The bar area was nice and location was perfect

Our sink in the bathroom leaked out of the bottom when the tap was running. Our tv in the room kept turning itself off. Even though I checked in online to queue to check in was so long.

The location convenient. The room has decent space. Neat and clean. There was no additional charge for baggage storage.

I did not like the location; got lost on the bus H98 and where it dropped me, there was a lot of walking. Clearer instructions would be helpful especially for the return trip.

The staff were friendly at the front desk for the most part. The main area restaurant and lounge was very nice and clean with lots of options for food and drinks.

It was frustrating that they would not call a cab for us in the morning to get to the airport - they insisted we use uber and it was 15 pounds more than the cab we had paid for the previous evening. Rooms were small, old, dingy, and didn't feel clean.

Staff were very helpful and responded to questions via email promptly. Information provided about the shuttle was excellent. Rooms were surprisingly quiet and have obviously been renovated lately as they were great (despite the bad reviews I read)

Information on shuttles from terminals could be communicated at time of booking. Also information on restaurant would have been good to know in advance. Could not find the ironing room, despite following signage.

Terrible sewer-like smell coming from bathroom. It hit us as soon as we opened the room door, even before we got into the room. Room so small we had open suitcase in the corridor and jump over suitcases or close them to get about the room. Not enough room to allow one to open suitcases. We have a video and pics of the room should these be required. No toilet brush. No face tissues. AC did not cool properly. Room hot at times. Bathroom door could not close far less lock.

It was clean and the staff were friendly and willing to help. Price point was fair for this hotel. The bathroom looked to be fairly new and was very clean, however the only light came from two built in lights in the mirror so it was fairly dark in there as the tiles were also very dark grey / almost black. A ceiling light would help to brighten it up. There was a restaurant/bar on site for guests which looked to have a great menu choice. I did not eat there but plenty of people were

Close proximity to one of the runways so could hear planes landing through the night - however it meant that the trip to the airport the following morning was short. Trade off. A bottle of water in the room would be a great addition. I did get a glass of ice from the bar but a bottle would be great.

The hotel is very near Heathrow airport. There is bus to and from the airport. There is also a bus going to train station. Highly recommend.

Bathroom had no shower curtain or lip to prevent the whole bathroom getting wet. No bath mats. A small sticker on the bottom left corner of the bathroom mirror said that they were available from reception.

Dirty foot prints in the shower on arrival. Pungent sewage smell in the toilet all through my stay . Staff offered the minimal of help . When I asked to order a cab , I was pointed to an iPad without any assistance.

Qualité des ingrédients du petit déjeuner de très mauvaise qualité. Industriel, gras ou trop sucré. Quand nous sommes arrivés pour prendre le petit déj, il manquait que ce soit sucré ou salé de tout. Le temps qu ils en remettent il etait 11h00 le temps de tout enlever...

Proximity to airport

That i had booked a double room and when got there none available, the room was given had floor tiles sticking up and hairdryer that only worked by wiggling wires. Reported this on leaving

Good value overnight stay before our flight from Heathrow. Great communication from the hotel when I had a few questions before we arrived.

The price of snacks and drinks available were extremely expensive. No option for three guests in a room.

The staff were wonderful - smiley, friendly, they enhanced the stay, and for that reason, I would stay there again.

Modern, clean

With 3 Ibis hotels on the same very long road, it’s extremely confusing for a traveller to find the one they booked. After a struggle to find a bus to get to the hotel, I ended up going to the wrong one and had to take a bus back and then had a long walk to finally get to mine. Wouldn’t it be simpler to call them Ibis 1, Ibis 2 or Ibis 3, or something easier for tired travellers to recognise their hotel?

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Luft im Zimmer stickig und viel zu warm, lüften war nicht möglich. Teppichboden schmuddelig. Frühstücksangebot sehr gut, allerdings viele nicht abgeräumte Tische, Tische klebrig und unappetitlich.

Panic over 15min free parking. Big rush to drop wife and bags before dumping car elsewhere. Anxiety about being fined. 1/2 or even 1 hour should be free. 15m is hardly enough to check in.

No aircon, despite being a rather new style hotel you’d expect it as standard. If I had to stay in the area again I’d look elsewhere.

