"Lack of professionalism and respect from the reception staff:" I specified right at check-in that I wanted an invoice issued to my company, providing the details in writing. I was told I would receive the invoice via email the following day, after checking out. I received an invoice missing the company details, so I resubmitted the information and requested a correctly issued invoice. I then received an invoice that lacked the company name, listing the address in the name field instead. I asked for the correct version again, only to receive an email containing the exact same, unmodified invoice. There was no acknowledgment of the error or apology for this negligence; furthermore, when I left at 5:30 AM, there was no receptionist at the front desk. An unpleasant experience!

It was a bit cramped in the room with 4 people but it was clean

Short walk to/from airport terminal, so the hotel is very well located. Pavements well lit and felt safe walking even late at night. Beds were comfortable and our room was a nice cool temperature when we checked in. Would prefer to pay a cheaper room rate and pay extra for breakfast, if required.

Am not sure a room on the ground floor next to a road junction/corner qualifies as a quiet room but we were tired and couldn't face requesting another room. Broken coffee machine in reception and somewhat apathetic staff response; perhaps it had been broken for some time and they were fed up explaining it. Cheap toilet roll was disappointing, especially as the Dove toiletries were a lovely touch. I don't believe £150 was value for money even though this was cheaper than booking through IHG membership! Undecided whether would use this hotel again.

Porządny przylotniskowy hotel. Wygodnie, cicho (podwójne okna), komfortowo. Naprawdę ciężko prosić o więcej jeśli chodzi o jedną noc, tuż przed wylotem.

Opcja zimna śniadania to takie... nic. Jak ktoś nie ma szansy poczekać do 6:00 (było punktualnie!), na opcję ciepłą, to właściwie nie ma czego zjeść.

I didn't expect such good service and facilities for the price. Especially the free breakfast was most welcome and very tasty. I would certainly book again if I arrive in Luton quite late.

Arriving at the airport tired, I found the walk and, especially the steps, to the main entrance a little problematic (I'm not young) but I don't see how you could change that.

Handy hotel for the airport.

The guy on reception was incredibly helpful and sorted out the parking - see below. The young guy serving the food in the bar area was incredibly polite. Very impressive. The room was very clean and tidy. Good shower. Bed was hard. Car parking was noted as being first come first - we thought we could leave our car there for our weekend break.. no.. we then had to pay huge amounts of money in an off site car park as the hotel did not offer more than one nights car parking. Ridiculous as we were only going to be away 3 nights.

The car parking - for 11 hours we paid £26 and then had to pay £241 for another 3 nights as we were allowed to leave it at the hotel. The bed was hard but the room was clean.

Close to the airport, smiling staff, relaxed about Children

The only negative was I was able to book a double room for myself, husband and child who is in a cot- but then they made us upgrade to a family room with three beds which costs more, and they don’t need the bed. I wouldn’t have mind if it was the policy when booking, but to then make me upgrade felt unfair and the staff member who was emailing was a bit sharp and making out it is my own fault- but there system showed me ‘rooms for your party’

As we needed 4 nights parking we were advised to move our car to the Holiday Inn just down the road - cost 76.00. Both hotels are within easy walking distance of the airport, so it was good for us traveling with just hand luggage.

We left too early for a hot breakfast, and couldn't summon up any enthusiasm for the cold offering, so can't comment on the food.

L'hotel ha un posizione perfetta per chi viaggia sull'areoporto di Luton, raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi dal terminal. La camera era pulita accogliente. Colazione a buffet abbastanza standard ma ricca.

Forse le zone comuni erano leggermente meno pulite.

Good location and car parking

Given room on ground floor overlooked by car park, this compromised privacy and if I stayed there again I would ask for room on elevated floor. As positive food was good, staff mainly helpful.

Отель вроде как возле аэропорта, но тем не менее надо идти с чемоданом минут 15-20 вдоль трассы вниз и вверх и в конце крутая лестница- это было не очень. И ещё долго ждали, когда на ресепшн кто-то придёт.

