Posizione pulizia servizi
The kitchen staff were great, they cleaned up quickly
We stayed from August 23rd to the 29th. After checking in, we went into our room and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I went to reception and they suggested calling cleaning services. The situation didn't improve; the girl just brought air freshener. Afterwards, we went to the beach. When we returned, it still smelled bad. I went back to reception and they suggested I come back in the morning and change rooms, but I had plans, so we had to air out the room constantly. Also, on the day of check-in, there was trash under the bed. The next day, I saw a cockroach in our room, ants, and the cleaning was poor. We also saw insects and cockroaches in the dining room on check-out day. We reported all this to reception, but they told us it was the tropics.

A localização e o staff
As banheiras, preferia duche à italiana, mais moderno.
Had a great time lovely holiday
Not much
Great location and clean and tidy
Rooms were a bit dated and daily cleaning was good but missed a lot. Sun loungers were difficult to come by in the afternoon. Breakfast fine but not great
Great staff and service. Rooms cleaned daily. Very good location to the beach, shops and nightlife. Great hotel for small children. Good was really good and entertainment suited everyone.
We visited this hotel in 2024 and booked up again for our ‘familymoon’ after getting married in 2026. We love this hotel and although I can’t comment on the food (as we know Tenerife well so just cater for ourselves) I cannot fault this hotel. I was sceptical after reading bad reviews (a lot can of course change in 2 years!) but I should never have doubted La Siesta. We paid for the club room and myself, my husband and our 5 year old daughter arrived to a spotless room, even with a complimentary bottle of fizz! We requested high floor and that’s exactly what we got. With it being the school holidays… Sunbeds were a slight issue, but as long as you were down there by 10am, you would get one with a parasol. Ramon the pool barman is amazing, the reception staff couldn’t be nicer and overall we had a great holiday. We have already booked up to return for our 1st wedding anniversary next May 😊
We had a 10 night, all inclusive stay at La Siesta. It was myself, my partner and my son (10 years old). What can I say - the room was immaculate. Sheets changed daily and room tidied and organised. Cannot fault it. Lovely pool view which we really enjoyed. Pool area - clean and tidy and plenty of space for us all. Parts of the pool was really busy but we really enjoyed it. Pool bar - selection of drinks was ideal; beers, wine, cocktails all great. Bar staff really helpful and positive. Food selection each night was brilliant for us. Always had a lovely selection and we never went hungry. Hotel location is also absolutely fab. Cannot fault it. Overall, would happily return.
We visited La Siesta in July 2026, a last minute holiday with a 4 year old and 3 month old baby. Room: Overall we were impressed with the room, we booked a Club Alexandra room with a pool view and spa access. Our room was always cleaned to a high standard and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony overlooking the pool and listening to entertainment on an evening. The only downfall to the room was a lack of storage space, the space we had was not adequate for 4 people and we are not over packers. Food & drink: Good selection of drinks on the all inclusive. Food is an area we feel could be improved and it was very repetitive. We read mixed reviews about food prior to arriving so we were apprehensive, but we didn’t let it ruin our holiday. We always found something to eat for breakfast; pancakes, cooked breakfast, fruit etc. Lunch time my little boy liked eating at the snack bar each day. The two days we went in for lunch a member of staff took our drink order when we arrived and we still had not received our drinks by the time we’d finished our food which I assume they just forgot. We were not overly impressed with the evening meals and therefore ate out for the rest of the holiday. My partner and little boy are not fussy eaters but struggled to find something that tasted nice. I am coeliac and therefore require a gluten free diet, I contacted the hotel prior to booking who confirmed that they do cater for a gluten free diet. