Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The room was pleasantly warm, and nearly everything was very clean. Place was quiet and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. I had a decent breakfast there. The hotel is about 10 - 15 minutes' walk from the Luton Airport terminal, which is fine if you are fully-mobile and are travelling light. Similarly, it's about 15 - 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the railway station. And there are frequent buses brtween the hotel, airport and railway station.
The carpet in my room could have been cleaner. The public areas (reception/eating area, stairs) look somewhat shabby and in need of an overhaul.

Именно тот случай, когда реальность оказалась выше ожиданий. Регистрация почти мгновенная. Номер достаточно уютный и удобный для проживания. Есть чайник, пакетики с чаем и кофе, а так же фен, утюг, мыло, шампунь. В номере очень чисто. В лобби можно купить напитки и поужинать.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Proximity to the airport, comfy bed. It is easy to get there from Luton Airport Parkway (exit from platform 1, cross the road and there is the bus station. It's only 3 stops and you are in front of the hotel. To go to the airport from the hotel, only 2 stops, no need to walk of you have luggage, the bus is only 2£.
The bathroom was pretty run down, especially the bath tub.

With a shuttle bus stop directly outside, it was incredibly easy to get to the airport, even in the early hours of the morning. The staff and check-in process were very good. For the price point it was served a very useful purpose.
The cleanliness of the room was adequate, but the whole room was very outdated and quite worn. The bed was not very comfortable; the 1 pillow that is provided may as well be an empty pillowcase. Im sure we could have asked reception for an extra, but being on the top floor and having an early flight, just lumped it.

The service both at reception and in the restaurant was hopelessly slow ~ clearly under-staffed! Those on duty still happy to talk to each other, though, despite customers waiting. The hotel was difficult to find perhaps because of its closeness to the airport. The car-parking was a nightmare - clearly overfull . At Reception, I was told it was crowded-out by non-residents using tha airport, Took me 30 minutes to find a space and yet I had to pay £13,20 extra for the one night's parking,
