O check in era as 14h. Chegamos às 15:15h e o quarto não estava pronto.

Panne d'électricité pendant des heures! Nous avons même pas été averti correctement. J'ai du sortir avec les cheveux mouillés, pas de geste... on aurait pu nous laisser 1h supplémentaire! Juste un "nous sommes désolés" avant de partir.... Sinon le séjour à l'hôtel été très bien!

Ausência de armários, cofre não funcionava. Estacionamento sem acesso direto ao hotel, quando vagas de desembarque e vagagem estavam completas. Sala fitness si com esteira e bicicleta.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Le personnel de la réception formidable qui s'échine à rendre le séjour des clients agréable malgré les faiblesses de l'hôtel. Le confort et le design des chambres très agréable.
Le fait que l'hôtel annonce parking dans son descriptif alors qu'il jouxte juste un parking privé, cher, extrêmement difficile d'accès avec des valises. 2 places devant l'hôtel pour décharger les valises mais dont une des deux est squattée par une camionnette de l'hôtel (garée sur les deux places) donc tous les clients en galère dans le parking souterrainen double file pour se débrouiller avec les bagages. La porte d'accès fermée la nuit pour des raisons de sécurité mais sans sonnette. Obligés d'appeller la réception par téléphone et si plus de batterie après le voyage tant pis. Des escaliers partout pour accéder à l'hôtel. Si poussette ou fauteuil roulant pas le choix. Une seule personne à la réception tout le temps appelée à faire d'autres choses. Le ménage pas fait dans la chambre un jour sur deux. Pas de vue.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026I picked this hotel for it's location and ease of access for parking as I had a few day trips planned. Super convenient for arriving and departing Avignon as the Palais des Papes parking garage is attached to the hotel and can be accessed by the hotel lobby. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was wonderful as it was very hot during my stay. I did not eat there so I can not comment on the food.
No complaints.

It's also very close to the impressive Palais des Papes (lots of steps) and the famous Pont d'Avignon old bridge. Bathroom was spotless, aircon was effective and the bed was pretty comfortable. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which we didn't try as we thought it would be nice to sample some of the numerous restaurants in the town. Don't miss taking a short bus ride to Villeneuve to see the historic fort, abbey and its gardens.

Se state cercando un posto per Avignone scegliete questo senza pensarci due volte, gli altri hotel in centro sono difficili da raggiungere in auto. Staff cordiale e camera pulita e ben insonorizzata. Ottima prima colazione completa di tutto.

La camera sembra apparentemente pulita, ma non lo è perché Il personale pulisce ciò che si vede. L’odore appena si entra nella hall è sgradevole, sembra quello di un bagno pubblico. I divani nella hall sono tenuti male e sporchi. Colazione a buffet in un angolo dell’hotel e quindi l’effetto è davvero molto confuso oltre che dozzinale. Avete una sala enorme e non riuscite a distribuire meglio i prodotti?! Struttura pet friendly se paghi.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Hotel molto comodo per visitare Avignone, grazie alla posizione centrale e alla vicinanza al Palazzo dei Papi. Molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di accedere direttamente al garage dell’hotel, anche se bisogna considerare alcuni gradini: meglio quindi lasciare i bagagli nella zona di scarico appena entrati nel garage. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e confortevole, con un terrazzino molto carino. Molto utile anche il distributore di acqua ai piani.
Ci sono alcuni aspetti che, considerando la categoria 4 stelle, potrebbero essere migliorati. La presenza della moquette non è particolarmente piacevole e in camera mancavano accappatoio, ciabattine e kit bagno. Abbiamo poi notato che erano disponibili sui carrelli delle pulizie: sarebbe stato decisamente meglio trovare tutto già predisposto in camera, senza doverlo richiedere. Anche il distributore dell’acqua, durante la giornata, risultava scarico e non è stato rifornito. Infine, il terrazzino, pur essendo molto piacevole, era privo persino di una sedia, quindi di fatto non era possibile utilizzarlo comodamente. Nel complesso una struttura molto valida soprattutto per posizione, tranquillità e comodità del parcheggio, ma con alcuni piccoli dettagli di servizio da perfezionare per essere pienamente all’altezza di un 4 stelle.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Tolle Lage, direkt eine Treppe vom Papst Palast entfernt. Kleine typische Läden vor der Tür und Zentrum, Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig nahebei. Das Frühstück war unglaublich! Eine fantastische Auswahl vor allem lokaler Produkte, super lecker und einzigartig. Und Hund war dabei und auch beim Frühstück erlaubt. Top Leider nur auf der Durchreise, aber nächste Mal auch für länger.

