O hotel é bem localizado e tem boas acomodações

Eu fui cobrado por despesas extras em meu cartão de crédito após a viagem, sem razão. Enviei questionamentos para o Guest Service mas não me responderam, por isso a insatisfação com o hotel

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, on peut accéder au parc Universal studio à pied ou via le Taxi Boat, de nombreux restaurants à proximité, les espaces verts de l'hôtel sont très beaux, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable

La piscine incroyable, la décoration thématique très jolie, personnel sympathique. Nous n’avions pas pris le petit déjeuner. Très bon repas pris autour de la piscine au snack.

Parking payant et assez cher alors que le prix d’une nuit est déjà très cher, et que nous avions également acheté les billets de parcs Universal. Je ne comprends pourquoi il faut encore payer pour se garer. Chez Disney les parkings d’hôtel sont gratuits.

Close to the Universal parks and express passes were a massive positive. Pool was great and being open late into the evening was ideal for us after returning from a day in the park.

I loved this hotel! I was so looking forward to our week here and it definitely lived up to my expectations. As soon as we arrived, the bell boys unloaded our car and took out luggage to the luggage store. We queued for reception was quite a while but we're so wowed by the decor, we didn't mind! There was fresh fruit water available, a gorgeous courtyard to sit in, and it had a real luxurious feel to it. Our room wasn't ready so we did as much as we could at the desk there and then, including paying a holding fee of 1000 dollars on my credit card, and issuing our room keys/express pass. While waiting for our room, we used the pool. It was lovely. I was surprised to see ducks swimming with me! I can't decide if it's cute or unhygienic really, but it didn't stop me going in. I just tried not to think about them pooing in it! We had food from the Bula bar, it was nice with good service. They also brought round free pineapple juice mid afternoon. Once we got a text to say the room was ready, we had to queue for reception again as our room had been changed so needed new cards. This was only a slight inconvenience and I liked getting the welcome leis. Our room was on the third floor so no need for the elevator. Our room was spacious and had the most beautiful view of the bridge and lagoon. We used the closet space to hang up our two hanging shelves as well as a hanging accessory sorter and left shoes on the floor of it. Our cases for nicely between the closet and the door. There was ample drawer space and the bathroom area was spacious too. I would have liked more hanging space for towels in the bathroom however. Daily housekeeping meant fresh towels daily which I loved. There was a weird noise at around 10:30 each night for about half an hour, which kept me up the first night but after that I got used to it. It sounded like the air con maybe. The only reason I didn't give this hotel 5 stars, is because one of my children's teddies went missing from the room. It happened on the day that they changed the bedding so I'm sure it just got mixed up with the linens bit either way, we didn't get it back. I raised it with reception immediately after we realised it was missing. He called housekeeping but nothing. I enquired again at check out and they offered to give us a credit note if we wanted to go back to Disney Springs and get another. However, as it was our final day, we didn't have time to go back to Disney Springs so I declined. Had I know there was a Disney store at the airport, I might have asked for that. We ate at all the restaurants. Jake's was great, really relaxed with great food. Orchid Lounge was extravagant with delicious sushi options, and Islands breakfast buffet was great. This was definitely worth it. The pizzas from Tuk Tuk were great too and very reasonable. I loved the close proximity to the parks, the path is great and lovely to walk on. Buses came quickly too. All in all we had a fantastic stay and I'd love to go back one day.

Booked this resort due to the convenience and express passes for the park. Checked in on Friday afternoon, staff was helpful and explained the layout of the property and gave us our express passes. The first night we heard dogs barking and found out that a room next to us had a dog, wasn’t aware you could bring dogs. Thank goodness the dog did not bark all night. The room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a big bathroom. We ran out of shampoo and texted the hotel to fill the shampoo when they cleaned the room. Room service did not fill the shampoo. When you pay $300-$400 a night, you expect the little details to be taken care of.

We liked the location and the express passes.

For the price of one night, I expected a bit more. We weren’t very lucky with the view from our room, facing the back of a building and bins. My son had been awake late due to the theme parks and we weren’t very lucky woken very early with hammering next to our room. It woke everyone up. When we called reception to ask them to stop the maintenance, we were told maintenance would be happening after a certain time (this was before the time they stated) we were also told we would have been told (we weren’t told). For an expensive night, we would expect to be able to sleep, and sleep to a reasonable time (this was before 8 am) and not be woken up to excessively loud hammering next to our room. The room was clean, but small for a family so I wouldn’t want to stay in the room for longer than 1/2 nights.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms clean and staff overall were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for trips to universal, especially with the free water boat services which run regularly. We didn’t use the facilities as we used it as base for universal.

