התור בקבלה קיבלנו את החדר אחרי השעה 17:00 אבל קיבלנו פיצוי ארוחת בוקר.

Gostei muito da estrutura do hotel, é lindíssimo, da equipe sempre muito gentil, das apresentações musicais no entardecer e do barco que nos leva para os parques.

Queria que tivesse pão francês, ou baguate e queijo no café da manhã.

Car parking and check in were very good and easy to do. Location is very good. Just a short walk to the parks entrances or quick free taxi boat ride. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Able to sit outside room. My family really enjoyed large pool with beach and drinks available in the evening. The piazza with its facilities for eating and drinking were amazing.

Considering the price and premium universal hotel: Leaves in pool first thing in morning at opening. No luggage or guest transfer service between universal premium hotels when staying at another premium hotel on consecutive nights.

- Emplacement génial par rapport au Parc Universal et Islands of adventures : 10 minutes en bateau taxi gratuit qui passe toutes les 20 minutes devant le complexe hôtelier. - Nous avions opté pour le Club Lounge Portofino avec petit déjeuner, déjeuner et diner. Ca a le mérite d'exister, c'est bien utile pour économiser la nourriture qui est très chère aux alentours et dans les parcs mais par contre le buffet n'est pas très diversifié et en petite quantité surtout le soir. bien penser à arriver à 17H00 pile car à 17H30 il n'y a presque plus de plats principaux au buffet

- C'est un détail mais pendant nos 7 nuits passés dans cet hôtel, un seul petit souci concernant une réceptionniste odieuse. Je ne communiquerai pas son nom ici mais le signalement a été fait auprès de l'hôtel directement.

Si te cancelan el barquito que conecta el hotel con el parque la manera de apañarte para ir al hotel es andando, 20 minutos o en bus que tienes que ir a cogerlos un poco lejos y pasan cada 20 minutos.

A great recreation of Portofino, excellent location for Universal parks with free transportation. The boats in particular were great as was the beautiful walkway to the 2 parks. Express passes for the 4 of us for 2 weeks saved a huge amount of money. Great restaurants on site and 3 very different pools. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff from the managers down to the cleaners.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Ein großer Vorteil ist der schnelle Weg zu den Universal Studios mit dem Wassertaxi. Somit top Lage wenn man die Parks besuchen möchte. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und würden wieder kommen.

Gorgeous hotel. Amenities fabulous from Fiji water in rooms to sunbed covers and lotion by pool. Totally worth it for the express passes and boat ride to parks. Italian restaurant on site is amazing

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s immaculately clean and staff are fabulous. Lovely restaurants on site and a boat ride to universal islands of adventure and universal studios.

The rooms are very comfortable however we are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers aged 14-16 so sharing one room wasn’t pleasant. It would be nice if they could provide 2 bedroom suites or interconnecting rooms at an affordable price. We would have stayed more nights if that was the case.

Fiz check-in no hotel em 14/07/2026 e check-out em 17/07/2026. . Em 16/07/2026, foi processado o pagamento de R$ 12.466,37. Segundo as informações prestadas no check-in, esse valor incluía US$ 600,00 destinados à caução/depósito de garantia para possíveis despesas incidentais. . Não houve dano, consumo ou qualquer outra ocorrência que justificasse a retenção dessa quantia. . Entretanto, até o momento, os US$ 600,00 não foram estornados ou liberados, e o hotel não apresentou comprovante do procedimento de liberação. . No dia 17/07/2026, exatamente na data do check-out, o hotel realizou uma segunda cobrança de US$ 1.579,78, equivalente a aproximadamente R$ 8.733,26 no aplicativo do cartão. Cartão que cadastraram, mas não tinham autorização pra usar sem minha autorização! . Não autorizei especificamente essa nova cobrança, não digitei senha, não assinei recibo, não recebi aviso prévio, demonstrativo final, folio detalhado ou qualquer explicação sobre sua origem. . Location and proximity to all universal theme parks. Good ferry/ shuttle to theme parks and availability with frequent intervals. Great onsite restaurants. Bice was a stand out

Falta de atenção com a reserva. Pegamos um quarto para 5 pessoas e só tinha cama para 4 pessoas. Ficamos esperando por 2:30 até trazerem uma nova cama, que só chegou as 1:00 da madrugada. Só quem ficou o dia inteiro nos parques sabe o cansaço no final do dia, ter que lidar com esse perrengue ainda mais sabendo que vai acordar as 6:00 no outro dia para ir em outro parque foi bem desagradavel.

