Les personnes m'ont traité mal car j’étais en jogging. Elles ont même fait intervenir la police. Lorsque j’ai commandé une pizza, la pizza était brûlée. La chambre ne valait pas ce prix.

Camera spaziosa e letto molto comodo

La chambre merveilleuse sur thème coffre fort, la literie au top que se soit les coussins ou le matelas ce n'arriva pas souvent que je dorme aussi bien dans un hotel. Gros choix de produit pour le petit déjeuner

Certain élément comme le porte rouleau papier de toilette était collé. On ne m'a proposé le SPA mais à la voisine d'a côté oui?!

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und besonders.

Das Frühstück war okay, aber zu teuer im Vergleich zur Leistung. Restaurant und Bar wirken nicht einladend um dort einen gemütlichen Abend zu verbringen.

Cleaning lady came at 4:30 when we just came back from the city. I told her to come back in 1 h. She never did. Our room was not cleaned that day.

The hotel's interior design is quite unique compared to other hotels. The bathroom has several mirrors, giving it a distinctive look. The bedroom is a bit darker than usual, and there is also a meeting table with six large chairs. Overall, the service was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Wir wollten nur kurz nachfragen ob wir einen Late-Checkin machen können und sind dann unnötigerweise Minutenlang von einem Call Center welches sich nicht vor Ort befand aufgehalten worden inklusive der Aufforderung der Kreditkartendetails. Das geht gar nicht für eine Simple Frage die eigentlich sofort von der Rezeption beantwortet werden könnte.

The Kameha Grand Zurich is close to the airport without being a typical frenetic airport hotel. It is located in a business area, but one that offers everything we like to have nearby, such as restaurants and a grocery store. Unfortunately, we found that its intentionally "quirky" design theme was forced to the point that our room was very impractical. Our particular room was titled "The Poker Face Suite". What that meant was that the lounge area of the room was dominated by a large, soft sided, poker table. The dark paneling and low lighting made it difficult to see in the ample sized closet area - it was so dark we needed our cell phone flash lights to read the custom light switch labels. The room was divided by a large TV cabinet and that, with the poker table, took up much of the lounge area floor space. The sofa was old, and much too low. We liked the double sink in the bathroom, some would like the deep bathtub, but the shower room was mirrored on all sides and had no bench and no handholds at all, making it impractical for many people and difficult for ladies to shave their legs. The toilet and bidet area was also mirrored on all sides. All of the mirrored walls were see through - so there was no privacy between the shower, toilet room, and wash basin/tub area. We did find that the automatic blinds and black out curtains allowed us to completely darken the room. The breakfast offering was sufficient, but the items were not kept hot enough. We found the staff to be very helpful and professional.

Too many mirrors in the washroom and technology for lighting. ! One way mirror in the toilet and shower is rather unnerving .. Breakfast is 30 francs pp so a bit expensive. Good places for bf close to the hotel

Das Kameha Grand Zürich ist ein stylisches Hotel mit modernem Design und großen, komfortablen Zimmern. Besonders gefallen haben mir das außergewöhnliche Ambiente, das freundliche Personal und die gute Lage nahe dem Flughafen. Rundum: Schönes, modernes aussergewöhnliches Design, saubere Zimmer, freundlicher Service, gute Anbindung an den Flughafen.

Relativ hohe Preise und das ausgefallene Design ist Geschmackssache.

Lage, da wir in ein Konzert im Hallenstadion gingen. 15 min zu Fuss

Die junge blonde Dame am Empfang würde ich sofort auswechseln.

Im Zimmer hat es mal mehr oder weniger nach Abwasserkanal gerochen. Zuviel Technik, man kann das Licht in der Nacht mal nicht mehr ausschalten. Keine Möglichkeit zu Lüften. Das Frühstückbuffet ist mittelmässig in Vergleich zur gleichen Preisklasse anderer Hotel in diesem Bezirk. Abendessen im Hotel, entäuschend

The design, the kindness and constant smiles of the staff, the cleanliness, the location are all good. The breakfast is varied, and the chef who makes the omelette is particularly nice.

Extreme slow check in process. You can't pay, only pre-authorize, which requires you to have your physical card with you. It's not enough to do it digitally on your phone. The elevator is a joke. If you want to go down to the garage, you need your card (you can't leave it in your partner's room), you have to get out on the ground floor and start it again with the card to get to the parking lot. There is no button inside in case you pressed something wrong. I understand that it's about security, modernization, and automation, but this is more than annoying. But the worst thing is the design of the bathroom drain in the rooms. If the toilet above you is flushed, it will suck the water out of your trap and your room will stink in a matter of minutes. The fact that you can't open the windows at all and let in some fresh Zurich air is really nonsense. It's a perfect example of when either the house wasn't originally designed as a hotel or the designer is a very good professional who has just never lived in a hotel.

Das Hotel der Zimmer ist alles wunderschön gewesen

Dass man ein Depot von 100 Fr. zahlen muss und ein Hund für eine Nacht 100 Fr. nehmen. Das ist übertrieben.

Das Hotel wartet überall mit architektonischen Überraschungen auf. Die "Star-Fotowand" im Eingangsbereich ist aussagekräftig und zeigt in welcher Kategorie sich das Hotel positioniert. Die Zimmerausstattung ist toll und richtig speziell gestaltet. Das grosse Badezimmer mit seinen halbverspiegelten Dusch- und Toilettenwänden sowie die freistehende Badewanne (vielen Dank für das Zimmerupgrade) sind einzigartig. Diese grossen Spiegel- und Glasflächen so perfekt sauber an den neuen Gast zu übergeben ist ein riesiges Kompliment an den Reinigungsservice wert! Da ich an diesem Tag meinen Geburtstag feierte, habe ich ein schönes Schokoladengeschenk erhalten - auch dafür herzlichen Dank an das aufmerksame Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und umfangreich. (leider war das Restaurant im Haus aber für ein Abendessen nicht offen).

