Perfectly situated for local attractions and numerous restaurants. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The sky bar had wonderful outlook over the cathedral. Great restaurant.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Zum Frühstück hat man auch alles was man braucht. Das Personal war freundlich.

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer in der 2 Tage mit Blick auf die Hauptstraße. Der Lärm von der Straße (Menschen, Autos, Motorräder, Busse, Müllabfuhr) herrschte die komplette Nacht. Die Leuchtreklame beleuchtet zudem trotz Gardinen das Zimmer. An Schlaf war nicht mal zu denken. Das MUSS in der Beschreibung des Zimmers stehen, den ihr einziger Zweck ist, dass mal dort übernachtet. Niemals wieder!

If you want to be close to the beaches, this might not be the best spot for you. But shopping and food? You’re all good.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially loved the atmosphere of the hotel and how convenient it was for exploring the city. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and good-quality products. A special mention for the location — perfect for walking around Palma, with restaurants, shops and beautiful sights all nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

We keken op een muur vanuit onze kamer. Dat was wel jammer, aangezien we toch bijna €700 betaalden voor 2 nachten.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und perfekt sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, können daher nichts darüber schreiben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr warm empfangen.

The hotel is right in the middle of Palma so really convenient for all the sites. It’s a very comfortable, spotlessly clean property with a brilliant breakfast and a wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. We used both and it was a great experience.

The location was excellent, the hotel was clean and the staff were lovely.

Not much to dislike - perhaps a little more choice at breakfast. The pool is small so it would be good to be able to use the pool at the sister hotel (which we weren’t).

Ce n’est certainement pas un hôtel 4 étoiles comme on les identifieraient en France. Les finitions et l’offre correspondent beaucoup plus à un 2 étoiles voire 3 étoiles au grand maximum. L’isolation phonique des chambres est horriblement mauvaise et tous les bruits du couloir, des étages et des chambres avoisinantes s’entend. Autant vous dire qu’il est difficile de dormir et de ne pas être réveillé par des touristes un peu trop festifs ou qui n’ont aucun sens du respect des autres (qui hurlent et se foutent carrément des autres résidents de l’hôtel à minuit ou 1h du matin).

Breakfast was really good and very fresh! Facilities were excellent! The bar is really nice with a great view. The locker room with the waiting area and toilets (after check out) were a big plus!

If you are a tall person above 1.90/2m, it’s possible you can hit your head somewhere, meaning the ceiling is lower than normal buildings.

The beds are just amazing. Big room and bathroom. Breakfast has all basic items, coffee was bit sour for my liking. The room goes full dark - great for sleeping. Bus station is near by to get to the airport.

Mallorca itself is expensive so probably the price for room is expected, but you dont get any special feeling for staying a night of that high cost.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, lo staff super gentilissimo, albergo veramente bello con tutti i servizi, anche le asciugamani per la spiaggia se ne avevi bisogno, abbiamo usufruito anche del parcheggio a pagamento convenzionato con l hotel al coperto vicino all hotel e a basso prezzo ☺️ abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la stanza una notte e ci hanno subito cambiato stanza, è stato tutto perfetto. Dovessimo tornare a palma hotel almudaina lo prenoterei ancora. È proprio al centro di palma .

Brilliant location, felt really safe as a solo female traveller here on my own. The room is lovely and it’s in such a perfect location. Right on the street, utterly perfect location.

Only male receptionist staff who were somewhat grumpy. Didn’t even crack a smile when I asked if I could stay another night. I arrived early, no early check in which is fine but they said they’d WhatsApp when room was ready… no WhatsApp. I came in at 2.45 to check and they said “ oh yeah. It’s ready, here’s the key”. Would have been nice to have been proactively messaged

la struttura era molto curata, molto moderna e bellissima. noi abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima perché avevamo una notte “vacante” in cui non avevamo un alloggio e ci serviva un appoggio prima di spostarci in un’altra zona di palma. scelta migliore non avremmo potuto fare! lo staff accogliente la colazione ricchissima e la posizione seppur a noi non sia servita particolarmente è collegata in modo molto comodo all aeroporto e da come ho potuto vedere anche a negozi bar ecc

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Zu Fuss ist man schnell im Zentrum von Palma. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick im 7. Stock war top! Der Blick auf die Hafenanlage, das Meer und die Kathedrale war atemberaubend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall ein super Hotel.

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen ringhörig. Man hat gut gehört, wenn jemand auf dem Flur unterwegs war zu seinem Zimmer.

O único ponto a estudar é o chuveiro. Como não tem porta no box, o banheiro fica todo molhado.

Geluidsoverlast. Helaas is het een extreem gehorig hotel. Als er mensen buiten in de gang op de trap lopen en praten kan je dat in je kamer horen. Als je wilt uitslapen en de schoonmakers beginnen met de kamers naast je lijkt het alsof ze in je eigen kamer staan. Ook wanneer er mensen in de gang aan het praten zijn lijkt het alsof ze naast je bed staan te praten.

