Sajnos a két legrosszabb recepciós sikerült ki fognunk , jól láthatóan nem élvezték a munkájukat . A parkoló fő szempont volt a foglaláskor, mert autóval érkeztünk, érkezésünkkor közölték, hogy nincs.Érdeklődjünk minden nap , hátha lesz!????????1,5 órás keresés után találtunk 15 perc gyalogútra a szállodától, keservesen.A recepciós közölte, miután mondtam, hogy így nem maradok és távozni szeretnék, hogy holnap talán lesz parkoló de legyek hálás mert ilyet nem szoktak tenni!???? Másnap kaptunk parkolót, de ha találkoztunk a recepciósokkal nem volt őszinte a mosolyuk.Semmilyen felvilágosítást nem adtak, liftek, étkezés, semmivel kapcsolatban.., itt a szoba kulcs és menj…hozzáteszem ekkor már kb. 7 órája úton voltunk Budapestről 😭. A feleségem jól beszél spanyolul, és volt szerencséje egy fiatal recepciós hölgyet végighallgatni , merőben más és maximális volt mint amit mi átéltünk…, minden szempontból jobb segítőkészebb, lojálisabb hozzáállást hallott!Összességében a szálloda nagyon jó, tisztaság, étkezés, medencék, és különöskmépp a medence Bár személyzete rendkívül kedves!!! Összeségében nagyon jó hely , csak jó recepcióst kell kifogni! Sajnos a minket fogadók nevét nem jegyeztem fel , pedig kár……

Negatives-Terrible noise pollution from nearby pubs & clubs until 5am. Our rooms 333 & 334 suffered damp bedding due to faulty air conditioning throughout our stay this also caused a musty smell and black mold was present around the unit and our room especially the bathroom-We quickly became ill. Some reception staff are quite rude and dismissive and don’t want to help resolve the issues, denying or using excuses for any issues we faced instead of trying to rectify them. The exception being Javier & Ekaterina who had good customer service & tried to help me resolve the issues I was facing even though they couldn’t. The bar staff are extremely rude and the quality of drinks and snacks is poor. We preferred a short walk to Dialprix Paradero supermarket to buy our drinks and snacks. They even have a deli for sandwiches, boxed salads & coffees Positives-the cleaning staff are fantastic and do a great job. The breakfast included with our stay was decent, and the catering staff were brilliant with my son’s coeliac and wheat allergy making sure he always had pancakes or omelette made fresh and free from contamination. The area around the hotel is quite grimy and feels unsafe. We were also warned by local shops to be cautious in this area. Overall- it wouldn’t be a hotel or area I would revisit, however a short trip to los Cristianos or Costa Adeje & you get a much nicer impression of Tenerife

Alexandra Hotel Tenerife I struggled to find a review that wasn’t plain and simple to read, now like all hotels I believe it’s what you make of it. Check in at night was a breeze staff couldn’t have been more helpful and explained everything. Clear instructions to our room how everything worked. Now at nearly 11 o’clock night it was hard to take all in as we were exhausted. Hotel room again, clean and tidy. Beds were ok but then again I believe you just can’t get comfort other than your own bed, but for somewhere to put the head down it was manageable. Air con we kept one of the cards in at all times and the room was cool for coming back into altho it wasn’t great. The food - this was the panicking one for me as I read the food was horrible, repetitive and hardly any options and lacked service by staff. I am not sure where this review came from because this couldn’t be any further from the truth. Food had plenty of options and varied from Chinese night, Mexican night, Italian, fish, stews and one of the biggest salad bars I have seen. My child of 7 even tried some news bits and pieces. There really was something for everyone and once seated a waiter was on hand to take your drinks order. Entertainment was also brilliant there was some either at the pool during the day water polo, water spin bouncy castle slide. At night time DJ’s, circus acts, comedy there was also access to a kids club and the reps entertained daily with a mini disco. During the week different singers played the piano and the cello before dinner. There is also options for photo shoots with the family with a on site photographer for all them matchy matchy outfits that seem to be the new phase x 1 area for improvement - all inclusive isn’t very clear there isn’t a list of what is included and what isn’t how the snack bar works etc I think this would be helpful. Some advice if in doubt just ask. Our stay for the week has been one that won’t be forgotten . We would even come again ❤️

