Staff accogliente, stanza bella e comoda con ottime dimensioni sia di stanza che di bagno.

Colazione non molto buona, poca scelta e più che altro salata, caffè e cappuccino veramente lasciamo stare.. posizione comoda SOLO SE SI HA LA MACCHINA, prezzo leggermente alto se confrontato al quadro generale. La vista dalla nostra camera non era granché, si vedeva solo la strada perché la struttura purtroppo è circondata da palazzi, non so come sia sul lato opposto ma sul nostro lato era così.

El Hotel es muy Bueno...Muy Lindo...muy limpio y Comodo. Muy BIEN ATENDIDO.. La gente de RECEPCION es Muy Buena...!!! Muy bien predispuesta a solucionar cualquier problema. Espero Volver...!!! Muchas Gracias..!!!

Die Zimmer waren grundlegend einfach, aber praktisch eingerichtet und der Pool war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend.

Die Klimaanlage war zu laut und hat uns mehrfach in der Nacht geweckt. Auch der Straßenlärm war für uns sehr störend. Unser vierjähriges Kind hat keinen separaten Schlafplatz oder eigene Bettwäsche erhalten. Das Doppelbett war für drei Personen sehr eng und ungemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zudem unzureichend – die Auswahl war gering, sodass die Vielfalt nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach.

Well maintained, clean and comfy hotel in a quiet area. Only 15 minutes in a taxi to the city centre and a 10 minute walk to the Port Lovely staff, perfect pool area, great breakfast.

Steepish hill back home but it wouldn’t put us off going there again

This is comfortable, no-frills hotel with excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a reasonably priced bar and restaurant. It was just what we needed.

It is in a hilly area of Palma, so be prepared, but taxis to the centre are less than 10 euros.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at BQ Augusta Hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the hotel itself was well maintained. The pool area was one of the highlights — large, relaxing and very enjoyable, especially after a day exploring Mallorca. We also had a very good experience at the hotel restaurant, where the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and relaxed, which made it a nice place to return to at the end of the day.

There were, however, a few drawbacks. Some details of the property felt slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh. The location is also a little removed from the centre of Palma, so it is not the most convenient option if you want to explore the city mainly on foot, although getting around by car, taxi or public transport is quite easy. The staff were always polite and professional, although our interactions sometimes felt a little more formal and impersonal than particularly warm or welcoming. The hotel was also quite expensive for the overall experience. While the stay was certainly comfortable and enjoyable, considering the slightly dated feel and the location, the value for money could have been better.

Amabilidad en todo momento

La verdad que está en una zona tranquila, y nosotras que no cogimos coche de alquiler en taxi en 3 minutos estábamos en el centro, muy cómodo, y al irnos nos íbamos más tarde y nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina y ducharnos en las instalaciones de bajo, así que genial. También está cerca de una cala preciosa en la que puedes ir en autobús.

Si volviese, volvería allí.

The staff were very attentive and professional. As we came to celebrate an anniversary, we received an upgrade and a bottle of Cava during the first evening, which was totally unexpected. The apartment room had everything needed, was large and had a great view over the city and towards Castle Belver.

The staff was very friendly, and the overall cleanliness and location were great. The bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The only issue we had was that they refused to provide an extra towel when we requested one. Also, on one of the days, our towels were not replaced with fresh ones. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the towel service could definitely be improved.

Disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities. I thought this was almost universal now. You have to pay to use the safe in the room. (OK, only Euro 3.5 per day). A little mean I thought. Also you have to pay a deposit for the pool towels (euro 10 per towel). That is really unusual for a 4* hotel

Ma mère est resté enfermé dans les toilettes de la piscine ! Impossible de rouvrir depuis l’intérieur. Quand la maître nageuse lui a demandé d’où elle venait que ma mère a répondu France, la maître nageuse a rigolé !! Pourquoi ????!!

The hotel was ok

All the employees don’t care about you. All of them hate to work. They are always in a bad mood. Don’t even say hy when you get in the hotel. One of them scoffed to me when I asked for 20 min late check out. When I asked to the waitress for some water on my boatle in the breakfast, he said NO!!! Because we can’t take food from the restaurant. I said, it’s only water because my taxi in on the way to the airport. The pool opens at 11 and closes at 7. So, it’s almost impossible to use. And you have to pay 10 euros for each towel you use.

