Shuttle worked great, loved the ducks.

The room type I chose came with a kitchen, which was very convenient. It was about a 15-minute walk to the supermarket, and there were also several restaurants in the same area. Air conditioning was a big plus during the hot daytime hours, and housekeeping was very thorough. The airport shuttle also runs for extended hours, which would definitely be one of the reasons I would stay here again.

I haven’t take any breakfast.

Wait for long time of hotel’s shuttle. Very little space for luggage. The shuttle was very dark inside.

How my room was in a long corridor had to walk a distance and the uncomfortable pillows.

I stay here regularly and this time both stays the rooms were not very well cleaned .

Ground floor was good. No packing luggage up stairs.

Not having a restaurant on site, at least for breakfast was inconvenient.

Love the fun sassiness of this hotel, lol. Cool lobby with a giant scrabble game on the wall to play. The staff were very friendly, and along with it being pet-friendly the front desk they even welcomed us with a complimentary PupBag for our dog. Since we were with our dog it was also really great to have a ground floor room with a door straight out to the parking lot which made it super easy to quickly take our pup out to do his business whenever we needed. It’s also in a nice area with easily accessible green space to walk your pets. We also appreciated the SmartTV in the bedroom and free breakfast.

Vancouver hotels are a little pricey, but this one was not too high. Vancouver is expensive.

The reason for selecting this hotel was its airport shuttle and excellent location between Tsawwassen ferry, Vancouver Int'l airport, and downtown Vancouver. The room was perfect for what we needed as we transitioned for our move, leaving Canada after 5+ years.

Not clear about where to take the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

I decided to return and stay at this hotel again, after I had stayed with my husband the prior week. The hotel is conveniently located between Tsawwassen ferry, Vancouver Int'l airport, and downtown Vancouver.

The airport shuttle drop off was at the wrong location. The driver dropped me and my dog off at the US/Int'l area of Vancouver airport. My travel was to Mexico and was re-directed and walked all the way to the other side of the airport, at the International departures. There should be clearer drop-off points for shuttle riders.

Close to the airport with a complimentary pick up service which worked very well. Was only staying one night after flying in. Reception staff lovely and welcoming. Room clean, large and comfy. Coffee in room or free at reception which was very welcome. Got my free Accent duck! Our only downside was that we were leaving at 8am on an organised tour and breakfast was not available on site until after we had left. The reception staff did put small packs of biscuits for guests on the desk.

Airport shuttle. I was able to leave my luggage at reception after I checked out and come back later to get the airport shuttle.

The advertised on site restaurant has now closed down. I probably would have booked elsewhere if I had known that. The only options nearby were the Holiday Inn accross the road (which did offer a 10% discount to Accent guests) and McDonalds. Other places to eat were some distance away.

Very expensive for a motel due to the FIFA World Cup events happening in Vancouver. All I needed was somewhere to stay for a night before catching an early flight the next morning, but all hotels in the area are price gouging and this was the cheapest.

Flew into Vancouver around 11:30 pm. After going through customs we missed the hotel shuttle but grabbed a Roberson taxi. The hotel conveniently reimbursed the driver. Check in was fast and easy. Room was very clean and quiet. Great experience and I highly recommend.

Location was great! Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Carpet in room needs to be vacuumed better. That’s my only suggestion.

We flew into YVR at 9pm with plans to go to Whistler the following day. We rented a car and getting there was an easy 15 minute drive. At first it looked like it might be ??? But our room was super clean and comfortable. The folks at the front desk were pleasant. There is a breakfast restaurant close by. I’m not sure about a multi night stay but for us it was perfect.

Closeness to airport was great. Shuttle was superb. Room had absolutely everything I coukd wish for.

We arrived too late to use the hotel airport shuttle. Therefore, we used a. Richmond taxi which was right outside the door to take us to the hotel. The hotel reimbursed the driver for our fare.

Not easy walking distance to shopping or many restaurants.

We got the free shuttle within 10 minutes of leaving the airport around 10pm. The hotel is convenient to the airport. I wish it were downtown but the hotels there almost doubled in price starting May 1st. This hotel is quiet and clean. An uber to the downtown area cost about $20 US for three people. We took an Uber to see the Chinese Gardens and the next day to our cruise ship. There’s an excellent breakfast restaurant almost attached to the hotel which we ate at twice.

The housekeeping very kind ..she gave the duck thing for my little asking for it and very easy to talk.. just the cabinet of fridge broken that hurts my legs and the bath tub when we took a back clogged but over all was great

-check in staffer was not very welcoming of me as a guest, just felt like another number on the guest list, also didn't really understand what i was trying to ask for room placement and other questions i had. Although i ended up having to add a night and that different staffer( if i recalled her name i would note the appreciated help) with that portion of check in process was helpful on some things even unprompted. And final checkout early morning staffer was extremely robotic and did not give me a final receipt statement i had to ask for one, and he barely spoke a word. That doesn't make guests leave with a good feeling after paying high prices especially now does it? -a few housekeeping details on some cleanliness -no more cable tv. at least in my room -i booked and via booking site, noted a couple minor special requests for inital toiletries etc, they were not met, nor were they acknowledged, this is the second time of stay this has happened, will have to reconsider things for next time.

