Boek dit hotel NOOIT IN HET WEEKEND!!!!!!! In het weekend racen ze met auto's langs het hotel tot 5 uur in de morgen waardoor je geen oog dicht doet. 1 lift deed het niet. Iedereen moest gebruik maken van de overgebleven lift, wat voor lange wachttijden zorgde.

The staff were very helpful when my flight was delayed and I arrived 4 hours late for booking in.

Creo que haría falta un poco más de control en esa zona , e intentar que la gente respete a las demás personas sin salpicar, empujar, gritar , haciendo pelea de toallas que una me dio…

Der rooftop Pool ist schön und sinnvoll. Nicht so gut wie beim Stripes - es hat weniger Liegen aber auch recht wenig Leute die das genutzt haben.

Der Check-In ist sehr langsam. Für eine zweite Zimmerkarte (wenn man zu zweit ist - braucht man die halt) verlangt man 30 Ringit Depot. Beim Checkin wird generell ein 100 Ringit Depot verlangt - aber beim Checkout muss man warten bis das Zimmer geprüft ist - dann macht doch das Depot keinen Sinn.

They don't have towel in pool area. Please bring your own towel or the room towel to the pool.

L’emplacement bien Situé

Es un hotel de paso, si planeas quedarte más de 2-3 días en Kuala Lumpur elegiría otro hotel por la lejanía del hotel al centro.

El check-in es demasiado tarde, no nos dieron la habitación hasta las 15:00. El desayuno tiene muy poca variedad y todo es comida malasia. El personal no fue muy amable.

Lot parking sangat terhad. Sukar untuk keluar masuk dengan kenderaan sendiri. saya hanya berjalan dikawasan sekitar.

Great location, great view, lovely and clean, breakfast was really nice and catered for all.

Only issue was our shower was a little leaky from underneath the door but the actual shower was amazing and the pressure was wonderful

On our final night, we asked reception for two additional towels because our toddler also needed one. We were told that guests are only allowed two towels in the room at any one time, despit our booking being for two adults and one child.

El hotel está ubicado a unos 25 minutos caminando de las Petronas, por un paseo agradable y en una zona buena. Las camas eran cómodas y el hotel cuenta con una piscina donde poder bañarte

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, me sorprendió la poca limpieza del mismo. La habitación contaba con bastantes manchas en la pared como de algún tipo de salsa. Las ventanas apenas tienen un cierre adecuado lo que provoca que entre calor y no está bien insonorizado de la calle. Además el baño, creo que por la antigüedad del hotel, se le vee muy sucio y poco cudiado

Very bad staffs with extremely rude manners zero professionalism the room phone was out of order when say can they fix or offer any other option they just rudely even didn’t want to say sorry or explain the situation and i was there two days the next day when i asked to clean the room and change everything they didn’t clean properly the dust was there in the first day and same till we left. Not recommended someone with kids i mean with family everywhere cockroaches on the bad we found on toilet on the table everywhere it is soooo disgusting

Lo que más nos gustó fue la comodidad de la habitación y lo amplia que era, tanto la zona de las camas como el baño.

No nos gustó que el baño no estuviera del todo limpio y que hubiera bastante humedad en las paredes. También destacaríamos que el desayuno no nos pareció especialmente bueno.

Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, auch wenn es natürlich bessere Lagen in Kuala Lumpur gibt. Besonders schön sind der Pool und die Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr einfach, und Check-in sowie Check-out haben bei mir ungewöhnlich lange gedauert

das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber leider sehr langsam. Etwas umständlich fand ich auch die Kaution von 20 €, die ausschließlich in bar hinterlegt werden musste.

位置非常好，离邱杰市场很近，往南一公里多就能到吉隆坡市中心独立广场区域。房间面积小但是设施齐全，一张一米8×2米的大床和一张一米2×2米的单人床，窗户很大可以看到两个方向。床具也很舒服。顶层视觉特别好能看见双星塔中的一座和马来西亚最高的大楼默迪卡118大厦

La posizione centrale, la colazione ricca e varia, camera ampia e pulita la disponibilità di tutti gli operatori, la piscina. Il bar all'interno. Consigliatissimo.

Purtroppo puzza di fogna che usciva dal bagno. Gli addetti alla pulizia facevano un ottimo lavoro, infatti il problema si verificava qualche ora dopo aver pulito la camera.

Good view, comfy bed, nice bathroom and good service.

Slightly higher the price, a omelette maker guy from breakfast did not respect the queue and served first who was staying behind me. When i asked him why are you not serving me first, he said “he was requesting plain omelette but i didn’t hear him anything” it was completely unfair treatment.

La ubicacion. Si no te importa caminar estas a 25-30min del KLCC pasando por el mercado de comida, y tambien de la mezquita y el parlamento.

Mal isolé, pas par rapport à l’extérieur mais entre les chambres.

Le plafond fuyait au-dessus de ma tête lorsqu’il pleuvait. Il y avait également des infiltrations d’eau dans le couloir du 12ᵉ étage. Un seul ascenseur en opération et le deuxième en panne depuis 2 jours. Le petit-déjeuner manquait de variété. De plus, l’hôtel accueille n’importe qui, ce qui pose un problème de sécurité. J’ai d’ailleurs été victime de harcèlement de la part d’un individu grossier originaire du Kenya, qui voyageait avec un groupe. J’ai signalé cet incident à l’agent de sécurité, mais aucune mesure n’a été prise.

