Se devo trovare una nota un po' negativa, avevo prenotato la mezza pensione, ma in realtà ti consegnano un voucher di 840 rand al giorno da poter spendere al ristorante. È una cifra un po' al limite per 4 persone.

They locked us out after 11 , absolutely zero grace period and this is after organizing a late check out. My man was a bit annoyed about that and thought I should mention it because he’s coming there again in November with 3 friends

Excellent location. No noise or disruptions yet so close to the city centre. I walked to the Cape Town City Conference Centre every day and it was quick, easy and safe. There were many security guards in the area. I also walked once to the Waterfront, which was a bit further, but do-able. Nice room, aircon, etc. Good breakfast including cappuccino, overlooking the canals in the harbour

تجربتي كانت سيئة جداً، ولا أنصح بالسكن في هذا المكان إطلاقاً. الصور المعروضة على Booking تختلف تماماً عن الواقع، وما وجدناه عند الوصول كان مخيباً للآمال بشكل كبير. المبنى قديم ومتهالك، والمكان غير مريح، كما أنه بعيد عن الشارع الرئيسي ويقع في طرق ملتوية، والمنطقة تبدو غير آمنة. الاستقبال عبارة عن مكتب صغير ومتهالك، والمكان في الحقيقة أقرب إلى شقق سكنية منه إلى فندق. بمجرد دخول الشقة كانت هناك رائحة كريهة جداً، والأثاث متهالك، والأرضيات متسخة، والفرش والمراتب متسخة ومستهلكة بشكل واضح. كانت حالة المكان سيئة للغاية. لم نقم بالسكن فيه إطلاقاً، فبمجرد دخول الشقة ورؤية حالتها قررنا المغادرة فوراً وإلغاء الحجز. كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال ولا أنصح أي شخص بالحجز في هذا المكان My experience was extremely disappointing, and I do not recommend this place at all. The photos shown on Booking are completely different from reality. What we found upon arrival was nothing like the advertised property. The building is old and poorly maintained, the property is uncomfortable, and it is located far from the main road with confusing, winding access roads. The surrounding area feels unsafe. The reception is just a small, run-down desk, and the property is more like serviced apartments than a hotel. As soon as we entered the apartment, we noticed a very unpleasant smell. The furniture was worn out, the floors were dirty, and the beds and mattresses were old, dirty, and in very poor condition. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. We did not stay there at all. We left immediately after entering the apartment and seeing its condition, and we cancelled our booking right away. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others not to book this property.

This is a solid hotel. It’s not on the waterfront, though, it’s on the canal side. It’s about a 10-min drive to the waterfront. The staff is super friendly. Room was clean. Not the fanciest but you can’t beat the price. Room could use some better lighting! It was kind of dark.

Very friendly staff and the room (luxury suite) was a great size. The bathroom has a bathroom and a shower. Lovely views.

Bathroom is open to the bedroom. Arriving for the first time the parking is a bit difficult.

My bestie and I booked one night at the aha Harbour Bridge Hotel to be close to the CBD and the Waterfront. It was the perfect spot for this! Close by to everything. Staff was overall friendly at the service desk and within the restaurant. Everything within the room we loved having a late night talk out session, watching TV, watching the boats go pass on the water and sleeping oh so comfy in our beds that we slept in abit. Very serene!

Comfortable room with a balcony where we enjoyed a glass of wine, good breakfast. Easy access to the waterfront by 15 minute walk, there is also a water taxi for AUD8. Had onsite secure parking.

There was renovation directky above us. We were woken daily by loud sounds of banging and drilling. Even though the manager was sympathetic , he didn’t seem to be able to do anything about it.

Both Thandi and Lillie were attentive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be outstanding. What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Our drinks were refreshed promptly, our meals arrived perfectly timed, and they both consistently checked in without ever being intrusive. Breakfast was very good, the location wat good but quite noisy, you hear traffic all night.

The neighbours were smoking pod during the whole weekend and my whole room smelled like I was in a coffeehouse in Amsterdam.

Vuyo has the best service, I dont want to lie. She is very nice and professional at the same time. I also appreciate the service from Themba the supervisor, he is also so welcoming. Above all the service was a blast.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Chef made Halaal food for me when requested. The front desk staff Yanga, Lazola and Darryl are courteous and understanding. Builds a good brand.

Beautiful Hotel, prepared breakfast for athletes around 5am was something good. Even if you check out early take away breakfast was something special. Next year I will be there again

Lift was not working for 2 days

Sehr freundliche Reception. Die gebuchte Luxus Suite ist gut. Separate Dusche mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck Separate Toilette Auswahl Frühstück grundsätzlich in Ordnung Direkte Anbindung an die Canalcruise

Lärm von der Strasse auch im Mitteltrakt gut hörbar Schmuddeliger Teppich in Schlafzimmer Personal beim Frühstück sehr unmotiviert und füllt nicht nach. Muss immer wieder nachgefragt werden und dauert sehr, sehr lange. Cappuccino, Kaffee erst nach einer halben Stunde und nach Reklamieren erhalten, trotz weniger Gäste. Absolut nicht gut. Obwohl abgebildet keine Waschmaschine in der Küche. Leider kein Late Check infolge ausgebucht nicht möglich, was es aber geben kann. Keine Möglichkeit zum Duschen vorhanden.

Close proximity to port & V&A perfect for a day stop off from our cruise ship

The only complaint was bath in bathroom wasn’t clean but everything else was super. Think it was an oversight we didn’t use it but just an observation

Location: Excellent, very close to the waterfront and major tourist attractions. Cleanliness: The room and public areas were kept clean. Responsiveness: Staff reacted quickly when I asked for help or service.

Room setup: I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but the room was prepared only for two people. It took time and multiple trips to reception to get missing towels and linen supplied. Hot water issues: During the last two evenings there was only cold water in the shower, which was unpleasant after long days exploring Cape Town.

There was no screen to separate the bathroom from the bedroom but everything else was immaculate 😊

That the lift in block C was out of order for 3 days, we were on floor 3 and we had to carry our 23kg bags each down 3 floors at the end of our stay and the hotel didn’t fix the lift ASAP to avoid that situation. There was no communication or assistance to help us with our bags.

The room needs TLC - The blind between the bed and the bath was broken off. The bath had a crack in it and was stained. Door to the refrigerator was damaged as it does not fit properly and the inside of the fride was missing shelves.

I really didn't enjoy how I was treated by staff upon arrival at check in I was given a room with a cracked sink rooms defiantly need to be updated. The breakfast was very average nothing really appetizing. All staff need to be properly trained as they work in hospitality they need to be more friendly to guests

Horrendous coffee machine, was extremely dirty. That would be my only critique. The rest overall was quite good. Would definitely stay here again. Just avoid the coffee machine.