Food average hotel very clean enjoyed holiday only downside for me was the card who had to take every where with you for drinks and around pool bar and at lunch and dinner it looked like they were checking up on what you have had

Just back from this hotel. We had the most amazing stay the staff were wonderful all the staff were so friendly and always made an effort to talk to us and our child and I mean ALL staff, bar, cleaners, maintenence, restaurant, receptionist! The hotel is clean and tidy, no long ques for anything, lots of food options, lots of drink options too. The entertainment and animation team was amazing, special shout out to nadir on the animation team, super kind and made our little one so confident joining in the songs and dances. We have been so sad leaving this hotel the most amazing holiday! Would 100% reccomend!

Overall, Hotel Gala in Tenerife is a good hotel. It’s a great place to rest and sleep, and the rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained. > The Food (What to Keep): > The food at the main buffet is good and varied. Having a different theme every night really helps keep things interesting. Although I had read some negative reviews complaining about a lack of variety, I completely disagree. I never felt there was a shortage of options during main meals, and honestly, this was one of the best All-Inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at when it comes to food quality. > Bar & Dining Service: > * Limited snacks between meals: Outside of main buffet hours, the All-Inclusive food selection is extremely limited, consisting almost entirely of fast food, with no healthier or more varied alternatives. > * Pool bars: There are two bars in the pool area. The first is poorly managed—usually staffed by just one person, creating long queues and extended wait times. Even when two employees are working, there is zero coordination between them, showing a complete lack of management experience in workflow organization. The second pool bar is a joke: it opens, but there is never anyone actually there to serve guests. The nearby lifeguard even mockingly joked to another staff member that if they stepped into that bar, they’d actually have to start serving people! > * Breakfast bottleneck: At breakfast, the omelette station creates huge problems for anyone just wanting to grab churros or pancakes. The omelette-making process is extremely slow, causing long queues that block access to the rest of the counter. Management is clearly sleeping on the job here and needs to reorganize the layout and process. > * Bar service overall: Service at the bars overall is quite poor. The staff member working at the main bar in particular really needs to be friendlier and change her attitude towards guests. > * Drink service during meals: Even though it’s a buffet, you cannot serve yourself drinks—you have to order them from the staff. The service is extremely slow; on one occasion, my drink arrived just as I was finishing my meal. > * Lack of replenishment: The restaurant frequently ran out of items and was slow to restock—this applied to both the food options and basic cutlery. > * All-Inclusive clarity: It isn't very clear what is actually included in the All-Inclusive package, which makes ordering confusing. > Pool & Broken Rules: > * Sunbed reservation policy: The "no sunbed reservation" policy simply does not work, and I don't even see the point of having it. It is written everywhere, yet guests continue to reserve sunbeds with towels as early as 6:00 AM without any staff control. Management needs to take action: either enforce the rule properly or remove the signs altogether. > Cleanliness, Maintenance & Rooms: > * Unstable shower water temperature: The hot water in the shower constantly fluctuates between hot and cold very quickly, making taking a shower a very unpleasant experience. > * No water replenishment: Drinking water in the room was never replenished during our stay—we were only given two bottles upon arrival, which is completely insufficient for an All-Inclusive service at a 4-star hotel. > * Room cups: The cups in the room were just rinsed on-site by the cleaning staff rather than being replaced with clean, disinfected ones. It was noticeable because they were rarely properly washed. > * Bad odor in public restrooms: The public/common restrooms constantly had a foul smell, indicating a clear lack of sewage/trap maintenance and deep cleaning. > * Table maintenance: In the main dining hall and outdoor terraces, tables were constantly left piled with dirty dishes. When staff finally cleared them, they rarely wiped them down properly. I personally watched a staff member clear a filthy table and just quickly sweep a cloth over it for show without actually cleaning it (as shown in my photo). > Beach Towel Policy: > * Management laziness: The beach towel service is terribly managed. You have to pay a €15 deposit per towel, for which they hand you an instruction sheet (see photo) stating you need that sheet to get your deposit back. However, upon returning them, they suddenly demand the original deposit receipt as well! Even the receptionist was confused and didn't know why I had the exchange paper. It is pure laziness on management's part not to update printed instructions and fix this ridiculous process. > Final Verdict: > Higher management really needs to be called out and address these glaring operational failures. The hotel itself is pleasant and the buffet food is great, but enforcing rules, handling maintenance, and fixing daily service workflows would make a world of difference. >