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with allergies, due to a language barrier many staff did not know what I meant, which could be dangerous for people with severe allergies. The only thing they could offer me was gluten free bread. They also could not guarantee any food was fully gluten free so the only food I ate at the hotel was salad and chips which became very repetitive. Some stuff are labelled, others aren’t - I would say out of all the hotels I have stayed this has been the worst one to cater for allergies. Also don’t think the key card for all inclusive works very well, it would be much more straight forward having a wrist band - less inconvenience for us and also saves the staff time of scanning cards. Pool: The pools were great for my 4 year old - two good sized pools and a kids splash pool, all fresh water. One day there was an inflatable which he loved and there was mini activities on to keep them entertained. The downside to the pool situation is you never knew what kind of day you were going to get, it all depends which staff are on shift. Some days you could walk down and get a sun bed at 8/9am, one day they were chained up until 10 o’clock, other days it is full of people stood with towels waiting to be able to sit out in the sun and a free for all when the beds were unlocked. Whilst I understand the pool does not open until 10am, when you have 2 young children and are up at 7am most days, it is nice to come and chill out after breakfast. Some days you were able to take an inflatable in the pool, others you were not. On our first day we bought a small ring inflatable from the hotel shop, to be shouted at by the lifeguard to get it out the pool. If you aren’t allowed inflatables in the pool I personally don’t think the hotel shop should be allowed to sell them. Some days there was music on, some days nothing. I would never leave my children unattended in a swimming pool anyway, but one lifeguard on duty just sits with his head down trying not to make it obvious that he is on his phone. This totally defeats the object of the job they have and could be a disaster waiting to happen should someone get into difficulty in the swimming pool. All my son’s swim stuff is now stained yellow too. Entertainment: My little boy enjoyed the day time activities provided around the pool. He also enjoyed the mini disco and face painting on a night - the lady who runs the entertainment is lovely and puts a lot of effort in to what she does. There was also a good evening entertainment programme. Location: The location of this hotel was perfect, a short walk to shops, many different restaurants and the sea front. Very handy being so close from the airport. Overall, the majority of the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and very suitable to bring a young baby - we had no concerns whatsoever about hygiene. As for value for money, I would not say the hotel was over priced, however we have stayed in much better for the same / less in price. I would finally like to mention that this review is based on my personal experience and is not wrote to offend anyone.
We're just home from a week here and I was a bit concerned reading the reviews. But the hotel was lovely and food was decent. Enrique and Tino were lovely, so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Entertainment wasn't great, we went out or stayed on our balcony most nights and the sunbed situation was a nightmare lol overall though we did enjoy our stay here.
Thanks so much to the lovely, kind, honest family who found my husbands lost wedding ring-so very grateful and the hotel was absolutely fantastic & amazingly helpful in helping us to arrange a courier. We received the ring today. 😁 We had a lovely stay at this hotel, all staff are so friendly, kind & helpful. Rooms are very clean and throughout the hotel also. Will definitely return to this wonderful hotel. Thank you!!
I write this review purely from what I found during my recent visit. Location I would give five stars. Atmosphere two stars. Rooms four stars. Value one star. Cleanliness five stars. Noise level one star. Service one star. Amenities one star. This was a family holiday and to be quite honest the hotel let us down. At the pool side you had to lift your own sun bed and place it where you wanted to sit. Getting a sunbed was next to impossible after 9:30 in the morning despite the pool not supposed to be open until 10:00! The area around the pool side was littered with broken concrete with, what I saw as no attempt to clear it up! My daughter was all inclusive but this proved much more limited than other like experiences ! Indeed, it could be labelled a scam! The food was not all the good and the dining room was a bit of a cattle market, especially if you happened to arrive in the last quarter of service! The entertainment was also very poor when compared to like experiences and the drink was also poor! I really do think that this hotel could, if it changed a few of its practices, be great value if you were planning a trip to the resort. As it stands I will not be returning and would be hesitant to recommend it to anyone I know!
