The property was clean , well kept

We arrived , reaching the reception they say they are fully booked .

Everything, exceptional value so near to the airport. Good menu and very good good. Nice cosy bedroom with internet tv. And most important of all very friendly helpful staff. No complaints at all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy staying this hotel. There was a false alarm at 4:45am and we were forced to come down to the lobby for 20 minutes. It ruined my day.

The room smelled a bit ‘fusty’ & the carpet is dirty, could definitely do with a bit of renovating, but the bed was spacious & comfy for a single, so overall for the money (in London) it was ok, nothing to complain about 🤗

Annoying squeezing from window frame every time a plane leaves.. Noticed a few decorating issues in the room but apart from that great hotel nicely situated for all terminals. Good selection for breakfast food was hot and plentiful will definitely use again should the need arise..

I didn't have breakfast as I left early but had dinner on the 10th. Indian food is priced too high. Try to reduce so folks can enjoy their stay as well as your food. The proximity to the airport is great and the who took me at 5 am to terminal 2, is very courteous and helpful. Staff was generally good but the woman at the reception when I came around 10.30 am had a long face and most unfriendly. The receptionists after that was great. Waiters at the restaurant are okay but they should be more friendly towards the customers. The South Asian welcome was absent. Of course they were busy. You need more waiters during busy hours.

The lobby and restaurant looked good. The rest of the place is a dump. The room was not as advertised. I was refused service in the restaurant because it was closed for a group booking. False fire alarm went off at 4:30 am.

Right by the airport and had a shuttle (note it was an extra cost but significantly cheaper than rideshare). The room was nice and clean and just what was needed prior to our flight home the following day.

It would be so nice if there was someone to help take my bags to the room. I had 3 bags and struggled to get them in the lift & up to my room.

room was dated, especiaally bathroom, with a budget looking paintjob. they forgot to include the requested cot, but did bring it relatively quickly after. check in was a slow process bare after our long flight.

The very noisey area

Location is the only good thing about this hotel, very convenient to reach Heathrow Terminal by public transport. Ac was working and once adjusted to the decor and the lingering heavy air inside the hotel, its manageable for a night stay (check in at night, sleep and getting your early morning flight).

This may also be a booking.com issue. When booking it showed that breakfast was served at 6. However, apparently breakfast only starts at 7 on a weekend. Which is kind of pointless considering this is an airport hotel and many people would have early flight. Hotel itself decor inside is shabby, tired and looks dirty. The air in the room smells heavy and the bathrooms smell of bleach.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Room clean. Love the history of the hotel. Not all modern but don’t need that for a one night stay. Bus 105 from the central bus station takes you right to the front door.

My lady and I stayed as a result of being at LHR to met her son (my step son) and his lady, returning to UK from Australia. Jose was most kind in allocating a meeting room to store their baggage overnight (the boy's power tools plus all their worldly clothing, best not to leave in our vehicle!) Finally collected them; they were happy with the room as was my lady - my life complete!

Pitiful selection of draft beers on offer...no lagers, no ale, only Inches Cider and Guinness available on tap :-(

Comfortable room, bar and food available until late, which is nice after a long flight. Close to the airport but it is a big airport. You need to take a bus which stops outside the hotel.

I'm no great fan of chains, or of hotels near airports, but they are in the way of a necessary evil. This one was better, and a little less bland, than some of the alternatives where I have paid more. My room was totally adequate for a one night head down. I also ate in the restaurant downstairs, which was - again - better value and had a wider choice than some of its competitors.

There was a notice on the window of my first floor room saying that for 'safety and security' reasons I could only open it 100cm. Predictable enough, although while I understand the logic behind this approach, I intensely dislike it and find it oppressive. But in fact, I found I couldn't open the window at all -ugh!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Receptionstaff were helpful.

The breakfast staff were helpful but they had trouble with the toaster.

We were given accessible room which was large and updated. Staff is so friendly.

It was very outdated, the carpet and walls were dirty , there was no phone or fridge in the room and the toilets were hard to flush. The walls were thin and had no sound proof.

Breakfast - food and staff were exceptional. I have to say the English breakfast food available resembled the presentation you'd find on the QM2 breakfast buffet. Don't see that in hotels too often. Receptionist and staff so friendly, Room - on 3rd floor little warm - corridor was cooler. but room very clean and comfortable. Airport transfer - driver took me in his limo rather than van as it was just me.

AC for room - preset. The in room coffee kettle was severely corroded? inside and housekeeping immediately replaced it.

The hotel is very close to Heathrow and there are local shops within a 10 minute walk. It's a little run down and has seen better days but my room was clean and quiet, I got an early night with no disturbance (and I'm a light sleeper). The reception staff were friendly and helpful, I think it was value for money, the price was good. I would stay again before a flight.