Further to walk than we realised.

This was only a 7 min walk from the airport and the staff at Reception were welcoming. The room was just right for one night. Breakfast was good. The rooms were nicely soundproofed.

The a/c was a little loud, but not a big problem.

The location is great!

I arrived super tired at 1 AM, knowing I had another flight in just 5 hours, at 6 AM. When I arrived to do the check-in, the receptionist kept yawning and ignoring me, despite me saying hi twice and offering them my passport for details. The instructions about the room details were super rushed and the receptionist made no eye contact when speaking to me. When I got into my room, I realised that, for some reason, there was a cradle next to my bed, which I didn’t request or need as a solo traveller. I went back to reception and was asked to remove the cradle myself and put it in the corridor. I expected better quality for the money I spent to stay in the room for about 4 hours.

The staff were fantastic. A special thanks to Donella and team, who assisted with a mislaid mobile phone and ensuring it was traced and sent to the airport in time for an imminent departure. Stayed at this hotel the week previously and was impressed with the team on this occasion as well.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállodával, minden szuper volt! A reptér mindössze kb. 10 perc kényelmes sétára van, ami indulás előtt hatalmas előny. Külön pozitívum, hogy már hajnali 3-kor is volt egy kis reggeli választék, így a korai indulás ellenére sem maradtunk éhesek. 😊 A szoba tiszta, rendezett és kényelmes volt, a személyzet pedig mindenhol nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Összességében tökéletes választás volt a repülés előtti éjszakára, szívesen visszatérnénk! ❤️

Just what you need for a one night stay , very close to Luton airport

It was cleaner than I expected and very close to the airport. The bathroom had Dove products which was nice and the beds were really comfortable.

The early cold breakfast is not the best, as hot breakfast starts a bit later on. There is only half a ramp, so if you have heavy suitcases you will struggle as there are only stairs. There may have been another route around the hotel, however I took the one most people were taking.

Polite, helpful and well-trained staff. Excellent location: the closest hotel to the airport. Cold breakfast available from 3am… convenient for early departures. Good restaurant options for dinner

A bit more expensive than its neighbouring hotels but the quality was better too, so perhaps justified (?)

Duvet weight for summer temperatures was excessive. Not conducive to a good night's sleep. Sound insulation against traffic noise is good but there is a manhole cover in the road that constantly 'clacks' as vehicles run over it. HIE Complain to the highway authority, demand the cover is replaced !

Location was why we chose the hotel, it was the closest to the terminal. Breakfast was available super early which was also a bonus as we had an early flight.

Staff did not tell us that breakfast ends at 9.30. We came in really late as we had previously advised them (i.e. 2am) and you would have expected we might sleep in a bit and thus a warning would have been helpful. Instead we were greeted with staff clearing up, hardly anything left and a 'couldn't care less, jobsworth' attitude. They could easily have just fetched a few bits of fruit from the kitchen and made like they cared. Really disgusted at the lack of customer focus!

We had our flight cancelled late in the evening and along with a lot if other travelers needed somewhere to stay last minute.We found this hotel last minute .Upon arrival we dealt with the excellent Jacob who couldn't have done enough for us.He explained that our room was being prepared for us as we needed a family room but it would be ready very soon.At the same time the restaurant was about to close but due to our circumstances we could order as the kitchen and restaurant staff would stay on for our orders which was very much appreciated .Every member of staff from Jacob to the kitchen and restaurant staff housekeeping front of desk staff through the night and the following day were absolutely amazing nothing was to much to help us enjoy our stay in difficult circumstances.Every member of staff were polite friendly and professional an absolute credit to the hotel I can't thank them enough.would definitely use this hotel again and highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Very close to the airport where groceries stores, coffee shops are. So even if something is not at the hotel (like a restaurant opens at 2 pm with only a limited selection) you can find it at the airport (10 minute walk). And you can watch the airplanes land and departure

Bathroom has some leakages, but nothing major.
