A bit far from the center, so car is definitely needed. Parking is not included in reservation, you have to pay extra if you want to benefit from the hotel parking spaces which are expensive. Quite difficult to find a free parking spot around the hotel, so that is quite inconvenient.

Location was comfortable for us during the stay as it was 15 min walking distance to marine. The Room itself is spacious and cozy, but it needs improvements especially with sewers that smells bad once all windows are closed and air-conditioner is off. Breakfast was with limited choices - is not worth the price in my opinion - based on availability in the city and neighborhoods. Swimming pool was clean and easy to access. WiFi was working well.. service at reception was helpful and communicative.

Zunächst habe ich ein sehr lautes Zimmer direkt zur Hauptstraße bekommen. Der Lautstärkepegel lag über 80 Dezibel, wenn Motorräder ( leider sehr häufig) vorbeifuhren. Meiner Meinung nach sollten solche Zimmer in einem Hotel in dem man schlafen möchte, nicht vermietet werden. Dank des freundlichen und bemühten Personals( und weil gottlob noch ein anderes Zimmer frei war ) konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln und dort schlafen.

Everything was AMAZING! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with an equally large balcony, perfect for relaxing a little before going to bed. The breakfast was rich and absolutely delicious, while the pool was large and clean — and there was always a sunbed available! What impressed me the most, though, was the staff. Everyone, without exception, was incredibly kind, friendly, always smiling, and genuinely willing to help. From the gentleman at reception to the housekeeping staff! Truly exceptional hospitality and a wonderful experience overall! I highly recommend it, and I truly hope I’ll have the chance to visit Hesperia again!

Super clean and tidy. Felt much more worthy than it costs.

Some guests can be a bit annoying - mainly larger groups of men…. It’s not the hotels fault and the groups usually move on quickly.

Frukosten var inte bra, fanns inte så mycket alternativ. Det var även orena tallrikar/glas/bestick. De släppte även in katter från gatan in till frukost området vilket var ofräscht. Även mycket fruktflugor omkring och på maten som serverades, skulle vara bra med skydd på maten. Poolen städades inte regelbundet. Sand i botten av poolen. Mycket döda kryp i poolen och barr osv. Även tråkigt utbud vid ” pool baren”.

The hotel is very clean. The reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and Silvanna at breakfast is really friendly and very attentive. The pool is lovely and really quiet. It is very easy to get a sun lounger, no getting up at 05:00 to stake a claim! The hotel is in walking distance to a large shopping mall and the steak restaurant there was delightful. Our only negatives are that the hotel is up a hill and there is no bar for an evening.

Lovely, clean rooms and helpful staff. The hotel is in a quiet area and there is minimal noise in the night. The pool was great and we never struggled to find a sun bed.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff very helpful. However, it doesn't have a bar. Not even by the pool. It's location isn't so good as there aren't any bars nearby. The hotel is good for those who just want a bit of peace and quiet, or those on business. It's not so good for those wanting a beach holiday or for families.

La situation et le parking

L’accueil, pas chaleureux, très peu d’informations à l’arrivée. Le prix hors norme pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles alors qu’il ne les vaut absolument pas!! Manque de propreté, linge sale! Tout ceci a été signalé au directeur, mis à part un mail d’excuses, et mal adressé, je veux dire par la, pas à mon nom dans un des échanges, pas de geste commercial alors que notre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur dans son hôtel.

The hotel was good value for money in a quiet setting with a nice pool and decent gym.

The location of the hotel is a little problematic, leaving you reliant on the bus or taxis to get almost anywhere. Given there’s no bar or restaurant on site or supermarket in the area, guests need to leave the hotel for most things, and if relying on taxis this can quickly add up, with an average journey costing around €8–13. There is also no kettle in the rooms, and the hotel charges €2.70 for a pretty terrible machine-made coffee in the lobby. The rooms could also do with an upgrade and refurbishment.

Bien reformado, con personalidad y una piscina estupenda. El buffet de desayuno me sorprendió gratamente.

