Courtyard by Marriott London Heathrow Airport

This was a surprisingly good stay near London Heathrow. The rooms were large like in the US and the restaurant and bar options were really good. We particularly liked the Indian restaurant on the top floor overlooking the main runway at LHR. The food was some of the best Indian I have had. There was also a nice bar with outdoor seating for a late night pint. I would stay here again leaving out of LHR. And the bus service to the main terminal was on time and easily arranged.

Staff reception during check in was mediocre. Front desk Staff seemed to be preoccupied with each other rather than focusing on checking in a guest. I checked out at 5 am and the front desk Staff didn't greet me when I approached the front desk and didn't say thank you prior to my departing. Reception Staff needs to increase a consistent friendly and polite approach towards customers.

The rooms need investment, its a pleasant enough Hotel , the staff are great and I have stayed a number of times as its passable but the soft furnishings ( Mattress ) on 2 out of the past 5 stays are well beyond needing replacement. On most recent visit the mattress had a pronounced dip at the point where one would sit and then stand to climb out of bed. On the previous occasion the bed would play a tune as I moved about ( springs ) ..

Stayed one night before our flight to Canada, location good, short ride on Hoppa bus. Had food and couple of drinks in the sky bar whilst watching the plane take off.

Near to the tenpin bowling Alley and the Skybar fabulous place to eat drink and watch the aeroplanes.

Bed was a bit dippy wear others have slept in it. So uncomfortable

A fantastic evening. The views over the airport action were stunning from the Sky Bar and PK restaurant on the 6th floor. The food and drink was also exceptional.

Only that the room I was in needs the windows to be sound proofed again. I think over time they weren't as efficient as perhaps they once were. I was OK with it all though.

Stopped here for 3 days for a family wedding. Clean comfy rooms. Polite helpful staff from reception to the cleaner. Sky bar roof top reastaurant exceptional service with quality food and drink with breathtaking views of Heathrow. Wedding venue exceptional. Great experience and we will definitely be going back for more. 5 stars all round.

Good location, nice room, reasonable parking cost overnight (£15 for 24 hours). Good breakfast with lots of choice. Pleasant atmosphere.

No 24 hour room service, all food stops at 22:30, which is very poor for an international airport hotel. Kiosk very limited so only had a packet of M&Ms and a pot of porridge to eat. They advertise the roof terrace, but it doesn't open until after check out time. Was hoping to have morning coffee and watch the planes before I left. Disappointed to say the least.

Very basic amenities provided in-room. Could have added more (for e.g. cotton earbuds, dental kit), without having to ask for it. The second room check-in was delayed. However, staff were helpful about it. Meals - more in-hotel dining options should be provided. When we arrived, there was only 1 option that we could order from (others opened after 4:30 pm or something). Being vegetarians, this meant a highly limited choice of items from the menu. So we had to plan to go out and get something rather than stay in the hotel itself.

The wifi speed was extremely slow. The enhanced speed was available for Marriott Bonvoy customers, but what about those who don’t fall in this category. A good and fast internet should be available to all those staying in this hotel.

Had a great stay at the Marriott Courtyard Heathrow.Hotel was clean n tidy and very well presented.Staff were very friendly and welcoming.Rooms were Very good beds were very comfortable and all for a very good price.Ate at the Sky Bar restaurant and was very impressed,we received great food and top rated service.The breakfast buffet was also of a very high standard and everything was hot and tasted fresh.Would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely return.

Vi checkade ut 13 dagar för tidigt på grund av sjukdom. Vi har varit i kontakt med hotellet flera gånger om en delåterbetalning men de har inte brytt sig om att maila tillbaka till oss. Booking har försökt tre gånger, men hotellet har inte hört av sig. Vad är det för sätt?

Large, clean and comfortable bedroom & bathroom with all the amenitiies you need. Enjoyed using the rooftop bar and restaurant and great service provided by the team up there.

Only a suggestion but please remove the hanging lights from the lower windows on the outside terrace of the rooftop bar and restaurant. They partially obscure the view of the airport and I'm not sure that they are really required.

Breakfast was bounteous and endless. Sky Bar was great. Receptionists were exceptionally polite and professional.

Hi more than the hotel, I was really overwhelmed with the PK Restaurant on the 6th floor; a friend and colleague referred it to me and once experienced the ambience and the food was too good and more exceptional was the hospitality extended over by Veronica and I believe that more people would visit this place more because of her for the warmth and extreme hospitality she shows during our time there; Highly and must recommended

We weren’t informed that there was a wedding being held until we had checked in at 17:00. The music was incredibly loud until past midnight. We called to complain and no offer was made to change room. As compensation we were offered a complimentary breakfast which was an absolute joke. We went to the hotel to be rested for a long day of travel today and that obviously didn’t happen.

Outstanding hotel. If you want a hotel in close proximity to the airport, book here. Trust me. The service is outstanding. Rooms are comfy and clean. Food is great. Highly recommend.

