Bra läge, god mat och god frukost. Poolkillen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Standarden på dubbelrum var varierande. Vi fick rum i sidobyggnad och de var slitna, tv bänk var vattenskadad nertill. Putsen på ytterväggen hade flagnat på flera ställen. Städningen var inte ok. Lister smutsiga och dammig under sängen och i garderoben. Ojämn kundkaps och servicenivå på personalen.

Zimmer war für 3 Personen absolut okay. Frühstück kann nicht beurteilt werden da keins eingenommen wurde. Bar bzw. Terrasse sehr schöner Ausblick und zivile Preise.

Amazing view from the room, pool and dinner lounge. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful to make recommendations and offer the Catalonia rewards package, as well as store luggage.

Although check in staff was amazing and polite, breakfast and dinner staff was not too welcoming and making faux pas (taking away the menu after specifically asking them to leave one; taking away the almost empty bottle of water at a table of three people at breakfast because "policy is not to take the water bottle to table" - attention, a literal bottle of water with 100ml of water left inside, not a jug of water). Dinner food was meh for the prices and the status of the hotel. Room furniture is relatively dated, however comfortable enough for a stay. Room is not well insulated to block outside noise from other terraces or from the pool/ dining area.

Fijne locatie. Bushalte voor de deur waardoor je zo in Palma bent. Mooi uitzicht op de haven. Fijne bedden en goed ontbijt.

No iron as it’s a 4star hotel. Rang up for one and no iron available. Had to use a hair straightener to try iron my clothes .

Pomimo potwierdzenia przez hotel rezerwacji apartamentu dwupokojowego, na miejscu okazało się, że pokój jest wynajęty i zajęty przez kogoś innego. Hotel dał nam dwa oddzielne pokoje co w przypadku wspólnych rodzinnych wakacji zepsuło nam pobyt i mijało się z celem. Recepcjonista Tomas nie wykazał jakiejkolwiek chęci pomocy i w ogóle hotel w tej sytuacji nie stanął na wysokości zadania. /nawet nie starali się naprawić zaistniałej sytuacji.

A beautiful hotel with lovely friendly staff and the guy looking after the pool just couldn't do enough and was so kind and friendly

A little noisy at night but we were on the ground floor so to be expected but they made up for that by giving us a kettle!!

Das Essen war phänomenal. Eine sehr gute Auswahl und alles sehe gut. Vor allem der Cheesecake! Die Seilbahn war auch sehr praktisch.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The terrace is a dream! We had dinner there multiple times watching over the beautiful skyline of Palma. The rooms were very clean and very comfy bed! I would book it again!

The room was very nice, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was €20pp and was excellent, fantastic choice and all you could eat.

We were travelling by bike and booked the hotel for safe storage facilities. However we were unaware that this would cost €15 per night. It would have been good to have been told this before we arrived. It made the cost of our one night stay €246 overall.

Breakfast was excellent regardless of the time you came down. The location was a little too far from the centre especially in the heat.(late August). If the temperatures were a little cooler it would have been a lovely walk into the centre. Rooms were quite small (Premium room) not much space for storage.

Rooms small - Gym was very basic. No sauna or steamroom. Pizza in the resturaunt was terrible - couldnt eat it. Also service was very slow.

We upgraded to a sea view room and we had the most amazing view over the marina. The restaurant terrace has the same view, it's simply stunning.

We didn't realise the funicular lift could take you up and down the hill - we discovered it on the last day and it was brilliant.

There was no water in my room for 2 hours from 6pm meaning we couldn’t shower. The air conditioning did not work so the room was not cool and I was concerned this was a potential health risk as it clearly had not been maintained correctly. The female manager on the front desk was so incredibly rude and offered no apology or compensation when I went to the front desk with these issues. A terrible and stressful experience, thank goodness we were only there one night. Over £300 for a room lacking basics. The “rain shower” was blocked by limescale so when the water did come back on it was totally useless. On my return I emailed the management and all the issues I mentioned were dismissed as untrue in their response. Do not book!!!