We have just returned from a 10 day half board stay at this hotel as a family of 4 (15 year old and 11 year old) hotel is very clean, rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels and have a modern look. Bathrooms could be updated but still clean. Breakfast and lunch were fine and the usual standard food you get in Spanish hotels. Evening meals were ok but could be better options. A lot of watery bolognaise sauce and pasta. The salad options were good as were the desserts. Pizza and chips everyday for the kids. Pool was clean but as others have mentioned sun beds are an issue. People getting up super early and putting their towels down and then leaving for hours before coming back. There is a sign to say you are not allowed to do this but it is ignored. In my opinion the staff should remove towels from beds if no one is there for others to use. This would soon stop the issue. There was a big argument one day that seemed to last around half an hour between a man and a family who had taken his beds with the permission of the lifeguard. Man was arguing with lifeguard and stomping around looking angry and arguing with the family - embarrassing! If people only used the sun beds when required instead of reserving them and going out there would be plenty for everyone. The pool tables in the hotel are old and don’t work most of the time and need replacing. There was also a big argument between a man and his partner in the hall way of the hotel one night when they were both shouting and screaming at each other, this isn’t the hotels fault but it was uncomfortable. Hotel is in a good location for walking easily to the centre.
Really good hotel. Staff were very good. Went all inclusive and I thought the food was pretty good. Always plenty of choice. The thing that let the hotel down was you've guessed it. Sunbeds! Most of the sunbeds were locked up apart from a few and I think some people must have been getting up at 6am to put their towels down. The rest of the sunbeds were randomly unlocked at anytime between 08.30-10.00. so you had lots of people just sat about waiting for them to be unlocked. Once they were unlocked then you had to get one then as they would all be gone. There were simply not enough sunbeds for the amount of people. I hate giving only two stars because everything else is great but I was here for 17 days and the ability to get a sunbed is such a massive part of the holiday. There needs to be a rethink by the management about them. Tell everyone exactly when the sunbeds will be unlocked not some random time.
Just come back yesterday from 10 days. This hotel is rated a 4 star but definitely more 3 star. Cleanliness - dirty cutlery to glass cups/plates. Room wasn’t cleaned properly and didn’t change our sheets till day 8. Only thing they kept clean and spotless was the reception area Food/Drinks - We did all inclusive & wish we didn’t as we ate out most lunch times & every dinner time. The food is awful. Their wasn’t much to chose from variety rise, some of the fruit was tinned fruit not fresh, some things were cold/luke warm (even though the dish was steaming hot). The cocktails was vile, they already pre-made in a 5l plastic water bottle, tasted horrid. Unless you had Ramon serving you then he made them from scratch and they was good 🍹 the fizzy drinks was flat (unless your half board then you get glass bottled drinks) To order snacks/drinks for lunch, dinner and in the evening you need your room key, if not you won’t be served - no wristbands Service - i think the waiters can at least crack a smile while working, most of them looked miserable. Sometimes waiting 15 mins at dinner for someone to come to your table to take your first drinks order. Ramon, was friendly and happy waiter! Always had a smile. Sunbeds & Pools - 2 good size pools & little pool with some water sprays, slide and a water mushroom (my 4yr old daughter loved this pool) pools was nice temperature too, not too cold in the mornings. The middle pool inbetween them, is more calm one, arnt allowed any rings, balls etc in it. The other two you are allowed rings only, no other floaters. Sunbeds are ridiculous. Not enough sun-beds or umbrellas for how many people they cater for. Your so close together to people your a hand away from touching them 🤣 for 8 days sun-beds were always stacked up and locked, so no one could get them. Most people were getting up at about 6.30/7 to go down, stand where you wanted your sun-beds and wait for someone to unlock them, sometimes was waiting up to a hour/n half. Last two days, they’ve left them. Floor tiles around the pools, always seem to be dirty. Only decent thing, is the hotel is in a great location! Won’t be returning and don’t recommend. A lot of people got spoken too while here also agree and won’t be returning but then again everyone may like this hotel.
