May and the rest of the staff we met were friendly and most helpful. The hotel is in a great location in the old Town, breakfast is a feast, will a huge selection with the most amazing home baked cakes. Lovely clean, fresh rooms, some opening onto little terrace areas, just perfect.

Location of hotel is central which makes it perfect for walking to many places. Its 2 blocks off a busy street, but hotel itself is very quiet since it’s on a walk only street. Beautiful, clean, comfy bed, great AC and water pressure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, beautiful outdoor eating area. My friend who works in architecture interior design LOVED this hotel for its proximity, beauty and comfort.

Nothing not to like, but the room we had was on the smaller side. It’s only because of the building itself being at an angle, not all rooms are like this. The outside terrace we had, only on the first level tho, definitely made up for it. I only use the room for sleep and getting ready. It was comfortable for two people with the outdoor space.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt, der bepflanzte Innenhof, das herzliche Personal an der Rezeption, das sehr bemüht war und auch eine Karte und Sekt zum Geburtstag aufs Zimmer stellte. Das Zimmer war recht groß.

Billigste Qualität des Mobiliars und der Badezimmerarmaturen auf schlechtestem Baumarktniveau. Nichts davon wird 4 Sternen gerecht. Hier geht es um Profit und nicht darum, dass sich Gäste wohlfühlen. Unser Zimmer im Souterrain war voller schwarzer Kloake-Fliegen, die durch den Duschablauf kamen. Oft waren es mehr als 20 Stück und auch das Reinigungsteam bekam das Problem nach Aufforderung nicht in Griff. Wir kennen viele 4 und 5 Sterne Hotels in Palma und dieses war mit Abstand das schlechteste. Fast 3.000€ für 8 Nächte zu verlangen ist eine absolute Frechheit. Zudem wird man, ohne Einwilligung, sofort mit Mails des Frequent Traveler Programms der petite palace Group zugespamt.

La habitación es bonita pero bastante pequeña, era difícil abrir las maletas, pero en general bien.

Frokosten var særdeles bra; rikt utvalg og svært god kvalitet på mat og drikke. Uteområdet var koselig. Rommene var fine, rene og store. Beliggenheten var super i gamlebyen. Alle som jobbet der var hyggelige og svært imøtekommende og hjelpsomme.

Stedet var topp; beliggenhet, kvalitet og personalet, så for meg og min datter kunne det ikke vært bedre.

Śniadanie było doskonałe. Taras na zewnątrz jest cudowny, cichy , kameralny i otoczony piękną roślinnością.

Szkoda tylko, że bar przy restauracji był nieczynny. Przyjemnie było by posiedzieć wieczorem przy winie, po zwiedzaniu i plażowaniu.

Der Sauberkeitsstandard war sehr gering. Wir hatten zwei stark verschmutzte Handtücher bei Bezug des Zimmers gefunden. Zudem wurden die Gänge kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Die Badtüre ging auch nicht zu.

No car access, difficult to reach with luggages. The room that I stayed was significantly smaller than our second room and we paid the same rate. The room cleaning was not the best.

The location was excellent and it was very clean.

There were no amenities in the toilet (toothpaste, robes etc) and the rooms varied in size drastically. We requested to move to a larger room which was technically the same type of room. Breakfast could also be improved

God frokost og fantastisk beliggenhet i Palma by. 2 minutter å gå til de beste handlegatene, gode restauranter og severdigheter.

På rommet var airconditionen satt alt for lavt. Vi ga beskjed 4-5 ganger og opplevde at de forsøkte å hjelpe, men til slutt fikk vi beskjed om at temperaturen bare måtte stå på under 20 grader, så vi måtte rett og slett holde oss under dynen når vi var på rommet. I tillegg var det tett sluk i dusjen og vann rant ikke ned i vasken.

Il y a eu un souci avec l eau chaude dans la première chambre mais l équipe m a proposé une nouvelle chambre et c était parfait.

