Cross Hotel Sapporo

Location - close to Sapporo station and Oodoori Park.

The hotel location and facilities were excellent.

I was charged additional tax fees, despite Booking.com guarantee that no further fees would be payable.

The location is really good, close to the central train station. The star was very friendly and helpful. The lounge very good and especially if you got a Cross floor room w included access. The breakfast was really good with many choices both western and Japanese.

A couch in the room would have been better than a table and 2 dining chairs.

Convenient location near restaurants, shops and train stations. The breakfast, staff, lounge was amazing.

Towels not available at the public bath.

2025年はほぼこの価格で朝食付きだったが今年はついて無かった。

トータルで快適に過ごせました。

つまらない事ですが、髭剃りをワンランク上の物にして欲しいですね。

離札幌車站很近，離逛街和觀光的景點，走路其實都可到。也有停車塔可以停車，不過容易客滿。否些房型住客，可以使用lounge，有免費寫點和酒水飲料，非常的窩心，飯店頂樓是浴場。

飯店的lobby在2樓，搭電梯當然沒有問題，但是手扶梯只有提供往上服務，往下就得搭電梯。飯店沒有洗衣房。早餐沒有特別令人興奮，可以不用加早餐。

어머니랑 같이 다녀왔는데, 제가 가본 숙소 중에 가장 좋았습니다. 삿포로 역이랑도 그렇게 멀지 않아 걸어서 갈 수 있구요. 대욕장도 이용할 수 있어서 여행 끝나고 피로 풀기 딱 좋았어요. 무엇보다 직원들이 정말 친절해서 그것만으로도 기분이 좋았어요. 다음에도 또 올 의향 있습니다.

아쉬운 점은 딱히 없습니다.

อยากให้มี อุปกรณ์ในออนเซ็นมากกว่านี้ เช่น ยางรัดผม การเดินไปสถานีวันจะกลับอาจต้องลากกระเป๋าไกลเล็กน้อย แต่ไม่เป็นอุปสรรค

Location mid way between station and Odori Park downtown. Clean, comfortable beds, city view. I would choose it again.

The room size vs the expectation of what was booked. The concept . It is too dark for such a compact set up. Though we were high it felt like we were underground in a bunker.. The check in process, queuing up to check in by your self which didn't work for us nor the staff supporting us. After a long flight you just want to have a room to sleep, but it took longer. It felt like a school registration process. Or Other. Breakfast was rushed, ok, we were late. It was not pleasant. But we accept that we were so tired that we slept in. The overall experience lead us to request a refund after the 1st night, which was obviously rejected. We managed to find a better hotel and left Cross after only sleeping 1 night instead the 3 booked nights. This is not a 4* at all. The staff with very limited English tried to accommodate us by using the PocketAi, maybe its why empathy was not felt. We love Japan, the Japanese culture, but this hotel experience fell short of satisfaction, Sorry, I think more needs to be done if this is to be classified as a 4* as it was sold by booking.

地點離札幌車站跟大通公園都很近 步行10分鐘內都可以到想去的地方 飯店內有mini bar可以使用(特定房型) 很適合晚上小酌跟吃點小點心 入住及退房服務人員也很細心說明 房間舒適 大小也剛好

Large spacious room at a reasonable price. Situated near the main railway station in the centre of the city. Free drinks and snacks in the afternoon and access to an in hotel onsen. Kindly let us check in an hour early as the room was luckily ready.

AC was a bit weak in our room. Slight smell in the toilet as well.

The location is fantastic, as it is close to the central station and top sightseeing spots. The room was well organized and fully equipped with great amenities.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko wieży tv. Pokój bardzo przyjemny, choć nie za duży, ale na dwie osoby da się znieść, tym bardziej że większość czasu byliśmy poza pokojem. Śniadania smaczne i z dość dużym wyborem dań. Największe wrażenie na nas zrobił lounge na dachu. Pod wieczór kiedy zrobiło się chłodniej panowała tam znośna temperatura, ale atmosfera wciąż była gorąca - było tam palenisko z otwartym ogniem, wygodne kanapy i niskie stoliki, ale na szczególną uwagę zasługuje personel tego miejsca w wieczór który tam spędziliśmy, serwujący drinki, piwo, przekąski i pizzę - wyjątkowo sympatyczny chłopak, z którym można było fajnie porozmawiać po angielsku (nieczęste w Japonii) - zrobił nam dwie świetne pizze ze składnikami naszego wyboru na pysznym cieście i dopiekł tak jak z synem lubimy. Zarówno miejsce, ludzie i ten facet sprawili, że był to wieczór idealny!

Nie znalazłem w tym hotelu nic co by mi się nie podobało.

Room is clean and big as we stayed in the room with 2 twin and one double sofa bed. Our room come with lounge access. Like the bathroom and toilet which are separated.

I had a wonderful stay—the superior double room was quiet and cozy, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with plenty of shops just steps away.

This hotel was really good as the check-in was smooth as we used the kiosk to check in. We went to our room and our room was really good. It came with two good TVs and a massage chair. The bed was really good and comfy. One thing that could improve is the shower are. The shower area, the ceiling, is too low and too small. Otherwise this hotel is really good

The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance from Sapporo Station, and the breakfast buffet is awesome, with many options to choose from.

We could hear other guests stomping about and running around in the room above us.

Large , bright , very clean rooms, onsen with panoramic view, evening snack bar and extremely helpful staff. We left airpods in the room but they were found and sent to a hotel in Tokio , where we were continuing our trip. Thank you so much !