Fenomenalne jedzenie - również dla osób z nietolerancjami pokarmowymi lub wegetarian. Bardzo miła obsługa, również na recepcji pracuje Pan z Polski:) kelnerzy bardzo się starają, szczególnie doceniam Pana Carlosa za świetną obsługę, choć wszyscy byli fantastyczni. Moje doświadczenie było tym bardziej unikatowe ponieważ mówię po hiszpańsku, jednak kelnerzy i cała obsługa hotelu daje z siebie wszystko po angielsku również.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast and the area of the swimming pool great but the most precious was the excelent, friendly and profecional stuff of the hotel. They made as feel like home and they offer always solutions with a smile. Thank you for everything!

Struttura moderna, curata e tranquilla. Si trova appena fuori dal centro ma in posizione strategica. Ottima colazione. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la climatizzazione della sala colazioni. Bella piscina, vengono forniti anche gli asciugamani. Camera spaziosa e curata, con vari piani di appoggio. Letti comodi. Bagno sufficientemente grande con doccia. Comodo il parcheggio a pagamento, perché pur essendoci parcheggio pubblico in strada, non si trova posto.

Se devo proprio trovare un difetto, non si vede il mare.

Really lovely spacious aparthotel. Rooms are very big which is great for families. 10 minute walk to shopping centre ( it is all uphill back) rooms and pool area really clean. 20 minute bus into palma. Found check in a little slow especially as we had done online check in prior to arrival. Again wanted to ask a question at another point and caught behind someone checking in and took ages. Pool area great, gets sun all day and lots of loungers. Staff very friendly, would stay again.

Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in strada gratuito durante tutto il soggiorno (mese di Giugno). Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccessivo rapportato a una qualsiasi capitale europea o altra delle Baleari o delle Canarie.

Troppo caro il pernotto rispetto al livello delle strutture, in questo hotel e sull’intera isola.

Overpriced with bad customer service. There was a fee for the pool towels, we paid 20 euros cash and was supposed to get it back, which we didn't because the receptionist was not able to find the cash... unacceptable! The AC is very loud, we could hear even the ones from the rooms next door. And for the ladies, there was no hair conditioner in a 4**** hotel.

Das Hotel bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Unser Zimmer war ein Appartement mit Küche und separatem Schlafzimmer. Das Zimmer war schon etwas abgewohnt aber sehr sauber. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Strasse, der Rest der Gruppe hatte Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick und schon modernisiert.

A lovely stay at BQ Augusta. The room and balcony are spacious for Spain. The bed is comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were kind and friendly. The pool area is beautiful, and I especially appreciated how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. Close by at Porto Pi, is Carrefour for all your grocery needs and Mr Foca Lavandería self-service Laundrymat. Overall, BQ Augusta is a wonderful choice for anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing stay in Palma.

A heads up, the hotel is at the top of a hill with a moderate incline so if you are not physically fit, you will need a taxi. If you are wanting to get your steps in, it is a great location. I chose it for being quiet and it is very peaceful!

Dissappointed I couldn't use the pool for a swim before 10am

All of the staff were very friendly and eager to help with anything. The rooms were spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with fast, reliable wifi. The swimming pool area was also kept very clean and tidy, and the pool itself was big enough to do decent lengths in. Breakfast was excellent, with a varied choice of everything.

La camera era di fronte l’ascensore e le scale quindi si sentivano i rumori mattina presto e notte. La passeggiata in salita per tornare in hotel dopo una giornata fuori passeggiando .

Sincèrement, l'hôtel était super propre et tout était simple d'accès. Le personnel de lacceuil nous a reçu de la bonne manière. Ils ont même pu changer notre chambre pour une chambre adapté au personnes âgées. Ils ont toujours répondu à nos demandes ( taxi, information) Le personnel du restaurant était très aimable et fesaient en sorte que notre nourriture soit de qualité ! Le maître nageur a pu aider mon papa à s'installer et profiter de la piscine merci pour tout . Les femmes de chambres ont fait un travail remarquable , la chambre à toujours été propre et nos serviettes remplacées à chaque fois .

The sea view is disappointing.Tv in the bedroom did not work.Smell coming through the bedroom vent , when went down to let them know, they said they didn't understand.Not enough information regarding bus routes,places to visit, felt we just had to figure it out ourselves.

Staff were wonderful. So friendly. Breakfast buffet was lovely, as was any food we had . Our reason for visit was to visit Palma, and so we did not always have lunch or dinner at hotel.

Our fault, however thought we were a little bit closer to centre. We made full use of Bus service/ taxi on return. Did not affect us, however area around hotel hilly so maybe not suit all. Also the 1 bed appt sleeping/ sofa area open plan so not a separate bedroom as such .