La chambre est propre, le lit est confortable, la salle de bain est propre, le Clim fonctionne bien, la piscine est sympa.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas petit déjeuner mais plutôt un repas de clebard. Ensuite la salle de sport n’était pas top car j’avais l’impression d’être dans mon salon. Concernant la caution le personnel m’a dit qu’il allait rendre ma caution qu’on absolument pas saccager la chambre d’hôtel donc je considère que c’est un vol et nous mettrons plus jamais les pieds dans ce patelins. Apart from location, nothing else was good at WP

The rooms were never cleaned well. The internet was on and off. I remember one morning I wnet to reception and asked why the internet was not stable and the person at the reception told me its not their problem, the hotel was full, every one was using internet and so that's what it could handle ( in this afe and error). The corridors on the 11th floor where I stayed was licking with water, alot of water and no one care to come and stop or clean the mess, we literally had to tip toe in and out of our rooms. The breakfast was als9 not good. The juice was horrible.The towels were dirty. Instead of being white, they were cream turning to brown.

The hotel staff were very attentive. The location was good. They cleaned the room every day. Even though the pool closed at 7, they let us use it after dark. The breakfast was sufficient for us. But there are more Asian-style dishes available.

Nada, el hotel esta en condiciones pesimas

La habitación tiene las paredes que necesitan una mano de pintura, la puerta corredera del baño, esta podrida, entra una mano entre el marco y la pared, hay desconchones en la pintura de la pared, la ducha tiene mugre de no haber realizado una limpieza general en años, las lamparas de las mesitas estaban fundidas, se quedan con un deposito de mas de la mitad de lo que te cuesta la estancia, y dicen que te lo devuelven y a la salida que te lo devolverán en 15 días. En resumen, es un hotel esta en condiciones pésimas, puedes caer en la tentación por el precio y porque en mi caso era un escala para coger otro vuelo, pero esta en condiciones desastrosas en base a los estándares de occidente, no considero que se le pueda dar mas de un estrella, que es la realidad del hotel.

The room is not exactly what it look on the photos, but it's good and clean.

Good communications, easy to go anywhere with public transport or grab. Convenience stores are close to the hotel. Friendly staff and regular cleaning.

The room not at all like the pictures, very run down and in desperate need of renovation. The sheets and towels were dirty. The shower was dirty and it smelled very bad when I arrived. Uncivilized people by the pool.

Everthoing was so excellent , specially i love the breakfast, the food quality so awsome.

I like the breakfast & the house keeping department so experience and comfort.

Great location just 20 minutes walk from the Petronas Towers, five minutes from Chow Kit and a short Grab ride to Batu Caves. Enjoyed the big windows which made the room bright and gave us city views. Really nice bathroom.

Breakfast buffet was absolutely fine, great coffee but not a massive selection.

Apart from the location, nothing was good about that hotel

The facility links. i stayed on 12th floor with all my colleagues. The hall way was literally linking with water. The rooms are not cleaned well , the bathrooms were dirty, even when we complained, they promised that they would clean the rooms better but in vain. The reception staff are not friendly at all, probably there was a language barrier but i think they dont understand the hospitality business. The towels every morning had turned from white colour to cream of dirty brown. The breakfast was horrible. The hotel needs alot of revamping right from customer care to maintenance to food.

Siamo stati benissimo dal primo giorno: ci hanno accolto e permesso di fare il check in alle 11 PM dopo un lungo viaggio dall’Italia senza costi aggiuntivi. Il personale è stato super gentile, ci ha dato diverse informazioni riguardanti le attività da fare in zona. La camera con vista sulla città essenziale ma ben tenuta è stata pulita ogni giorno e ci sono stati forniti prodotti da bagno e acqua nuovi. La colazione a bouffet davvero ottima, prodotti freschi e cotti anche sul momento (omelette). Piscina sul rooftop molto bella, ci ha permesso di rilassarci un po’ dopo aver vissuto per giorni il caos della città.

El personal del hotel era muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. Además, las camas eran cómodas y grandes y la piscina, aunque pequeña, era muy bonita. El desayuno sin más, poca variedad pero todo hecho al momento y de buena calidad.

Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas por lo que se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle que, al parecer, es muy concurrida durante la noche.

Personale accogliente, stanza pulita, ottima posizione, la sera la vista dalla stanza era molto bella, l’aria condizionata andava molto bene la stanza si raffreddava in fretta, ottima la pressione dell’acqua della doccia, le tende oscuranti facevano il loro lavoro!

La stanza era poco insonorizzata essendo sulla strada si sentivano macchine e moto, nel bagno spesso c’era odore di fogna e i muri erano pieni di segni.

Both of my parents really liked the hotel. They loved the food and the view, and my mom said the nasi lemak was very delicious.

Nothing to complain about. My parents loved everything there. They’ve already stayed there 3 times within a few months.

Strategic Location

The room is not the same as the picture that appeared at the booking.com advertisement.. i booked for the room which had the carpet, but when I checked in, i felt very disappointed about that.
