El personal es encantador y las instalaciones están muy bien, así como las habitaciones. Son grandes y muy agradables.

No me gustó el entorno en el que está ubicado, es un caos urbanístico. La playa tampoco me gustó, es diminuta y está súper masificada.

El baño es demasiado pequeño y yo cogí una habitación triple y no era una habitación triple, era una doble con una cama supletoria, y aunque era cómoda se notaba mucho que era supletoria y estaba demasiado ajustado el espacio donde no tenía ni mesita

Очень чистый, уютный и комфортный номер, который прекрасно подходит для отдыха. В номере есть всё необходимое для приятного пребывания. Бассейн — это отличное место для отдыха во время сильной жары и солнца. Вокруг бассейна всегда можно найти свободное место, как на солнце, так и в тени. Завтраки тоже понравились: всё вкусно, разнообразно и можно найти что-то на любой вкус. Персонал отеля был очень доброжелательным, приветливым и всегда готовым помочь. В целом обслуживание оставило очень приятное впечатление.

Единственное, что не очень понравилось, — интернет не всегда работал стабильно. Иногда соединение было достаточно слабым и возникали перебои.

Spotless and breakfast was fabulous.

The pool times were very restrictive. It didn't open until 11am and closed at 6. I would love a swim before breakfast or after a long day at the beach.

A very good hotel; the rooms are comfortable and bright, and very clean. The breakfast is excellent! The staff are very friendly; everything went perfectly and easily!

Parking is a bit of a hassle. The hotel offers its own car park nearby for 15 euros a night. If you don’t use it, it’s simply impossible to find a parking space nearby during the high season. The streets there are narrow and there are lots of cars; it was even difficult to turn round. So it’s best to book a parking space through the hotel

L’établissement est climatisé, la piscine est très agréable avec ses palmiers tout autour, il y a beaucoup de zone donc ce qui n’est pas négligeable parfois vu la chaleur, l’hôtel est situé près d’une jolie crique. Il y a de bons restos à proximité, je vous conseille la tapera et tout ça à pied. Pour aller visiter palma, il vous suffit de prendre le bus qui est en bas de la rue de l’hôtel, c’est très facile d’accès, et palma c’est très beau. Le personnel est très réactif et à l’écoute, le premier soir, nous n’avions pas de télé, je l’ai signalé le lendemain une heure. Après le problème était réglé, j’ai aussi perdu ma serviette de plage à cause du vent, elle a atterri à l’étage d’en dessous sur un balcon, le personnel a été me la récupérer dès le lendemain. Ils sont souriants le petit-déj’ est génial. Vraiment je recommande cet hôtel, nous avons passé de super vacances.

C’est dommage qu’ils ne proposent pas les repas du midi inclus, il est possible de manger autour de la piscine ce qui est génial le midi, mais par contre ils sont fermés le soir. La salle de bain était un peu vétuste, mais le service de ménage était parfait.

Отель очень понравился, находится рядом с хорошим пляжем 5 мин ходьбы. В отеле было оч чисто, убирали номер каждый день. В номере есть климат очень удобно настраивать температуру это не кондиционер что дует постоянно на тебя, климат гораздо удобнее. В отеле есть удобная парковка так же оч хорошие завтраки. Из минусов можно поставить два стула на балконе, а не один ) других минусов обнаружено не было

Our room has a strange smell from the bathroom that it wasn’t so pleasant and the location of the hotel was not the best, you where very close to the good side of the city but on foot you didn’t have somewhere to go

Great staff, very polite and serviceable. You can take towels and parasols for the beach. The pool is clean and there is natural shade around it you can hide in. The location is very near the beach and the bus stop if you want to go to town with the bus.

The kitchen works until 4 pm, and the bar till 6 pm so you have to plan your dinner elsewhere, but it wasn't a big issue.

Room was not spacious enough for 3 people, also decoration was kind of outdated. The gym was quite poor. Although it had many options for breakfast, nothing actually was above average as far as concerning taste.

Fajny hotel, w spokojnej części miasta. Blisko do małej, klimatycznej plaży. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, super basen, bez tłumów. Dobre śniadanie. Jeśli przyjeżdża się do hotelu autobusem proszę wziąć pod uwagę, że aby dostać się do hotelu trzeba pokonać dosyć strome podejścia:) piękny widok z pokoju. Super, że już po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy korzystać z basenu i prysznica przy siłowni, żeby ogarnąć się przed lotem do którego mieliśmy jeszcze kilka godzin. Nie w każdym hotelu jest tak możliwość.

Dosyć daleko od centrum, ale to było wiadome już przy rezerwacji.

Fantastic staff, breakfast and pool. Rooms were fine though the bathroom did have some damp above the door which was spotted late during our stay, and the room cleaning was a bit hit or miss (e.g. towels not replaced etc). Great location within easy walking distance to restaurants and beach etc.