Outstanding hotel! We loved EVERYTHING! Pool was incredible especially the activities offered! The rooms were beautiful, comfortable beds, immaculately clean. The location of the hotel, and being able to get a boat to and from the park!! The welcome when we arrived….the hula wreaths given out at check in! Plus the express passes were BRILLIANT!!!!!

The most wonderful hotel in Disney, food was amazing, we had dinner and breakfast which were both amazing, check in process was wonderful and reception team were good. Rooms were lovely highly recommend

This resort was very convenient to both original parks. We easily walked to the original parks. We used ride share to go to EPIC Universe. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great! The inclusion of the express pass justifies the cost of the room. The atmosphere reminded us of the Polynesian Resort 10 years ago. It was wonderful.

Great to get express passes for the universal parks, but it does not include Epic.

Knowing that so many people check in during the morning rush to get into the parks with the express passes, you’d think every check in computer would be open but that wasn’t the case. There were 4 stations open and many, many parents with kids who definitely didn’t want to be up so early standing in an outrageous line. That was ridiculous. Also, if water taxis are closed due to weather, maybe they could text people or provide scooters/people movers throughout city walk to guests to be able to borrow to get back after a long day of walking.

Can't stand these nickle and dime antics. I paid over $800 a night for a hotel room and they place two bottles of water out, making it look like complimentary. Instead they charge $8 a bottle for basic hydration, AND to top it off they charge you an additional 22% "restocking fee". Play stupid games, get stupid ratings. Zero stars if I could.

Stayed here unfortunately just for 2 nights but what a lovely hotel Check in was easy, staff were very friendly and helpful Pool area is really nice with lifeguards there all day and playing music and games for the kids all day Room was clean, tidy and spacious The restaurant was weirdly quiet but food was really nice and not terrible value for a hotel restaurant We had a view of the lagoon and pool area which was nice to be able to see if the thunderstorms had closed it temporarily! Would definitely stay again if we could, it comes at a price due to the fast passes being included but it is nice too!

We are only staying one night and I’m so glad it’s not longer. It’s past 11pm and there is music blasting into our room. This isn’t acceptable with a family who just needed a good nights sleep after a long day at the park. Avoid if you want to sleep for your £400 a night!

Perfect location for visiting Universal with fast passes. Room was clean, tidy and perfectly adequate for a family of 4. We ate dinner round the pool which was lovely and the atmosphere was great - just a shame that a storm arrived and our time ended abruptly!

The queue for checking in took quite a while. I also think it's great to receive the fast passes for universal, but it is very expensive.

The check in was quick and efficient ,Ashley who dealt with us was excellent ,I will be looking to book this hotel again.

Wirkt schon sehr abgewohnt, wir hatten Club Level gebucht, das Frühstück ist gut aber mehr nicht noch einmal würden wir es nicht auf Club Level buchen Pool nicht sehr sauber, den Enten hat es aber scheinbar gefallen (kein Spaß es schwimmen echte Enten im Pool)

Nous avons apprécié la proximité des parcs universal et les accès facilités par les bateaux. La gentillesse du personnel a été très appréciée.

Nous étions 4 dans la chambre et il n'y a pas de porte entre la chambre et le lavabo et la porte des wc/douche est vitrée et laisse passer la lumière ce qui est dérangeant quand quelqu'un se lève la nuit. L'autre point très négatif c'est que nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour les Pass express et nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de ne pas avoir celui pour le parc Epic, si nous l'avions du avant nous n'aurions pas choisi cet hôtel et pris les pass express de notre côté.

Hotel molto elegante, stile pacifico, comodo per andare ai parchi, raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti o con i water taxi. Piscina abbastanza ampia presidiata da molti bagnini. Stanza carina, pulita ogni giorno con cambio asciugamano.

Bagno da rimodernare; vasca con tenda per fare la doccia, da una sensazione di old fashioned. Prezzo alto per la qualità offerta in termini di stanze. Stanza troppo piccola per 4 persone.

The staff are very nice, but don't actually solve anything. What's the point?

