Location was good. Lovely room.

Squeaky bed when you moved. Fried eggs were overcooked, too long under the headlamps.

Felt the overall interior e.g carpets in hallway a bit tired looking, not quite as good as the last one we stayed in, in Chester.

We were placed right at the top and when we came back the electricity wasn’t working. It was very hot and since we came back in the dark it was a bit of a nuisance. Not what I would expect. The breakfast quality was terrible, eggs were like rubber and didn’t enjoy it.

While having breakfast noticed the hanging baskets out side wasn’t done which would have been nice to see

Location excellent, breakfast and dinner were great . The hotel is in a great location with only a few minutes to walk into town. Our room was very comfortable.

We travelled with a dog and stayed in a hotel for the first time to break our 7 hour long journey. From the minute we arrived until the moment we left the staff were so polite and helpful. I loved the quiet room on the ground floor away from everything and the dog was not disturbed at all. The card on the outside of our door advising people there was a dog present was a great touch. We are already considering our next visit on our way from the Northwest down south to Portsmouth.

There was nothing we did not like. Maybe a smaller additional charge for the dog but that is just minor.

The Double Tree is practically in the heart of the city, and was literally a few minutes walk to the pub where we were meeting our friends for lunch. The hotel itself is what you would expect from the Hilton group. The front of house manager was very pleasant, polite and helpful. Parking was plentiful and secure.

Nothing really, it ticked all the boxes and was a great choice given our planned itinerary.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were great and for us the location was perfect. Bed was really comfy and having the air con when it was soooo hot was amazing.

O quarto era amplo, muito limpo e confortável, com ar-condicionado , algo que fez muita diferença durante os dias de calor intenso. O café da manhã foi um dos melhores que tomamos durante a viagem, com frutas frescas e muito saborosas. A localização também é excelente: conseguimos fazer praticamente tudo a pé, inclusive visitar a casa de Shakespeare e outros pontos turísticos. A internet funcionou bem e o hotel ainda oferece estacionamento, pelo valor de £11 por noite.

Quite noisy within the hotel, banging doors from very early morning and able to hear the guests in the next room. Probably usual of most hotels and not really a complaint, more of an irritant.

Location - 10 min walk into Stratford Upon Avon. Room and hotel were spotlessly clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Madiha who was unable to check us in on arrival due to a computer glitch, dealt with situation perfectly, gave us free drink vouchers and took care of the car parking charges for our stay.

Minor point but the fruit bowl at breakfast didn’t look as fresh as it should have, the apples looked like they were becoming a permanent feature.

Breakfast was great (buffet style). We ate one evening meal in the hotel which was delicious. Staff were very helpful. My wife is a wheelchair user and they moved us into a big room with a walk in shower.

The room door was difficult to keep open while pushing the wheelchair.

Outside was lovely, reception beautiful and staff really welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely, beds very comfy all very clean. Would definately stay again!!

The building looks great and it’s in a brilliant location, but unfortunately it’s dated and I think it needs refurbishing. Staff were friendly though!

The bedrooms were not what I expected from a Hilton. The bed was small and a bit uncomfortable and the carpets were dirty. The chairs in the room were also stained.

The staff were friendly and helpful, location ideal. We've stayed here before and will definitely come back. The parking is very useful and it feels very calm and relaxing.

The staff were all very friendly. Our room was roomy, comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The location was ideal for us. The hotel is very close to the station and buses and only a short walk from the town.

The tea making station was in an inconvenient position. You had to have a cupboard door open to use it. This then made it difficult to access the bathroom, wardrobes and main room door. It was difficult to regulate the heating/air conditioning. We seemed to have a room that was too cold or too hot.

La habitación es amplia y cuenta con todo lo necesario: TV, plancha, secador, etc. El baño tiene tina, pero es amplio. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal es muy amable.

No se pueden abrir las ventanas y es difícil ventilar la habitación.

Having to pay parking. Been before and this has changed. £11 a day/night + the room charge is high.

Very pleasant stay.

Wasn't happy with having to pay £11 a night for parking. Stayed at this hotel many times in the past never payed once. Very dissappointed also payed £22 for two baileys at the bar in the evening which was absolute rediculous. Sorry to say I probably won't be staying at our favourite hotel again.

Great to have on site parking however, the signs around the car park tell you that the payment of parking is required through an app. After standing in the car park downloading the app, registering, setting up an account, entering car and payment details and paying £12.20 for a days parking, we were told at reception that it could have been paid on check-in and was cheaper (£11.50) to pay there. No issues with paying either amount but there is no clear signage advising that it can be easily paid for at reception without the need of downloading and setting up the app.

O hotel fica a apenas dois quarteirões da área mais movimentada, o que para nós foi perfeito. Ele tem uma área externa muito agradável, com muito verde e mesas para um chá da tarde ou um drink. Os funcionários são bastante gentis e disponíveis, e o restaurante é muito bom.

O hotel não tem smart TV.

There were many hairs on the pillow and bed cover. Thoroughly unpleasant.

On arrival the choice from the grill was poor - no sausages, one hash brown a spoonful of mushrooms; The cold cuts were completely depleted. This was no replenished in 40 minutes The bread selection was equally run down

The fried eggs were tired. It was all neglectful.
