Very welcoming staff Lovely clean room and building. Great the buses stopped right outside.

Parking charge was not clear on website only £15 for night you stay then £30 for all other nights. No shuttle bus to hotel and states 5 minutes walk from airport. Its 2 miles! Who can walk that in 5 minutes!!

Layout and clean

Wifi didnt work. Food took over 45 mins to come out when ordered. I ordered starter and main to come together. After 30 mins and other people who ordered after me i asked where it was. The food came out about 15 mins lated. The stater had clearly beem sat on the pass as the salad garnish was withered and hot. Breakfast was okay, toaster didnt work. Staff on the bar we're very slow and didnt hold much engagement.

Nos atendió una chica muy amable llamada Llyana, nos dio una conversación muy agradable y nos hizo sentir bienvenidas! Solo estuvimos una noche, pero el alojamiento está muy bien, es muy limpio y huele muy bien, sin duda volvería a repetir!

Lo único malo así del alojamiento es la cuesta para subir al aeropuerto, pero lo demás está genial.

The lack of organization - we had to queue over half an hour to check in despite having a booking and had to wait behind people with no booking. Eventually got to the room and went to the bar to order food - queued for over 15 minutes and then, when at the front of the queue, was told that they wouldn’t serve me for 10 minutes because they needed to clean the bar. I had then missed last orders for food and, when I asked to pay for snacks from the self serve bar, I was told to go and queue at the front desk.

Location next to the airport. Could have been more helpful to make a nominal charge to the airport instead of fleecing customers

Traveled with family. We phoned before we booked to ensure we had conjoining rooms. Arrived, and there was no joining rooms! The family had to be separated and put in separate rooms. Which is not ideal with children with additional needs. The food was terrible and did not cater for children. Staff were also rude because we had children! Terrible stay.

The breakfast room: The atmosphere and decor of this room is welcoming and comfortable. The staff are helpful and smile. This is a beautiful hotel, I actually rate the Marriott Hotels, this is the third Marriott hotel I have stayed in and no complaints. The Airport, easy enough to get a taxi from the airport to Courtyard Marriott hotel, travel is not the same anymore, too many delays travelling.

I can't think of any complaints regarding the Courtyard Marriott hotel. I stayed one night and it was pleasant, so no complaints. This isn't a complaint but it would have been nice to get a pot of porridge, as it's my go to for breakfast. There was museli, but just plain porridge would have been good for me. Just saying!

The location to the airport. It was also very modern and the bar area was nice and comfortable. The service at the bar was great and our food came quickly. The car park was also a good size.

I requested a travel cot, upon check in the receptionist confirmed there was one in the room, there wasn’t. A spare bed had been made up which obviously wasn’t going to work for my baby. We then had to ring reception twice and go down to request the cot asap, by this point it was 8pm. When the cot was bought, housekeeping put an adult single bed sheet on it, clearing this wasn’t following safe sleeping guidelines and it was lucky I had bought my own. For a family room, it was small and there wasn’t enough space, there was also stains on the carpet.

The room was modern, very clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bed and everything I needed for a short business stay. The location close to Luton Airport was very convenient and the staff were friendly and professional.

Booked this super last minute as emergency accomodation as our original one did not meet standards and Courtyard by Marriott was exceptional. Conveniently located near Luton Airport which was great being on a delayed flight and arriving so late. The facilities were clean bed was comfortable, it was perfect after a long flight.

The room was great and the check in/out reception staff was great.

I did not like the service in the kitchen/bar as we waited over 45 minutes for a mojito drink will a constant “it will ready in 2 minutes” which turned into 45 minutes wait. They didn’t serve the starter until AFTER the main menu and only when we asked for an update on the starter. (Loaded nachos) By the time all the food came, we were still waiting for our drink by which we was not happy with the long way. The excuse we had was that there was one 1 bar staff that could make the drink and yet he was at the till still serving everyone else. Despite that we did not get charged for this overdue drink, we did not need the stress of this as we had a early flight the next day and thought a night in the hotel beforehand would ease this stress. They had a number of staff in the kitchen & bar but not many of them knew what was happening and could not help. There was only 1 lady taking order and apparently new to this which seem unfair to her to handle every table and everyone that was ordering food.