We’ve just returned from our first ever trip to Tenerife after a week and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. As family of 4 (one teenager and a 7 year old) we stayed half board, which gave us the flexibility to choose either lunch or dinner each day. The food was exactly what you’d expect from this type of resort, in my opinion, with plenty of choice. I have a very picky 7-year-old, and even she was happy every day with options like pasta, chicken nuggets, grilled chicken (available at lunch), rice and, of course, the ice creams, which were a huge hit! The only extra we paid for was drinks at lunch. We didn’t feel it was too repetitive as we ate out every night as there’s soo many restaurants nearby to try. The hotel is in a brilliant central location, so we spent quite a few evenings out exploring Playa de las Américas or nearby Costa Adeje. There was evening entertainment each night. The pool area was great. During the first few days it was easy enough to get a sunbed, but by the middle of the week people were out reserving them from around 6:30–7:00am, especially those wanting umbrellas/table. Some beds aren’t unlocked until around 8:30am. We actually ended up using the bali beds most days (no extra charge), and they were fantastic. Further away from pool for those with small kids though. There are plenty of things to keep children entertained too, including a mini soft play, arcade, small playground and pool table. There isn’t a kids’ club, but there were activities running throughout the day such as golf, archery, crafts and a mini disco in the evenings. There are three pools: a large main pool with a shallow end where balls, ring floats were generally allowed, although the rules on floats seemed to depend on which lifeguard was on duty. There’s also a smaller pool with no shallow end and a splash pool for younger children. The poolside could be a little slippery in places, but staff were regularly cleaning it throughout the day. We took our flip flops down and left them at the side of the pool. The in-house photographers are always out trying to get family photos by the pool for you to later purchase if you wish. The hotel overall was very clean. Our room was cleaned every day, and the bedding was changed several times during our stay. The carpets in the corridors could perhaps do with a refresh, but that’s only a very minor point and certainly didn’t affect our holiday. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we never had to wait long for service. Even at busy meal times, there were minimal queues for the self-service buffet. My only small negative was that our room overlooked the outdoor entertainment stage, so it was quite noisy until around midnight. That said, my youngest absolutely loved it as she had the best view to watch it. Overall, we had a fantastic first holiday in Tenerife and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alexandre Hotel La Siesta. We’d happily stay here again.
Stayed again at Alexandre La Siesta and the staff were absolutely fantastic – from reception to waiters, cleaners and everyone we met, they were friendly, professional and always helpful. Reception went out of their way to accommodate all our requests, even the almost impossible ones, and everything was sorted perfectly – thank you so much. Overall the stay was great, but the food felt a little weaker than last year; I completely understand it’s not easy to satisfy everyone, as we all have different tastes, so this is just my personal preference and not a complaint.
Just a review for the terrific pool bar team with special mention to ramon who couldn't be anymore helpful and is a great bar man
hotel ottimo..staff gentilissimo. buffet molto buono. posizione perfetta.
I stayed at this hotel expecting 4-star standards based on the price and the pictures on the booking site. Unfortunately, the reality is shocking. The hotel is very dirty, old, and poorly maintained. The walls are cracked, the furniture is stained and worn out, and many items (especially sofas in the bar area) look like they should have been replaced years ago. Everything feels outdated and neglected. I personally spoke with the lady responsible for hotel management and raised these issues. She told me she was “happy” with the current condition. When I pointed out the damaged sofa, she said it was “ok”. When I mentioned the unsecured electrical cables near the children’s playground, she replied that they are in the “garden” and guests are not allowed there — even though the area is easily accessible and dangerous for children. This level of denial from management is very concerning. I have stayed in much better 3-star hotels. This property does not deserve more than 2 stars in its current state. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Save your money and book somewhere else.
Everything cannot wait to return
Nothing
Food, staff, location
Towels put on Sunbeds at 8am in the morning when not supposed to. Hard to get a bed after breakfast at 9.30 or 10. Beds left for hours and no one using them

Tutto perfetto!! Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità !! Torneremo 😊
First time staying in this hotel. Great location Rooms always clean and tidy Ramon from the pool bar always greeted me with a big smile.