The staff was really kind and always available! The hotel is perfectly located, with the bus stop, down the hotel. It's only around 15-20mn bus to the center of Palma, with a direct line to the old town with the Cathedral. This is great as it permits to enjoy the calm without being too far from the center, and it also pretty close to Cala Illetes, which is beautiful. The view is incredible, we got nicely upgraded to the sea view for our bedroom, which was also great! The food is really good! We tasted the restaurant, which have lots of options! The breakfast is also amazing! It's a buffet and you can eat as much as you want, and the products are incredible! You can register to their "club", and it got us 10% on the breakfast etc. Really good quality for an accessible price overall! We loved our stay! ☺️

Lovely aesthetic in the hotel. Great lounge and terrace area. Rooms were nice and toiletries in bathroom were nice. Pool area lovely and big comfy sunbeds. The attendant at poolside was very helpful and friendly.

The beds were very firm, the aircon seemed to always be VERY cold even when changing it, and in my room, I could hear water gushing when rooms around me used the shower/toilet - to the point it would wake me up in the night, sounding like it was actually inside my room. Myself and my friend had an issue with food allergies and although the lady on reception seemed very apologetic, nobody seemed to get the severity of what could have happened if our allergies had been more severe. No refund for our meal was offered, just a ‘sorry’. In particular, it was worrying that the waiting staff didn’t understand that if something is marked vegan and then contains milk and eggs, this can be fatal. Staff in the food industry should be more trained up on allergies and menu marking.

La taille de la chambre est confortable, nous avions un balcon vue sur la mer, le petit déjeuner est très complet et le personnel dévoué. La piscine le soir après une journée de balade est très appréciable.

Un manque d'insonorisation au niveau de la conduite d'eau au niveau de la salle de bains. Les écoulement des étages supérieurs étaient un peu bruyants.

The rooftop itself is lovely. The breakfast was good.

The staff are absolutely woeful. No help with bags, no explanation of anything. Just completely put out by our existence. We rang from our room to have an iron and we were told to come down the 4 floors and collect it ourselves. When we approached the reception to collect it, all of the staff were too occupied to help us as they were helping a very good looking party of women with their bags to their rooms. We approached the bar on our first evening and the barmaid was just short of decapitating us. She snapped at us that it's table service and there were many drinks orders ahead of us. When we took a seat the staff were incapable of taking more than one drink order at a time. They were forward and back forward and back and it was a lengthy long wait for every drink. The reception staff were even slower at doing whatever on earth it takes so long to do at reception. There were 6 people ahead of us in the checkout queue and we were one hour and 20 minutes waiting!!!! She asked if it was a normal coke, a diet coke or a coke zero we drank from the mini bar! And was very stressed when we couldn't remember?!?!?! As stated, breakfast was fine but the lady at the omelette making station was absolutely horrified when we asked could she make us an omelette. The beds were 2 single beds pushed together that caused at least one of us to fall through it every night. The shampoo in the shower was pointless. The room was small. This was a very expensive hotel with absolutely nothing to offer it's guests by way of service or facilities. Besides a nice rooftop and a good view.

Comfortable and clean, excellent transport links and in a nice location, staff very polite.

Bathroom tiles were cracked and looked like they had been for quite some time. Room AC is very weak same in the communal areas. Facilities are of a good standard however a bit dated now along with the hotel in general. Check in process is very slow however this seems more a policy issue with the hotel rather than a staff issue, the staff were very helpful and seemed to be doing everything as fast as they could.

Die Nähe zum Hafen

Es war ein 3 Bett Zimmer Premium gebucht. Bekommen haben wir mit 3 Personen ein 2 Bett Standard. Es sollte uns 2 fachet Nachfrage ein Zustellbett hingestellt werden. Es kam leider nichts. Wir haben nur eine Nacht vor unserer Kreuzfahrt im Hotel verbracht von daher wollte ich einfach nur in Ruhe schlafen nicht wieder zur Rezeption! Nochmal werden wir das Hotel nicht buchen. Für mich war eine klare Masche. Genauso wie, dass die Buchung nach Erstattung im Hotel bezahlt werden musste da Touristen Abgaben fehlten

Nla habitación no estaba limpia, habia unas chancla de los anteriores huéspedes, las camas sin frenar. En la reserva pusimos para dos personas y preferencia de cama grande, nos pusieron dos individuales, entiendo que por falta de disponibilidad pero encima nos pusieron una supletoria, lo que hacía la habitación mas pequeña y agobiante. La piscina interior, tanto cloro pusieron que nos lloraban los ojos y el agua no estaba caliente. No volveremos ni lo recomendaremos

The only odd thing is - i paid on booking.com. they then will make you pay again and refund the booking.com booking??? Assume to avoid fees, but it blocks up the credit card, so make sure you have enough funds in place! Have to order an iron... which is a little dated and warm water as a gift on arrival in 40 degree heat - just give guests a cold drink! Also dont bring a large car!! Its very tight!