Nos salió muy caro por una habitación individual algo justa. Poca insonorización y una neverita tremendamente ruidosa que hubo que desenchufar. La Bonanova no es el barrio más cómodo al estar en altura, y cualquier paseo implicaba subir y bajar muchas cuestas.

El personal muy amable, un sitio tranquilo y buena ubicación.

Beautiful hotel in a great location We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is beautifully decorated throughout, with a gorgeous orange theme that gives the whole place a really bright and stylish feel. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Our room was very spacious, with a super king-size bed, comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and a really good-sized balcony. The pool area was also fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and a handy little kiosk for drinks. The location is excellent too. There’s a lovely little coffee shop, a shop and a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it really easy to get around. We found it very convenient for getting into Palma city and also heading to Cala Major. Overall, a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel in a really convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!

Der überall eingehaltene 70 ger Jahre Stil, war echt gelungen. Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Das Doppelzimmer, im Vergleich zum Dreibettzimmer. Das Dreibettzimmer bestand aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem super schönem Bad und es hatte einen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine. Es lagen sogar zur Begrüßung frisch gebackene Kekse im Zimmer. Das Doppelzimmer, wo Oma und Opa geschlafen haben war mehr oder weniger eine Abstellkammer, wo ein Bett rein gepresst war. Das da keine Kekses lagen war uns egal, aber auch keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Kühlschrank. Der Unterschied war enorm.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and resolved both the booking mix-up and the issue with the missing extra bed quickly. As an apology for the room problem, they kindly offered us a complimentary drink by the pool and a late check-out until 3 p.m.; the pool area itself was peaceful and the lifeguard was also very friendly.

Breakfast was good, but not outstanding, and freshly squeezed orange juice would have been a welcome addition. The walk up from Passeig Marítim to the hotel is quite steep, so taking a taxi may be preferable.

We had a spacious room and bathroom with a nice balcony. The pool, while quite small, was generally nice. There were also nice freebies in the room such as dental kits and water upon arrival.

Probably the most unpleasant part of our stay was a rude and unhelpful young receptionist who was often on the desk during the day - we also were greeted upon checkin by a different unfriendly receptionist. Other than these two staff members everyone else was generally friendly. The location definitely is not ideal if you want a super relaxing holiday. If relying on public transport, you have to walk up a very large flight of stairs and then two hills to get back to the hotel from the bus stop. Given there are no restaraunts nearby and the hotel is breakfast only, this is far from ideal especially in the heat of the summer. Additionally we did not enjoy the breakfast as the hot food was almost always sat cold. We also felt there werent the best options at breakfast in general and a lot of the food seemed old and stale.

Molto accogliente, sia per il personale che per l'ambiente, anche lo stile e l'arredamento ho apprezzato molto. Colazione variegata e molto buona, camera spaziosa e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort, come ad esempio la macchina per un caffè espresso, che da italiana ho apprezzato molto. Posizione comoda per tutte le attrazioni di Palma.

Easy to get to from Majorca Airport. A lovely atmosphere, with everything kept spotlessly clean and beautifully coordinated. The pool area is stunning, and the food was excellent. We’ll definitely miss the amazing empanadas! A special thank you to Silvana in the restaurant—she was so caring, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. 😍 Love from the girls in Room 112.

Het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. We arriveerden voor de inchecktijd en zij hebben er alles aan gedaan, zodat wij eerder in de kamer konden. Het ontbijt was top, het personeel heel erg vriendelijk en attent. Elke ochtend namen zij de tijd voor een babbeltje. Kamers waren erg schoon Hotel is in bergachtig gebied, als je goed ter been bent wandel je in minder dan 10 min naar het Winkelcentrum Portopi. Ben je minder goed ter been, staan er net naast het hotel taxi's of de receptie kan voor je bellen. Kosten taxi zijn minder dan €10,-

The room was spacious and with big bed, which we always like during the vacation. The receptions are really polite. The hotel is really clean in general, as well as pool. They offer free towels for the pool which is great.