Location and the building were amazing. The building is a former Home for nuns and in the heart of the Old Town with so much to see. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. I also like that they had a filtered water machine on every floor, which meant you can top up as much water as you need.

There’s nothing I did not like about the property, but initially they gave us a tiny room with very small windows. I asked if they had an alternative room and then they moved us to a slightly larger room with two nice windows overlooking the courtyard. The hotel is quite expensive so I would’ve expected larger rooms but do realise that it is a city centre older building. In any case, the staff were very nice and sorted out the problem.

Tolles Hotel in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Das Zimmer war eher kleiner aber sehr gemütlich mit guter Ausstattung. Das Personal war überaus nett und war bei allen Fragen/Problemen sehr hilfsbereit.

Alle de ansatte var veldig imøtekommende og service-innstilt. Fra vi kom til vi dro var de alltid på tilbudssiden, spesielt de som jobbet i resepsjonen. De smilte og hilste hver gang vi kom og gikk. Da vi kom første kvelden, var rommet blitt nedkjølt med air-condition og det var en personlig, håndskrevet hilsen på bordet. Rommet var fint og rent og frokostenvar variert. Ellers var det et rolig og fredfylt hotell, som passet oss godt. Da vi skulle reise hjem, tilbød de å lage frokostpakke til oss siden vi skulle reise før frokosten. Kommer gjerne tilbake her!

El hotel es moderno pero conservando el casco más antiguo, tiene una decoración hermosa y en lo particular las habitaciones son espaciosas, con blanqueria de primera y colchones súper cómodo! El servicio de desayuno es muy bueno! Pero además de todo su personal es muy a amable y servicial, Eva cada día me ayudó con itinerarios, propuestas gastronómicas, y más! Realmente al servicio del huésped para tener una gran estadía!

Alles, einfach alles! Die herzlich Begrüssung, die frische im Empfang, der wunderbare Geschmack, besser kann man nirgends ankommen. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war die richtige Entscheidung, hohe Räume, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Grösse super. Er Innenhof ein Traum und zum frühstücken, das beste für den perfekten Start in den Tag. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, die Auswahl riesig, sehr frisch und auch hier die Mitarbeiter sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Traumhaft, diese Kombination mit draussen sitzen und Frühstücken. Vielen, vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

Just the shower wasn’t the best. Really low water pressure and the seal of the shower wasn’t set up right so it always leaked onto the bathroom floor. That is the only complaint I had

Honnêtement il est cher pour ce que c’est. Je pense qu’on paye l emplacement. Le personnel n’est pas très agréable. Les couloirs ne sont pas très propres. ( déchets dans les couloirs ) Ma chambre ne fermait pas correctement il fallait pousser la porte très fort sinon elle restait ouverte. Ça ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles.

The elevator was not working properly, when you called it from the upper floor it didn’t work! That was a great inconvenience for us, we are elderly. I requested a room that I would be able to use an elevator if it was in the upper floor.This was very disappointing!!

Нам очень понравился отель, его расположение великолепно! Персонал был прекрасным, за исключением девушки, которая убиралась в номере. Она ни разу не постучались в дверь, просто открывала дверь. Это было неприятно. Завтрак в целом был приемлемый, но за три дня мне не удалось съесть теплый омлет, его просто не обновляли вовремя, хоть мы и просили. Приходилось есть что-то другое. Так же мягкая мебель на улице настолько грязная и изношенная, что неприятно было сидеть, никто ей не пользовался за время нашего нахождения. В Хотелось бы, чтобы на будущее работники отеля учли эти замечания. Так как отель действительно хороший, ему просто требуется больше души и внимания к постояльцам.

Расположение отеля великолепное! Много хороших ресторанов и магазинов рядом. Обязательно поднимитесь на крышу, чтобы полюбоваться закатом и крышами города.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Sonia hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert! Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt, alles wesentliche kann man in kurzer Zeit per Fuß erreichen und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.

Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, die Hälfte wird bereits durch die Dusche beansprucht. Deshalb ist das Waschbecken auch im Zimmer und nicht im Bad. Die Duschtür hat nicht korrekt geschlossen, so dass immer Wasser in den Fußbereich vor der Toilette gelaufen ist. Das Problem bestand offensichtlich schon länger, da auch der Türrahmen bereits aufgequollen und beschädigt ist, was auf eine häufige "Überflutung" hindeutet.

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Palma. Lobby und Innenhof sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal.

Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Doppelzimmer sind eher klein und Badezimmer abgenutzt und schlecht in Stand gehalten. Dachterasse ist gesperrt. Generell lebt das Hotel von seiner Substanz und der zentralen Lage. Mit etwas Liebe zum Detail und ein bisschen Liebe zum Detail könnte es ein tolles Hotel sein.

Séjour dans la chambre 105 (supérieur). Cet hôtel se cache derrière une petite porte dans une rue étroite. Superbe entrée de l'hôtel et accueil très amical. Très belle chambre avec grande terrasse sur le patio intérieur de cet ancien couvent à la décoration contemporaine sobre. Calme garanti à 2 pas de la place Weyler et à 10 minutes à pied de tous les points d'intérêts. Bon petit déjeuner.Juste derrière, le petit restaurant/bar Rosa est super. Et près de la place Cort, essayer le bistro bar à vin Coloma.

points à améliorer : le petit déjeuner en terme de qualité, quelques détails dans la chambre comme des pantoufles de bain (puisqu'il y a déjà des peignoirs), pour en faire un boutique hôtel parfait.

Wir waren als Paar unterwegs. Die Unterkunft liegt Mega in der Altstadt von Palma. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr minimalistisch und eng für die Anzahl von Gästen wenn man draußen noch nicht sitzen kann. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern könnte auch noch verbessert werden. Schade war, dass die Dachterrasse nicht zu benutzen war.

Major part part of the building is not what you expect based on the web info, etc.. We had to change the room because of lack of daylight and fresh air. Room we finally got was nog worth the rate.

In unseren Zimmer stand bei Ankunft das Fenster komplett offen und es stank fürchterlich nach Ausguss und es war kalt. Es war schon abends und es wurde dunkel. Meine Tochter war hungrig und erschöpft von der reise. Absolut unzumutbares Zimmer, es entsprach auch nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Wir erhielten keine Hilfe beim Gepäck oder auch für meine Tochter mit dem Koffer beim Tür aufmachen. Kreditkarte wurde sofort durchgezogen. Reklamation interessierte nicht. Der Manager war im Urlaub. Für mich war das als Genius Bucher (Level 3) das schlechteste Hotel was ich gebucht habe. Sehr grenzwertig und eher nach Geld abkassieren.

Das Hotel hätte Potential, ist aber sehr ungepflegt. Sehr freundliche Chefrezeptionistin, die aber erst am Tag der Abreise da war und keine Entschädigung angeboten hat.

Schimmel im Bad. Geruch nach Schimmel im Zimmer und Bad. Ungepflegt. Fotos entsprechen nicht. 2 Tage kaltes Wasser. Preis-Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Das angebotene Alternativzimmer hatte das Waschbecken im Zimmer, da das Badezimmer zu klein dafür war. Unglaublich! Angeblich voll?! Kein besseres Alternativzimmer angeboten, obwohl auf booking mehrere Zimmer verfügbar waren.

