Proximity to the DART and airport for early or late flight.. the beds are comfortable it’s clean and the food is okay

Nothing I did not like , but maybe improve - The breakfast bags are paper and collected very early on way out of the door… but the paper goes soggy and breaks if the yogurt /drink is cold/moist…or raining ! I would be quite happy just to take an apple and cereal bar to stuff in my pocket …

So close the the DART shuttle and the Luton partway station. I had a 8am flight no issues of making it. It’s quiet at night with tesco and burger joint close by

Our room was a long way from the elevator so getting there with all the suitcases late at night was challenging

Rooms were ok. Only 2 tea bags and 2 milks. Asked for more at reception and hour later no show. Phoned and more arrived.

For the price I thought it was very basic no charging points for the car had yo go to retail park. I didnt feel the facilities on offer warranted a high price.

We left for a flight too early for breakfast but were offered a breakfast bag to go which was a really nice idea.

The staff allowed us to check out a bit later later 11 qhich we really appreciated and also that breakfast was very good.

Shower tray was damaged. Bed is too close to wall leaving very little space to manoeuvre.

Very good time for breakfast, it styarts quite early, that is very good if you have flight early in the morning. This hotel is next to railway station, and DART terminal (cable car going to London Luton Airport).

electronic keys decode very easy... but the staff at the reception helps to solve this problem very fast...

Die Fenster könnten besser isoliert sein. Ab morgens 6 Uhr hört man die startenden Flugzeuge doch ziemlich deutlich. Schlaf ist anschließend fast nicht mehr möglich.

The key card did not work and after 4th visit back down to reception staff let us in the room. We ate here and meal was changed to different pizza so sent it back. Shower flooded when daugther washed her hair

We got given an accessible room, it was pretty run down. The car park was totally overflowing. No one informed us about breakfast, eleven though it was supposed to be included. There is not even bottled water in the room. We've expected more from the photos and description.

Everything, from the very helpful man at reception who fixed my problems with connections to my internet on my devices, and to the happy staff at the hotel in general. Making it a memorable stay!

As a wheelchair user I was pleasantly suprised how big the room was and the bathroom was of a fair size too. The staff were very helpful. My stay was wonderful

Being a coeliac I have to say the gluten free options were very poor, this needs to be looked at as with regards to cross contamination. I also found the coffee at breakfast very horrible it was like drinking very cheap coffee as there was no good decaf option

the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfy, shower had great pressure and lots of instant hot water. slection of hot and cold breakfast options all of which were fresh and plentiful.

the constant 'humming' over night which I though was coming from the bathroom extractor fan, I raised this with reception and was moved to another room but the noise continued. sadly, I am a very light sleeper. I was in an inter connecting room and was woken on my last night with someone trying to open the interconnecting door, reception responded quickly but I did not manage to sleep that night. I had dinner at the hotel on my last night and my lasagne was served cold, it took quite a while to sort out a refund - I declined the offer of a fresh one

Convenient to the airport

Disabled parking had cars in without blue badges in so had to park in another spot. Reception happy were we parked with blue badges but it was a Friday night. The spaces were for a company other than the hotel

We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Luton Airport before flying out for our honeymoon and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable, and the room was a good size with a really comfortable bed. Everything was straightforward from check-in through to leaving the following morning. The location is really convenient for Luton Airport, which took a lot of the stress out of having an early flight. Breakfast was also a nice bonus and there was a good selection available. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a really good airport hotel and somewhere we would happily stay again if flying from Luton.

Car park was a little weird, Dont think you should have to pay extra to park in the car park the night of your stay.

The breakfast was excellent with a healthy choice of English Breakfast options

The bed was uncomfortable and so I couldn't sleep, the TV channels was basic standard and not entertaining, there was no small chiller to put our drinks in and no complimentary bottle of water in the room.

The beds were very creaky, and I was surprised that the establishment didn't have aircon in the bar/restaurant. We had to find food off of the premises as we could not sit and eat in such a hot room

The breakfast could have been better

Right next to the station, one minute walk which was brilliant. The staff were friendly, chatty, pleasant and helpful. The quality of the hotel and the room far exceeded my expectations because of the low and excellent price I paid for one night. I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends and I would happily stay there again should i fly out from Luton.