I read all the reviews and thought I would ignore the negatives until I experienced it. Soo I booked 10 days here currently on my 4th. Air con in the room. Well there isn’t any. There is one bar open in the Evening and the queues are savage . If u want ur kids to have a snack in the afternoon, be prepared to wait around 20 mins for chips and chicken nuggets. No music is played by the pool except 2 songs from Phil Collins . It’s good if ur just here for the strip but not much for kids at all. Really disappointed as paid just under 6grand. Food is vile , my son come down with a sickness bug one day in.-we have booked trips so we’re not in the hotel

- l accueil et le personnel - le cadre: 2 piscines très bien exposées, 1 jacuzzi, de l espace... - l emplacement: face à la mer et proche de tout. Si vous louez 1 voiture, Siam Park et Siam Mall sont à 8min sinon vous avez des trotinettes partout et les transports en commun. - l hôtel est propre - les chambres sont spacieuses et munies d un balcon suffisamment grand. - le self est généreux, propre et la nourriture proposée est variées. - adaptabilité: notre avion était a 19h et nous devions quitter la chambre à 12h. Nous avons pu laisser le temps qu on voulait nos bagages à l accueil.

Changez vos oreillers s il vous plaît! La clim ne démarrait qu à 00h. Je ne sais pas pourquoi.

The hotel have very good location, near to beach and close to centre . Food is very tasteful , wide variety of food. Nothing to complain. Staff very nice.

We've just returned from our fourth consecutive year at Hotel Gala and while every year has been excellent, this year's holiday was truly on another level thanks to the addition of Acomar to the entertainment team! Acomar completely transformed the holiday atmosphere, keeping guests entertained from morning through to the evening. We honestly haven't laughed so much in years - his energy, humour and hilarious antics made every day memorable! 😂 He was also absolutely fantastic with the children. They adored him and it was wonderful to see how much effort he put into making everyone feel included and happy. Well done, Hotel Gala, for employing such an incredible entertainer. Please don't ever lose him - he's worth his weight in gold! We're certain we're not the only guests who feel this way and we're sure many people will return purely because of this brilliant and talented guy. 😊 See you next year!!

Recently returned from a weeks stay on an all inclusive basis. Had a pool view room which was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and young son. Despite reading previous reviews that the hotel was noisy as it is close to Veronica's Strip, we didn't hear any of that from our side of the hotel. You are close but not directly looking over it. You can hear the hotel entertainment from pool side but it finishes at 11pm and didn't hear much after that. There were two nights out of the 7 that we did hear a bit of noise in the night with teenagers/young adults (we think!) being in the pool in the middle of the night/returning to their rooms - assume they had just returned from the strip! It woke us but not our son (thankfully!) but it didn't last long and we were able to get back to sleep. Housekeeping daily who refresh towels as needed. We didn't use every day as we didn't need it and popped the sign on the door. Even with the sign they still double checked with us if we'd like anything that day even if not having a full clean, lovely ladies! Food was your usual all inclusive buffet set up with lots of choice and themed nights. Food was hot and fresh and there's something for everyone. All of restaurant staff were friendly and service was very quick for drinks to your table. Pool bar has a good selection of drinks and snacks available and when you order food it's made on request so you might have a 10/15 min wait for it. Better than it sitting out for long periods of time! People put towels out early to get sun beds but we never had difficultly getting beds together even when going down a little later. Pool atmosphere is lively with daily activities and entertainment to join in with. We only went to the entertainment a couple of times but son enjoyed getting involved and the acts we did see were good! Especially the magician! Close enough to walk to and from Siam Park and close by to the bus stop for Loro Parque if you've planned that. Central location and easy walk in to the centre of town and down to the beach front. On check out, we were able to arrange a couple of hours extra to have the room slightly longer which was charged at 11 euros per hour. Worth it if you have a flight which is later on in the evening. Do double check with them the day before if possible to have a late check out in case the room isn't available for the next lot of people checking in! Even when checking out early, there's a luggage storage room where you can pop bags/cases so that you don't need to carry them around all day. We placed ours here and went out for the afternoon along the beach before returning for our transfer. Even with all inclusive finishing at 12pm on the day of check out, we received a voucher for lunch so that we could still eat prior to leaving for the airport. Special mention to Andy on reception who checked us in when we first arrived, sorted us out with our later check out and remembered our names every time we came to reception with any queries. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was a really helpful, happy person! Overall, a good hotel for families if looking for something central and fun by the pool. There's 3 pools on offer and the salt water pool was great for our son as he was tall enough to stand in all parts which meant he was able to swim without us being in with him too. We have just got home after a fantastic 10 days away. We came to this hotel 2 years ago and we loved it just as much this time as we did back then. We had complimentary wine and chocolates in our room for rebooking, rooms were immaculate, food was great plenty of choice- plus a kids section with chicken nuggets, hot dogs etc which was perfect for my fussy 4 year old. Entertainment was fab, especially acomar who was amazing with kids and doing mini disco, my little boy looked forward to seeing him every night. We are already looking at booking up again for next year. Thanks again.

