Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Great breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful staff. We ate several meals in the hotel restaurant and the lady who looked after our food orders was great! We also liked that this hotel has a large luggage storage room and were able to store our bicycles in it for our last two days of our trip when we were exploring London. Another favourite of ours was the drink dispensing machine for tea, coffee, hot water, hot chocolate etc that is left on all day.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Very convenient if you’re planning to do a 24 hour to 48 hour layover in London. It’s right by the airport but still about 40 to 60 minutes into central London by taking the tube. Bus stops are easily accessible about a one minute walk when you step out of the hotel.
Cleanliness 7/10, but the bed was comfortable. I would still return if coming back to Heathrow for a few days visit.

The location. It looks like it's close to Heathrow but the only way to get there from Terminal 2 is by taxi or bus because there's a tunnel that's vehicle only. The hotel taxi cost us £20.50 for about a 5 minute journey. You would be better off paying £40 more elsewhere and foregoing the taxi journey.

Neither the computer nor I pads in the reception are were working. I had specifically checked the previous day since I needed to use the internet and was told the I pads were working although the computer was still out of use. It is now 6 months since I was last there and still the computer has not been fixed and now the I pads do not work at all. Please SORT OUT THESE ISSUES.

Taxi drivers in reception touting for business. It was intimidating for a single woman travelling alone. No one from reception stepped in or advised against going with them. I was charged twice the price I’d paid the night before with a black cab. Not a nice experience. The breakfast wasn’t great. The eggs were dry but had a milky liquid coming from them.

Breakfast was set up like a breakfast included in your stay. It wasn’t until my plate was full that I was approached for payment. I saw no one in the breakfast room until after my plate was full. I watched this repeated as I ate with other guests. Eggs were cold and watery

Room was small bed was the most uncomfortable I ever slept in. There was nothing in the room to make a hot drink , no kettle no tea no coffee or sugar . Not like some other hotel I stayed in .sorry to say I'll will never stay there again and I differently will not give it a good review. The staff was very unfriendly didn't give you the time of day . Didn't really want to correspond with the customers. Made me feel that I shouldn't have been there . Also made me feel very uncomfortable .being there. What i should be going you is a - 10 rating not a 1 but i couldn't go lower than 1 . Never Never again in one again . MR S J Savillle .

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The Ibis Styles London Heathrow Airport was a perfect hotel for our purposes. It is very close to the airport terminals and the Tube. It was also very easy to catch a bus to the terminals and the Tube. The bus stop is right across the road from the hotel and we never waited more than a minute or two for a bus. Breakfast was excellent with lots of food choices. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

La colazione a buffet offre una vasta gamma di pietanze per soddisfare diverse esigenze, e il caffè può essere preparato in autonomia anche prima dell'orario di apertura del servizio. La camera al 4° piano è ben insonorizzata ed il letto è comodo. Il bagno è dotato di ogni comfort e il piano doccia è spazioso.
Da considerare il costo molto elevato sia di Uber che del servizio taxi offerto dall'hotel (+27 sterline a tratta - 02/08/2026). La camera, anche se ben tenuta, ha un cattivo odore e non si può aprire la finestra per far circolare l'aria. Il menù del ristorante non offre molte alternative e manca del rapporto qualità prezzo, inoltre arrivando a fine servizio la scelta diventa più limitata.