Our fourth time now at La Siesta as the hotel is very central to the beach, Safari centre, the strip and great restaurants and pubs outside the door and we have always looked forward to coming back to this hotel. Getting sent a bottle of sparkling wine to you room as a return guest is a great wee touch. The hotel is always welcoming and clean and the star as always is Ramon who works in the poolside bar who brings lots of energy, friendliness and joy and becomes part of your family during your stay. Rooms and nice and clean and if you book with the spa you get a poolside view. If you are looking for any massages etc you need to book in advance as they are always busy. Also a wee gem is the rooftop terrace (adults only) which is sometimes good to get away from all the huddle, a wee bar up there would be nice. Biggest issue the hotel has is sunbeds, they now chain some of them up each night to stop early morning guests putting towels down at 06:15 in the morning but they don’t chain them all up which then creates a rush. In my opinion they need to do the following: 1. Chain every sunbed in the stacks and let guests know when they are available. 2. Just take the chains off and let guests set them up themselves with the big groups you see waiting for number 1 3. Charge a couple of euros to reserve the beds In my four visits the above is now letting me think about looking at another hotel as not seen this before in any visits before.
Ramon from the bar is brilliant! Always very chatty and happy. Food is excellent and a good selection. Rooms are really nice and clean
Struttura molto pulita. Staff gentile e disponibile. Cibo ottimo. Materassi favolosi.
Clienti che lasciano i rifiuti in giardino / piscina.
Fairly close to the shops
Nearest Beach isn’t nice Hotel is more closer to a 3 star Expensive Late check out is 140 Euros No use of facilities after check out Wouldn’t stay here again

Been at this hotel 3 times. Ramon is the best bar guy!!! Everytime we have all really enjoyed our stay.
all staff lovely pool bar food 10/10 special thankyou ramon chandel for making excellent food and for looking after us!!!
Emailer enjoyable stay here, the hotel was great, clean and rooms well cleaned every day - staff were very attentive and no request too much. Ramon was a superstar and made sure we were well looked after
I will be there in July. This will be my fourth trip there with my family and I cant fault that place. Staffs are amazing; very patient and always positive. Entertainment for the kids and parents is always great. Yeah it is not a Celine Dion concert or a Disney show but not once have i ever went back to my room and been disappointed by the entertainment. The pools are great, mini bar is excellent and the staffs are always good with kids which for me is the most important. I know us adults are the guests but you really see the quality of the Hotel when they deal with kids(kids are the most demanding customers) and my 2 kids are always happy. As for the food, yes it is not a Michelin restaurant with 3 stars but never have i went for a meal and didnt find anything to please my palet. and lastly, big shout to the cleaning crew who make the stay in that hotel a bliss also as it is always super clean. thanks and see you on the 10/07!
Our 3rd visit here and more than likely to return. Good value for money and always have the best stays.
Shortly about hotel: Tino is the best guy! Funny, friendly and vey helpfull!all services is so beatiful!. Delicious dishes! We will get back in next vacation time!
Ne-a placut totul! Este a doua oara cand venim in acest hotel! Prima data am venit in 2008 in luna de miere si ne-a placut mult! Am ales optiunea all inclusive si a fost totul foarte bine! Multumim tuturor ospatarilor in special lui Tino,Simona,Antonio dar si celorlalti! Au fist seri tematice in fiecare zi a saptamanii la cina! Multumim si animatorilor pentru copii Michele si Michael ! In fiecare seara au fist si spectacole foarte dragute dupa cina!