We were in an outside room that was Under street level and very noisy with buskers and people socialising. The shutters didn’t close properly and there were bars on the other side. The courtyard was lovely but needed a good clean up. The table And chairs outside our room needed cleaning and the leaves etc removing. It just looked tatty. The bar was never open either. The hotel was On a narrow street that taxis don’t like going down and the drains in the street smelt

Small rooms, booking mistakes made on the Hotel's side with no immediate solution as was informed Hotel was full, definitely wasn't. No assistance with moving room remedy. Simply told if you want to move you have to do it before 11. Tiny breakfast room for enen a small number of guests, poor selection of food in breakfast room. A kettle to boil for hot water for tea and 2 small coffee machines Slightly disinterested male receptionist. Climate in rooms was centrally switched off.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville, nous étions avec un teckel et la accueil a été incroyablement bon, le petit déjeuner est très diversifié et très bon. L’hôtel possède un patio incroyable où ils fait bon vivre. À noter que deux chambres au premier étage, notamment la 105 où nous étions possède une terrasse incroyable.

Ruim 300 euro voor 1 nacht was wel te duur voor wat je kreeg. Er zaten bijvoorbeeld wel gebreken aan mijn matras en het slaapkamerraam was heel klein.

Wunderbares Boutique Hotel in bester Lage von Palma. Alles ist wunderbar fußläufig erreichbar. Der wunderschöne Innenhof kann gut zum frühstücken genutzt werden. Die Bar war bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht in Betrieb. Die Busanbindung zum Flughafen ist in 10 min. zu erreichen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und schon etwas abgewohnt. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht, dadurch roch es etwas muffig.

Pro - Hotel is in the center of Palma. Pro - Check-in was smooth and receptionist friendly. Pro - Breakfast was good and the sitting area was lovely with lots of plants. The service staff was cold and indifferent however

Con - It is off on alley that had two homeless men sleeping at 8 pm when we went to dinner and when we returned. Con - Room 114 felt like a tiny box with the bed on a slant and only one of us could walk to the bathroom at a time. Con - Bathroom shower completely flooded the toilet area, I closed the shower door firmly and then needed my husband’s assistance to get it open. Used one large towel and the shower mat to dry the floor. Con - Our room was on the ally and we could hear every conversation and general noise from the street and restaurants below. We did not open the windows and there was no sound insulation. Went down to reception at 10 pm to complain, and was told by the front desk that it “may” quiet down when the restaurant/kitchen closes around 11pm. I asked to be contacted by a manager concerning our complaints but still haven't been even days later. Con - Checked out at 11am, no one was at the reception for at least 15 minutes after asking two workers for assistance. Two other couples were also waiting by the time he showed up. We had booked two nights here on either side of a trip to Soller. Cancelled the second night and ate the non refundable charges. This place should not be listed as 4 stars and should not even be on Booking.com.

Wir fahren mindestens einmal im Jahr nach Palma. Dieses Hotel haben wir tatsächlich neu entdeckt. Das Hotel liegt zentral und es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ein altes Gebäude wurde modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Beim Betreten haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der wunderschöne, begrünte Innenhof mit Barbereich und Zu-/Ausgang zum Frühstücksraum ist traumhaft. Den vermutet man gar nicht und nimmt ihn von außen auch nicht wahr. Das Frühstück war toll ... vielfältig und frisch. Ist nicht unbedingt Standard in dieser Qualität und deshalb auch besonders zu erwähnen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Unser Zimmer verfügte über einen Balkon. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Auch unsere zukünftigen Reisen nach Palma wird uns in dieses Hotel führen. Soll heißen, sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :-)

Die Lage ist spitzenmäßig, mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir hatten einen späten Rückflug und es war gar kein Problem die Koffer im Hotel zu lassen und dort zu verweilen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns auch noch das Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit Sitzmöglichkeiten in einem schönen botanischen Innenhof. Es gab sogar E-Bikes zum Ausleihen. Unsere Zeit war zu kurz, aber das nächste Mal erkunden wir Palma auf Rädern.

Die Lounge im Innenhofbereich war sehr chillig, jedoch waren die Polster ziemlich fleckig. Man könnte diesen Bereich etwas sauberer und "luxuriöser" gestalten.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally located for access to city centre and short walks for public transport.
