación con secador de pelo, tabla de planchar y plancha. Botellines de agua de cortesía, café, té,...se agradece. Hotel tranquilo, bien situado con zona de bares y tiendas al lado.

Quizá que el armario era pequeño. Y por poner un pero, que no había nevera.

Мы не брали завтрак (15 фунтов с человека показалось дороговато). Очень хорошее расположение гостиницы, в шаговой близости до центра. Несмотря на близость к вокзалу-шума поездов не слышно. Номера современные, душевые комнаты- с новым ремонтом, кровати с хорошими матрасами.

Мы останавливались на двое суток, почему-то уборку на второй день не проводили и полотенца не меняли. Возможно, это делалось на волне "защиты окружающей среды" и нам надо было бы как-то свои предпочтения отдельно озвучить.

It’s a great location. The rooms were lovely and the beds really comfy. It was also really quiet.

I didn’t speak to a single member of staff as all check in and check out was done on line and you used a machine to scan your qr code and print your key. The bedroom was freezing and I ended up sleeping in a jumper and socks.

Tolle Lage und saubere, angenehme Unterkunft. Pubs, EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und jede Menge Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft lassen keine Wünsche offen. Viele interessante Ecken und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut und schnell zu erreichen.

Die Klimatisierung der Zimmer war nicht optimal. Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen. Dadurch war die Luft stickig.

Vastaanoton Josh oli ystävällinen. Huone oli siisti ja kuvauksen mukainen. Sijainti oli meille loistava.

Le finestre non si potevano aprire La cosa potrebbe essere normale per il tipo di edificio ma sarebbe stato utile specificarlo meglio.La nostra stanza (secondo piano) era a livello deu binari dei treni a una dustanza di massimo 15 metri L'insonorizzazione era abbsatanza buona ma il treno si sentiva. Forse meglio chiedere stanze a piani piú alti