Superb location, spacious room, reasonably quiet at night for a city centre hotel. Breakfast choice was excellent. Water replenished every day in the mini bar and beach towels freely available from reception.

Air conditioning in the room was noisy at night. Nothing much else to say - we had a great stay overall.

Very convenient location super central and walkable distances. Nice decor in the room and clean. Staff very friendly and approachable and gave us recommendations for local places.

We found the pillows and mattress were a bit uncomfortable also there is no good sound proof so you can hear noises from outside the room or upper floors.

Location is literally perfect. In city center, walking distance from all main sights. Also, we were there in high season (end of July) and from my point of view price/quality ratio for this hotel is great and much above similar hotels.

There is no pool. Off course, I knew that there is no pool, so it was not dissapointment, but Palma in July is very very hot, and it would be perfect if there was a pool.

Location is absolutely perfect, close to all the shops, restaurants, transport and the cathedral. My wife and I stayed in Aug ‘26 where the weather was nearing 40 degrees Celsius. The property has amazing aircon. It was perfect. Room was brilliant and spacious and have no issues at all.

The breakfast was really good, staff were friendly, breakfast is not on the roof terrace. Roof terrace was cool but service wasn't the best. I think it's a separate company though.

I was in a room at the end of the corridor but could hear everyone walking to their rooms. I think it was a quirk of the room position but noise seemed to travel through the hotel.

La localisation de l'hôtel est parfait, il est central et très proche de la vie touristique de Palma. Le rooftop est splendide notamment avec les lumières du soir, on y ressent le vent et cela fait plaisir en cas de fortes chaleurs, les cocktails sont également excellents. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, bien que bruyantes quand elles donnent sur rue et l'isolation n'est pas toujours optimale. Le gros plus est le parking situé à côté de l'hôtel.

Ce n’est pas un quatre étoiles. Nous avons payé 300 euros une nuit. Les chambres sont petites, les matériaux et les murs de mauvaise qualité, le service est moyen, et le petit déjeuner très moyen aussi.

We arrived a bit early so the possibility to leave our luggage in the hotel luggage room while we explored the city was much appreciated. The room was ready before official check-in time and the staff notified us by sms (much appreciated). The room was spacious, modern and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. It is a very pleasant hotel at super location. Very welcoming and nice staff. Wonderful view of the city from the Sky Bar. Great value for money and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location. Close to the Airport bus stop. Nearby to shops and restaurants. Short walk to the Cathedral and sea front. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Air con in the room was perfect relief from the hot temperature in August. Room itself was large and had a balcony but unfortunately, without a view.Breakfast buffet had a good selection.

From a personal security point of view, lift and stairs located very close to the outer door. Lift to all floors could be accessed without needing hotel key to activate. Maybe some sort of lift restrictor for any floor other than floor8 for Skybar.

Se oye a la gente por el pasillo, el cierre de puertas y lo peor: las de la limpieza a partir de las 8/9 de la mañana pegando voces como si estuvieran en la playa…No volveré ni de gratis, no se merece ni 2 estrellas de las 4 que tienen. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Muy mal insonorizado.

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, sauber, bestens ausgestattet. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

宿泊階の上階がルーフトップラウンジであったのか夜に音が聞こえてくることがあった。

Nice and central, rooms were spacious with big bathroom and terrace. Beds were comfy, reception was really helpful and easy! Would recommend. Didn't eat breakfast but nice that it was offered to us despite not booking it originally.

Wish we had one queen bed instead of two singles but not sure if that was our fault when we selected - beds comfy!

Die Lage war sehr schön und das Hotel war wirklich sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Besonders schön waren die Terrasse und das Restaurant mit der tollen Aussicht.

Bei der Buchung war mir nicht klar, dass das Zimmer kein Außenfenster hat und dadurch kaum Tageslicht bekommt. Das hätte meiner Meinung nach etwas deutlicher angegeben werden können. Trotzdem war das Zimmer sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht.

A great location meant that we could walk everywhere. The hotel staff were all friendly and gave excellent recommendations, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast!

Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to one member of staff. We left a suit behind and returned a few days later to collect it, giving the front desk about five minutes’ notice. Upon arrival the check-in staff member immediately began lecturing me that five minutes was nowhere near enough and that they need at least thirty. He told me I should “be more sensible,” speaking in a rude, condescending, and derogatory manner. I never pressured anyone or demanded the suit on the spot—I simply walked in—and he still launched into this unnecessary scolding. On top of that, the internal noise throughout the hotel was extremely loud and disruptive.

It was a lovely stay overall, and I truly enjoyed my experience. The location was convenient, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

I wasn't comfortable with the pets being brought inside the hotel. Even if the hotel's policies allow pets, I personally didn't feel comfortable because the hotel is exceptionally clean, and I prefer to keep that environment separate from pets. I wanted to share my feedback respectfully, as it affected my overall comfort during my stay.