The chairs at the tables in the bar area were too low for eating a meal with a knife and fork.

Aéroport pratique lorsqu’on a un vol très tôt à partir de Luton airport. Il a le tram (Dart) juste à côté qui circule toute la nuit et mène directement à l’aéroport.

I did find having to tell the front desk attendant my car registration every time I left a little tedious.

Goed hotel op een praktische locatie vlak bij de luchthaven en openbaar vervoer; Vlak naast het hotel kun je ofwel op de trein naar Londen ofwel op de DART naar Luton Airport stappen. Voor het hotel kun je op een bus naar Dunstable stappen. Vlakbij het hotel is ook een Tesco express die tot 23:00 uur open is. Hotelkamer en badkamer is redelijk groot en het bed is comfortabel. De airco werkt goed en maakt niet te veel geluid. Geluid van treinen en vliegtuigen hoor je eigenlijk niet. Het ontbijt is prima. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het tapijt in de gangen en ook op de kamer zou een goede stofzuigbeurt kunnen gebruiken. We misten een koelkastje op de kamer.

Tutto. La posizione vicino all'aeroporto è perfetta quando l'aereo arriva in tarda notte. Lo staff sempre molto gentile. Inoltre la stanza molto grande, pulita e insonorizzata. Anche la colazione ottima con opzioni internazionali.

My daughter got bitten throughout the night maybe there was a bug or something in the room. No fridge and the AC was not working properly

Just a few minutes walk from the Luton Airport Parkway. It was very convenient for an early morning flight.

The service from staff was really excellent. Malina in particular was so very helpful and kind. We were there only one night but have to rate your staff 10/10. We booked for breakfast but as our flight was very early we were given breakfast bags to take with us. Very convenient for the Dart to the airport.

If rooms could have been next to each other that would have been great. Nothing we didn't like. I've been to 5 star hotels that dont have as good service from staff.

Situation in relation to Airport

Parking spaces far too small. I was told I did not need to book to park, yet I was the last car able to park in the car park. The spaces are far too small, mine was next to a bush that had been allowed to grow too large. The paint on my car wing mirror was scratched as a result. It’s not an ideal place to park and fly in my opinion

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and the dedicated work area is very useful. The close proximity of the shuttle train to the airport was very handy.

The view from the room is not inspiring, but if having the train station close by is a bonus, you can't complain about the view of the platforms.

Super Lage für Luton Aiport und Parkway, man ist in weniger als 1 Minute bei den Zügen. Rund um die Uhr Rezeption und Bar. Nettes Personal, sehr großes Zimmer. Klimaanlage. Frühstück war okay, im Preis beinhaltet, warm, nicht zu voll, nettes Personal.

Fenster gingen nicht zu öffnen. Lichtschalter (für Schlüsselkarte) war wackelig und hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert. Es war frustrierend immer damit kämpfen zu müssen bevor das Licht anging.

Convenient location, with a public bus stop just across the road and train station one minute away. The room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was varied and good quality.

It wasn’t clean. The corridors haven’t seen a hoover for days. Few surfaces needed a clean in my room or to be changed for a new one. The mattress was not good and neither were the pillows. I could hear the other doors slamming all night.

The check in took an hour because there was one person working and said person decided to serve drinks to guests who were already checked in and left a queue of 10 people waiting at 2am. They could not find my friends bookings on their system but could see them on booking.com which made check in even longer.

The location is perfect to jump on the DART and be at the airport in 4 minutes. They also offer convenient long stay parking packages.

The bed was horrible, the air con wasn't very good so the room was hot, the water pressure was weak so didn't even get a good shower in the morning. It wasn't a great start to the holiday as we had no rest and were up at 3am!

Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and hot everything we wanted or needed

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities were available, and the staff were welcoming and efficient. I had an evening meal in the breakfast room, which was nice, vegetable lasagne with garlic bread, I also had the vegetable spring rolls. Easy access to the trains and taxi service. Close to the airport, The DART train takes you to the airport within minutes. I was happy with my stay and would stay at the Hampton Hilton hotel again.

The noise of the traffic and trains, I think the window should be triple glazed to keep out the noise. There wasn't anything else I disliked.