Попросили второе одеяло в номер- отказ (типо нету еще), попросили зонтик-отказ. Нет воды питьевой в номере. Не убирались ни разу. Завтрак не вкусный и очень плохой. Плюсов не нашли вообще, не достоит своих звезд и цены.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Direkt an der Pont d'Avignon gelegen und in einem alten Gebäude modern eingerichtet bietet das Hotel einen netten Innenhof für Bar und Frühstück und stellt einen optimalen Ausgangspunkt für den Stadtbummel zu Fuß dar.
Das Parkhaus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, der Weg zum Hotel führt über eine steile Treppe, was mit schwerem Gepäck oder bei eingeschränkter Mobilität ein Problem sein kann. Achtung: unbedingt darauf achten, bei Einfahrt ein Papierticket zu ziehen! Es gibt keine Ausfahrt-Tickets vom Hotel. Der Rabatt für Übernachtungsgäste kann nur auf das Papier-Ticket angewendet werden. Nutzt man bei Einfahrt die Telemaut, muss man den vollen Preis zahlen.

Das Zimmer hatte (gerade bei angeschalteter Klimaanlage) schon einen recht unangenehmen Eigengeruch. Bei Anwesenheit hatte ich daher immer das Fenster offen. Überhaupt gehört die Zimmereinrichtung dringend erneuert: veralteter Teppich, ein durchgelegenes Bett … Deutlich nobler ist der Eingangsbereich und der Frühstücksbereich.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas klein. Für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt tiptop gelegen. Die Betten und Kissen waren bequem. Die Klimaanlage kann man selber nach seinen Bedürfnissen einstellen. Sehr tolles Frühstück mit sehr gutem, leckerem und frischem Angebot.
Die Ankunft mit dem Auto ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man aber die Beschreibung liest, ist es gut machbar. Das Parkhaus wird als günstig beschrieben, was es meiner Meinung nicht ist. Aber angemessen.

Le parking n’est pas accessible avec une poussette. À l’arrivée, il y a bien une dépose-minute, mais au moment du départ, il n’y en avait pas. Ce n’était donc pas très pratique pour sortir avec une poussette.

Nous n’avons pas aimé le petit déjeuner. Seul point faible. Les produits ne sont pas super bon. Les crêpes sont de type sous vide du supermarché comme les gaufres. En revanche le banana bread était très bon mais globalement petit dej bof bof .

Dziwne połączenie z parkingiem podziemnym. Bardzo trudno przedostać się z walizkami, parking nie ma windy. Fatalna obsługa, musieliśmy ponad godzinę czekać na zameldowanie, po korytarzu snuły się powoli sprzątające pokojowki, zużyta bielizna pościelowa na korytarzach obok pokoi leżała jeszcze do wieczora. Panie w recepcji zajęte sobą. Ni chciały pomoc mi przy automacie opłat za parking. Powiedziały, że to nie ich sprawa tylko parkingu. Masakra!!!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Lo que más nos gustó fue la habitación: muy amplia incluso siendo triple y con el sofá cama abierto. Las camas eran comodísimas, el baño espacioso y todo estaba muy limpio. Además, la ubicación del hotel es excelente.
No hubo nada que no nos gustara. Por nuestros horarios no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno ni hacer mucho uso del resto de servicios del hotel, así que no podemos valorarlos.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The location of the hotel is exceptional, so close to centre and the bridge. We have travelled by car so you may park your car nearby and reach the hotel directly from the parking lot. The room was clean and comfortable.
The aircontion was working with considerable noise which was not ideal at the heat wave period which we were there.

Les escaliers pour la poussette à l’entrée. Les 2 employés au petit déjeuné qui nous ont ignoré complet pendant 10 minutes. Nous nous sommes finalement placé nous même.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026C'est très bien placé, entre le palais des papes et le pont d'Avignon, et pour autant très calme. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir y dormir à l'écart du vacarme ambiant pendant le festival d'Avignon. La climatisation fonctionne impeccablement, ce qui n'est pas un détail en période de canicule. Nous reviendrons.