I had a comfortable stay

I came in off the street at nearly midnight after leaving my airport voucher hotel (Radisson Blu) which didn't have A/C on a historically hot evening. I had already tried a few hotels on the block and no one had room. Courtyard Mariott didn't have room either BUT the staff saw my distress given the late hour and treated me like a human being, and searched for room at nearby hotels and told me where I could go, without me asking. Staff at the neighboring hotels had been a bit rude or curt and certainly weren't going out of their way to help me, so I am very grateful and feel confident that travelers staying here will find good customer service. I can't speak to the rooms since I didn't stay the night.

It was only a bus ride and or train ride from london. There was a car hire place very close so that was easy when we needed a car. Breakfast was amazing. Staff helpful.

As we had an early flight the following day we tried to get to bed early, couldn't get to sleep with planes taking off every two minutes. Only one person checking people in, had too wait over ten minutes. In the bar up stairs we had ordered food and then we were asked to move our seats to cater for a group of 50 Indian wedding guests. We left without having our food and had something to eat at the Marriott, a hotel up the road where we've stayed before. The bed was too soft, if i laid towards the edge of the bed it felt like i was about to fall out.

This hotel was in a perfect location to get to and from Heathrow and access public transportation for travel into London. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast selection was amazing, and service from kitchen staff was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting easy access to the airport and public transportation.

I always stay here when connecting through London Heathrow and I have to say I am never disappointed with my choice. Everything seems to work seamlessly. There are very helpful and friendly front desk staff. There is a good breakfast on offer; the rooms are comfortable and well appointed and there is a nice rooftop bar/restaurant overlooking the airport runway, which is a nice venue to spend a few relaxing hours. There is a car park and airport shuttle bus pick up from the hotel. It will remain my hotel of choice at London Heathrow

The green light from the smoke detector, or whatever it was, was extremely annoying in the bedroom. It was really bright and kept me awake. The shower design was poor, the water filled the basin very quickly and poured over onto the floor.

The bed was well beyond being usable (room 333). The mattress could (afterwards) well be seen leaning towards the left. And when sitting in the left side of the bed you could feel the foundation. Impossible to get any rest on this mattress throughout the night. To add, at around 5AM there was a significant hammering noise seeming to emanate from the airconditioning system, along with high pitch noises. Disappeared after around 20 minutes. Front desk staff seemed not to care too much.

Really enjoyed our long stay at the Marriott Heathrow. The rooms were super clean and well looked after, which made a big difference. Housekeeping did a great job and everything felt fresh and tidy. The food was really nice with plenty of options, just a bit on the pricey side. Still, the quality was great so can’t complain too much. The restaurant and bar staff were all friendly and welcoming too, which made the experience even better. Big shoutout to Shannon (or Sharron) who checked us in she was lovely! She helped us out throughout our stay and made everything really easy and comfortable.

Staff was great but the only downside was the night staff from Saturday 4th April I believe. The night shift manager who was training a new host came across quite rude and unwelcoming for no real reason when he was asked simple questions about the property. His tone felt a very off from the start and not friendly at all which wasn’t expected considering the standards of Mariott. It was also a bit disappointing that the trainee seemed to go along with it and was laughing quite blatantly to please his higher up which didn’t help the situation. It just wasn’t a great interaction and didn’t match the otherwise good service we had during our stay.

Have had a couple of recent one night stays. Great service, good quality room, great breakfast and would certainly return next time I’m staying in the area.

I spent 4 nights at the Courtyard London Heathrow. The hotel is a newer property so the carpet and the rooms are very clean despite the touristy nature of their clientele. I ate at the rooftop PK restaurant on all 4 nights. I rarely eat Indian food outside my own house but I will give kudos to the chef and staff for creating a very tasty variety of vegetarian choices (I am a vegetarian). What makes the food unique is the way it is served, thanks to Veronica. The irony is that I had read lot of good reviews about Veronica even before I set foot inside PK. After 4 nights of dinners, I now understand why. She is attentive to every detail, and she makes eating at PK a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the PK staff and Veronica. Thank you to the Courtyard staff for running and managing a good overall experience. Business travelers do notice even though it might seem that we are too tired after a long day at work.

In particular, the PK Restaurant is hands down the best Indian food I have ever rates and Veronica, our server, did an amazing job. Veronica guided us with our menu selections and she did not disappoint. The Sizzler Grill option (which is meant to be shared) was served sizzling hot and it was awesome!!!

One night here was more than enough for me. Don't get me wrong, the staff were friendly and welcoming but the hotel itself was far from 4-star quality. The carpet in our room was filthy. The bed... I don't think you could call that a mattress? It was more spring than sponge. While I appreciate that room service can be expensive, the food quality should have matched the price we paid. I would recommend walking to the McDonald's down the road. The breakfast was a decent spread but it was very greasy. A handy location for an overnight stay between flights, but I will not rush back here.

Fantastic experience at this Courtyard. Used points and upgrade to junior sweet with late check out. We arrived kate - after 9 pm. Check in professional and fast ( I pre checked in on Bonvoy app) Had a great late dinner/drinks at the Sky . Pizza and a bomb chicken breast burger. Service was good! Jr Suite is spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good breakfast buffet selection and very good prices on à la carte. My only gripe here is no brewed coffee - only machine kind. Taxied there from airport at a cost of about 22 usd and ubered back to airport for cost of 24. I could stay multiple days here - but for a layover experience, it's a very nice option.
