New Otani Inn Sapporo

The location is located near Sapporo station so it’s easy to walk and shop around. Staff uses a translator to get their point across.

None! Loved everything

room was spacious with coffee maker and pods. Close to station and eating joints. Parking was easily available.

Parking car needed guidance. when exiting there was error with parking card. Had to rush back to reception to reset the card. All the guidance is in Japanese.

Great location! Very close to main train station! Friendly staff!

Room is a bit old, but is very clean.

The location was great, near to a bus station and to many good restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly; safety box is available at the reception. The room was clean, comfortable and great in general too, spacious comparatively to a lot of hotels. The room had different music channels including smth like Disney piano music that we could play even in the bathroom so that’s cute.

The room size for 3 of us was good - not too cramped.

The queue for breakfast was long after about 8.30 am, you have to wait for seats to be freed up. TV channels did not include popular international news channels, such as CNA, BBC and CNN.

Dålig på engelska.

Large spec, hotel location convenient. And clean

So far no

Its in the center of sapporo, walking distance to center of sapporo

Out dated, the lift too busy for its capacity of full guests. Wifi bad connection

The hotel is in a very good location, which made our stay convenient and easy. It is close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, so getting around was not a problem at all. Although breakfast is not provided, there are plenty of food options nearby, which worked well for us. The room was comfortable and met our basic needs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money, especially considering the location.

Location is good as you can walk underground to Odori Park and Pole Town. Many tourist stay in this hotel, and it seems a bit crowded.

Unable to connect to Wifi most of the time. Have to queue for breakfast. Breakfast time open too early (5.30am) and close too early (9.30am). Breakfast is so so only, and didn't change much everyday.

Accessibility of the hotel and the room was big.

Maybe the room has no view. But overall, none.

Room size is slightly bigger than the other brands of price range. Location was alright

Bed sheet were stained, pillow and bed worn out too, no drinking water provided, rooms are dated, run down, not as clean.

The reception and service staff are not helpful. Refused to make restaurant reservations for us. Must carry own toiletries and towels from lobby to room. Alternate day room service and it looks run down . Location is out of main stream so have to walk 15-20mins to go shopping. Quite disappointed

The staff were very kind and made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with fresh and carefully selected ingredients. The location was also very convenient for sightseeing and transportation. I would definitely love to stay here again when visiting Sapporo. Great stay in Sapporo!

I reserved a double bed but they only had two twin beds

location

Hard to find parking Bathroom was old

Everything was good about this hotel, toilet was big compared the usual Japanese fitted toilet.

Location was a 10 mins walk from the station.

Nice place near station.