Overall amazing hotel with very friendly staff, consistently clean rooms, food was a classic all inclusive where they have something for everyone but did themed food nights however breakfast and snack bar was same ish every day. If you’re looking for a family friendly holiday to adventure out, location isn’t the greatest due to it being close to Veronica’s. With the pool bar, staff are hard working but the waits were very long for drinks and food as it was cooked when you asked for it. Additionally, I think both bars should be open all day to reduce the waiting time. Would come again

Estuvimos aquí hace un año y nos había gustado mucho pero nos llevamos una desilusión por el deterioro de la limpieza en la piscina. Piscina sucia. El socorrista quitó un poco de suciedad pero seguía demasiado. Es necesario que pongan una persona para limpiar estas zonas. Hamacas sucias, al ser de tela deben limpiarlas mejor. Ojalá mejoren esto porque nos dio mucha pena ver la piscina asi.

La cucina a buffet non mi fa impazzire, comunque c'era di tutto e anche cucinato bene.

El personal muy cercano y amable desde la recepción limpieza, camareros, personal de entretenimiento. Y comida muy rica.

Poca variedad de comida entre días.

The invitation for a day at the SPA offered to clients, the champagne received on my birthday, the varied and tasty food. The airy hotel, the always functional elevators, the possibility to park the car for a fee in the hotel parking lot.

The interior of the rooms is not modern but you have everything you want in the room.

Very comfortable place to stay. High quality service and professional, comunicative staff. 3rd stay and still improving. Love it.

We really enjoyed this hotel, the interior was beautiful and it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/do, the food and drinks included were always good and I’d say the place is such good value for what we paid. We enjoyed the entertainment every night and will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. ok for under 30's...hotel is ok but its next to veronicas strip,when you leave hotel your constantly tormented to buy drugs.its a scruffy area with litter and gas bottles left around,,noisy base music to 3am some times ! i wouldnt go back

Accomar We arrived here on 19th may, they upgraded our room straight away without us evening asking we had two rooms next to each other, very big and clean rooms. Pool side was great, very clean a little entertainment around the pool, on of the entertainment reps (Accomar) sorry if spelt that wrong, he was so good with my kids and made there days here that little bit more special. Great experience here, close to everything and very accommodating would highly recommend it.

Great value, amazing staff, and fun entertainment! ​For the price, this hotel is a great option. Our rooms were perfectly clean, and the pool bar is excellent for a day in the sun with the kids. A huge special thanks to reception for moving us to a beautiful, quiet garden room after our first night to get away from the outside noise. We also loved the entertainment on a few of the nights; the magician was fantastic and kept us in the hotel after dinner. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here, the hotel was clean, had cleaners in every day which we loved, we were all inclusive for 7 nights, food was good, different theme every night, sangria was gawjus, we stepped off the plane and it was hot all week, no rain at all, on our last day it was 30 degrees, pool was warm, staff was helpful at all times, not far from the town (playas de Americas) beach in walking distance, didn’t have to pay for a safe as it was included, didn’t have a lot of entertain for the kids. Watch out when wanting a branded ice cream!

