We stayed here for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was the perfect size for our family — two adults, our baby, and our two dogs. It was very cozy, spacious, and well equipped. We had two queen-sized beds in the bedroom, which gave us plenty of space, and the beds were really comfortable. The suite was also clean and well maintained. We really appreciated having a kitchenette with a nice-sized fridge and an electric stove, which was especially convenient while traveling with a baby. It was also nicely equipped with cups, plates, utensils, a coffee maker, as well as coffee and tea, so we had pretty much everything we needed during our stay. There were also two nice-sized TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We were on the second floor at the end of the hallway, right near an exit, which was very convenient with two dogs. It made it so much easier to take them out for walks without having to go all the way downstairs and through the lobby each time. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciated that they had a playpen set up in our room for our baby, as we had requested, before we arrived. It was such a thoughtful touch and made things so much easier for us. Our baby really enjoyed having a safe little space to play. We also had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool during our stay. It was nice to have the option to use the pool, although the chlorine seemed quite strong, as my skin was itchy afterward and my eyes were quite red. Perhaps the chlorine level could be adjusted a little. The continental breakfast was decent and convenient, although we would have enjoyed a bit more variety in the bread and pastry selection, such as croissants. Overall, we felt the room was a great value for the price and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back if we're in town again!

There really wasn't anything we disliked about our stay, but I did have a few small suggestions. A smart TV would be a nice addition in the future, as it would give guests the option to watch their own streaming services and favorite channels. We also had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool during our stay. It was nice to have the option to use the pool, although the chlorine seemed quite strong, as my skin was itchy and my eyes were quite red after just swimming for less than an hour. Perhaps the chlorine level could be adjusted a little. Lastly, the continental breakfast was decent, although we would have loved to see a little more variety in the bread selection, such as croissants or other pastries.

Spacious for my family with little kids. Enjoyed the breakfast and pool. Having kitchenette and laundry on site comes in handy.

The room is big especially there's a kitchen. I also like the breakfast they offer, I wish they offer more meat but it's decent so it's okay. I also like that the staff allow us to do 12 noon checkout since my sister and I still needs to do something and we need to leave our family member in the hotel.

The room has a bit of smell that's kinda awkward. I hope they put a scent something that will help to make the room a lot more better. It's kinda off as well that there's no cafe nearby wherein you can stay after the checkout time. You really need to have a car or just book uber which is kinda expensive tho.

조식이 너무 부족해 보였다. 공간도 협소하고 음식수량도 적다보니 많은 사람들의 동선이 겹쳐서 너무 번잡했다. 재료들이 금방 소진되고 기다려야 하는 상황이 반복되었다.

Didn't realize house keeping only performs once every 3 days and do not perform proper cleaning either. Didn't change our towels nor clean the bathroom sink.

A functional kitchen with utensils. Free breakfast included. A courtyard with access to barbeque. Love the staff (including a very nice lady that handled the breakfast spread).

It is very dated with one ancient elevator. Everything is old and smelled of mold and ancient cigarette smell.

La suite etait grande et agréable poir la famille. Les lits etaient confortables.. Acces gratuit aux machines a laver et sèche linge sont un vrai plus. Petit déjeuner convenable, la dame du petit déjeuner (une dame indienne) etait a nos petits soins c etait un vrai plus .

En el pasillo de las habitaciones el frío es excesivo. Hay que abrigarse para circular por el pasillo. Creo que hay un mal gasto de energía en enfriarlo tanto inútimente. Me pareción muy estrecho el lugar para retirar los alimentos en el desayuno. El sector donde se hacen las tostadas y donde se hacen los panqueques es sumamente estrecho. Y creo que falta personal, o que el personal que abastece los alimentos y la vajilla,

The room size was fantastic.

Even though the room was huge, it did need some updating. The second bedroom there was plaster on the bathroom door that was peeling. Cleaning services were subpar as we noticed lots of food stains on the walls, outdated appliances, and the one toilet kept ghost flushing. There was a cracked sink basin in one of the washrooms. The pool was freezing to swim in, and we did ask for them to crank up the heater, but unfortunately they couldn't. Don't understand why they charge $5/day for parking?

We booked the two bedroom suite for 2 nights. I like the apartment style setup. The apartment and rooms were very spacious and clean. Each room has its own bath. The beds were comfortable. Location was good. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Food and shopping are all within short driving distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was pretty standard for hotel included breakfast. It's not the best but ok. The breakfast potatoes were hard as a rock. Eggs and sausages were good. There is a $5 parking fee per day. That was not mentioned to me at check-in.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance the breakfast needs more variety of food the five days I was there the pancake machine was out of service.

早餐还可以，在一层，挺方便。

Check in的时间此前预订的是16:00以后，结果抵达后直到17点40分左右才成功入住，给的理由是因为此前的住客选择late check out，导致还没有打扫完卫生。希望以后总结经验，如再次遇到此种情况，至少应提前通知下一班住客，以表示尊重和礼貌。作为曾经来过该酒店的老客户，这一点并不满意。

My room was at the end of the last corridor, like a maze. Breakfast staff got a late start or something. Guests trying to make the best of it.

This location has gone downhill a lot, even over the course of a year (we also visited in July 2025). Fixtures and common areas were not kept up (e.g. trim around the elevator totally cracked off), rooms were dirty (my nephew spilled water on the floor of the room and when he cleaned it up with a towel, the towel turned brown; there were also random stains on the duvet cover). The shower was out of body wash and we had to ask twice for it to be refilled. When it was finally filled, they used body wash that was rancid - potentially old, or from another room where water had contaminated the body wash and created a microbial issue. We paid $300 USD/night and were shocked at the very poor quality of this property. We will not be going back!

Loved the pool, the suites, the breakfasts & the comfy beds.

Facility was very clean. However, there is far too much garbage after breakfast. The garbages were always overflowing & it doesn’t feel good to throw everything in the garbage. Please look into proper compost bins. Most of the items we threw out were compostable anyway. It wouldn’t be hard to add a few bins & reorganize waste disposal. Please make the effort. It would be a big step forward.

We were lucky to have friends who live in Toronto to chauffeur us everywhere so I’m not sure whether getting around would be an issue if you didn’t have a car.

The localizations is great and have a lot of places to eat around. The rooms have a good space. The covered pool is nice.

The breakfast is good, but having more options to eat would be a good idea.

Although the kitchen is not too big, the foods and drinks are fantastic. The location is convenient, close to HW 7 and 407. And service is good too.

The front desk agent was on a call regarding a system issue and had the conversation on speakerphone. I waited around 5–10 minutes before he finished, and then he informed me that breakfast was served from 6/7 a.m. until 10 a.m The next day, we went for a jog and returned at 9:00 a.m., only to be informed by another front desk agent that breakfast was actually served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m

Ontbijt was iets beter dan de gemiddelde ontbijtjes onderweg. Op 1 dag stonden er zelfs echte borden in plaats van de standaard wegwerpzooi.

Steeds meer hotels hebben betere TV. Zonder netflix tel je niet meer mee.

Room was larger than expected. Had an additional bathroom I wasn't expecting. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

My final day there was a shortage of milk for my cereal. Container was empty before I was finished pouring. There was no response when I called for assistance. Luckily I was able to make do with the amount that was svailable