Amazing location near a shopping centre. Terrace with a panoramic view of Mallorca and very comfortable rooms. Heads up to the bar team.

L'hôtel a un très gros potentiel, les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes.

Le parking est indiqué dans les facilities alors qu'il n'y en a pas. Le pommeau de douche était plein de calcaire et donc l'eau ne pouvait pas sortir par tous les trous. La clim ne marchait pas et le ventilateur faisait du bruit.

Best room we’ve stayed in! The view from our balcony was absolutely amazing, room was very spacious and beautiful! The staff, the room service, the restaurant were all perfect! We wanted to just chill in our room instead of going out :D I would definitely choose Catalonia Majorica again

The hotel was overall very good, the room was of good size and clean. It is not the newest hotel but it is also not outdated. We enjoyed the pool quite a bit and there were enough loungers at all times. The staff at the reception was very helpful and nice. The hotel has a very cool funicular that takes you to/from the street level.

The location is a bit far from the centre so you need to take a bus or an uber. We would also appreciate if there was a bar by the pool. It seems like a missed opportunity to not have one :)

Widok z tarasu na Marine. Miła obsługa w restauracji, na basanie i w recepcji.

Czystość - szczególnie toaleta basenowa. Hotel swoje lata świetności ma już dawno za sobą Ewidentnie nadaje się do odświeżenia. Infrastruktura hotelowa dosyć słaba. W basenie wewnętrznym zepsute było podgrzewanie. Słabo nadaje się do podróżowania z dziećmi.

המלון נמצא על צלע הר לא רחוק ממרכז העיר פלמה. נוף יפה של העיר נצפה מחלק מחדרי המלון, מהבריכה ומאזור הבר. ניתן להגיע בקלות יחסית למרכז העיר באמצעות אוטובוס מקומי. ארוחת הבוקר טובה, החדר מרווח ונעים והצוות נעים ומסביר פנים. כאשר היינו זקוקים לזמן שהייה נוסף מעבר לזמן החזרת החדר, נאמר שיש אפשרות להשתמש בחדר אחר למקלחת. אנחנו אמנם לא היינו זקוקים לכך, אבל זה ללא ספק שירות מעולה.

היינו המלון בתקופת ליקוי החמה המלא של 12 באוגוסט ואולי זאת הסיבה למחירים הגבוהים יחסית. המחיר הגבוה הרגיש מעט מוגזם, אבל כאמור, ייתכן בהחלט שמדובר במשהו נקודתי. קחו בחשבון שהמלון אינו ממוקם במרכז העיר.

el movimiento en la cochera .....dificil. El aire aconcionado ( a pesar que hacia mucho calor) lo dejaban tan fuerte, que la pieza estaba congelada que nos acostabamos con frazada hasta que bajara la temperatura

Pool was good, terrace was nice.

Booked and paid for this room through Booking.com two months in advance. The booking was confirmed and we had already been charged by the hotel, but on arrival we were told they wouldn’t accept the Booking.com payment because they apparently didn’t trust the platform. We were then charged again directly by the hotel, $80–$100 more than the original booking, leaving us temporarily out of pocket for two payments for the same booking while waiting for a Spanish bank refund to Aus bank account. If the hotel doesn’t accept Booking.com payments, this should be made clear before arrival. Very frustrating, especially for a holiday we had budgeted for.

Waited 45 mins for a drink while my partner got theirs. Shocking attitude and incompetence. Very smug manager who clearly didn't care about customer service. Very disappointing and promptly left.

Es casi imposible aparcar, tienen un mini parking de 10 plazas, que ademas no puedes reservar. Si vas con coche….

The staff are brilliant. Christina on reception especially. Genuinely all staff have been excellent!. The rooftop bar is the best place to be and what a view. Great coffee, the bed was huge, very helpful team and me and my girlfriend loved it.

Das Zimmerservice war leider schlecht. Bett und Kissenbezüge wurden nie gewechselt sondern immer nur das Bett gemacht. An zwei Tagen war sogar kein Roomservice da :(