Great shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. When you arrive at the airport's shuttle bus stop the buses from all the different hotels show up with there names on the outside. Accent Inns arrives 1/4 past and 1/4 to the hour. After our stay we were returning to the South Terminal and the hotel arranged and paid the for taxi. Great service. Remember to pick up your T bags/Sugar/milk at reception to make in your room. Comfortable large beds, Uber taxis into town reasonable and quick. Great 2 days in Vancouver.

Very noisy as rooms open directly outside. Road and aeroplane noises (probably to be expected) but no attempt made at.sound-proofing main door.

When my wife and I were dating thirty-one years ago, we used to steal away to this hotel for weekends in Vancouver. We moved across the country and returned for the first time last week. It is so good to see that not all things decline over time. This Accent Inn is fresh and updated and a great place to stay. It is close to the airport, obviously, but also to great food and shopping in the Richmond area. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. TV, microwave, and nice shower. Plenty of storage space, desk, and lounge chair. The best thing about The Accent Inn, however, is its people. From front desk to cleaning staff, everyone we met was cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. I needed to update a document for a meeting and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to make sure the computer and printer in the lobby were signed in and working properly. They didn't charge for the two pages printed, either, which is unique in my experience. The hotel is convenient, but its people make it home.

Had a downstairs room and no traffic noise. But some guests above us started moving around loudly at 6am. Not the fault of hotel but the info could be helpful to someone.

There was no coffee in the room....so we got free coffee in th reception area ! Coffee machine was there and cups ...but no coffee !

Excellent check in/ check out experience. Loved my little pirate duckie.🙂 Room was excellent and well equipped with fridge,coffee maker ,and microwave. Complimemtary airport shuttle. Would definitely stay again if travelling out of YVR.

The friendliness of the employees. Bees were comfy. Shuttle at 4 am was a great convenience.

The lack of sound proofing, was woken up by a very loud family checking in at 11:40 and they continued until about 1:30 am. There is not any sound proofing from the outside. Found a hair in a “clean” towel. Had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle for pick up from the airport. Their messages prior to arrival said it ran every 30 minutes. The cost compared to Calgary airport with brand new hotels is not good. $200 after tax in BC, $120 for a brand new, sound proof room and shuttle service in Alberta.

The price was not comparative to the next hotel we went to. We had breakfast, pool and hot tub for a little less money. Because we had booked some time ago, if the price has changed the hotel should be passing this onto a repeat customer.

Airport shuttle bus service is good. When I arrived the bus happed to be not in service due to certain reason, called the reception who is very nice said we can call cap and the hotel will pay for it.

Ferry was cancelled so I had to stay another night. Staff were great in making this happen. We were rebooked in the same room. Very convenient.

I loved my stay! I booked a one night airport stop over to go see a concert. Airport shuttle back and forth to the hotel/ back to the airport to catch the train downtown was super easy and convenient. Room was great, unlimited in room and lobby coffee provided. Vibe of the place was welcoming- someone young who knows the value of the little things must have been hired for the marketing as i noticed so many little perks to this place from the cute sayings on the benches outside, to the rubber duck branded mugs, and the take home themed rubber duck left in the room was a real cherry on top that other stays don’t provide or even think of Staff were extremely nice at check in, easily accommodated my request for an hour extension to the check out time, once in my room i received a text from the company ensuring my stay was going well, i responded that it was and i would be back to get more coffee since i was tired, they replied quickly with no problem and i was welcome to as much coffee as i needed, Later that night i stayed out later than expected and since i had already been in communication with the hotel i decided to text them asking for an hour extension to my already extended late checkout, they said no problem, which was a relief and i appreciated not only their extension but also their quick reply and that i could ask right in the moment via text before committing to later unexpected plans This was such a great stay and very convenient for my one night side quest, i was super impressed with the thought and little extra attention to details, i enjoyed the check in via text to ensure everything was going good, and i appreciated the late checkout as well as the quick response after hours via text to extend my late checkout I will definatley stay here for my next overnight quick trip to Vancouver

The room was very well situated in Richmond. Very close for medical accommodations restaurant was wonderful. Staff in hotel and restaurant very nice.

Clean, our room was not on the main road side and was quiet, having the bathroom sink separate to bathroom was helpful with 4 in the room, great to have cooking facilities, plenty of parking & space for bags

The kitchenette was excellent but only one of two burners on the stove worked & there was only 1 chair between 4 of us & a fold up luggage rack (or two) would have been helpful
