Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The person in the front desk in the morning (the Indian guy, don’t know his name since he didn’t wear a badge) has a bad attitude, after taking my room cards and adding them in, didn’t put them back into the pouch correctly, and also did it incorrectly resulting in a not working card that I had to go down for again, horrible experience with the staff there.

1) the lighting in the bathroom was dull and not conducive to doing makeup or getting ready. 2) No full mirror. 3) Awkward placement of the TV to the bed. 4) Room cleaning was available only every other day

One more thing I found quite uncomfortable was the housekeeping/check-out situation. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m., but a staff member knocked on my door at around 9:30 a.m. If I had not responded, I felt they might have entered the room. I am not sure whether they were trying to clean the room or check if I had left, but I have rarely experienced this at other hotels. It was quite unsettling, because I could still have been sleeping or not fully dressed at that time. Since the official check-out time is 11:00 a.m., guests should be able to stay in the room until then without feeling rushed or disturbed. The early knock made me feel as if I was being pushed to leave before the agreed check-out time.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026This Courtyard Marriott Hotel has been completely remodeled to 5 Star ratings. Excellent front desk check-in with Cheryl as well as Hotel Manager with polished professional service. The lobby was large enough to easily care comfortably for 100 people. The Starbucks area will make an ample breakfast and dinner with supper meal from 5 PM to 10 PM.
Our favourite Korean Grill House Restaurant is just around the corner. After 25 years it has a great bento luncheon for $12. Location is good for traffic to all major highways. The two Queens were luxurious. The shared adjoining rooms were perfect for ease of access.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025We like that its easy access to the 407. We were there for my grandsons hockey and it was easy to get to the arenas. We also loved the balcony and small pull out couch with ottoman made it very comfortable for watching tv in the evening. Many nice restaurants within walking distance and we had dinner one night in the lobby restaurant and it was reasonable and hit the spot.

Did some researches and realized they were bedbug bites! Very disgusted with this place and please run, don't walk, if you are thinking to book this place! Also, there was no housekeeping service after the front desk promised one.....

When we came back in the evening, the staff there told us they inspected everything and changed all the bed-sheets as promised, which they did not -- There was a stain on the bed sheet and it was still there when I returned, which means they were lying about changing the sheets. Also they provide services once every 2 days, while only providing 1 day worth of coffee/cups/towels. Also bed sheets were not changed even on the days with service, unless you sit there and watch them and insist on changing...

The toilet paper was like sandpaper. The shower stall had a lip inside the shower that gave uneven footing. Slightly dangerous if you are unsteady on your feet. The beds were very firm so if that works for you great - if you need a soft bed this may be difficult.