Stayed at the hotel for a week from the 15th of may, honestly can’t fault it, pool area is great kids pool is perfect for infants and the food is probably some of the best we have had in from any hotel we have stayed in in Tenerife, also our room cleaner was on point every day and one last thing we would like to say is a big thank you to the hotel management for the bottle of sparkling wine they sent to the room for my partners birthday! All in all we would return to hotel gala without a doubt on future trips to the island

One bed was a bit uncomfortable, resulting in a bad back after two days, so much my wife switched to the sofa bed

Hotel on first impression was good and a large complex to work your way around. Room was fine and served purpose well but glass doors on a bathroom with no locks wasn’t the best idea. Staff wasn’t the friendliest I’d came across and with half board booking breakfast and dinner it was shocking the food was generally cold and terrible choice unless you liked salad. Was here for a week and I can honestly say myself and partner struggled to get a proper breakfast and dinner here so we resorted mostly to eat out. When you arrive for dinner there is no hot or cold beverages and this is an upsell by staff who charge to your room even if you just choose water and expensive at that. Hotel was great regarding local shops etc and right beside beach but not a great experience and your hounded outside to buy drugs

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the reception team at the SPA — Jorge, José and Bárbara. They were incredibly attentive, kind, professional and genuinely caring throughout my entire experience. They helped with every question, always with patience and a warm smile, making me feel truly welcome and comfortable. I have visited many spas in Tenerife before, but I have honestly never experienced such a high level of customer service and hospitality. Their attention to detail and the way they treat guests is truly exceptional. These three employees made my visit special, relaxing and memorable. The hotel and spa are very lucky to have such wonderful people working there. Thank you again, Jorge, José and Bárbara — you are amazing!

Beautiful hotel, staff were absolutely amazing. Very clean. Rooms spacious with a nice balcony. Breakfast always had a big choice. Location is close to the beach and near plenty of bars and restaurants. We had the spa included in our room which was so relaxing with a big heated pool and pressured showers. Would 100% come back.

Great hotel in a great location, exceptionally clean . Staff very friendly , good entertainment for both adults and children. The restaurant caters for all need , only disappointment was the all inclusive ends at 12 lunchtime when we don’t check out until 7.00pm and the pool bar doesn’t open until 10.30am….. so an hour and half worth of all inclusive! On arrival at 11 .30 pm the all inclusive had finished ….. but the bar was open to purchase drinks !!! WiFi a bit hit and miss Apart from this a brill hotel

Stayed April/May contacted in advance requesting with easy access, no stairs and space for mobility scooter. Hotel responded straight away. When we arrived our request had been noted and we were given an upgraded room on the main floor with a small garden area which was good for us as we enjoyed the peace and quite away from the pool and a parking pass for re charging parking space for my wifes scooter. Reception staff were very helpful and no delays. Our room was perfect and remained the same throughout our stay spotlessly clean. A little noise st night from the disco across the road but nothing that disturbed us from a restful sleep. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and the atmosphere was calm with a range of different nationalities staying at the hotel. The hotel was close to the beach and selection of places to eat or take coffee if you required. We were all inclusive there was plenty of food available in the buffet but a lot of it was not to our taste and the buffet was a little chaotic at busy times. Overall our experience was good value for the price. would recommend the hotel and have given it 5 star even though our dining experience was not the best although everyone else seemed happy.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Strandes von Troya. Der Sand ist hervorragend, obwohl das Wasser recht stark bewölkt ist, was uns aber sehr entgegenkam. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, die Kellner und das Barpersonal sind schnell und effizient und trotz des großen Andrangs sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war durchweg gut und lecker.Jeden Tag was anderes.

Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen sehr sauber, abe leide nicht die Zimmer. Allerdings sind die Zimmer nicht die saubersten. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Reinigungskräfte die Putzlappen selten wechseln, da ich ihre Wagen und die Sauberkeit ihrer Putzlappen gesehen habe. Ich bin blond, mein Mann hat sehr kurze Haare. Als die Reinigungskraft zwei Tage später kam, hinterließ sie lange, schwarze Frauenhaare uberal im Badezimmer, die sie wahrscheinlich im vorherigen Zimmer aufgesammelt hatte. Natürlich musste ich das Bad selbst reinigen, bevor ich es benutzen konnte, und wir haben daher vermieden, dass sie das Zimmer noch einmal betreten. Da ich selbst in einem Hotel arbeite, weiß ich, wie wichtig Sauberkeit ist und wie sehr sich eine schlechte Bewertung auswirken kann. Ich wollte das unbedingt vermeiden, aber an der Rezeption hat uns niemand nach unserer Erfahrung gefragt.

Breakfast after 10 o'clock is stop providing more food like if you are late then 10 for breakfast you won't get a full breakfast only left overs even though breakfast is open till 10.30

La funda del colchón demasiado vieja estaba gastada se arrugaba y marcaba todas las arrugas en las piernas con el calor que daba pues el plástico interior era muy grueso hay que reponerlas sin dejarlas tanto tiempo evejecer hoy en día las hay que protegen el colchón y son mucho mas finas y se adaptan mejor al colchón También el cubo pequeño de basura estaba con la tapa rota y son cubos que no son tan caros pues por 6 ó 8 euros ya los hay

La struttura dispone di un servizio efficace e professionale con lo staff sempre pronto ed accogliente per ogni evenienza La pulizia impeccabile rende l'Hotel più affascinante garantendo ottimi servizi. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è congruo con tutto quello che viene offerto, in proporzione anche alla posizione strategica ( sia per la vicinanza al mare che al centro di Las Americas).

While the property has clear strengths in terms of its culinary offerings and common areas, several aspects of the service and maintenance fell short of the 4-star standard I expected. Dining & Restaurant Management The gastronomic experience was a game of two halves: * Dinner: The evening buffet was consistently impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes and high-quality ingredients. This was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. * Breakfast: Unfortunately, the morning service was chaotic. There was a chronic shortage of basic items such as teaspoons, glasses, and bowls for cereal or yogurt. Furthermore, the coffee quality was poor and did not meet international hotel standards. * Hygiene: I was disappointed to find uncleared tables from the previous night—complete with food remains—still present at breakfast. Additionally, the table mats were sticky and appeared to have not been properly cleaned, and we frequently encountered soiled cutlery and plates. Room Condition & Housekeeping The maintenance of our room was the most concerning part of our stay: * Cleanliness: Our floor was not cleaned once during a 7-day period. Additionally, we were provided with a broken trash can. * Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unreliable and extremely slow, making it difficult to handle even basic tasks. * Noise Levels: Guests should be aware that loud music and party noise from the neighboring hotel persist until midnight, which may impact light sleepers. Facilities & Staff * Pool & Spa: The lobby and pool areas are kept in pristine condition. However, the common issue of guests reserving sunbeds with towels early in the morning is not actively managed.

a really nice, clean hotel staff are really friendly and very helpful the food is nice and there’s a good selection the perfect location to do anything! very close to the strip and the beach. if you are on the front of the hotel you can sometimes hear loud music

Family of 5 we arrived having 2 separate rooms we was soon upgraded to an Interconnecting room, the staff are so accommodating and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Plenty activities to keep the kids entertained. The food has different themes every night so you don’t feel like you are eating the same. Location is perfect right by the beach I honestly could not fault this hotel and we will definitely be back for another family holiday!

La piscine chauffée ( environ 25 degrés mais agréable, on sent la différence avec la 2 Ème piscine non chauffée). Le jacuzzi, Le hall d’entrée et le grand couloir végétal… La situation géographique au cœur de l’animation, proche de la plage et des commerces, Siam Park accessible à pieds…

Le bruit! Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, de la musique très tard puis des bandes de jeunes toute la nuit , difficile de dormir 😟.

Excellent customer service. Clean. Great breakfast. Ideal location - close to 'party' area but no noise polution. Close to beach. Nice sunbathing/pool area. We were on a late night flight and were offered to book a slot for a shower before airport transfer. Would recommend this place- great value for money.

Have traveled round the Canary Islands, this hotel offered a central location offering a good range of restaurants nearby. Furthermore, the hotel itself had a great Gymnasium based in the ground floor. Rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. Overall I would give this hotel a solid 8 out of 10.