We had a wonderful stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo during our 10-day holiday in Hokkaido. We stayed here twice, before and after our trip to Furano, and it was definitely the right decision. The location is excellent, just about a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station. It is also within walking distance of shopping areas, restaurants, convenience stores and everything we needed, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city. The room was spacious by Sapporo standards, giving us plenty of room to unpack and relax after a long day of shopping. What impressed us most was the thoughtful service. After checking out for our trip to Furano, we left our luggage with the hotel. When we returned a few days later to check in again, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been delivered to our room. It was a small gesture that made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. We stayed on the Cross Floor, which included access to the lounge. It was a lovely place to unwind in the evening, offering a good selection of drinks including wine, sake, whisky, beer and coffee. While the snack selection was fairly limited, the relaxing atmosphere and beverage options more than made up for it.

As for what we didn’t like, we honestly have nothing to complain about, only compliments for the overall experience.

The location was central and close to all sightseeing and shopping at walking distance.

The carpets in the room were dirty and the shower floor had mould. The breakfast options for vegetarians was very limited to breads and pastries. There were some vegetables available. The fruit and salad leaves were stale and going off.

Was very pleased with the Breakfast Buffet and the Happy Hour from 3pm to 10pm

Great location in Sapporo.

Unfortunately I became ill on my first night in Sapporo and was unable to fully appreciate the hotel. I ventured to the breakfast on my last day (of 3) and still couldn't eat the amazing array of food on offer. Hopefully will return to Sapporo and the Cross Hotel to appreciate it.

The charging outlets were inconveniently placed on the bed frame and the wires were hanging over the frame with possibility of being hit by a falling phone

Our 2 night stay was the perfect place to spend in Sapporo. The hotel is located just a few blocks away from Sapporo Station (5 minutes walk) between 2 quieter streets. It is in an excellent location to be walking distance from the clock tower, TV tower, Odori Park, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and plenty of shops and restaurants. Despite Suskino area appearing to be far away, it was surprisingly easy to walk there as well. We ended up walking there twice in one day and didn’t feel like we were exhausted. Check-in / check-out is pretty seamless and a staff assists you on the self check-in/out machine. We stayed in the Cross Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the windows in the bathroom, particularly in the tub area. Pictures on the website felt accurate. The only strange thing about the room is that because the bathroom is located next to windows, the adjacent seating area is a little closed off and they hide the wall with a curtain. It felt a little odd, but didn’t detract from enjoying the room. We also had breakfast in the morning (starts at 7:00A), which is a wide assortment of items. I was expecting more sushi dishes (ikura, tuna, shrimp) as we had enjoyed this in other Hokkaido hotels outside of Sapporo, but unfortunately all of their seafood dishes were cooked. Additionally, there were signs in the elevator that there can be a wait between 7:30A-9:00A. Around 7:00-7:30A when we ate, it was definitely busy, but not crowded. I could definitely see how you would need to wait if you eat during the peak hours. Overall, no complaints with the stay. Being in a central location was the reason why I chose this hotel and I would stay there again.

Good location, quiet especially the higher floors, excellent mattress and pillows, provided amenities. Great coffee facilities in the room including beans and a grinder for drip coffee. The onsen was also nice with an indoor and outdoor option.

I would have liked some more snack options in the meet lounge

La chambre était très confortable et le petit déjeuner très qualitatif. L’hôtel est bien situé dans Sapporo à 10 minutes à pied du parc Odori et de la gare principale.

홋카이도여행 첫날 숙소였는데 침대가 엄청 큼지막한데다 편안해서 확인해보니 시몬스더군요. 여태 가본 호텔들 중 가장 편안한 침대였어요. 위치 좋고 전망 좋고 꼭대기층의 대욕장도 좋았어요.

1. 位置位於貍小路走路大約15分鐘，很方便 2. 早餐很好吃 3. 還有大浴場可以泡澡👍

화욜에 묵었던 방보다 조금 큰 방이어서 넓어서 좋았고요, 3시 전이었는데 체크인해주시고 TV타워가 보이는 전망좋은 고층객실을 주셨어요. 객실에 마련된 원두 갈아서 아침에 내려먹으니 세상 행복.. 콘센트도 여기저기 마련되어있어서 편리했고 역이나 오도리 공원과 가까워서 편리했고 중심가로 쇼핑하러 가기도 좋았어요!

Lounge close too early at 10pm, and no business desk available too. This hotel is not businessman friendly. All the coffee tables are extremely low. very bad postures for working on laptops. The King bedroom has no working desk either, my husband had to work on the bed, wall plugs are not readily accessible at couch area with coffee table, again it is not a proper desk. Take note only Queen bedrooms has writing desk, a couple will need to sacrifice sleeping space for a proper desk. Language barrier is another issue, the hotel staffs barely speaks English, there are only one or two staff who can speak good English. The rest of time we need to rely on translation tools. On 7th of June, our room aircon wasn't working, I tried to inform the front desk to request for a fan, the young lady staff looked quite offended on her facial expressions after I corrected her of my room numbers being pronounced wrongly, but she did assist to send a fan to my room though. The room aircon wasn't easy to control, at times can be extremely cold or extremely hot & stuffy, we do not understand how it works but it was tough to communicate with the front desk we decided to give up.

Prime location, less than 10min walk from the main station. Staff was super helpful, they disposed of my broken luggage at no extra cost and were really accommodating. This is the place I'll come back to if I ever happen to travel to Sapporo again.

위치도 관광하기에 좋았고, 인테리어도 산뜻하고 깨끗하고 구조도 너무 맘에 들었어요. 가족 세 명이 묵었는데 편안하고 세련된 인테리어에 모두 만족하였고, 직원들 또한 매우 친절했으며 대욕장 시설도 좋았고 목욕 후 피부가 매끄러운게 진짜 온천이었네요. 대욕장 전망도 좋았어서 피로가 다 풀리는 기분이었어요. 삿포로에 다시 방문하게 되면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다. 강추합니다.