Nimic
Overall for the price it was fine, but I don't think we'd return. Location is great, pools were nice and warm and the room was fine. Housekeeping really good. However, the food hugely lets it down. We aren't fussy and wasn't expecting anything fancy, but there's small things that just were very poor. For instance at breakfast the only jam available was sachets of 'diet' jam that was absolutely vile. How much does it cost to just provide some cheap real jam? The sausages were absolute mush and totally inedible. Evening meal was ok. It filled a hole but wasn't anything to look forward to. One thing to note is that inflatables are not allowed in the pools except rings. I understand why they do this but wish I'd known in advance as my little boy was upset we couldn't use the inflatables we'd bought with us. Maybe they could allow them in the second pool that was usually a lot quieter. Next time would pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Visited Alexandre La Siesta hotel at the end of May 2026 for a week with my family (4 adults and a baby) and wanted to leave a honest review as I know these really help me decide on which hotel to book. Pros - • Hotel Staff were very friendly, polite and always went that extra mile if you needed anything. I had an issue with some bottled water I’d bought to feed my baby as when I boiled it the water was crystallising which I thought was down to the kettle. I rang reception and they sorted me a new kettle within the hour I later realised after a quick google it wasn’t the kettle it was the brand of water I was using (Evian). So for anyone needing bottled water for making baby milk look for Fonteide. • Our hotel room was immaculate on arrival, very comfy beds even the pull out single bed was huge. Room was cleaned and maintained daily plus fresh towels. All areas of the hotel were very clean and maintained we found it odd that we didn’t see any bugs at all even with the heat so just shows it’s well kept. • We went all inclusive and the food was really nice, they put on different cuisines every evening I particularly enjoyed the ice cream! • Myself and my husband also booked a massage which was lovely, it cost us €39 per person for 25 minutes for head, neck and back. • This hotel is literally on the main strip so your next to everything, the beach is roughly a 10 min walk and you’re surrounded by restaurants and local supermarkets. It’s also a 10 min walk from the golden mile. • We also recommend visiting Bad Bobs if you’re looking for a Full English breakfast! It’s a 5 minute walk from this hotel - if you can’t find it just put it into google maps. Food is so nice and the staff are lovely! Cons - • Unfortunately on our last day we had a late flight and didn’t get picked up until 6PM but had to check out of our room at 12PM so had to leave our luggage in the storage room which was full so we had no choice but to leave our cases near a second door way as you entered. After we had been away for no longer than a hour we realised my husbands watch had been stolen from the front of his backpack (I did tell him not to leave it in his bag 🙃) we did ask reception if there was any cctv in the luggage room which conveniently there wasn’t and they just gave us a tiny piece of paper to email the hotel. So I guess there’s nothing we can do about that but would rather warn others not to leave any valuables in the luggage room. • All inclusive drinks mainly the alcohol ones were rubbish they just tasted watered down or if any alcohol was actually in them you couldn’t taste it. If you wanted the proper branded stuff you had to pay which was added to your hotel number and then you paid for it at the end of your stay. • One evening I picked some turkey to go with my tea and I always cut into it to double check it’s cooked but unfortunately it wasn’t it was still raw inside but as soon as I informed the manager he took my plate away and sorted me another plate, he also had words with the chef. So not too much a CON as it was rectified fast but I thought I better had mention it so people are aware. We’d not long had norovirus spread through our entire household so we’re a little on edge when it comes to food specially on holiday. • The entertainment for the evening was advertised on a huge tv for the week which looked really good but once the evenings arrived it was something completely different that was advertised and tbh it was awful. The music was way too loud you couldn’t even hear yourself think never mind try have a conversation! So overall all yes we did have a nice stay and we would 100% visit Las Americas again but I think we would try another hotel. I would rate it a 3.5⭐️ if it let me! 🙂
Central location for restaurants and bars
Very little entertainment through the day. Says it’s a family orientated hotel. Shows are little dated, building works carried out durin the stay which lead to noise and disruption through the day. Not a 4 star hotel nor 4 star service
Amazing hotel, lovely pools, very clean, Andrey in the Photo Event Group who comes around and takes photos of you in the pool and around the hotel is brilliant, well worth doing, reasonable price and take your memories with you. Definitely recommend, would come to this hotel again.