Very little to complain about. There were a couple of damaged umbrellas around the pool that should have been replaced/repaired a long time ago but were replaced towards the end of our stay. Otherwise a really great hotel and a pleasant holiday experience.

Meget Rent og pent hotell, bra basseng og det var et treningsrom ( lite, men hadde vekter opp til 10kg) meget hyggelig personale! Kort vei til buss og inn til Palma. Kort vei til strand som var fin, rolig og med none bra spise plasser.

Beliggenheten er litt midt i mellom alt, stranda er liten, stille og rolig med kun to-tre spise plasser. Det er også få restauranter i området ved hotellet.

Every single member of staff was excellent which is very rare in any business. Smiley, helpful and looked hard working. The hotel was spotless The pool was lively and warm and a tranquil setting. Amazing cocktails and bar service. Shame not open longer than 6pm.

No remote for aircon so had to get up and down in night to turn off in very complicated system No tea and coffee facilities in room. Beds weren’t over comfy. Weren’t Horrendous but did wake up sore. Not an ideal location if disabled. Lift to pool didn’t work a number of times. Should provide daily water bottle but don’t. And water in reception often run out. Food at bar was an overpriced for quality. And soft drinks very expensive for very small bottles. And light on tv and aircon even when off bright so couldn’t get room completely dark to sleep

Mega fijn zwembad met genoeg bedjes en het was niet zo druk in het hotel (mid juli). Personeel was mega aardig en de kamer was schoon! Cala major is klein maar wel leuk om drankjes te doen!

Die nahe Lage zum Hafen war vorteilhaft. Wir waren für eine Nacht vor einer Kreuzfahrt dort.

Die Bar und der Poom hatten leider nur von 11:00 - 18:00 geöffnet.

I stayed 7 nights and they change my bad sheets once, after 6 nights. They should care more for cleaning in the rooms.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié l’accueil, la propreté de l’établissement. Il était en travaux et des échafaudages étaient dressés sur notre façades. Les ouvriers commençaient les travaux à 7 heures du matin! L’espace piscine était sale et apparemment, celle-ci était ouverte à d’autres personnes de l’établissement!La vie de notre chambres étaient indignes de cet hôtel . Vous devriez nous prévenir et nous n’aurions pas sélectionné cet hôtel. Je peux vous envoyer des photos et vous jugerai. Dès lors, je vous demande un remboursement d’au moins 50% pour les causes évoquées.

Très bon hôtel 4 étoiles, belle piscine avec arbres autour, bon petit déjeuner avec produits de qualité, chambre spacieuse donnant sur la petite rue mais vue sur la mer dégagée, literie très confortable et climatisation qui fonctionne bien à 10 minutes à pied de Cala major bus 4 pour aller à Cala Illetes (superbe crique), ou à Palma.

nettoyage piscine à améliorer, vu saletés végétales au niveau des marches, et mieux nettoyer autour des transats (des personnes laissent des bouteilles plastiques par exemple) dommage que le bar soit fermé en juin travaux côté salle petit déjeuner et donnant sur certaines chambres, mais nous avons pu changer de chambre pour une autre à l'opposé, du coup pas entendu de bruit le matin

Building work happening. In-room beverages not topped up. We repeatedly asked for replacements, not just sachets but cups too. Lifeguard had no interest in helping us with a broken parasol

The hotel is nice, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of food each morning. We had a car during our stay, and parking could be quite tricky at night. It was often very difficult to find a space nearby. If you can't find a spot, you will need to use the hotel's private parking, which costs €15 per night. Part of the hotel was being renovated during our stay. It didn't really bother us, although on the last day of our holiday there was quite a lot of noise early in the morning. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and we had no problems at all. There are supermarkets close by, as well as several restaurants within easy walking distance, which was very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Part of the hotel was being renovated during our stay. It didn't really bother us, although on the last day of our holiday there was quite a lot of noise early in the morning.

The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk from Cala Major beach and a regular bus close by that brings you into Palma. We had a late flight & they provided shower facilities which was great. The staff were very helpful.

There is a lot of construction happening at the hotel, with a lot of construction workers constantly walking through the hotel and using the lifts. Lots of construction noise from 8am each morning which meant no hope of a lie in. There were glass doors left in the corridor at the bottom of the stairs overnight which is a bit of a hazard. I think it’s disappointing that they fail to mention this anywhere. Also a lot of dirt due to the construction and didn’t seem to be cleaned. Many of the corridors were very run down with heavy staining on the carpets which is below what you’d expect for this hotel chain. The rooms were quite small which and so was the bathroom with little storage space in there. The tv was unplugged and disconnected, however the tv was mounted to the wall and little space for manoeuvre so we weren’t able to reconnect. Overall, I think the hotel is overpriced for what you get. I’ve stayed at some of the other hotels in this group and I don’t think this hotel is of the same standard.