Location: perfect: 10/10 Room: perfect: 10/10 Kitchen & Bar: poor service We waited 45 minutes for a drink (classic mojito) as we were informed that there was only one staff that could make that drink and we would have to wait a bit. When we asked for an update, we were constantly being told another “2 minutes” and that turned into 45 minutes. We saw that the only bar staff that could make this drink and other staff continue serving other people straightaway while I had to continue to wait. We ordered food but we got the main before the starter, and only after I asked about where our starter was, as the staff who bought us our food seemed unaware we were also waiting for our starter. The food was cooked well and we are happy with that. I’m slightly disappointed with the service but other than that the room is very comfortable.

A lovely 1 night stay before an early morning flight. The room was nice and clean with great air con. Bed was comfortable and no issues. The food was fine, I had a burger which wasnt spectacular but wasnt the worst. I would definitely stay here again. To add, it takes approx 15 min walk to airport from this hotel, however, be aware there is a hill.

Clean, modern, bright and apparently very new hotel, usefully placed by Luton airport but too far to walk with bags. Got massively ripped off taking a taxi (£20 for half a mile) so I recommend using the local buses. Received a very warm Marriott welcome from Siraj (trainee) who checked us in quickly and efficiently. Just time for a drink before heading to our excellent room, served by Liam and Simran, working with enthusiasm, efficiency and good humour to keep everyone from waiting too long to get their orders. This charming , friendly pair made us feel really valued. Food still being served after 10pm: looked pretty good, especially the pizzas. Wished we hadn’t already eaten on the journey up. Pity we’re only here for the night, ahead of an early flight out, as I’d happily stay here a few days, it’s that nice.

Spend a night before the flight. Nice hotel and beautiful room, it has all you need for comfortable stay, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful

Great for an airport hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk to the terminal. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly.

The communal areas were really bright and modern but the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh.

Unfortunately my flight was "rescheduled for the next day" (cancelled) after 8 hours in the airport. This room was most likely the best thing out of both days. Maybe I was too tired but everything looked perfect, bathroom large and clean, room very clean, plenty of complimentary drinks (coffee, tea, water) that unfortunately I was too tired to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable and large. Nice breakfast with good options.

Enigste min puntje was dat bij het ontbijt terwijl het druk was af en toe een bord met 8 of 9 gebakken eieren werd neergezet die met 1-2 min weer leeg was en dan duurde het wel ff voor er nieuwe kwamen

This hotel was lovely!! Everything about it was so comfortable and cosy! Hot shower, room was very spacious and big. Bed was so comfortable and crisp. I headed to the gym after my long day and it had the facilities I needed! The food was gorgeous, staff couldn’t have been friendlier in every area. The guy who took my order dealt with y eating requirements with no fuss as I am a very plain eater, he suggested the best way for me to order my meal. Altho this was just a work trip and short visit, I wish i had another day to stay and relax and unwind. The breakfast had a very good selection, coffee was great! I was able to ask for my eggs how I like them, they came out quick and with no issues. The airport is a 10 minute walk from the hotel which is so handy however I was under time restraint so I caught the bus outside the hotel and was there in less than 5. It comes every 10 minutes. I really recommend this hotel, I usually never leave reviews but I feel this hotel needed one with how convenient and good my stay was!

This is not really "walking distance" with large suitecases.. just FYI. We took a 2 min cab up the hill to the airport. It is not hard to walk from the airport down hill to there.

The hotel team led by Mr..Ilhan Kose, was absolutely fantastic. My daughter did not feel well, and they did all they could, to the level of the manager of the hotel, to make sure we feel safe and comfortable and have everything we need. Mr. Kose personally tend to see that we are okay, and say goodbye when we had at home leave. Him and his team really made us feel on the way from home.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport. The customer service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We really appreciated being able to check in early, the prompt help with a technical issue in our room, and the thoughtful touches, such as providing fresh towels and bottled water during our stay. The restaurant service was friendly and efficient, and the food was always fresh. Despite the hotel being fully booked, it was quiet, very clean, had plenty of parking, and the reception area was spacious and comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to consider offering halal food options, as this would make the dining experience even more inclusive and provide greater choice for all guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with excellent customer service and would highly recommend this hotel.

Bedroom was fabulous, very spacious, comfortable bed and good size walk in shower and the room had a large TV. The buffet breakfast was ample and offered a good selection. Staff were very polite and professional