We booked this hotel for **4 nights**, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. On the **first day**, there was no sugar provided for the coffee. I didn't think much of it at the time and simply assumed I couldn't find it. On the **second day**, there wasn't even any coffee in the room. I contacted Room Service and asked them to bring coffee, and they brought sugar at the same time. That's when I realized that there had actually been no sugar provided on the first day either. On the **third day, things became completely unacceptable**. The housekeeping did not service our room at all. We returned to the hotel at around **6 PM** after spending the day at Universal Studios. We were exhausted and just wanted to rest. I sent a message and called Room Service, but we kept waiting. At around **8 PM**, someone finally came to our room — but they only **checked the room** and told us that housekeeping would clean it immediately. We continued waiting. At **10 PM**, housekeeping finally came. By that time, I had to refuse the service. My family was already almost falling asleep at **8 PM**, and we didn't even have towels to take a shower. We bought a **5-day ticket for Universal Studios**, and we needed to go to the park every day. We chose this hotel for convenience and because we expected to have a comfortable place to rest after spending the whole day at the park. Instead, after a long and exhausting day, we came back to the hotel and had to wait **four hours just for basic housekeeping service**. **The most frustrating part is that this hotel failed to provide even the most basic level of room service and housekeeping, yet the hotel kept sending me messages almost every day asking how everything was and hoping that I was enjoying my stay.** Honestly, what is the purpose of sending messages every day if the hotel cannot even provide the most basic services that a guest should expect?

It was great. Walking distance to Citywalk, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Great staff, very comfortable, lovely pool, kids can use the hot tub, nice snack bar. Very pricey but worth it. Early park admission and express passes all the way. Only downside is that it's crowded and the front desk is BUSY. But staff were still patient and helpful. And use your pool hop pass to hit the pool and lazy river at Cabana Bay!

Não Gostei da Falta de Atenção e Falta de Interesse demonstrada por Funcionários que não se preocuparam com os meus Óculos de Grau que Perdi no Hotel. Me deram um telefone de Achados e Perdidos que Não Funciona. Nunca conseguir saber se acharam os meus Óculos de Grau e fiquei muito Prejudicada sem eles!! Acho que ficou no Quarto!! O número do Quarto se não me engano era o 4033 próximo á Recepção!! Nem se quer Registraram minha Queixa por Escrito ignorando a minha necessidade de Recuperar os meus Óculos e Retornei la 4 vezes. Mas disseram que era para Ligar e o número nunca Atende só permanecia Ocupado... Lamentável!!

Literally on of my favorite hotels to stay out when in orlando , everything you could need is within walking distance , Great pool , stores , cafe , restaurant, transportation to Parks boat , bus , Good parking , staff is always friendly , Rooms are nice , can’t wait to return , and yes also the express passes are great to get

Sadly, we feel ripped off by this hotel. We paid over £1000 for a water view room, staying 10 nights and we can see some of the Lagoon water and the top of the hulk coaster (I've taken a day photo at the best angle - totally pitch black at night where at least the pool view seems open and lit). Mostly trees directly in front of our window. Such a shame because it seems a nice hotel. Room very clean but inconsistent replacing items or leaving bins in odd places, towels not always replaced. Staff pleasant. We visit Orlando several times a year but we wouldn't recommend here or come here again (unless staying one or two nights because the express pass is imcluded). It's a short stay hotel. Definitely do not pay money for a water view unless guaranteed a pool or no trees directly in front of your window!

Our room was a long walk from the lobby. But. When entering the room we felt like we entered a complete new world. After all the business and loud people around all the attractions and shops, we felt very peaceful in our bedroom. The White noise in the room was very pleasant. The bed had many pillows, the towels were great and we had a nice view of nature.

Our stay was too short too find anything unpleasant.

Wow, beautiful hotel! gorgeous lobby and grounds. nice pool. we had a cabana one day which was nice. Lunch at the cabana was good too. Front Desk was great! By staying here we could walk to the parks (nice and short walk, very scenic- you can hear the Hulk Coaster as you are walking) and we enter City Walk at Margaritaville restaurant which is closer to IOA vs. Universal. we also got express pass for Universal and IOA and early admission which was great for staying here, definitely worth it. We were able to check in at 130, which was also great and went to the parks right away. Check in on line the day before and this makes the whole process quicker. It took about 15 minutes (no wait) to check in. Room was very nice and quiet. Only two bad things: sofa bed was horrible, very uncomfortable. and Bathroom was not that private, you can HEAR EVERYTHING! a bit embarrassing. However, I would definitely stay here again. Also, the bus to Epic was about 20 minutes ride and the bus stop was a short walk too.

I went to this hotel for my second stay at Universal Orlando resort… And it was just so good. I loved it. It’s just so good. It is fun for the entire family.