Vi hade problem med hotellets TV. Efter att ha ringt tre gånger och dessutom gått till receptionen fick vi hela tiden samma svar: ”Om tio minuter kommer någon och tittar på det.” Men ingen kom någonsin. Därför kunde vi inte se VM-matchen med vårt landslag. Kuddarna var också extremt hårda. Jag vaknade med nacksmärtor, vilket var väldigt obehagligt. För ett hotell i den här prisklassen hade jag förväntat mig betydligt bättre komfort. Jag glömde min jacka vid poolen precis innan den stängde. När jag frågade efter den dagen därpå hade ingen sett den. Några dagar senare upptäckte jag att hotellet upprepade gånger försökte göra en debitering på mitt kort. Jag förstår inte varför, eftersom vi hade lämnat allt i ordning och betalat alla kostnader. Vi fick inte heller något mejl eller någon annan information om detta. Man får komma in i parken en timme tidigare än övriga besökare, men hotellet informerar inte om att det bara är tre attraktioner som är öppna under den tiden. Mellan klockan 08.00 och 09.20 stod vi därför i kö till en enda attraktion tillsammans med i princip alla andra hotellgäster. Dessutom gick det inte att använda Express Pass under dagen på den attraktionen. Hela upplägget kändes ganska vilseledande och gav inte det mervärde som utlovades.

O hotel é lindo e muito bem localizado, tem restaurantes quase na porta dos quartos, transporte de barco ou ônibus para os parques. Possibilidade de entrar uma hora antes do parque abrir para o público em geral e principalmente, o EXPRESS ilimitado estar incluído na estadia. Isso muda toda a experiência.

Nosso quarto era para três pessoas (casal + adolescente) e nos deram um apto com uma cama de casal apenas, pedimos a troca e não puderam trocar pois o hotel estava lotada (o que nos disseram), colocaram uma cama auxiliar menor que uma cama de solteiro. Foi muito ruim, pois um hotel caro, ter que dormir numa cama menor do que temos em casa não é bom. Falta de um café da manhã. Pelo valor da diária poderia ter incluído.

Front desk was great. We were able to check in 4 hours early.

During heavy rains, the water rises too high so the water taxis are unable to pass under the bridge. Not too many buses run to citywalk and the two parks next to it so one needs to use the walking path. It is not too much of a walk but many people were upset about it while we were there.

The location to the parks

We were assigned a room at the very end of the East Wing on the fourth floor, with lifts located only at the opposite end of the wing. This made accessing the hotel’s facilities quite inconvenient and involved a considerable walk each time. Our room was also an adjoining room, and unfortunately we could clearly hear the occupants next door. They were a family with very young children who appeared distressed for much of the night, resulting in very little sleep for us. While I appreciate this was not the hotel’s fault, we were not asked at check-in whether an adjoining room would be acceptable. The room itself was clean, but it felt dated. Additionally, one of the queen beds had an uneven and uncomfortable mattress. Given the nightly room rate, we expected a higher standard of comfort and overall room quality.

Beautiful hotel that more than met our needs for our one night stay. Room was large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5 (3 adults and one teenager) and the roll away bed that was provided was an actual single bed. Water taxi to Universal and City Walk was a novelty and added to the trip, allowing us to directly access City Walk and offering an alternative view of Universal. Water taxi was very frequent and stress free, offering a security check pre entry to the Parks. Hotel probably more suited to couples rather than families.

Room we were given was at furthest end of hotel and so quite a walk from the Reception area. There were also not enough towels provided for all of the guests, but swiftly resolved once we contacted Housekeeping.

Sometimes the staff were a little slow to facilitate requests. For example I looked for an extra cover for our rollaway bed and had to contact guest services three times in order to get it.

Je rêvais de venir dans cet hôtel depuis longtemps. Sur certains aspects, le séjour a atteint mes attentes : le lieu est superbe, avec une architecture et une ambiance très réussies. Les chambres sont belles, confortables et agréables. La piscine est appréciable, le pool bar est un point fort avec une équipe excellente, accueillante et efficace. Le bateau vers le parc est pratique et ajoute un vrai confort. Le Fast Pass est également un atout appréciable qui facilite l'accès aux attractions.

Mais ma déception reste forte. Le supplément pour le lit king size est prohibitif pour un couple. Le service de ménage est chaotique, pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Il manquait des peignoirs, le réassort du plateau café et infusions était mal organisé, et le check-in a été trop long. Pour un établissement de ce prix, les prestations sont loin du standard attendu. Je ne recommande pas et je ne reviendrai pas.

Gostei muito porém a estrutura de restaurantes deixa a desejar, fecha sedo e o restaurantes são rigorosos com o horário l, o restaurante especializado em peixe é muito mal atendido o restaurante foi ótimo!

The property was located very close to Universal and the boat transportation was excellent. The theming of the resort was also excellent!

O funcionário da segurança demorou mais de 30 minutos para chegar e ficamos no corredor aguardando. O valor de café da manhã muito alto sem benefícios para o hospede que paga uma diária bastante alta.