Location is a bit out of town, the problem is that the bus does not drive regularly since there is a substitute line due to some changes. If you want to walk, prepare walking up and down - usually it is not a problem for us, but we visited during the heatwave in July. From our preferences, but not crucial for rating: The temperature in some part of the hotel is below the healthy, it was literally freezing in the reception hall, then you have to go out to go to your building where it is hot.

La grandeur de la chambre et de la salle de bain, la literie et les oreillers très confortables. Le style de l'hôtel très 70's.

Il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain, sur le sol et le lavabo et sur le sol de la chambre. Le cout du petit déjeuner par rapport à la diversité des produits proposer et surtout des viennoiseries et crêpes qui font industrielles.

From the first impressions on arrival, with the funky 60’s vibe, Booker T music, relaxed and friendly staff, easy parking and easy walk to our room, the hotel encourages relaxation. The pool is very pleasant and when we used it in the evening, almost empty. The room was comfortable and clean and the restaurant continues the charming vibe of c1969 LA.

For the price, I think a bit more choice could have been provided for the cooked breakfast.

Customer service was great - I was actually scammed by a company who took payment from me claiming to be the hotel before I arrived. The guy on reception spent time with me on the phone to booking.com trying to understand what had happened. Whilst this was a stressful experience and the issue remained unresolved, I was upgraded to a better room due to the circumstances. Hotel was perfect for our stayed - we had one night in Palma before catching a ferry. The location is great for the ferry terminal (however we did still jump in a taxi as we didn't want to carry our bags down the hill). There is also a bus stop nearby to get into central Palma.

Loved the design of the hotel, very retro and cute! We also loved that it was very peaceful and quiet at night, no wild guests like in many other hotels. The breakfast was great, including mimosas! We loved the pool area, while smaller than it looks in the photo, it was very chill, always enough space for everyone. Overall, a great stay!

The location, while easily accessible by bus, is still quite steep in the hill, or an expensive Uber drive away from the city. The aircon was hard to control, making it very very cold in the room, or you had to turn it off and it got very hot in the room.

It was a really clean and well presented hotel. The pool area was lovely and rooms were spacious. Great location with access to local shops and very close to Palma to get the bus or taxis. Exactly what we wanted!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla pulizia accurata trovata sia in stanza che nel resto dell’hotel alla piscina, palestra, colazione. Tutto davvero buono, pulito, ordinato e curato. Anche lo staff molto gentile e accogliente. Per non parlare del fatto che dopo il check out ci hanno fatto usare tranquillamente la struttura e ci hanno dato una camera per poi cambiarci e lavarci. Lo consiglio vivamente

Zimmer, Frühstück und Lage gut. Das Personal (am Counter, im Frühstücksraum und das Reinigungspersonal) war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich!

Nach der 1. Nacht haben wir täglich (!!) die nicht funktionierende Toilettenspülung bemängelt. Diese wurde "scheinbar" repariert (die Exkremente verschwanden) jedoch nach der nächsten Nutzung war der Schaden wieder da! Erst am 4. Tag (4 Nächte vergangen) wurde auf unseren Wunsch eingegangen und ein anderes Zimmer ("Upgrade", für 2 Nächte) zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses Zimmer roch ständig leicht nach Kanalisation. Dies haben wir nicht mehr mitgeteilt; aus unserer Sicht wäre das wahrscheinlich nicht mehr zielführend gewesen.

the pool and the garden were really nice and better than expected and the look / design of the hotel was great and cute the bedroom in itself was nice and good size too for the 2 of us, the staff was helpful there is vending machine in the entrance of the hotel with snacks, soft drinks and beers which was handy

our bedroom 19 was noisy, on the ground floor next to the carpark /entrance, we didn't sleep so well from the noise. our beds were also very firm which was not for us. the paid coffee machine was charging something like 2.60 or 2.80 euro for hot water?? that was a rip off the location is not great, like there is really not much around except a mall but luckily frequent nearby buses can take you to the beach or back in town