Restaurant für Abendessen geschlossen. Parkplätze im Haus sollten für Hotelgäste kostengünstiger sein. Grösse der Parkfelder und direkter Zugang mit Lift in die Lobby sind allerdings sehr angenehm und schön gestaltet.

Die Zimmer sind enorm gross und super eingerichtet. Das Bett ist extrem gemütlich das macht den Aufenthalt noch schöner.

Mir gefallen die TV`s nicht beim Kameha, kein Yt oder Netflix möglich

I accidently booked my room for a different month and arrived after reception hours but the amazing team went above and beyond to help me to find a room at late hour

The rooms are very nice, they are clean, well appointed, and fairly large by European standards. Everyone at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Check-in was efficient and it’s very well located on the tram line making it easy to access the city while being close to the airport. The only negative was the breakfast which was just average. I always look forward to breakfast in European hotels which is typically far above US standards. Selections were limited and the quality/taste wasn’t quite there for the price charged. The staff in the restaurant weren’t the most welcoming in the hotel either.

Ich konnte keine Telefon Gespräche machen weil keine Kreditkarte hinterlegt war. Ich hatte mit Booking.com gebucht und da sind alle Kreditkartendaten drin,.. viel Tamtam um nichts

While not billed as an airport hotel, the Kameha is a short 3 stop tram ride (every 10 minutes) to/from ZRH and the closest Marriott property to the airport which is how I found myself checking into this very unusual property for one night prior to a morning flight. This is an Autograph collection property which is billed by Marriott as independent and featuring "unique Swiss design". Check-in was quick and my Marriott status was immediately acknowledged (more than the usual at an actual Marriott property). I was told that I was getting an upgrade and didn't pay much attention until I opened the door of my room to find a somewhat kinky James Bond theme throughout including red walls and maroon padded leather sliding doors on 2 sides of the bathroom that effectively opened it into the room, including a freestanding tub that basically was right in the center next to the bed. There was also a faux safe that opened to reveal the minibar and actual mini-safe. Other decor included a gold sequined sofa and plenty of mirrors. Not your average airport hotel! While seeming to be designed for a tryst of some kind, the room was actually quite comfortable with a choice of daytime, lounge and evening lighting, automatic blinds and a large TV. I'm not sure how many rooms of this type are at the hotel but they also feature very large suites that include among other things treadmills in rooms, etc. Worth noting that the hotel has a well-equipped gym on the top floor and breakfast in the morning (included with my Marriott status) was a large varied buffet served in the hotel's main restaurant. If you need to stay near the Zurich Airport, the hotel is definitely a change from a humdrum airport hotel and if you are looking for adventure this is definitely a perfect option.

Frühstücksbuffet preislich an oberer Grenze Parkplatz ist mit CHF 39.--/Tag zu teuer. Es könnten Alternativen gesucht und angeboten werden. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Temperatur in der Nacht zu warm trotz Venti auf tiefster Stufe

Insgesamt ist das Haus bemüht Stil, Kreativität, Design und Komfort zu vereinen. Professioneller Service am Desk, im Restaurant und in der Bar. Rund um die Uhr Service und Professionalität.

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Mit der weichen Auflagen drauf war es super super fluffig. Muss man mögen. Wenn man die Auflage runternimmt, dann war es leider keine angenehm harte Matratze sondern eher eine gefühlt durchgelegene Schlafstelle mit Kuhle. Mein Zimmer war zudem mit der Fensterseite zu einer eventlokation. Anstatt Ausblick hatte ich Deckenscheinwerfer und Große Vorhänge vor dem nicht zu öffnenden Fenstern. Wasserdruck in der tollen Dusche war nicht wirklich hoch.

Chambre confortable et jolie, lit top, exactement la chambre de l'annonce. Le bain est top, parfait pour des personnes un peu plus grandes en taille, je recommande vivement. Personnel sympathique et patient, je reviendrais!

Malheureusement, la télé n'était pas en état de marche, c'est le seul point un peu frustrant mais très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble. Les horaires du SPA sont aussi un peu spéciaux, j'aurais aimé pouvoir aller me baigner avant mon départ.

Design-Zimmer Top, gutes Bett, sehr schönes Bad, Design im Haus, Freundlichkeit des Personals :-) Kälteproblem im Zimmer wurde direkt behoben durch eine Notlösung Beim Auschecken hat man die Zusatzkosten für das Zustellbett direkt wieder storniert und ist uns entgegen gekommen :-)

Zimmer war eiskalt, lies sich auch nicht wärmer einstellen :-( Man gab uns dann aber einen kleinen Heizlüfter - mit dem war das Zimmer ausreichend warm 3-Bett-Zimmer bestellt, dennoch wollte man uns vor Ort pro Nacht 50 CHF extra abverlangen für das Zustellbett

I liked the chocolate and bank safe decor theme. the staff were really friendly.

the restaurant was expensive and food was not good value. the tv in my room didn't work. we ended up watching Netflix on my phone since the tv didn't support Netflix or wifi screen cast. the shower flooded the bathroom floor. they said they had spa facilities but there was no spa bath. I booked for 3 adults but there was some mixup with their policy of adding an extra bed to their standard 2 person room which was a little embarrassing at check-in.