We stayed at Hotel La Siesta, Tenerife, from 24th to 31st, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The most serious issue occurred in the restaurant when we found what appeared to be a piece of cupboard or wooden material wedged inside a portion of fries on my 7-year-old child's plate. This was a shocking discovery and raised immediate concerns about the hotel's food preparation and quality control standards. To make matters worse, when we reported the issue, none of the hotel management were willing to take responsibility, and on several occasions management were either unavailable or unwilling to address our concerns properly. We felt completely ignored despite providing photographic evidence. The overall hygiene standards also left a lot to be desired. There were visible cleanliness issues around food service areas which only added to our concerns after finding a foreign object in our meal. By the second day of our holiday, we had lost confidence in the food being served and requested to change our package from full board to bed and breakfast. Even after showing staff the photographs, our request was refused. Several dishes seemed to have been left out for long periods, and the overall presentation was poor. The food was frequently lukewarm rather than properly hot, which immediately raised concerns about food safety. The quality of the food was also far below what I would expect from a hotel of this rating. There was very little variety, many dishes looked unappetising, and some items appeared dry or as though they had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. There were chipped plates among the stacks of crockery. Aside from looking unprofessional, damaged crockery can be a safety risk and should not be available for guests to use. These issues completely undermined confidence in the restaurant's hygiene standards. If basic items such as plates and cups are being returned to service in this condition, it naturally raises concerns about cleanliness and food handling behind the scenes. I have also emailed Jet2 holidays regarding the incident and, at the time of writing, have received no response. Finding a foreign object in food served to a child is unacceptable, but the lack of accountability and customer care afterwards was equally disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and believe significant improvements are needed in both food safety procedures and customer service.
We booked this hotel mainly due to its central location, but we got the best of both worlds as the hotel is great! Very clean, lovely rooms, and the staff are amazing. Shout out to Ramon at the pool bar. Goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is fed and watered. Nothing is too much trouble. Great hotel, will definitely return.
Great location, clean rooms, decent all inclusive. Ramon at pool bar had great customer service skills. Will return.
All staff very helpful and accommodating, minor room linen issue on arrival which was quickly resolved. Ramon was quick and efficient at breakfast. Great family hotel
Chef Candela was amazing and Ramon at the pool bar service was excellent, always served with a smile. Fantastic experience
Struttura molto bene organizzata, pulizia, gentilezza, servizio super.

Best hotel you can find. Extremely friendly staff especially Claudia, Alexis and Ramon. Highly recommend *****
Would like to say a massive thank you to Ramon at the pool bar for making our holiday memorable. He really carries the staff. Would also like to say a massive thank you to Camellia, always being so friendly to the children 🙂
We are currently halfway through a 7-day holiday, and once again, this hotel does not disappoint. This is our 5th time staying here, and it remains our absolute go-to. The hotel itself is always clean, tidy, and situated in a really great location, but what truly sets it apart is the team. The staff are so polite and consistently go out of their way to interact with our two boys, making us feel incredibly welcome as a family. We want to give a special mention to Ramon at the pool bar, who is absolutely brilliant, always helpful, and brings a great sense of humor to the bar. Also, a huge thanks to Andreas the lifeguard, who is super friendly and fantastic with the kids, always making an effort to say hello and give our boys thumbs ups and high fives. Thank you to the whole team for another fantastic stay so far—we already can't wait to come back for visit number six!
Great location is las Americas. Very friendly staff and a great half board deal
Beds in room need upgrading as very uncomfortable.
Staff is very friendly and helpful 🙂
We have little issue with shower wad leaking at floor, but everything else was very good,we have best holiday at your hotel..
The location
No option to hire an iron! For a hotel this size there should be irons available in the rooms or atleast able to hire from reception!