ATENDIMENTO PESSIMO! Equipe totalmente despreparada, quando chegamos e fomos até o balcão, a atendente simplesmente nos mandou para o atendente do lado e avisou a ele que sairia para tomar um café! O atendente que nos atendeu totalmente sem vontade e despreparado! Nos deu a chave sem nenhuma explicação, nenhum documento foi solicitado! Pegamos a chave e saímos perdidos pelo hotel a procura do apartamento, não encontramos e tivemos que retornar para a recepção e perguntar onde o mesmo se localizava! Atendimento muito diferente a demais hotéis da rede em outros países!

Disappointing Ibis. Room had no air or TV working when we arrived. It was fixed eventually, but the room was quite stuffy the whole time. Hallways quite rundown, so a long dreary trudge to our room- the last one down several long halls! And yet, the restaurant was OK, and staff very friendly on a stressful day- the day all flights were cancelled in and out of Heathrow for Air Traffic shut down.

Great for a one night stop before an early flight.

All the staff was friendly and helpful as we got stuck in London for a extra night and they let us stay and I love how they allowed me to bring my dog too I would love to come back hear again soon

Fantastic location for a very early flight! Airport shuttle arrived on time as well. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The room is small but that’s not important for us when we just need a bed to sleep on before a 6am flight! There’s also a long-term parking garage within a 5-minute walk to the hotel so it’s super convenient!

Accessibility from/to Heathrow airport

The electric kettle was broken. The hospitality of the staff was not so professional.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Large open ground floor reception, bar and breakfast area that felt spacious and welcoming.

It's not so much didn't like, but comments. The room was small and there was barely room to get a suitcase past the shelves and the far side of the bed. The room was very warm and the window didn't allow much air in. A fan might have helped. Would have liked the option of a second pillow.

They gave us a room in the basement/lower ground, that seems more like a that felt more like a staff/service room than accommodation for a paying guest. We didnt fight for a replacement room or asked to be moved to upper floors given we were only staying one night but I was left with the uncomfortable feeling that they judged us by our appearance and assumed would accept the inferior room and “wouldn’t know any better.” As a paying guest, I should never have had to fight to receive the standard of accommodation I had already paid for. I would not recommend this place for young travellers of asian heritage

Had to move rooms due to 1st one had bad odour. Towels and bedding wasn't dried properly therefore smelt. Twin room requested but was seen to be a double until we realised it was two single rooms pushed together

The out hall way was very dirty and stained which instantly made you question the room , Room basic but I slipped coming out of the shower ,it really needs a shower mat in there then the kettle wasn’t working , reported this though .

On site parking. Location was ideal for us to go visiting many attractions.

Bedroom tired, hot and stuffy.

Staff were great, food was decent and WiFi worked well. Good regular 'hotel hoppa' to get to Heathrow first thing in the morning.

The major reason for a low score is because the 'cooling' system is dreadful. The room was so warm and the cooling system had zero affect. My advice would be, despite the good points, if you want to sleep and the weather is warm find a hotel with proper air conditioning. That's what I will do next time.

The staff were arrogant, my husband had recently been in an accident and I am disabled and we had twin beds pushed together.. was very uncomfortable. I had to pay £18 for parking, this should be included in the price of the stay, or discounted depending on length of stay as we only stayed overnight.

Location- hoppa bus drop off. Great for a transit stay.

The bathroom drain was not seated properly. Not a big deal.

The room had a very strong, stinky smell. Probably from the carpets or something. It was a struggle to fall asleep because of the smell.

The hotel is modest and clean. The cleaning lady on third floor (sorry I didn't get her name) was very pleasant and efficient. The location is good and easily accessible. The check-in process was seamless.

The A/C wasn't as effective as I'd have hoped A small fridge to chill beverages or a wet ice dispenser on the floor would have been nice.

The carpet on the 2nd floor corridor was dirty and stained and so was the carpet in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and poor, the window was small and the room was porky and the pillows looked all wrinkled... The bedding was not professionally made.

Hotel is well-located near to Heathrow Airport, within walking distance of the terminal for early morning flights. The room was a good size, and the shower water was a good temperature and pressure. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and had healthy options.
